Description:
Livia stands at just 5'6" with a rather petite frame with not very many assets in most areas. With soft features and a fairly quiet personality for the most part, she comes off as fairly unassuming. She has a head of extremely well groomed, long black colored hair and flawless pale skin spent from days inside reading far too much inside of her families estate. A pair of violet eyes are her most distinctive feature, along with a fairly serious and no-nonsense demeanor she carries herself with and speaks with a definite french accent, and can speak most European languages with some ease including Italian, French, English, and some Russian.

Her prestigious lineage shows fairly easily in her clothing. With a penchant for luxurious dresses, fashionable, if somewhat eccentric clothing, Livia espouses the need to look good whilst doing anything. She typically can be seen wearing fairly expensive clothing of purples, blues, blacks, and golds though purple is by far her favorite.

Personality:
In one word very a very direct person. She has something to say, she'll say it. She doesn't like you, she'll inform you of that and list a long list of reasons why. If she does like you, you can be sure she'll be the first person to say so. If she wants something done, she'll do it herself without the help of anyone else. If she decides to do something, she'll carry through with it consequences be damned.

Livia is rather serious and calm most of the time without many extremes to her emotions. When she does show any, it's usually annoyance or scathing remarks towards someone for interrupting her studies and reading. She enjoys drinking tea alone with her spirits, and often times prefers their company over that of other people. In general, first impressions reveal her to be a rather humorless, serious, loner without much care for other people. It's not too far off the mark either. Livia has a general disdain for people. Needless to say, along with some radical opinions on the state of today's world, she's not going to be anyone's best friend on the first day. She has a tendency to have no filters for what she thinks of people, even if said words aren't exactly the nicest.

That said, if you were to sum her up by those traits alone, you'd be far off the mark as well. Livia, at her core, does in fact, like people. The only reason she acts so taciturnly towards others in most situations is because she believes small talk doesn't get one anywhere, especially when ones time could be better spent in study or bettering themselves - she was the type of kid to pass up on a Christmas party in order to study silently in her room. However, if one were to find her in one of the rare moments she's not in fact, studying or otherwise practicing she's a fairly amicable soul and most would go so far as to say a little flirtatious, even.

A lot of her hard working attitude and disdain for others, is simply because while she is a noble born, she's never had an easy life. Jealousy, one could say. Of her sister and others. Her sister was doted on by her parents and groomed to be the next head of house while she was left to herself, and raised by the head maid of their household and received no help from anyone but her. She believes the only way someone can get anything in this world, is to work for it themselves. She dislikes tradition, challenges most other nobles, and loathes entitled brats who think being nobles or 'special' automatically make them the greatest thing on two legs. She will prove that no, they are not.

For the most part, she's calm and erudite and very self aware of herself but sees nothing wrong with her attitudes or beliefs.

Livia likes to think she at least, on some level, knows a bit about both history as well as history regarding magic. She put far too many hours studying such things growing up. Not really a skill persay, more of a general idea that she knows her stuff when it comes to magical and mundane history.

From a young age, Livia has made strives to further her abilities, almost on an obsessive scale. Though she's mostly self-taught, she likes to think she's at least, competent with her craft of summoning incorporeal spirits. Though, her abilities with the physical aspects of undead and reanimating an actual body are rather lacking.

'Soul Perception' While most necromancers are inherently skilled at seeing and sensing the souls of the dead, Livia has decided to on some level become better than most. Or at least, has made efforts too. Theoretically, the skills show the souls of all living things regardless of their status of invisibility or otherwise. Theoretically.

The Soul Perception skill requires far too much concentration to be used reliably in most scenarios in its current state. Not to mention, at the moment she can only make good 'guesstimates' as to where something is - mostly the direction the soul in question is generally in. As well, invisible targets or those who know how to mask their presence could thwart the skill easily, at least until she has a better idea how to use it - and Living things are far beyond her capabilities for now.

Weaknesses:
- To put bluntly, Livia's not a fighter by nature. She's a schemer, planner, and prefers to manipulate things or let her ghosts do the fighting for her. Fighting is something best left to those suited to do it, not the mastermind. When it comes to physical fighting, she's not going to be winning any contests, if her petite frame wasn't any indication.

- Livia has no interest in the study of physical human bodies or the study of physical necromancy. While she does study theory and histories, when it comes to actual practice her skill in that area leaves much to be desired so don't ask her to make a zombie, and any necromancer skilled in the art of such a thing could perhaps be clever enough to fool or thwart her.

- While the Soul Perception skill has given her a bit of an edge over other necromancers and aid her with dealing with spirits that like to hide, it does have its limits on what it can perceive and what it can't perceive. Obviously, should something not have a soul (Whatever such a thing could possibly be) then it'd be worthless. Likewise, extended use will lead to headaches and migraines proportionate to how long the skill was used. One has to concentrate and 'sense' their surroundings with it as well, leaving her quite open for ambush. While some of these things could be lessened with proper training and skill, they can never be fully dealt with.

- Livia, admittedly, is somewhat selfish. While she'll be friendly with others if it suits her, and while she'll help a friend out or two (Loyalty begets loyalty after all), she is rather adverse to dying herself. As well, she has an almost unhealthy obsession with magic and experimentation regarding it. While she has no illusions that certain things could be dangerous...why get rid of them? Understanding and knowledge is humanities greatest weapon. Study and understand it. To put simply, all someone would have to do is dangle rare magic in her face and she'd leap at the chance to study it.

Brief History:
Livia was born and raised in the mountains of France and Italy as the second daughter of the Fiore Family. The Fiores are a proud, ancient linage that supposedly trace their ancestry back to ancient Egypt, though such claims are unverified and many assume its a stretch to say so. Not that it particularly matters, the old family has a long history of being wealthy, powerful necromancers who today run a successful business in both funeral and occult services.

Livia was not shown much familiar love during the first few years of her life. Rather, her parents were focused on keeping the family out of the war and grooming her older sister Marise, to be the next head of house. There are various rumors as to why this was - that her family was secretly supporting the insurgents, to them having their own agenda behind the scenes while they maintained a neutral front. The truth is much harsher, though. Her family kept itself out of the war because of an internal power struggle between Livia's parents and the old head of house who mysteriously died towards the end of the war. All at the order of her mother, of course who to say was power hungry, was an understatement. Her mother secured her place as the current head of the family along with her husband.

Of course, this still left Livia alone for most of her childhood, leaving her in the care of the head maid, Nynette - who Livia considers more of a mother than her actual mother. She grew up left mostly to her own devices, and was allowed to study her magic as she pleased. When she received an offer to go to school, well, why not? To pass a chance to learn more and further ones own studies would be simply stupid.

Description:
At 6'2", Rev is a tall and lanky teenager. His attire, along with his hair, is always ragged. Oddly enough, despite his love of suspenders, he seems to wear them backwards. He also wears a belt, for some reason. His most notable feature is a large burn scar covering his left eye. His body is athletic, or as Rev calls it, "lithe".

Personality:
If the world was a knife block, Rev would be a butter knife. That is to say, Rev is not a very smart man. From wearing multiple pant retention devices incorrectly to being unable to answer the most basic of logic questions, Rev's talents are limited to two specific fields: Punching the ever loving shit out of something and drawing magical runes on his own body.

Despite his brain being his greatest adversary, Rev tries his damnedest at everything he does. What he lacks in intelligence, he more than makes it up with his feel good vibes and can-do attitude. Despite being a rather decent human being, Rev has a massive ego. He's the greatest and he knows it. His bravado is off the charts, acting as an invulnerable shield for any adversary to try to mentally harm him. He's surprisingly good at remembering and creating runes, as if there was some sort of life lesson that forces him to remember.

Long range attacks are a big problem for Rev. He actually has no battle plan besides punching.
Rev is not a good strategist. He's a puncher, not a thinker.

Brief History:
Rev's first experience with magic was fun. He had drawn a rune he found in a book and, upon touching it, managed to blind himself for three days. His second experience was just as fun; he had stepped on his slippery rune and fell down a hill. Hospitalized for three weeks, Rev still studied these runes. He was unable to practice in the hospital. After all, they never gave any drawing material or places to draw. So, Rev did the next best thing. He painted a rune on his face using various food stuffs.

Let's just say it was a bad idea and Rev was lucky he was already in the hospital.

Now with a newfound scar, Rev was forced by his parents to have a mentor. They knew they couldn't stop him from blowing himself up, but they could possibly delay his inevitable blast-off by getting someone to teach him. The mentor, however, was a fighter. Rev only learned the very basics of runic magic - directional explosions. Instead, Rev's mentor focused on close combat.

But, when the opportunity came, his parents sent him off to an academy. After all, those people were professionals and would teach Rev to not blow himself up.

Description:
Nate does not look like he has the power to command the undead to serve him. The young man looks more like he average Prep you would see at a common high school. Except that this Prep has an odd asortment of magical things around him. His family puts physical perfection as paramount and thus Nate is a little obsessed with looking his best. Unlike many necormancers, Nate doesn't look like he has spent his whole life in a tomb without a bit of sunlight. The family has a public face and Nate was being groomed to be the next head of Negromante Biotechnology. That meant he needed to look his best at all times. Nate prefers to wear designer clothing despite how dirty his magic can be. It is so hard to get dirt and blood from your expensive leather shoes.

Like most of his family, Nate was marked when he was still young. This mark was placed on his back when he turned 13 as a sign that he had been accepted by the entire family. On that day,his father gave him one of the family rings to show his place in society. Nate always seems to be wearing the ring and it is his most prized possession.






Personality:
Many necromancers are all about bein grimdark with their gifts. They mope around talking about their sad lots in life or their love and worship of Death in all her forms. Nate is not one of those people. His idea of a necromancer is someone who doesn't act the part. He can summon the dead with the best of them but he doesn't have to wear guyliner and nope about it. Nate is generally a cheerful guy who genuinely cares about helping people with his less than pure magic. He was raised in a rather large family so he tries to get along with everyone. Nate tends to talk to his ghosts and his zombies like anyone can hear them. It's a bit odd but he was raised around ghosts and he undead. They are normal to him. It takes a lot to truly scare him when it comes to death.

Crush: None but tends to prefer Anyone who doesn't run away screaming from his magic. That is not easy when you command the undead to do your bidding.


Skills:
Excellent Corporal Necromancer : Nate was taught from a young age on how to use the undead to serve him. His skill is more in the corporal for now. He can have control over the spirits but they are more as advisors or scouts.

Hands of an Embalmer: Nate was taught from a young age that a well put together corpse makes a better minion. That means that Nate was taught how to preserve a body for long time use. A corpse has no use if it is just rotting away. Since his family came from Egypt a long time ago, they kept their traditions of mummification but that takes way too long for a basic zombie. Nate has a steady hand from years of Anatomy training on animated zombies. If he has the time to preserve them ,then he will. If not then regular zombies will do in a pinch.

Tactically gifted: Nate was taught to use his undead like chess pieces. His family has a life sized chess board that uses the undead as pieces to teach control. Nate isn't at that level yet but he's got a gifted mind for tactics. It helps with the family business. He can plan ahead should need be.

Weaknesses:
Does not have an off switch for his mouth: When Nate is on the Warpath, he just will not stop talking. It gets him in trouble.

Sheltered: His parents kept him locked in the family estate while he was being taught. That means he doesn't know a lot about the world as a whole unless he got his siblings to tell him.

His family: He is desperate to prove to them that he can do this. That means he would do almost anything to keep his family from finding out when he does something wrong. He is easily black mailed using that threat.


Brief History:

The recorded history of the Negromante Family starts all the back in Renaissance Italy. The family had been practicing Necromancers for thousands of years it it wa draw actions of the Noble lord Lugui Giancarlo that cemented them as a major magical house. Through his actions he made his family great and a major player in the Italian magical world. However it did earn them a new name, Negromante or Necromancer in Italian. Instead of shaming them, they embraced the name. They were seen as important enough to earn that name.

Years past and a pattern would grow. The family didn't care about who inherited what but they cared more for the strength of the family. A group of laws were made to keep them all safe and not at each other's throats. Power would be distributed equally among the children and thus they wouldn't send armies of the dead to kill each other. Then there was the pattern of their powers. The clan could use both kinds of necromancy but usually would show a preference for spirit magics. Corporal specialty was rare among their bloodline but when it showed up, the child usually had great skill in it.

Nathan Marvin Negromante was born on the Eve of All Hallows as the fourth child in the family. From the day he was born, Nate was slated to take over the family Company Negromante Biotech and that meant he would be sheltered from the magical world politics. Nate was an odd child especially for his family. Usually by the age of three, they could at least see ghosts but Nate seemed to ignore them as if there was nothing there. His father ,worried about his son, summoned his spirits to understand why his son couldn't see them. They responded that Nate could in fact see them but he just didn't seem to acknowledge them as being there. They theorized that it meant his magic was bound more towards the corporal. A year later, his parents got their proof.

Nate was about six years old when he came running into the house with an odd bird in his hands. From the outside it looked like a pigeon but there was one major issue. The animal appeared to have a broken neck but still seemed to have a facade of life. When they asked Nate, he responded that he had "waked the hurt bird up". That was the first creature he ever animated and it was an important moment in his life. His parents were so happy about this power that they started Nate's training the next day. The biggest issue was that no one in his family were corporal necromancers and that meant Nate would have to be taught by the ghosts. Many of them had been in the employ of Nate's Great grandfather who had been the last Corporal Necromancer. Nate spent a good deal of his training from the books that his ancestor's books to try and learn more about his gift. Nate spent a good deal of his life hiding in the family mansion since his parents wanted to keep him away from the chaos that was the magical world. Nate was someday going to be the head of the Family company. However, his parents were of the belief that he owned nothing unless he earned it himself. Nate managed to play the mortal stock market using his large amount of time. He wasn't exactly wealthy but he could support himself. Some day the company would be his and he would have all the money he would need.

Unlike many rich families, the Negromante's were always very close. Dinners were always a family affair and nothing spelled fun like ghosts throwing tables and chairs around the dining room. Nate enjoyed his younger life until eventually they got the letter for Marchand and originally the plan was to send Nate's younger brother but his Grandfather, the head of the family, stepped in and told them to send Nate instead. It was not often that the Negromante's had a flesh necromancer in the family and that meant a lot is resting on Nate to succeed here.
