Aw do you guys not like the split prologue? I think it’s been pretty cool so far. Lots of really neat character moments and world building, as well as some introductory story foundation stuff that I’m hoping will pay off down the road. I know it’s been really slow so far, but I’m doing my best with a cast of this size.
So, I also thought that it was going to be one or two large collars each. HOWEVER, I actually am a huge fan of the splitprologue as we're doing it, it lets me straighten out Viveca's ticks, habits, and idiosyncrasies. My DnD campaigns start off like this - half of the first 8+ hour session is spent on prologue and the characters are split into groups. This always seems to work best in the long run, especially with a huge cast likethis, since we'll likely be doing it more in the future too, as the mission requires.
