She is extremely loving, especially towards those younger than her, but can be easily untrusting and fearful of those who are older. Although her father was an addict, he loved his daughter very much and spoiled her with everything she asked, from disinfectant to bandages, medical thread to scalpels. Serena was not allowed to leave Sanction One until she turned sixteen, however even within her own sanction violence and bodily injury existed. She would often help others in whatever way she could, and became fairly skilled with her work. Shortly after she turned sixteen, her father died of a drug overdose, and Serena took the opportunity to sell all of their family possessions and make a large deposit into the bank, on top of the money her father already had given her from inheritance. She was an only child, and as a result became a very wealthy teen. She decided to purchase property in Sanction Two and live out the rest of her days there, where she could better access people in need of medical aid. She currently cares for children, both runaways and orphans, as best she can manage on top of her medical business.

Assets and Bank Account: Owning a top company certainly has its benefits;
Klaus owns two mines off into the slums in Lisden, as well as a 1, 200 sq meter area for his workers to live at. These are all personally maintained by his company to give the illusion of them taking care of their people so more would come crawling to work for him, and immediately sent into the mines. It consists of two apartment buildings, that are rather shoddy compared to those in Eden but in still better condition than in Morven; a kitchen that is maintained by said workers; and an area for his supervisors and guards who keep everything in order. What is good about this is that Klaus doesn't condone misconduct even against the lesser men.
In Eden, he owns a 34 story building for the main office of his company with the bottom floors reserved for day to day office business while the top floors are considered an apartment for those employees who have nowhere to go back to, or does not want to go back to their homes. The rent for these are deducted from their pay every month, but it is considerably less than what it would actually cause. There is a side office dedicated to the research and development for weaponry where scientists could go wild with their research as they have an underground testing site.
The main factory where the weaponry is being made has an undisclosed location to avoid anyone attempting anything, but it is said to be somewhere in Lisden and very heavily guarded. There are two more smaller factories in Eden and Korven. Several warehouses dot the land, but it is undisclosed on which empty warehouses they actually do own.
His house isn't as grandiose as others, only being a two story house but furnished well enough to compensate for the lack of size. It has everything he needs and more, along with a hidden underground area where he can hide out should he be attacked, and the attackers will be none the wiser to where the entrance is. This is also where he keeps his Vault where he stores his essentials. Parked in his house are two cars in good conditions. Other cars can be employed from the company.
As the owner of a weapons company, he owns a number of guns but the ones he most often takes out are these:
Vortex Mk. II - A high caliber revolver pistol that could blow someone's arm off if fired at a certain distance from them. He typically carries one in plain sight as it is holstered on his waist.
Loskir Final Ver. - Each pistol has sixteen bullets that can be placed in the chamber. The pistols can fire in quick succession from each other, but aren't as destructive as the Vortex series, but it does give more in terms of fire rate. Both are holstered under his coat.
Combat Knife - While not exactly as cutting edge as his guns, it's certainly still a force to be reckoned with; and it is what he usually uses when certain deals don't go well. Carries two of them on his person at all times, often hidden under his coat, sheathed on his back.

Klaus, against all odds, knows his place in this world. He doesn't overstep his boundaries and know the limits of what he can do. This is what makes him an effective coordinator and leader. He also takes care of the people who are loyal to him, and he knows who they are. He always puts up the illusion of taking care of his employees as well so that he can get their top performance. He's the type of person who will give you an apple as a reward, but will threaten you with a blade if you take it without any form of hardwork to show him. He values diligence and hardwork above everything, seeing as how he crawled out from the very bottom of the gutters to one of the richest and most powerful citizens in Morvai. He does have a bit of a soft spot for the sick and children, but that doesn't stop him from utilizing them when he really needs it.
Though not necessarily honest to a fault, he can be incredibly blunt when he does. He doesn't beat around the bush, even in deals. Even though he may be secretive, he doesn't skirt around the subject. He says what he wants so that there aren't any misunderstandings. Hobbies and Interests: Klaus is typically found just hanging outside his company when he's not working. He can be seen smoking on his break, or simply observing the others. Sometimes, he even goes out to explore the other sanctions. At certain days, he can be found in the Floating Lotus or roaming New Osaka, without bodyguards.
Small Biography: Nothing good happened in the beginning of his life, that was for sure. He was born to a piss poor family in Korven who could barely feed themselves, let alone a child. So they did what anyone who can't support a child, they threw him away. The child who had no name had no idea how he managed to live in Lisden. Everyone fended for themselves and no one took pity for the child. In fact, there has been multiple attempts to kill him, but he always managed to escape for one reason or another. He persevered as a child, even through thick or thin. He sometimes sneaked into Korven to get some food and to get some shelter, but he always gets back to Lisden by either getting kicked out or because he had no place to go to at Korven.
His life started to brighten when The Risen took him in - a group of homeless people who knew how to fight and to survive, and that they knew they needed to stick together. The Risen took the area by storm. It was small compared to the two big shots at Korven, but they all managed to make a name for themselves. As soon as he got in, they gave him the name 'Devin'. Years passed and the teenage Devin knew how to fight, to steal and to extort. Though, he often got away with talking people into giving him free things. Even as a young kid, Devin was quite the charismatic character. Thanks to his contributions, he was given a full sleeve tattoo which only three members having that - all with great contributions as well. He was the wolf because of his loyalty and how he prefers non-aggressive ways, but knows how to fight back when the time comes. The Risen moved on to Korven where they had a small base of operations.
But of course, The Risen was kicked down to the ground. How? Well, they bit off more than they could chew. While Devin was out attempting to get some form of food for the group, The Risen tried to take on The Kings even with their small number. Needless to say, they were completely overwhelmed and killed - leaving Devin alone. He managed to hole up in the old HQ where he survived for a year before getting a job at Firehawk Weapon Company as one of their supervisors when he managed to charm his way into the job. But Devin didn't stop there, claiming the name Klaus Jarsdel as his and then continued to work his way up. And work diligently he did. He worked his way up the ladder until he was close enough to Eden that he could practically taste the aristocratic air. The previous leader, Ophelius Bosar, noticed his work and then took him in as his protege, all as planned.
Klaus continued to work diligently and ended getting the official statement that he was going to be the next leader. With his plan set in stone, he then secretly started getting the lower workers to pine for him, but never letting Ophelius know about it. He then made contact with The Unseen, making a deal with Kazuo to get rid of Ophelius. The leader agreed and their deal was struck. Ophelius died a 'natural death' and Klaus was now on the seat of one of the greatest weapon companies in Morvai. Honoring his deal with Kazuo, the Unseen was being supplied weapons through him. He appreciated The Unseen and their methods, as they also hold up their ends of the bargain.
Now, Klaus often helps out in research and developments and sometimes even gets his hands down and dirty in the mines himself when he feels particularly bored. Dealing with others was something he particularly liked as interacting with others was something he was always particularly good at. He's been raking in money even more than Ophelius, but he knows he still has to be careful. You would never know what happens in Morvai.

Let's say you're in a bar. Cam is the kind of guy that would buy you a beer even if he had never seen you before in his life. He'd crack jokes with you, though some of them might be a bit biting due to how jaded he is, and they definitely won't be appropriate for a younger audience. He'd listen to your troubles, maybe even offer a way to deal with those problems in between cracks.
Then, a bar fight breaks out. Cam rushes into the action despite not being involved in the initial conflict, and he has a look of sheer ecstasy on his face as he bashes a man's head into a broken shot glass. Repeatedly. Then he walks back over once the conflict is through and goes back to joking around with you.

"My journey to notoriety started with beating poor schmucks to a pulp, stealing their money, then heading to a gun store. Right after the doomsday incident, Magnus Flovian, the chief scientist of a company under top secret projects for the government, maintained to develop the project he headed relating to the advancement of mechanical augmentations for human implantations. Whilst Morvai continued to develop in their first decades, Magnus' worked on the success of the project and sooner he was able to erect Flovian Industries, which continued to grow and develop the technology of augmentations for the next 150 years. The company mostly attracts the medical field obviously, providing full functioning limbs for amputees, and oddly has also caught the attention of the fashion industry for their convenient yet eccentric designs.
Present day, Flovian industries is under a ghost owner and is mostly managed by a board of directors, who oversees the company's general and financial affairs. Employees of Flovian are over 10 thousand, and is divided into different divisions, one would be the neuroscientific research.

It's fair to say that Lucienne brings the life to Flovian, with her intelligence and abilities she proves to be a very valuable asset to the company. It took her a some great deal of reputation to land a job in the company, during her younger years she made sure to hit the right opportunities despite already having influential connections, to reach the top of the industry.
Lucienne maintains a calm and collected aura, a quick thinker even in the most intense and dire situations she knows how to stay focus. Although one can rarely see her casually as she always appears to be pragmatic and formal in every way she carries herself, and is strictly self conscious about it.
Though she may appear uncaring due to her dedication to the company, at times she internally disagrees some of the their ethics. It cant be help that she has to arrive at certain decisions that tests her own moraly, none the less she keeps in mind that small sacrifices, although disheartening, will be the benefit of many. Probably plenty of people would have at least already heard the name Dr. Lucienne Reichart. After all her name, voice, face, and overall image is kind of hard to miss on every E-Billboard around the sectors. Lucienne is a head scientist, a part time business woman and the poster girl for Flovian Industries. She had been loyal to the company for more than a decade, just like her parents before her.
The Reicherts are a prestigiously known family of scientists, who eversince have always contributed to The Flovian Industries and at some point bought a quarter of it's shares. Lucienne, being an only child had been raised highly by her parents and at an early age she had already inherited her parent's love for science.
At only 22, she had landed a high positioned job at the industry, one of her first projects was lab work, mostly testing a new modeled limb prototype on subjects, most of the time it's a harsh process. She clearly recalls one of the subjects, an elderly man fresh from the slums. He kept asking for her daughter, and when no one answered him, he begged to be taken home. He was sick, disoriented, and was obviously unaware of what's about to happen to him.
First they strapped him up, rerouted his nervous system and then amputated, in the arm and leg. As they reattach every nerve in his body next thing she made sense of was a high pitched cry of pain, it rang through her ears every time she relieves it. As the others try to correct their futile mistakes, Lucienne just watched in shock as the man was fried to death. The malfunction was expected, after all a process like this was a customary trial and error. This had became a routine for Lucienne, the next couple of years.
Now, Lucienne, aside from taking part in huge and ongoing projects, has become more involved in the external affairs of the company, mostly making deals and publicizing the good intents of the company. Only that she's not really a fan of making herself a fool in front of a the camera.

She is a clever and sweet girl. She is quick with a smile and a compliment. She cares for all of those around her and are under her "wing". Those she considers family receive special treatment and she would gladly lay her life on the line for them. She also has a horrible temper. Though she is slow to enrage when she gets to that point all she can see is red. Things will be thrown and Espie may even yell in Spanish. She is also devout. Espie practices Catholicism and goes to Church every Sunday. Sometimes more often when she can. The only problem is that she doesn't know if she believes in God. But the Church gives her community and allows her to help in charity events.

Small Biography:
She was born fifteen minutes before her brother Miguel. Her parents had been told by a fortune teller that they were going to have one very large baby boy. Then out came the very small and terrifyingly quiet girl. It took a few minutes of the midwife rubbing and smacking to elicit the calming screams of healthy lungs. Then came Miguel rambunctious and fighting.
The pair were inseparable growing up. Miguel was a strong and hearty young boy but it was Espie who was quick and clever. Together their mischief caused their parents more than one headache. The two vowed at a young age, before they ever really understood it, that they were born together and so would die together. The only times they were seen apart was when Miguel went to the small local school. Espie would stay at home with her mother and help with chores and cooking. She learned all the secrets of herbs and how they tasted together. She learned to stretch ingredients. She also learned a small amount of basic medicine from her mother. Espie never learned to read or write since that was not her job. As a good woman she would cook and clean for her family. And of course produce babies. Her mother had a very traditional ideal for gender roles. Of course, Miguel taught her basic words to read and write so that she would not be lost when walking the streets.
Her mother was a hard and honest woman. Paloma took no "shit" and was very blunt. It was when she was being sweet you had to worry. She had a calm temper and when they were in trouble they could tell by her sickly sweet tone that something bad was about to happen. Paloma was also the one who taught Espie to sing. She learned many songs from her family's home country of Brazil. She learned Irish shanties from her Father who has a hard, thick, muscular man. He had a twinkle in his eye, a grin on his face, and a pipe between his lips. He left his beard grown big, bushy and red. When he could come home at night smelling like oil from the factory she and Miguel would curl up with him and listen to grand stories and adventures. Glen was the fun dad, the dad you told your secrets to. But Paloma was the punisher but also the one you would go to for advice on a problem.
