【Alignment/Affiliation/Organization】 Loyal to his home but values life, his countrymen's and nature's at the forefront.
【Clan/Bloodline】 Hanabira clan's a rather small clan, a Dozen or so active members in the shinobi corps. Tapo's the only one sent to the New Continent, as he's the one who's gained enough renown. 【Rank】 Special Jounin – Intelligence specialization. 2nd Chief Officer of Intelligence. Communications Officer. Head Of Sealing Unit.
【Chakra Nature】 Wind Latent talents in earth and fire.
【Appearance/Wardrobe】 Tapo stands at 5'10, reasonably tall for his age. A lean and well maintained build at 140 pounds, one would be hard pressed to find any flab on him. His body's notable for it's without scars. Not because he's avoided getting injured, but because he's always taken great care of the wounds he has sustained, to avoid ugly scarring. His dark brown hair reaches slightly further down than his shoulders, tied back into a neat ponytail in the back, leaving the front natural. He's normally seen in earthy, dark colors with mint tints and highlights. He wears a tight top, green over the chest and black over the arms, and a gray coat with his clan's Blossom insignia on, with green stripes on the shoulders. His hands are almost always gloves, regardless of the weather. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Personality】 Tapo's a reserved, initially seemingly cold individual. His coolness should not be mistaken for apathy, but rather understood as focus. He's completely dedicated to his craft, be it gardening he really is gay or Ninjutsu. He values natural life above all – at times even acting harshly against those that will not show nature the respect he thinks it deserves. He's strictly vegetarian, eating only what he himself, or his kin has produced and a vegan. all that's missing is being a trap. He's a patriot and loyal to his house without fail, valuing success as a shinobi, but also as a individual – a member of his people and his family. He smiles often, but few have seen him ever laugh. His one outlet is when it comes to wordplay. He throughly enjoy a good pun.
Unlike many other in war time, Tapo kept his head cool, thinking before acting, following orders instead of boasting. Remaining humble instead of reckless. Proving himself as responsible and reliable, a paragon in that regard. He's eccentric and to some, he might seem a bit weird due to his fascination with art and flora, to him, something being 'ugly' is the worst insult he could imagine. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【History】 big ass history here ooohhh yeah, this is going to be greaaat description. wooooowwwww im going to read it
Born the oldest of five siblings, his father a soldier in Konoha's armed forces. He grew up in an apartment much too small for their family, he had 18 cousins living in the same stairwell as his family did, leaving the Hanabira clan quite cramped. He learned how to live without much personal space, his mother working as hard as she could to take care of him and his siblings, and soon, once he was old enough, he would help her out. Yet, this belief of never having enough personal space stayed with him – he would frequently run away from home, leaving his mother worried sick what a cunt. During these runaways, he'd go out into the forests, admiring the beauty of the blooming flowers – and during winter he'd mourn their loss, yet wait patiently for their rebirth and bloom once spring came he gives his mother heart disease for this gay shit. my god, i hope his puns are good.
He begun training as a shinobi at six years old, proving a quick study and something of a prodigy when it came to technicalities. He was able to read at a level several years ahead of his age, showing a understanding for concepts most kids his age would be unable to comprehend. His prodigal skills were hampered by his daydreaming, dreaming himself back to the fields with the blooming flowers time and time again. After the academy, he would go out on his own for several hours, exploring nature and the like.
Tapo was nine when he was considered ready for battle, graduating the academy and sent onto his first few missions. Most of them were basic, for even in wartime, Konoha still needed to partake in missions that would net the shinobi village revenue from the rest of the Land Of Fire. War makes the treasury run empty very quickly, after all.
His first time seeing battle was about a year in, fighting warriors from the Empire. Outnumbered and defeated, his squad were shattered.that'll teach leaf shits to mess with stone affairs!!!! Young Tapo was slashed across the chest and kicked into a river to drown somewhere in the ruins of the Land Of Whirlpools this is the end! hold your breath and count to ten!. Sinking he regained consciousness in the nick of time, kicking and paddling his way up to the surface – or what he thought was the surface, rather.
His head popped up in a cavern, what looked like the ruins of an archive. Not ruined because someone had raided it – but ruined because it was unkempt. It's keepers had perished long ago, and the archive had been forgotten in time.
Tapo tended to his wounds his training in medicine paid off, the cavern was sizeable enough to provide him with edible mushrooms and the river he had been left to die in led all the way here, leaving him with ampt fresh water for drinking and sustainability. Yet, the greatest treasure of them all was not the limited means of survival the cavern provided him with – but instead the wellspring of knowledge the archives held nice luck roll.
Once he was strong enough to no longer have to worry about his wound, Tapo begun reading, experimenting and testing his boundaries. Within weeks, he had mastered the basics. Sealing something away and summoning it again. The more he learned, the more he begun understanding about why this place was untouched – how none of the sensory shinobi could find it. It was warded off by some of the most powerful sealing techniques Tapo had ever heard off – seals that were well guarded secrets even during the First Great War. Tapo spent six months underground, presumed dead, like the flowers he so loved as a child. Learning, honing his craft. he's doing it again, leaving his family to wallow in anguish, jfc
He emerged, a few weeks after his 11th Birthday yeah this kid is the gay devil, doesn't even care about his bday. He spun a tale about how he had been saved by some civilians downstream and he had been suffering from short-term amnesia, and once he recovered his memory he returned home. He lived as an ordinary shinobi, taking small time missions for the foreseeable future, not seeing much combat – spending his off time helping out his family or in his solitude down in the archives. Once he mastered the basics of his craft, getting in and out of the Archive was no obstacle. lying little shit
He chose to become a sealing specialist by schooling, his personal studies had put him leagues ahead of his young peers, his teachers thinking him a true prodigy in the art – in a way, they were right. Over the next few years, he begun mastering the finer, more intricate uses of his art. When he was 15 – about time for him to be promoted to a chunnin – he was kidnapped by the intelligence forces. The ANBU. They suspected him of being a traitor – a mole, someone who was using a mimic jutsu to look like the young Hanabira, that was the only explanation for his advanced mastery of sealing techniques and abnormal skill with them. Yet, the sensor jutsu they used to check his body for any known transformation techniques failed, so did interrogation. Sure, he did have his secret – but they weren't asking the right question. should have read his mind with, y'know, yamanaka shit.
They let him go, holding his promotion until they could evaluate if he's a security risk but who needs the easy route when you can let a traitor run about? makes life more eventful that way. Getting in contact with the Captain of the ANBU, Tapo explained his situation – he had a secret technique he was carrying, one he couldn't share with his fellow shinobi. While it was weird circumstances – no one of his Clan had a Hiden previously. But the Captain gave the investigators the green light. 'We're shinobi, everyone has their secrets' was the logic that had been given to him. read his mind anyway to make sure it isn't a /smart/ spy. fuk konoha
With it, Tapo began flourishing. Be began displaying what he had learned, proving to be faster than anyone else of his age – traveling long distances in seemingly the blink of an eye. He began showing his mastery of techniques the world hadn't seen in centuries – not since the foundation of the Hidden Leaf. and no scribe recognized it as the special power of the coolio Tobirama
As his teenage years came to a close, Tapo had become famous as an escort of valuable goods. His speed at delivering parcels, regardless if they were encoded messages or supplies was without equal. His mastery over sealing techniques is unmatched in all of the Leaf, perhaps even the world. With his skills he has fixed the warding in the archives, making it only accessable if one has the 'Key' – A seal of his own creation.
Because of the usefulness of his gimmick, he was both a volounteer and a prime candidate for the Embargo Force of Konoha.

【Afflictions/Nerfs】
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Equipment/Weapons/Items】 Name of Weapon or Item: Shinobi tools Description: Kunai, shuriken, paper, pen. Wireless telecommunication device. Appearance: Strapped to his legs, in his coat, or in his pack.
Name of Weapon or Item: Shoulder Bag Description: Bag containing premade seals on scrolls, extra shinobi tools and basic first aid kit. Appearance: medium sized bag with a leather strap.
Name of Weapon or Item: Grey Sparrow Description: Trench Short Sword Appearance: The blade of a katana with a trench knife's grip, knuckle dusters attached to the crossguard, making it a viable weapon even in hand-to-hand.
Name of Weapon or Item: Blooming Petal Blossom Daggers Description: A series of 10 identical kunai with a modified cross-guard and with a seal attached to the handle. These daggers count as beacons, to be used with his Blooming Petal Blossom technique. Dagger 2 – 6 is with his mother and siblings. Dagger 1's on his person, while the others are stored in a summon-able scroll in his shoulder bag. Appearance: A extra long kunai with a petal shaped crossguard, a small green gemstone sits in the middle of the crossguard. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Jutsu】
Name of Technique: Blooming Petal Blossom Type of Jutsu: Space Time Ninjutsu, Sealing technique Rank: A Range: Any Nature Type: N/A Description: His bastardization of the Flying Thunder God Technique. It achieves basically the same thing. Momentum's about a tenth of that of the real deal – Tapo found his own reflexes to be incapable of handling the full throttle of the real technique. Except the speed, his technique's almost identical to the Second Hokage's original, except his seal cannot be applied to other living things. Everytime he teleports he activates a seal on his body, usually located on his arms. Turning the seal, it glows as he teleports, leaving behind green rose petals. The technique does not allow him to teleport anyone else with him, unless additional seals are used. The distance one can travel is based upon the intricacy of the seal. you know the rule. no running back to safety/home
Name of Technique: Blooming Petal Blossom; Grapevine Type of Jutsu: Space Time Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Rank: A Range: Close. Nature Type: N/A Description: Tapo grabs an opponent into a arm lock– one of the few grapples he knows, and immediately teleport as high into the air as he can with the target. Once in the air, he gets a steadier grip onto his opponent, to avoid them getting out of the grip until right before impact, where he activates another seal and teleports away, alone, leaving the target facing the full power of the most equal force of them all – Gravity. terminal velocity. so previous jutsu he cant tp with them, but here he can. not that I mind, but it seems like this is just some combo he'd use with the above jutsu.
Name of Technique: Blooming Petal Blossom; Flight Of The Sparrow Type of Jutsu: Space Time Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu. Rank: A Range: Close - Medium Nature Type: Wind Description: Coating his sword with the flying sparrow technique, Topa slashes at his opponent once, throws one of his special kunai into the opponent's blind spot, and with the same hand he threw activates a seal on his sword arm, making him teleport in the middle of a swing – letting him hit an opponent from two different angles at once. sounds a bit difficult when the tp speed isn't as great as Minato's. while Tobirama could do some wacky shit with Hiraishingiri, it just seemed like a SUPER FAST stab. I'll judge this jutsu when it's used in the rp and rule whether or not its retarded.
Name of Technique: Petal Seed Technique Type of Jutsu: Sealing Technique, Supplementary Rank: C Range: Self Nature Type: N/A Description: Creating the seals he need to trigger with his Blooming Petal technique, applying them to his own body. Arms and sometimes torso, each ' standard' seal takes up 20 Centimeters in diameter. A longer distance seal, such as between villages, requires drastically more space and intricate seal. If he was to sustain an injury upon the seal, they are broken and cannot be used. He most often keep four seals on him, two on each forearm for ease of access, but he can fit a grand total of 12 on his arms, shoulders and torso, binding them to his teleportation technique. i dont get this ability
Name of Technique:Elemental Sealing Method Type of Jutsu: Sealing Technique, Utility. Rank: B Range: Close Nature Type: Whichever the element that is applied to the technique has. Description: Tapo uses an allies, or his own – if the scroll is to be primed for Wind element. His siblings have each helped him prime one scroll for each, as they all handily have unique chakra natures. yeah this sealing method only worked on residues of amaterasu. this isn't going to stop elemental attacks, and only work on passive elemental abilities.
Name of Technique: Time Stasis; Type of Jutsu: Space Time Ninjutsu. Rank: B Range: Trap, can be triggered miles away from Tapo. Nature Type: N/A Description: A Tag often hidden under some kind of cover, once it gets in contact with anything living, it triggers a 5 by 5 meter 'bubble'. A sphere where total stasis happens. Nothing moves once it enters, or is caught inside of this bubble, freezing the target in time for up to five seconds. Stronger chakra constitutions and abnormal chakra patterns (Such as say, Gates, Sussano, or Lightning Armor) will mess with with the trap and shorten it's duration. The seal's incredibly detailed and therefor requires plenty of time to make. five seconds is enough for you to set up an endgame that'll fuck up your opponent. in pvp this is a very shit tier ability, but vs bosses and random enemies it could be a ton of fun. which means it should probably be banned from pvp.
Name of Technique: String Light Layer Trap Technique Type of Jutsu: Sealing, Trap, Utility Rank: B Radius: Up to 20 meters Nature Type: N/A Description: Effectively someone laying layers of String Light Trap Technique upon each other, mimicing the effects of the Multiple String Light technique, but can be done solo. Incredibly effective at limiting one, or several opponents movements if the technique remains hidden until activation. dont push for too many stuns. this jutsu was able to immobilize Kage-level peeps. even vs non-PC's, this feels like cheese.
Name of Technique: Blooming Petal Blossom, Flying Sparrow's Dance Type of Jutsu: Space Time Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu Rank: S kiss my ass Range: Melee – 10 meters. Nature Type: Wind Description: After immobilizing an opponent, either with his sword, with traps or with an ally's help, Tapo throws his Petal Daggers in a pattern around the opponent, activating the seal on them as he throws them, allowing him to teleport between the four at will, at the cost of one Seed Seal per teleportation. Allowing him to build momentum over time while launching himself between the kunai, increasing his attack force several tens of times over, while also allowing him total unpredictability in regards to angles to attack from. or you can just attack normally once your opponent is completely stunned. from what I see, you cant actually move from your position when your stun abilities are applied, which makes me wonder why this jutsu even exists
Okay so I may seem a bit harsh, but that's what the most open-ended category of abilities in the series gets. It was also warned in the Jutsu Banlist that scrutiny would be nasty. Now apart from some History memes, everything is fine outside of abilities. I invite you to just PM me on Discord to discuss your FTG rip-offs.
【Clan/Bloodline】 The Aragami are a family of civilians, so nope.
【Rank】 He was a genin when he left the Stone. Most people don't even know he's a shinobi these days.
【Chakra Nature】 Earth
【Appearance/Wardrobe】 Tsubaki is the kind of person who you can generally figure out just by looking at his face. A tired, almost lazy looking smile is his most common expression, and he rarely looks as if he's taking a situation seriously, even when he actually is!
He will constantly have something sticking out of his mouth, as he has only recently quit smoking and needs something similar just to tide him over. This may be a pencil, or a piece of paper rolled into a cylinder, or any number of other things, just so long as they have the same basic shape.
As for clothes, Tsubaki rarely wears anything that could be considered particularly complicated. In fact, he refuses to wear any clothes that would take more than two minutes to put on, saying he would rather spend that time actually enjoying himself. For this reason, he tends to stick to standard shirts and pants. Maybe a jacket or coat, if he feels like living it up a bit. Of course, there wouldn't be a whole lot of colour to them, but he's pretty sure that's not that important.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Personality】 Unlike during his childhood, Tsubaki is fairly laid back and relaxed these days. One of his greatest joys is being able to enjoy a little peace and quiet, without having to worry about anything. This has been something of a rarity throughout his life, but when such a moment comes along, he won't pass it up. Overall, his philosophy involves not getting stressed over the small things, lest you miss the big things right in front of you.
He tends to try and make friends with the people around him, even if he's not always great at it, and finds enjoyment in teasing people and getting under their skin, especially if he thinks they're too strict or uptight. However, he also knows there is a fine line between annoying someone and upsetting them, and he has a great fear of crossing that line. If he should accidentally cross it, he will go to great lengths to make up for his mistake, as in his own words, friendship is one of the big things in life. However, one thing that has stuck with him since childhood is his hatred of killing others, usually going well out of his way to avoid the act. Even when he is in battle, and at danger of being killed himself, he will go well out of his way to try and take his opponent down non-lethally.
Despite his usually somewhat relaxed nature, there are a few things that will cause his personality to do a near complete 180. The first is if someone wastes, ridicules or otherwise disrespects food and cooking. Do that, and you'll be on the receiving end of an earbashing so bad the Raijin has joked about classifying it as an interrogation technique. Food is definitely a pretty big thing in life, after all.
The second is... Well, a little more serious. This is when he thinks someone is coming close to figuring out his identity as a former shinobi of the Stone. Even though he may seem like he's acting the same on the outside, on the inside he will go into overdrive, his paranoia and survival instincts consuming his thoughts. His safety is a pretty big thing. One of the biggest, in fact.
And finally, the third goes right back to being dumb, occurring when he doesn't have something cigarette shaped in his mouth. When this happens, he will begin to second guess himself, getting worried far more easily than usual. As it turns out, not having a cigarette or appropriate substitute on hand makes the small things in life seem a lot bigger.
Tsubaki was born in the outskirts of Iwagakure, to a small, poor civilian family. Life was hard for someone so young in that position, as they barely had what they needed to support their family as it was, let alone an extra mouth. Still, they held strong, doing as much for their son as they could.
It wasn't until Tsubaki was six years old that things began to look up. His sister, Izumi, had already been a shinobi for a little while, but right after his sixth birthday, she became a chuunin, and started making a name for herself as an exceptional shinobi. Tsubaki had already thought Izumi was cool, but after all her successful missions, she quickly gained the honour of becoming his hero, and it wasn't long before he decided to become a shinobi as well. At first, his parents were worried, but they eventually calmed down after Izumi promised to watch out for him and teach him what she could. It was this that led to Tsubaki's life long dedication to the use of polearms, doing his best to replicate his sisters abilities with her spear.
However, things changed once more when he entered the academy. At this point, Izumi was widely considered a full on war hero, and it was all but impossible for her to take time off, as busy as she was with the war. As he ended up at the academy, he quickly learnt that the way they taught was very different to Izumi's methods. They were expecting someone like Izumi! Someone strong, assertive and courageous! Instead they got Tsubaki, who at this he was soft spoken, easily upset and too scared of annoying others to even think of putting his own opinions forward. In addition to this, his teachers didn't show the understanding and patience Izumi had, with even the kindest of teachers eventually finding it somewhat irritating to try and teach him. Oh, he learnt well enough, but he was just too... passive. He even seemed to try and avoid attacking vitals in exercises, instead focussing on non-lethal attacks. This continued despite his teachers concerns that, on the battlefield, this could easily cost him his life.
Despite all these however, he eventually managed to pass the academy, officially becoming a genin. Over the next few months, things were almost... Well, nice. He was able to complete a number of D-ranks without coming to worry about it too much, his team and jonin sensei were actually pretty patient and friendly towards him, and there were even a few where he got to show off the only talent he had any confidence in, cooking. The only exceptions were a couple of missions where he ended up working with one Shinrikyo Nagi, which he spent terrified that he was constantly pissing her off.
And then one mission, his very first C-rank, changed everything. His team had been sent to help with repairs at a small village a few days journey from Iwa itself. He had actually been truly excited in the days leading up to it, not only because it would be the first time he travelled outside the village, but also because Izumi had apparently volunteered to help out as well. According to the message she'd sent, she had been given some time to rest after her last victory and deciding to try and meet him and his team on her way back to Iwa. The first two days of repairs were happy ones, as the two siblings caught up.
However, the second night brought tragedy. Apparently, a number of cloud shinobi had abandoned their posts in order to make a desperate, and in their eyes heroic sacrifice, striking into the heart of the empire and weakening it enough to give the dynasties a small chance of victory. Fortunately for Iwa however, they ended up running into Tsubaki's jonin sensei on the journey, as he patrolled the area around the village. The resulting battle was loud, as the jonin did everything in his power to raise the alarm while the shinobi tried to stop him. Thankfully, it worked, and Tsubaki, Izumi, and the other members of his team were quickly awoken and went to join the fight. As it turned out, the Kumo shinobi were stronger than expected, and they quickly knocked out Tsubaki and his team, leaving the two jonin to fight back on their own.
When Tsubaki came to, it was to a sight he wished he could erase from his memories, but knew he never would. The ground was littered the bodies of the Kumo nin, the smell of blood heavy in the air. Amongst them lay his jonin sensei, also quite clearly dead. And only a little way from his corpse lay his sister, hand still clenched around her spear as she bled out. Unable to contain his grief, Tsubaki ran to her, sobbing the entire way, only for her to tell him that she was sorry, her voice weak. Before he could ask why, she lifted one shaky hand and gave him her spear. Tsubaki instantly realised what she was telling him to do, and tried to say no, but she insisted, telling him that there may very well be more of them, and she knew too much to let herself be captured. Realising that everything she said was true, he took the spear from her, sobbing uncontrollably the entire time. That day, Aragami Tsubaki made his first kill and last kill, a kill stain his soul forever.
Aragami Izumi.
After that, he dragged his unconscious teammates back to the village, Izumi and their sensei's sacrifice allowing them to escape with their lives.
And then he ran. He ran far away from the village, from Iwa, from everything. During that battle, he had been reminded just how weak he was. A shinobi? How could he even begin to think he was strong enough for that?! His incompetence had gotten his sister, his hero, killed! It had gotten his sensei killed! It had nearly gotten his friends killed! He couldn't face the people of Iwa again, not after this failure. It wasn't until he had passed the countries borders that he realised what he was doing was desertion, or even that he still held his sisters spear.
He was a missing nin.
And that horrified him.
It was then that he came to a decision. From that day onwards, he would wander the land, learning what he could and improving himself as not only a shinobi, but as a person. And one day, if he managed to actually survive, he would return to his homeland, his head held high, and redeem himself.
And that was exactly what he did. He travelled between all five of the great nations, learning what he can. He passed himself off as a travelling chef, befriending people across the continent, and slowly, over the years, he grew as a person, his entire outlook on life changing. Of course, he trained himself to the limits, scouring books and scrolls he came across for whatever jutsu he could find. He also went to great lengths to hide his former identity and change his appearance, even killing cells in his hair to change it from its previous brown to pure white. However, after a while, he found that he wished to stop wandering, and perhaps settle down for a little while. The solution to this problem, his yearning for somewhere to call home, came in a form he never would have expected.
The village hidden in the clouds, Kumogakure.
After the war, the town was a mess, and his anger towards the nation had faded years ago. And so, he set up shop for a little while, making sure the people of the Raijins tribe had good food and doing what he could to help rebuild. He had only planned to stay a little while, but when he realised that he could truly help people there, he decided to stay a little longer.
And a little longer.
And a little longer after that, too.
A year later, Tsubaki was a well known face in the tribe, and he had come to befriend many of the villages shinobi. This included the Raijin themselves, who had also taken a hands on approach to restoring the village as best they could. In addition to that, they were a regular customer, and the two became close friends. Eventually it got to the point where, despite the risk, Tsubaki trusted them enough to tell the the truth of his identity, as well as the story of why he left. Honestly, he fully expected the Raijin to turn on him. He was pleasantly surprised however, when they allowed him to continue living in the village as a friend and citizen. There were two conditions to this though. The first was that he was to inform all the jonin of his true identity in an official meeting. At first, a few of the shinobi he'd befriended turned on him, as along with their general anger at the empire, many of them had lost friends to Izumi specifically. However, it wasn't long before his previously established bonds with them won out over their anger, and they viewed him as a friend once more.
The second was that he take an 'unofficial' role as a shinobi in service of Kumo. Thankfully, this second job generally involved simply working on rebuilding with the civilians and helping to feed refugees, the kind of thing he had already been doing. Occasionally however, he would be asked to help deal with bandits, or worse, shinobi from rival dynasties. His unwillingness to kill turned out to be something of a boon for information gathering, after all.
Even during his time as an unofficial shinobi however, the main trait his friends seemed to notice about him was his belief that, despite everything, there should be peac. Not just between the Iwa and Kumo either, but between all the villages, and even beyond that. He just wanted a world where he wouldn't have to watch the people he cared about kill each other.
After spending two years in Kumo, the Raijin gave Tsubaki the mission of a lifetime. He was to join the expedition to the new world, under the new name Akiyama Izuku. Officially, he was a chef, sent by the Raijin dynasty to make sure the expedition had some actual nice food as a sign of good faith. Unofficially though, his mission was simple. Build friendships. The war was over, now it was time to prevent it from rekindling, as there was little doubt that a third war would spell the end of the crumbling country.

Name of Technique: Earth Release: Earth Pillar Pedestal Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu Rank: B Range: Close/Personal Nature Type: Earth Description: The user calls a flat-topped pillar of stone from the earth. They can call this pillar from the ground beneath them to either launch themselves through the air, or to simply act as a platform so they have the high ground. They can also call it up anywhere in a two metre radius of them, to block attacks in a similar manner to earth wall, or even launch opponents away. The pillar can be summoned on a diagonal angle from the surface it was summoned from, in order to launch the user or opponent in certain directions.
Name of Technique: Earth Release: Skidding Stone Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu Rank: B Range: Personal Nature Type: Earth Description: After a run up, the user kicks up a chunk of stone beneath their feet, which they can then ride on as it skids across the ground. They can also control this stones direction while riding, allowing them to glide across the battlefield. The stone will quickly lose momentum once the rider jumps off however, meaning it is generally unsuitable for use as a projectile.
Name of Technique: Earth Release: Great Stone Hand Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu Rank: A Range: Close/Mid Nature Type: Earth Description: The user summons a large stone hand from the earth, similar to Stone Fist but without connecting to the users body. This hand can punch and grab, but is only controllable for about five to ten seconds, after which it will return to normal stone.

Yogensha is the epitome of a calm, collected individual and it shows in her dress. Typically enjoying her position as the leader of Amegakure to it's full extent, she is always seen in perfectly ironed clothing that matches her perfectly.
Otherwise she takes great care of herself, mostly her hair and her face. Being a woman, she believes that her first tool as a shinobi is her appearance, which can be deceiving upon first sight as she looks more like a daimyo's daughter than a kunoichi.
Yogensha is calm, collected, takes her time for things - even when she pours tea, she is the epitome of calm. Her entire appearance betrays nothing about her thoughts, and it is not uncommon for her to take several days of contemplation to reach a conclusion, making the diplomatic envoys of her allies and enemies wait all that time. It is unfitting of a Kaguya, and anyone can tell she is one by her remarkable appearance, marked with red dots.
In truth, it is because she is a former shrinemaiden, where they calmed her Kaguya-wilderness and exchanged it with calm, peace, tranquility of mind. Originally she had a wild streak, much more becoming of a Kaguya, and was constantly on the move to escape the people that were chasing her - angry peasants, mostly, for the ruckus she caused in their villages. Her moral compass was led completely astray by her parents, who had taught her to look out for herself and only herself - even the clan was secondary to herself. Theft, murder, it was all okay in her eyes.
Thankfully, it never got to murder to turn her around. When the shrinemaidens took her in, she was resistant to their teachings, but over time it was only natural she became a part of them, and learned to do as they did. The wild streak disappeared partially. From then on forwards she became who she is now - peaceful, though it is said she is simply a slumbering bear waiting to be woken.
It makes her annoying to deal with on occasion, as she always insists on thinking things through and weighing the options. Those who critique her for this, saying she is incapable of making decisions in situations where a quick response is required, they misjudge how capable she is. She is fully aware of her nature and desire to think things through, and knows when to discard this in favour of quick decisionmaking. To her, the power lies in offsetting your enemy - make them believe you are taking your time to think, to move, to act, and then act quickly, destroying them with a single strike, piercing them in the heart - there where it will hurt the most.
Yogensha was born in an area where little to nothing stood - there were no villages, no people, or even animals. Just wide open plains that were occasionally used for travel. Steppes - that's what the locals called them. The few that existed. It was more or less a requirement to travel by horse here, unless you were a shinobi and could travel faster than the average human. They were ... areas that were of little importance to the rest of the world, but meant everything to Yogensha at a young age. There she could be free. She was raised in the same way - free, without a care, only yourself to worry about. Everything else was a matter for someone else, but not the Kaguya's.
How wrong they were, but how blissful it could be to be wrong.
When she was six she was sent eastwards with a clan of traveling merchants together with her younger sibling. Passed off by her parents like they were.. dead weight. It was natural - like a bird throwing their young out the nest, this was her parents way of saying 'grow up'. It was only later she realized that her parents didn't know better - that they were raised in the same way. But back then it felt like her heart was torn from her. She screamed, kicked and cried as they took her. 'We have orders,' they said, 'to take you to Sunagakure.' She didn't want to go to Sunagakure.
Traveling was harsh. The merchants were slow and took every opportunity to stop and rest. As they got further and further from the steppes where her parents were, she could almost feel the connection severing until something snapped in her head. It was an audible snap - it was just gone. She didn't care anymore. Perhaps she realized herself that there was nothing she could do, or perhaps she figured that her parents didn't care so why should she? Again, she later realized that this wasn't the truth, but at that moment it helped her get through things.
Arriving at Sunagakure, Yogensha and her sibling did not hang around like they were supposed to and didn't enroll in the academy. Rather they left as soon as they were able to, trekking through the desert together to find and explore new lands. It was natural that a child with a wild side to them would do whatever it pleased, especially if it were raised in such a way where the only thing that matters is yourself. Ultimately this was the driving force behind Yogensha's life.
It didn't take long for the natural abilities beholden in the Kaguya clan to take hold of her, allowing her control over her bones as if they were tools. A gimmicky thing at first, a valuable art of warfare later. This went paired with her ability to channel the powers of the gods - or well, she thought it was the power of the gods. During her period in the desert she became very religious, seeing the presence of the Sage of the Six Paths as well as his sons Asura and Indra in everything. They represented balance.
Balance between the blood thirst of the Kaguya clan, and the peacefulness of the Sage's teaching.
During their travels the two Kaguya siblings were picked up by Kirigakure operatives who had been sent out to collect the two presumed orphans. It was originally a simple retrieval mission to take two kids off the road and into an orphanage but quickly became more when it was evident the two came from the dark continent.
The two siblings then underwent years of interrogation to get any information out of them, though somewhat unluckily for them Yogensha could not tell much - after all, she was a child when she left and only knew the border region where the steppes were.
In return for these years of interrogation she was regarded as somewhat of an interesting individual who had appeared from nowhere and was given special privileges, treated as something of a guest of honour at times and an exotic animal to be shown off at other times. This only ended when she entered service for the Chūsei Kokoro Hoji-sha, the CKH, otherwise known as the Loyalty Holders. During her service there she essentially operated in the highly political scene of Kirigakure by ensuring that any military corporations that got too big for their boots were put back in place, to let them know 'Kirigakure is watching' and that action would be taken if anyone got funny ideas about independence.

This style of fighting is typical to Yogensha, as nobody but her has managed to grasp it and utilize it. It is based on the wisdom she has gathered, the desire to learn more about the people in the world, the environment and the power contained within chakra - a path to Enlightenment.
But although the Enlightenment is contained within the style, the style refers more to Indra than Asura, using power, ninjutsu, force and law to uphold the values that is deemed important. As such, 'peace' is merely an extension of 'war' in the sense that peace is formed through war, and war is bred through peace. This philosophy lies at the heart of the style.
If we were to discuss the properties of the style in battle, it could be said that the style is used to take on numerous 'heavenly' qualities. If the style is utilized in full, it makes the user resemble something of a God(dess) in a more human way. Although quite obviously this is nowhere close to the levels of Indra and Asura, it does draw on their powers quite a bit.
Because this is not quite a kekkei genkai but more so a style specific to her, it would be hard to say in general what the description is. For a more detailed understanding, you'd have to consider the individual (custom) jutsu.
Strengths
The strengths lie particularily in the application of the various jutsu's - they are versatile, and can be used defensively and offensively. This is because they are usually enhancements.
Weaknesses
You'll have to outsmart, outpower, or simply brute-force your way past her, as the techniques themselves are not particularly inclined towards any element. Another weakness is that despite the visage of a Goddess, she remains very human. Stab her and she will bleed, hurt her and she will cry. She is not a goddess. Just looks like one.
The gunbai is made of chakra-infused hardwood, meaning that it is durable and capable of deflecting blows. Kunai and shuriken thrown at it will get stuck in it, damaging the wood but ultimately not breaking it. Chopping motions by light blades (kunai, small cleavers, some lightweight katana's) will not damage it, perhaps slice the edges a bit. Larger blades (the blades used by the seven swordsmen of the mist, for example) would cleave the gunbai more easily, requiring a few hits to take it down, but ultimately doing the job.
The infusion of wind chakra allows the user to 'deflect' ninjutsu too in the case of small ninjutsu. Similarly, small gusts of wind that can do small cutting damage may be created by the gunbai too.
A standard straight-edge chokuto. No defining properties, other than the fact that it is Yogensha's. It can be broken by a focused technique, like lightning infused blades.
A regular shakujo. Made of wood, with a tip of iron. It's hard, you can be bashed over the head with it. Besides that, no real extremely important properties. In the right hands it's a valuable weapon, in the wrong hands it'll be a regular staff of wood with an iron tip.
A regular naginata. The staff is wood, the tip is steel. It cuts well. It can be augmented with wind chakra to make it cut even better-er. But, ultimately, just a regular weapon that holds no legendary qualities. Still, a weapon to take into account.
A traditional fan made with iron ribs and paper fans. If used properly, you can use it to block incoming strikes by deflecting them. But, it requires a lot of training. Training Yogensha has.
A nagamaki, a type of naginata that features a shorter handle, making it a 'sword' with an unusually long handle. Again, no strange qualities or so. It's a regular nagamaki. It will cut you and you can break it if you try hard enough.
The user will form the tiger seal with two hands, or one if they are that way inclined. Afterwards, the user will 'sprout' four sets of arms that will grow from their back, and are under the full control of the user. This allows them to, for example, form handseals with these arms, or hold weapons. The arms also create new chakra paths inside of them that connect to the original chakra path. Therefore, while this technique seems simple, it's extremely difficult as the body must adjust to the new motor skills required to move the arms, as well as to accustom to the chakra paths. Yogensha has perfected this art, but a new student would likely struggle to learn this technique, if he ever manages to learn it at all.
As it is a manifestation of 'creation' it is a direct representation of Asura, whom was a master of Yang release among other things.

Description
The jutsu starts by forming a tiger seal, one handed or two handed. The user then needs to take their time to gather yin chakra at their chest, to prepare for the next move. A result of the gathering of chakra is that they need to hold the tiger seal for as long as it takes, but also that they begin resembling 'Indra' and thus, a light blue line appears under their eyes.
Jutsu name
Indra no Guntai (Army of Indra)
Rank
A
Range
A circle of 10m in diameter around the user.
Description
This technique is the follow up to Indra no Teisai, using the built up Yin chakra to cast a powerful genjutsu. As Indra embodied Yin chakra, this technique is the embodiment of Indra. The user will perform the genjutsu at the moment they release the tiger seal, with the 'trigger' for the genjutsu being the words she speaks afterwards. These words can, quite literally, be anything as the words are not important, but the sound of her voice is.
After the genjutsu is cast, those under it's effect will be faced with a sudden purple mist setting in, limiting their view rather harshly. It is possible for them to be in the same 'circle' clear of mist with other people. Then, from the mist, a 'clone' of Yogensha will appear. This is the genjutsu in two parts; the mist is one genjutsu, the clone is another, but they act together and are cast and dispelled together.
The genjutsu clone is, in theory, a perfect human, and will fight without mistakes. They will block all the attacks that are thrown at them, but all their attacks will never hit (because, a genjutsu has no 'life' and no physical presence due to the fact that there is no yang chakra) and will therefore always pretend to miss, or to be blocked. As a result, the clone will engage in an engagement that can theoretically last forever.
As a result the target will lose stamina fighting the clone and, if they remain unaware of the genjutsu, can be targeted by anyone. Therefore it is easy for someone (Yogensha for instance) to attack and take down the enemy.
As the genjutsu is convincing and similar to other 'real' techniques (the mist technique from Kirigakure, for example) it would be hard to see through it. But if it is found out somehow, it is possible to dispel it using regular means.
A better way to deal with it would be to realize the clones aren't physical, and ignoring them. However, this leaves the mist, and would force you to fight in the mist with limited vision.
The genjutsu affects allies as well. Allies caught in the genjutsu would need to be freed from it by Yogesha/someone else, or else they will see the mist and Yogensha attacking them as well. Also, deaf people are not susceptible to this genjutsu at all because they cannot hear the trigger.

Description
Yogensha forms a tiger seal with as many hands as she can spare, and molds chakra inside of, and around, her heart. The more hands she uses, the quicker it goes, although it is possible to use one hand only, lengthening the time it takes to prepare the chakra significantly. After she has enough chakra, her arms lunge forwards and move into the target, at which point they become paralyzed (some say it's because of fear, others say it's because of the poison she supposedly has on her hands, others say it's an effect of her chakra). Yogensha's hands will slowly move into the target until they reach it's targets, and the victim can feel her hands on the inside the entire time, until her hands make a grabbing motion and grab something that they'd never felt before, something that isn't meant to 'be' in the body.
Then Yogensha pulls it out, pulling something that appears to be like a cloud of chakra out of the body of the victim. It's entirely crippling, and even if she's unable to get it all out before being interrupted, it will still do lasting, permanent damage that is not recoverable through regular medical means.
If she manages to pull it all out, the victim enters a dormant state, falling over and laying there - on some occasions they essentially become a plant, cursed to live in a hospital forever, staring forever forwards, never becoming truly alive again. Others simply die straight away or after a few seconds.
Yogensha herself is not truly sure what she is actually pulling out, only that it is her chakra and her nature as a representation of Indra and Asura that allows her to do it - she supposed, therefore, that it is either the soul of a person or their entire chakra reserve that she pulls out. The jutsu is, however, extremely dangerous to the victim, so she has never been able to truly study it, only having used it on occasion.

Description
Using all six arms, the user will perform a summoning jutsu, for which the handseals are different for all three pairs of hands. Hence, this technique could only be used by someone that has mastered the Visage of Asura technique.
This summoning requires no contract - the God of Gods is not a living creature. Rather, it is.. best comparable with a statue inhabited by a spirit, or multiple spirits. It is an ancient thing coming from the age of the first two shinobi - Indra and Asura - that was said to have the spirits of Indra and Asura within it. The truth of that is contestable, but the sheer power and size of the thing speaks volumes.
When the God of Gods is on the battlefield, the allies of the summoner will feel inspired and be inclined to fight harder. Similarly, the enemies will feel demoralized and will have a hard time to continue fighting with the lurking eyes of the God of Gods upon them, judging them for opposing him.
Furthermore, the statue has numerous other capabilities that will be detailed in the summoning sheet for the creature.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Full Name】Eita Iwasaki 【Nickname/Alias】Heir to the Iron Beetle Clan 【Gender】Male 【Age】20 【Age Appearance】17 【Sexuality】Straight
【Nation】Empire of Stone 【Birthplace】The Forest of Steel - Located in the Land of Earth
【Alignment/Affiliation/Organization】Nobility of the Empire of Stone
【Clan/Bloodline】 Iwasaki Clan - The year? Who knows. The Iwasaki clan were a nomadic clan, known primarily, and only for their ability to access a powerful kekkei genkai. But due to their poor choices they made enemies left and right, and thus spent the clan's formative years traveling across the area that would one day become the Empire of Stone. They didn't keep a written history, so much of their early history is sadly lost. It wasn't until the founding of the Empire of Stone that the history of Iwasaki clan was formally composed. Despite this, the clan was still mostly unknown, as they underpreformed in comparison to other clans that possessed the steel release. It wasn't until the discovery of the Kinzoku konchū that the Iwasaki clan managed to rise out of the dirt. The metal eating beetles became just as much a part of the clan as the dogs in the Inuzuka clan. Utilizing their metal eating insects, they managed to push themselves over the other metal clans, and in the end the clan infighting resulted in the Iwasaki consuming the other clans, leaving them as the primary noble clan to possess the steel style release. Under the leadership of Soshi Iwasaki the clan participated in the first great ninja war. Where their successes revolved around assassination. The clan often butted heads with the Kamizuru clan, and the two clans eventually began to merge together. Sharing their insect knowledge and special clan techniques. Eventually resulting in a complete merger, that ended with the Iwasaki clan's name continuing on as the Kamizuru vanished as their final daughter joined with the Iwasaki. During the second ninja war, with the expansion of war machines, the Iwasaki clan's metal devouring beetles shone. By sneaking into the enemy area, they would often sabotage enemy weapons by having their insects destroy the infrastructure of the enemy's weapons. During the destruction of the land of clouds, the Iwasaki played a vital part, and were raised to a noble family as thanks for their contributions. Since then, the Iwasaki have been one of the Empire of Stone's prized tactical clans.
【Rank】 Jounin / Assassination Squad
【Chakra Nature】 Earth, Fire, Steel
【Appearance/Wardrobe】 Like most soldiers of the Empire of Stone, the nobility wears their uniforms in the most pristine way possible. The nobility is seperated from the common soldier by a unique insignia on the length of their arm, which works to highlight them to their soldiers, without making them stand out as targets. In public, outside of military service, Eita is a well dressed gentleman. Often seen wearing some degree of fine wear, his most distinguished article of clothing is a cloak. A multilayered cloak that resembles the fluff of a greater moth. This outfit, despite its many layers and flourishes is designed in mind to breath. Giving Eita plenty of space to utilize his clan insects. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Personality】 The Nobility of the Empire There is something about the way Eita moves. The way he looks at others that just tells you that he's nobility. This is the sign of the noble clans. Raised from birth to present themselves to the public as if actors on a stage. To never slouch, to always maintain eye contact, to always be generous to those who serve well. In a way, Eita is more of a puppet to his family, with a finally crafted personality born from a selective training program. In a way, he is everything the empire adores in its nobility. Power, a crafty mind, and a loyalty to the empire. A loyalty to the emperor above all. Because what is the empire without its emperor? The Intelligence of an Assassin Eita learned to harden his heart to certain things long ago, even before the war. His heart was frozen to the plights of the empire's enemies. No matter how just, noble, or kind they may be, he swallowed his objections, and killed. Eita's coldness allows him to approach problems with an analytical perspective. By approaching each problem in the sense of value per life, it is difficult in a way for Eita to see the human aspect of his actions, or his victims. But, at the very least he keeps it quick. He wastes little, and his kills are as swift as he can make them. Ambition is Evil The old saying is that ambition is evil. Looking to a higher position, and fighting to claim it can often be a path that leads one down dark corridors. Despite his current noble position, Eita is ambitious. He desires to be in a position of appreciation, and the approval of the emperor himself. In a way, this ambition could be evil, but Eita doesn't care. After all, there is nothing wrong with ambition. It's foolish self destruction that comes hand in hand with ambition that is a danger. A danger that Eita believes he has avoided. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【History】 We begin with a child born in a forest of metal, much like the insects he controls The Forest of Steel lays deep within the Empire of Earth. A kind of realm so alien from our own that the mind just can't comprehend it. For centuries, each child of the Iwasaki has been born in this alien land of steel as if to introduce them to the world in a way that they will never be surprised by anything else. Because once you see the Forest of Steel, your mind refuses to accept anything else. That's the story anyway. The young Eita didn't see that Forest again until he was five, when he was brought back to become a vessel for the Kinzoku. His his insides were changed, his body reconstructed, and for over a month he was left in the clan chambers until his body had fully adjusted to the necessary changes. Host to the Kinzoku It was odd at first, having to adjust to the changes to his body. More so having to utilize his Kekkei Genkai as a means to grow the metals that the insects lived off. By growing it over his skin, and learning how to manipulate them to his fullest extent. As nobility, he learned from his clan, inside the forest of steel. Soon enough, as a year passed, Eita was adding his own tree of metal to the illustrious collection. But more so, he learned to use the clan's insects and manipulate their growth. Soon enough, he was drafted for the war at the age of ten. Weapons of War are not a Man Makes In war everybody learns their place. For Eita he learned his role first as a form of sabotage. The beetles did the hard work. The task of commanding them, sending them in, destroying the machines of war. That was easy to him. After all, he knew how to do that. Then they wanted him to kill. Eita refused. He worked behind the lines, trying to avoid the killing, but eventually he did. It was a man from Konoha. A fire shinobi. He was terrified. Fighting against the Kinzoku as they bit him, forced him to the ground... Eita drove a spear of metal right through his face, killing him and ending his misery. From there, he was tasked to do more of that. With his insects allowing him to spy on the enemy, he was made into an assassin. Tasked more and more to kill shinobi of the land of fire, and even then more shinobi from all over. By the time he was 15, he had killed more men and woman on these missions than he could count. Not because he couldn't count that high, but because he was bored of it by that point. It was just a mission. Just another mission for the boy with a heart as cold as steel. War ends when he is only just becoming a man The day the war ended, was the day after Eita turned 18. For eight of his formative years, he had spent them as an assassin. Killing, sabotaging, and giving to the empire. And now, as the war ended, he had to find a reason to keep going. Not just for the sake of living and the empire, but a personal goal. A goal to aid the empire further, with his body and blood as the mortar. But to do so, he must not be complacent with his role. No, he must strive higher. The new world... That offers such an opportunity. Especially if he is to represent the Iwasaki clan. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
【Special Traits】 + Natural Born Leader - Despite his sometimes rude behavior, the ability to lead and make difficult choices, as well as motivate others, is something the Iwasaki clan has always fostered. Eita just so happens to be one with a natural talent for inspiring some to push themselves. + Remarkable Perception - Many claim the Sharingan to be unsurpassed, but Eita is remarkably perceptive on his own. He can pinpoint key details in a fight even in a mess of high speed action. This is a key skill when manipulating groups of insects. + Strategic Prowess - Pattern Recognition is important for a strategist. Eita has studied patterns and common military tactics, as well as advanced tactics. His primary tactic tends to revolve around fear, by utilizing his insects. + Encyclopedic Knowledge of Insects - A life spent around beetles and insects has given Eita a great breadth of knowledge regarding how to control and communicate with insects of many varieties.
Kinzoku - A rare breed of insect discovered over five centuries ago in the land that would one day be Iwagakure. The Kinzoku Konchu, or Kinzoku, are a unique breed of insect that lived under the earth. They would cluster around ore deposits and eat the metal deep underground. But, due to the difficulty of finding ore veins as time went on, the species was slowly becoming extinct. The insect was discovered by the Iwasaki clan, and the clan's metal producing ability was used to attract and tame the insect, creating a symbiotic relationship. As the clan could utilize their chakra to create metal object, they began to house the insects alongside themselves. With the age of iron coming, the Kinzoku became a powerful weapon of the Iwasaki clan. Utilizing their abilities, the insects could strip the armor off a shinobi in seconds, or eat kunai right out of the air. Almost like airborne piranha. Through the years, and selective breeding, the Kinzoku developed a unique neurotoxin. The process of which is transmitted by a needle on their rear. The toxin, while not particularly powerful from one insect, is a hallucinogenic. It can make it difficult to focus on objects, and screws with the targets depth perception. The more times a target is stung, the worse the hallucinations become. And in its highest doses can cause vomiting. Thought that can take close to a hundred stings for a full grown adult. Almost like termites, one of the main tactics of the Iwasaki clan is to have the insects be spread about an area, and burrow into metal, where they weaken the structure and cause its eventual collapse. It is possible for a single member of the Iwasaki clan to cause an entire building to collapse by chewing through the metal supports that keep the building up. While not a primarily meat eating insect, they are omnivorous. Their bites are incredibly painful, and should they manage to get under the skin they can burrow around underneath the skin, and cause severe internal damage. TLDR: Bugs eat metal.
Kyodaina - Under varying circumstances certain insects can grow to tremendous sizes. Such is the caste of the Kyodaina. Bred as a kind of transport insect by the Iwasaki, it also has a high metal diet. But it also possesses a craving for meats. So while the giant insect is often used to carry other shinobi, it can also eat bodies that need to be disposed of. The Kyodaina possesses a set of pinchers specifically designed for cutting into metal. Almost like a sword, it can slice through a suit of armor, or other hard materials, like stone or ice.
Name of Weapon or Item: Iron Hive Description: A large container, designed to house the many insects of the Iwasaki clan and too be summoned if for any reason their insect supply is running low during battle. Each container holds roughly 2,000 insects in an area roughly 6'x6'. These Hives are used when a member of the Iwasaki has been in battle and their current batch of Iwasaki insects is dead or incapacitated. Appearance: A large metal container, carved with the shape of Kinzoku along the sides, wrapping up to the top. The container is used to hold extras of the insects, with holes littered about to have them released over time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Kekkei Genkai 】 Name of Kekkei Genkai: Steel Release Clan: Iwasaki (And other smaller clans) Description: The Iwasaki clan possesses the Steel Release Kekkei Genkai. Often referred to as the ultimate defense against others, this ability allows the user to generate metals from their body. While the various metals change slightly from person to person, they share many of the same properties. A hard metal shell can be grown from the user's skin, and even as a projectile that can be fire from their body. In other cases, it can even be spat out as a rapidly hardening metal, and formed into various projectiles. It is formed from the Earth, and Fire elements, with many believing it to be an offshot of the Lava Release style. Various smaller clans still possess the steel release, but the Iwasaki had long since become the main clan to possess such a ability. ------------------------------------------------------- 【Jutsu】
Name: Steel Release: Housing Insects Technique Rank: C Range: N/A Nature: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Effect: A primary technique of the Iwasaki clan, and one of their most practical. The base of this technique is that their bodies are opened up and redesigned into insect nests. Their ability to create layers of metal over their own skin or inside their bodies is used to feed the insects, who protect the host and listen to them. It is possible as a result, for the user to create projectiles or weapons in which the insects are already living. Allowing them to be scattered around an area before release.
Name of Technique: Steel Release: Instantaneous Stinger Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu Rank: C Range: Mid-Long range Nature Type: Steel Description: A fairly simple technique, based around the ability to rapidly grow metal from the user's body. Making this one of the first techniques that users of the Steel Release tend to learn. The main usage of this technique is that when the user waves their hands, or points in a general direction, foot long spear of metal are fired from their skin. The best example of this would be the finger drilling bullet technique from the Kaguya clan. Advanced users of this skill can utilize it to shape various kinds of projectiles, like shuriken, kunai, or even swords.
Name of Technique: Steel Release: Veins Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu Rank: C Range: Mid-range Area of Effect Nature Type: Steel Description: Utilizing the Steel Release, the user is capable of growing spikes of steel from the ground. Utilizing this technique, the Iwasaki clan developed a powerful terraforming jutsu. By turning the ground around them to steel, the clan creates an area where their beetles, the Kinzoku, to burrow about, or even feast and grow their numbers if there aren't any enemies about. The spears of steel produced from this technique vary, but can be roughly ten feet long, and appear in a noticeably erratic pattern. As a result, this technique is a powerful defense, attack, and support ability all in one.
Name of Technique: Steel Release: Forest of Steel Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu Rank: B Range: Terraforming Nature Type: Steel Description: One of the most powerful jutsu in the Iwasaki clan book. An advanced form of Steel Release: Vein, Forest of Steel was originally utilized to create vast fields of metal that the Kinzoku could feast on. Primarily used as a method to create a base of operations, or to replenish dwindling insect supplies. When used, large spears of steel erupt from the area, and can only be described as an alien forest. Roughly described as a forest of bare trees, all crafted from metal. Each spike capable of easily skewering an unprepared shinobi.
Name of Technique: Steel Release: Silver Powder Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu Rank: C Range: Mid-range Nature Type: Steel Description: Releasing a breath of steel into the area, small particles of a steel dust float around the area. Reflecting light, and being generally a nuisance to get in the eyes. Not a particularly powerful jutsu, but due to the Kinzoku's ability to track down metal by its scent, the powder can even act as a tracking agent. Or just really mess with the lungs.
Alright, tried to change up/add things to the history and personality portion of the character sheet. Removed one of the canon A ranks as I was asked. Also removed the Nerfs and afflictions. Noticed you wanted me to remove it too but you didnt put it in the final review for the character. Hope the character is good now.

He is to be weapon for the Mist to use as they see fit. Even if it is to send him away to who can pay for his skills as an assassin. Shinji's training was to make him emotionless, to try and make him into the blood mist's ideal shinobi, but there are cracks within the training as it was incomplete. Shinji isnt emotionless, he just keeps to himself and does what he is told. But he does question to himself if what he does is worth it to be the way he is.
Shinji doesnt show any loyality to his own clan. Being of the Yuki clan by blood only. He never knew his father, just a moment during the war his mother and father together that resulted in him. The Yuki clan and Shinji really never have any binds, he is just a son of a concubine, and they are a family he never knew. So Shinji has no feelings to them.

Trained with the same type of like minded shinobi of the era of the blood mist. He is loyal to the Kiri, that loyalty was pounded and carved into his mind. His full training was cut short when the political leaders and gang leaders were killed. He was twelve years old before whatever graduation training he was set to complete, and was interrupted. The band of shinobi was broken up that created Shinji into the person he is.
Shinji is loyal to the Mizukage and the Isle of Mist and swore loyalty personally to. He wanted to become a personal body guard but was denied multiple times. Shinji was denied roles into the ANBU Black OPS. The reasons weren't big. He was on high demand during the war and after for his assassination skills. Also he was a bit unsettling to those who visited the Paradise the Mist created.
Shinji saw the end of the Shinobi war and has been in a few battles himself. Often enough the mist sent Shinji off to whoever paid the mist the most. Shinji never saw a dime, of what was paid for his services. He was hired and picked enough times for his professionalism for each job he does. He was known as the Iceman a cold killer.
After the war his work load increased even more. Cleaning up the leftovers of the war was a tireless task. Shinji learned about the new world over his jobs and instead of being hired as an assassin he was hired to explore and be a bodyguard for those who are going to explore the new world. Giving him a new look on life and making him question his purpose in life.

【Clan/Bloodline】 The Aragami are a family of civilians, so nope.
【Rank】 He was a genin when he left the Stone. Most people don't even know he's a shinobi these days. oooooboi
He will constantly have something sticking out of his mouth, as he has only recently quit smoking and needs something similar just to tide him over cute quirk. This may be a pencil, or a piece of paper rolled into a cylinder, or any number of other things, just so long as they have the same basic shape.
As for clothes, Tsubaki rarely wears anything that could be considered particularly complicated. In fact, he refuses to wear any clothes that would take more than two minutes to put on, saying he would rather spend that time actually enjoying himself shit he's a man.
Overall, his philosophy involves not getting stressed over the small things, lest you miss the big things right in front of you. his life choices dont help at all
He tends to try and make friends with the people around him, even if he's not always great at it, and finds enjoyment in teasing people and getting under their skin, especially if he thinks they're too strict or uptight. Even when he is in battle, and at danger of being killed himself, he will go well out of his way to try and take his opponent down non-lethally. he's a goodboi
Food is definitely a pretty big thing in life, after all. total bumpkin feeling here, nice
One of the biggest, in fact. yes pleaaaaase
And finally, the third goes right back to being dumb, occurring when he doesn't have something cigarette shaped in his mouth. When this happens, he will begin to second guess himself, getting worried far more easily than usual. As it turns out, not having a cigarette or appropriate substitute on hand makes the small things in life seem a lot bigger. except the only thing that matters to him as a man
Tsubaki was born in the outskirts of Iwagakure, to a small, poor civilian family. Life was hard for someone so young in that position, as they barely had what they needed to support their family as it was, let alone an extra mouth. Still, they held strong, doing as much for their son as they could.
It wasn't until Tsubaki was six years old that things began to look up. His sister, Izumi most generic female name. may as well call her sarah, had already been a shinobi for a little while, but right after his sixth birthday, she became a chuunin, and started making a name for herself as an exceptional shinobi. Tsubaki had already thought Izumi was cool, but after all her successful missions, she quickly gained the honour of becoming his hero no sibling fights? smelling the very anime sibling relations here mmmmm, lets hope it doesn't go further, and it wasn't long before he decided to become a shinobi as well.
This continued despite his teachers concerns that, on the battlefield, this could easily cost him his life. total fucking pussy, deserves to revive my cyberbully meme
The only exceptions were a couple of missions where he ended up working with one Shinrikyo Nagi welcome to the family son, which he spent terrified that he was constantly pissing her off.
The first two days of repairs were happy ones, as the two siblings caught up. i sense something fishy
However, the second night brought tragedy yep. As it turned out, the Kumo shinobi were stronger than expected, and they quickly knocked out Tsubaki and his team, leaving the two jonin to fight back on their own. fucking fodder noobs compromising the GOOD elements
That day, Aragami Tsubaki made his first kill and last kill, a kill stain his soul forever. yeah dont count on that one, sad shit tho :(
Aragami Izumi. rip the swole jonin, dead because bad fodder backup
He was a missing nin. prepare thine anus
And that horrified him. very reasonable
It was then that he came to a decision. From that day onwards, he would wander the land, learning what he could and improving himself as not only a shinobi, but as a person. And one day, if he managed to actually survive, he would return to his homeland, his head held high, and redeem himself. and he got his own timeskip arc!!!!
He also went to great lengths to hide his former identity and change his appearance, even killing cells in his hair to change it from its previous brown to pure white smurt duder. However, after a while, he found that he wished to stop wandering, and perhaps settle down for a little while. The solution to this problem, his yearning for somewhere to call home, came in a form he never would have expected.
The village hidden in the clouds, Kumogakure. insert that shit star wars meme about traitors
However, it wasn't long before his previously established bonds with them won out over their anger, and they viewed him as a friend once more. the power of friendship amirite
His unwillingness to kill turned out to be something of a boon for information gathering, after all. he'll torture them with ramen boarding
Even during his time as an unofficial shinobi however, the main trait his friends seemed to notice about him was his belief that, despite everything, there should be peace. Not just between the Iwa and Kumo either, but between all the villages, and even beyond that. He just wanted a world where he wouldn't have to watch the people he cared about kill each other. peace is boring, lets make him nagato
After spending two years in Kumo, the Raijin gave Tsubaki the mission of a lifetime. He was to join the expedition to the new world, under the new name Akiyama Izuku yeaaaaah the context behind it will be less whimsical, trust me. Officially, he was a chef, sent by the Raijin dynasty to make sure the expedition had some actual nice food as a sign of good faith. Unofficially though, his mission was simple. Build friendships nice try. The war was over, now it was time to prevent it from rekindling, as there was little doubt that a third war would spell the end of the crumbling country.

It is unfitting of a Kaguya, and anyone can tell she is one by her remarkable appearance, marked with red dots. total /casual/
To her, the power lies in offsetting your enemy - make them believe you are taking your time to think, to move, to act, and then act quickly, destroying them with a single strike, piercing them in the heart - there where it will hurt the most. slow and steaaaady. cute personality
【History】 read this when you first posted, nothing's wrong. not in the moods to go for more dumb comments.

The gunbai you seriously have a problem with gunbais is made of chakra-infused hardwood, meaning that it is durable and capable of deflecting blows.
Similarly, small gusts of wind that can do small cutting damage may be created by the gunbai too. fukin madara's uchiha return
Yogensha has perfected this art, but a new student would likely struggle to learn this technique, if he ever manages to learn it at all. seems good
As it is a manifestation of 'creation' it is a direct representation of Asura, whom was a master of Yang release among other things.

Rank

Furthermore, the statue has numerous other capabilities that will be detailed in the summoning sheet for the creature. same as the other S rank, though once you have said /sheet/ up, you can start actively developing it in the rp.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Right now Yogensha is in Kage mode and needs to be toned down. She can use ninjutsu (elements and range), taijutsu (bones and super arms) and genjutsu (only one but it's actually really damn strong). Give room for her to evolve in her skills, especially considering her past, she can diverge a lot from what you initially intended for her. I think that's a good thing. Character's fine beyond that, can post in the CS bin when you've purged the S ranks and reduced the amount of jutsu.
【Clan/Bloodline】 Pokemon Clan - The year? Who knows. The Pokemon clan were a nomadic clan, known primarily, and only for their ability to access a powerful kekkei genkai. But due to their poor choices they made enemies left and right, and thus spent the clan's formative years traveling across the area that would one day become the Empire of Stone. They didn't keep a written history, so much of their early history is sadly lost. It wasn't until the founding of the Empire of Stone that the history of Pokemon clan was formally composed. Despite this, the clan was still mostly unknown, as they underpreformed in comparison to other clans that possessed the steel release that's because they are fire bugs. It wasn't until the discovery of the Other Volcarona that the Pokemon clan managed to rise out of the dirt. The metal eating beetles became just as much a part of the clan as the dogs in the Zigzagoon clan. Utilizing their metal eating insects, they managed to push themselves over the other metal clans, and in the end the clan infighting resulted in the Volcarona consuming the other clans, leaving them as the primary noble clan to possess the steel style release. Under the leadership of More Volcarona the clan participated in the first great ninja war. Where their successes revolved around assassination. The clan often butted heads with the Beedrill clan, and the two clans eventually began to merge together. Sharing their bug type knowledge and special clan techniques. Eventually resulting in a complete merger, that ended with the Volcarona clan's name continuing on as the Beedrill vanished as their final daughter joined with the Volcarona. During the second ninja war, with the expansion of war machines, the Pokemon clan's metal devouring Larvesta shone. By sneaking into the enemy area, they would often sabotage enemy weapons by having their bug type pokemon destroy the infrastructure of the enemy's weapons. During the destruction of the land of clouds, the Volcarona played a vital part, and were raised to a noble family as thanks for their contributions. Since then, the Volcarona have been one of the Empire of Stone's prized tactical Pokemon.
Serious talk. Not 100% sure of them rising to nobility by just being useful vs a nation that died mostly due to their lack of technological advances. I'll say its fine, but that then means they've only been recently added to the list. Fresh, low-level nobles.

Host to the Kinzoku It was odd at first, having to adjust to the changes to his body. More so having to utilize his special ability as a means to grow the metals that the larvesta lived off. By growing it over his skin, and learning how to manipulate them to his fullest extent. As nobility, he learned from his clan, inside Viridian city. Soon enough, as a year passed, Volcarona was adding his own tree of metal to the illustrious collection. But more so, he learned to use the clan's larvesta and manipulate their growth. Soon enough, he was drafted for the war at the age of ten. Weapons of War are not a Man Makes In war everybody learns their place. For Volcarona he learned his role first as a form of sabotage. The heracross did the hard work. The task of commanding them, sending them in, destroying the machines of war. That was easy to him. After all, he knew how to do that. Then they wanted him to kill. Volcarona refused. He worked behind the lines, trying to avoid the killing, but eventually he did. It was a man from Konoha. A fire shinobi. He was terrified. Fighting against the larvesta as they bit him, forced him to the ground... Volcarona drove a spear of metal right through his face, killing him and ending his misery. From there, he was tasked to do more of that. With his insects allowing him to spy on the enemy, he was made into an assassin. Tasked more and more to kill shinobi of the land of fire, and even then more shinobi from all over. By the time he was 15, he had killed more men and woman on these missions than he could count edgy poke. Not because he couldn't count that high, but because he was bored of it by that point. It was just a mission. Just another mission for the boy with a heart as cold as steel. War ends when he is only just becoming a man a '''''''man'''''' The day the war ended, was the day after Volcarona turned 18. Especially if he is to represent the Pokemon clan. Onwards to the Kalos region!!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
【Special Traits】 + Natural Born Leader - Despite his sometimes rude behavior, the ability to lead and make difficult choices, as well as motivate others, is something the Pokemon clan has always fostered. Volcarona just so happens to be one with a natural talent for inspiring some to push themselves. i dont want another 'mongolian bull worm' situation where you cannot settle with anything other than him looking good. leadership is both IC and OOC. Be aware of this. + Remarkable Perception - Many claim the Sharingan to be unsurpassed its true, but Volcarona is remarkably perceptive on his own. He can pinpoint key details in a fight even in a mess of high speed action. This is a key skill when manipulating groups of insects. + Strategic Prowess - Pattern Recognition is important for a strategist. Volcarona has studied patterns and common military tactics, as well as advanced tactics. His primary tactic tends to revolve around fear, by utilizing his butterfrees. + Encyclopedic Knowledge of Bug type pokemon - A life spent around heracross and larvesta has given Volcarona a great breadth of knowledge regarding how to control and communicate with insects of many varieties.

Larvesta - A rare breed of Pokemon discovered over five centuries ago in the land that would one day be Iwagakure. The larvesta, are a unique breed of Pokemon that lived under the earth. They would cluster around ore deposits and eat the metal deep underground. But, due to the difficulty of finding ore veins as time went on, the species was slowly becoming extinct. The insect was discovered by the VPokemon clan, and the clan's metal producing ability was used to attract and tame the insect, creating a symbiotic relationship. As the clan could utilize their chakra to create metal object, they began to house the insects alongside themselves. pretty cool i'll admit With the age of iron coming, the larvesta became a powerful weapon of the Pokemon clan. Utilizing their abilities, the insects could strip the armor off a shinobi in seconds, or eat kunai right out of the air. Almost like airborne piranha. Through the years, and selective breeding, the larvesta developed a unique neurotoxin. Almost like termites, one of the main tactics of the Pokemon clan is to have the insects be spread about an area, and burrow into metal, where they weaken the structure and cause its eventual collapse. It is possible for a single member of the Pokemon clan to cause an entire building to collapse by chewing through the metal supports that keep the building up.
Such is the caste of the Pinsir. Bred as a kind of transport pokemon by the Volcarona, it also has a high metal diet. But it also possesses a craving for meats. So while the giant insect is often used to carry other shinobi, it can also eat bodies that need to be disposed of. The pinsir possesses a set of pinchers specifically designed for cutting into metal. Almost like a sword, it can slice through a suit of armor, or other hard materials, like stone or ice.
Name of Weapon or Item: Iron Pokeball Description: A large container, designed to house the many bug type pokemon of the Vpokemon clan and too be summoned if for any reason their insect supply is running low during battle. Each container holds roughly 2,000 insects in an area roughly 6'x6'. These Hives are used when a member of the Volcarona has been in battle and their current batch of Volcarona insects is dead or incapacitated. Appearance: A large metal container, carved with the shape of larvesta along the sides, wrapping up to the top. The container is used to hold extras of the insects, with holes littered about to have them released over time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Kekkei Genkai 】 Name of Kekkei Genkai: Steel Release Clan: Pokemon/Volcarona (And other smaller clans) Description: The Pokemon clan possesses the Steel Release Kekkei Genkai. It is formed from the Earth, and Fire elements, i would have made it a TK due to its uniqueness with many believing it to be an offshot it is here of the Lava Release style. Various smaller clans still possess the steel release, but the Volcarona had long since become the main clan to possess such a ability. Weaknesses would be lightning and water, then? ------------------------------------------------------- 【Jutsu】
Name: Steel Release: Housing Insects Technique Rank: C Range: N/A Nature: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Effect: A primary technique of the Pokemon clan, and one of their most practical.
The best example of this would be the finger drilling bullet technique from the spooky skeleton clan.
Utilizing this technique, the Pokemon clan developed a powerful terraforming jutsu. By turning the ground around them to steel, the clan creates an area where their heracross, the larvesta, to burrow about, or even feast and grow their numbers if there aren't any enemies about. The spears of steel produced from this technique vary, but can be roughly ten feet long, and appear in a noticeably erratic pattern. As a result, this technique is a powerful defense, attack, and support ability all in one.
Name of Technique: Steel Release: Forest of Steel Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu Rank: B Range: Terraforming Nature Type: Steel Description: One of the most powerful jutsu in the Volcarona pokedex. An advanced form of Steel Release: Vein, Forest of Steel was originally utilized to create vast fields of metal that the larvesta could feast on. Primarily used as a method to create a base of operations, or to replenish dwindling insect supplies. When used, large spears of steel erupt from the area, and can only be described as an alien forest. Roughly described as a forest of bare trees, all crafted from metal. Each spike capable of easily skewering an unprepared shinobi. so basically Kimimaro's forest thing
Not a particularly powerful jutsu, but due to the larvesta's ability to track down metal by its scent, the powder can even act as a tracking agent. Or just really mess with the lungs.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Most of this if fine. I'll judge the bugs when they're used in the IC. Expect rulings to happen from time to time, since I'm not completely sure how fights would go down with this.
@savato I just typed up a super quick overview of Jinzo's personality to finish my sheet so you can review it. It's not the most amazing but it's all I've had the time to do with work/social stuff.
I can probably write up a more detailed description sometime this weekend.
Heterosexual - no real interest in romance in the traditional sense of going out and dating, probably more reliant on his investment in fate to guide him to his partner (if there exists one).

Sakana frequently dresses in more or less standard Iwahagakure garb for chunin. He prefers to wear black wifebeaters with his flak vest over it, with skin tight gloves that reach all the way up to his biceps. It leaves just a tiny bit of his shoulder uncovered. Similarly his gloves have finger cutouts so he can still use his feeling senses to work. Not like Shinobi are known for their understanding of fingerprints anyway, so it's not like he has to worry about leaving fingerprints during his work.
He wears the standard shinobi slacks with shinobi footwear. It's standard issue and thus, standard wear for him. During his freetime he slips into something more casual like a sweater and slacks, but overall he doesn't really find himself pre-occupied with fashion.
On the other hand he takes good care of his body - not just in terms of fitness, but also in less direct ways. Combing his hair, washing it, all that stuff is something Sakana (and the entire Uragiri clan for that matter) takes great care and pride in. Something interesting for you to know, I suppose.
Sakana is somewhat of an asshole to those that aren't used to him. He has a rather straightforward approach to everything because in his eyes and mind the outcome is already predetermined by the Sage of the Six Paths, and therefore being courteous, subtle or anything but direct will only lead to a waste of time. Of course, some people's fate is to be subtle and courteous - but there's a difference between being who you are, and falsely being friendly, coy or diplomatic. If you want something - ask for it. If you are going to do something - do it. This goes for anything - from setting a cup of tea to calligraphy to killing a man.
It is no surprise that this siphoned into his personality - he is straight forward, direct and will generally do what he wants whether you approve or disprove of it. Fate is sealed - fighting it only makes you worse at your job. It is a philosophy that is otherwise not very prevalent in Konohagakure - or even the Uragiri clan as a whole - but it is one he came to after deep pondering with a much older, experienced man who said he has seen the Sage of the Six Paths himself after a session of deep meditation. He told Sakana of fate and it's connection to the sage and the wheels of time - was there really any other conclusion to draw than 'fate is sealed'?
Although Sakana is far from a bloodthirsty shinobi who has no problems killing and who doesn't feel a shred of emotion whenever a companion or enemy dies, he is certainly not a very emotional person and thus has no quarrel in committing the act itself. Fate is sealed after all and death is part of fate. Separation of emotion from work is a very dangerous thing and Sakana realizes that - but separation of emotion from fate is entirely natural. For fate to occur is natural and so are emotions, but to link them is intrinsically useless and brings nothing to the table.
Sakana was born in the tumultuous lands of the Raijin dynasties, into a live of poverty and tribal powerstruggles. Much of his youth was characteristically bland, as he followed the path of so many other Uragiri before him, joining the ranks of the many soldiers of Iwagakure. The Uragiri provided bland, but hardy soldiers to fill the ranks with. His early life followed that trend exactly, becoming a shinobi early on and doing his best to support the tribe and the king of thunder. During his time in the equal of the shinobi academy within the Raijin dynasties, he excelled in sealing jutsu, as well as sparring and more theoretical studies such as history and religion. His genin years were characterized by strive with his teammates, one of which was the heir to a local noble clan and tribal leader. Fate had been decided that day, but Sakana didn’t know it yet.
During the war effort later, this conflict came to a high and Sakana challenged the heir to a duel to prove his strength, as was custom in the Raijin dynasties. Amidst spectators the two fought, the battle not going in either’s favour until the heir got a solid hit in on Sakana’s legs and brought him down, and rather than kill him, he spared Sakana’s life – one would think this was mercy, but to Sakana it was worse.
He was branded with a large, black X over his right eye, marking him as a banished shinobi and effectively making him free game for Kumogakure shinobi. After a three day grace period he was officially scrapped from the ranks of the Kumogakure forces, seemingly never having been a shinobi at all.
Luckily for Sakana he found a group of Iwagakure shinobi two days travel away from the Kumo lines, and convinced them to take him in. Originally sceptical, they noticed his seals and instead of scepticism saw a chance to earn a solid shinobi for their armies. Little did they know that he was more than proficient after a life of being hardened in the Raijin dynasties, and he soon earned himself the rank of Chunin. After the war effort he was officially placed in charge of a selection of two other chunin, sent to Amegakure as part of a diplomatic envoy, but that would soon turn to a whole different mission.
These are two blades made of steel that can be infused (through the Hien/Flying Swallow technique) to sharpen their properties and make them more deadly. There are two seals, one on the handle of each knife, for use with the Fuinjutsu: Osu and Fuinjutsu: Hiku techniques. Besides that, they have no real 'special' properties.
A simple dao with no defining techniques or special variables. It’s strong and can withstand combat against other regular strong weapons, but techniques with enhanced weaponry or so will chew through it easily.
Ura Shishō FūinWilling to remove if necessary but the jutsu is so remarkably useless for a roleplay/a character, and I like the jutsu for exposition and flair.
This Doton technique forms the basis of a three-nature combination. The Bowl jutsu causes the target to be encased in a dome of earth around them, which then lifts up off of the earth on four earthen pillars. The jutsu is simple. There really isn't much to it - it doesn't kill, damage, or harm you, it just traps you inside the dome. That's bad, right?
Well you can break free. Use S, A, B, or C-rank lightning based jutsu's to break through, or use sheer force if you're really that strong. Just do it in time before the next part of the combo.

Description
This Suiton based jutsu is the next step. Thought being trapped in a dome of earth was bad enough? WRONG! Through a hole in the top of the dome that briefly opens at the command of the user, the user then spews water into the 'soup bowl' until it's full of water. Congratulations, you'll now be drowning!
Since this is a suiton jutsu, you could possibly use wind to create a bubble of air for yourself to breathe, though it's not drowning you need to worry about. At this stage of the combo it becomes more or less impossible to use electricity to free yourself from the dome as you'd electrocute yourself. Unless you're willing to risk that. Sheer force would still be enough to break free, but since water slows down movement, it'd likely have to come from the outside.
Or another solution. Maybe you can think of something. Better hurry before the next step, which is..

Description
The final step in the three jutsu combo. True to it's name, this is the step that probably is the most dangerous for whomever gets trapped. Using the Katon nature, the user lights a fire underneath the earthen soup bowl/dome that they created, beginning to boil it at an alarming and dangerous rate for whomever is inside. Drown in the soup made of your own body! Muahaha! Ahem. There is no real defence for this step, if you are trapped.
For outsiders it's possible to blow out the fire using wind jutsu, to quench it with a water jutsu, or to simply free those in the bowl with force. Electricity is possible but ill-advised since you'd probably electrocute your friends inside the bowl.

Description
The user seals or gets sealed 3 seals on their tongue, namely the characters for 'atsui' (熱い) meaning 'hot'. These seals contain fire jutsu up to the B rank Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku (can contain smaller ones like the regular Gōkakyū no Jutsu). Due to the small size of the seals, the jutsu are not quite as large as your average great fire annihilation, but the flames burn just as hot.
The technique is easily hidden and it'd require some real good eyesight to see these seals. Similarly, because the jutsu uses a standard jutsu, it is not quite apparent that they're using sealing to be used, and it's easy to mistake these for a jutsu being used without handseals. As such, finding out that seals are used in this technique will be extremely hard for anyone that doesn't have specifically good eyesight. The seals are activated by flowing jutsu to them to 'unfurl' them, and then allows the user to spew out the technique.

Description
Using two seals, one on each hand, the user can push (osu) away items that have been either a) touched or b) had a seal placed on them. The push is relatively weak and can be used to subtly move hands or fists used in an attack (as an example) to dodge it (if the hands or whatever other item has been touched before). The effect is more profound and strong on the knives, since those have been sealed prior to the events taking place and had more chakra infused on them, raising the range up to 100m.

Description
Using two seals, one on each hand, the user can pull (hiku) in items that have been either a) touched or b) had a seal placed on them. The pull is stronger than the push. This does little to enhance the actual effects of combat, though perhaps it can be used to pull incoming fists into his hands. More likely, it is used to pull his knives back towards him in a range of up to 10m. It’s an auxiliary, powerless but very useful technique.
Axu is an axolotl of about 1.5 meters high, and five meters long. However, most of that is his tail. He is a bright orange with black drawings all over his body in various shapes, most notably a marking on the front of his head that reads 'Axu' in kanji. This marking seems to be entirely natural and it seems to be the case that he was named after this shape.
Powers and capabilities
Axu has the 'power' to produce a large amount of water from his throat by using his chakra, producing either a steady high pressure stream of water or a large waterball. Furthermore, his aquatic nature as a newt means he's extremely capable in the water and can swim extremely fast - while he is much, much slower on land. Lastly, as is the nature of axolotls, he has an extremely fast regeneration rate that he can use to heal himself (and only himself, never anyone else) extremely quickly to mend broken bones, tails that were cut off or even arms. If you want to kill him for sure, cut off the head.
Lastly he can fit up to three people in his mouth if they sit down.
Yūhi is not quite the archetypical librarian and custodian of literature that one would expect, possessing the knowledge and the strict adherence to logic, but with none of the desire to be sequestered away from people. While he is no social butterfly, Yūhi loves to interact with people and educate them on topics that he possesses vast amounts of knowledge on. Yūhi firmly believes in Kinjiro's philosophy of "secrets kept are weapons wasted", and applies this philosophy to most of the esoteric knowledge that he has had the fortune to come across in his time working with Kinjiro.
Yūhi is driven most, perhaps, by a burning desire to know everything. When idle, his thoughts are consumed by the remainder of knowledge that he is yet to obtain, and thoughts of what he could do with knowledge that he does obtain. Thus, contrary to the majority of his kinsmen, Yūhi has a strong desire to travel the world to both obtain new knowledge and share his old knowledge, that people might elevate themselves to his level and beyond. Yūhi's passion for knowledge can burn cold, however, when individuals show either no desire to learn or no appreciation for the knowledge he has to offer - such individuals are beyond his help, he reasons, and often death is the easiest reprieve from the burden of their existence.
As a quasi-immortal, Yūhi values the individual lives of mortals markedly less that most people do. While he has not lived for so long that he has forgotten what it is to have the threat of mortality looming over one's shoulder, he has lived for long enough that he has ceased caring about what he views as petty trifles. Yūhi, even when in his element of sharing knowledge, can come across as cold and sarcastic. He may seem unfeeling or unsympathetic, bordering on completely lacking empathy, but reasons to himself that logic and knowledge are far kinder masters to live under and expects other to obey the rules that he does. Fortunately, many who do not share in his mindset who are particularly vocal about it do not have the privilege of having transcended mortality as he has and are relatively easy to dispatch should disagreements turn to blows. Yūhi has served in an advisory position for a great deal of his extended life, and his passion for sharing knowledge gives him somewhat of a soft spot for those that seek his guidance and listen to him, even if that soft spot is coated in barbs. Yūhi can come across easily as being irreverent and cold, detached from his humanity, but he does harbour a genuine desire to both help people learn and help them advance - even if those desires are not put to use in ways that are typically construed as being positive.
The Jikangai clan's origins begin with the matriarch and eternal leader of the clan, Yata, who was born into a wealthy family in a time where chakra was yet to grace the land. Yata's early history is unknown to anyone but herself, but there are a few established facts that the Jikangai are privy to: Yata was among the first to receive the gift of chakra, and in her blood were the secrets to sealing techniques not yet conceived. Though far away from the Shinju and all of the drama that followed, once the fruit was consumed it was as if a stopper was removed, and the knowledge of how to connect the energies within the body could be learned for the first time. As Kaguya trod the first steps of her apotheosis, Yata mirrored that progress (albeit on a far less powerful scale) and cultivated that knowledge on the distant shores she hailed from. Yata became the first to utilise the nature of the seal to manipulate chakra in ways that could not be achieved within the body, and her rise to power was as swift as it was lethal. Yata later discovered that her sealing techniques were potent enough to affect the flow of time within small areas, and developed this power over many years alone. At some point, Yata gave birth to her first child, Kinjiro, with an unknown father who was on a similar or greater level of power to her, and Kinjiro was born with all of Yata's power except that over time, though she was the first Jikangai known to possess the trait of being "outside time", likely a result of Yata's experimentation with temporal energies.
The earliest members of the Jikangai were not selectively bred or taught like many of the earliest coalitions of clans. Initially, to gain entry to the Jikangai one only needed to be a powerful male (in order to create children from Yata's side to pass her potent sealing power down) or to have an interest in the sealing techniques that Yata offered. Coalitions of like-minded people that were not required to possess specific traits were initially rare, so the earliest Jikangai groupings were not as powerful as many of the other fledgling clans, but as the requirements to join were so simple, many chose to partake of the power that Yata offered. War was common in the early days as people discovered the limitations of their newfound power, but the Jikangai chose to weave seals within their architecture that offered them highly fortified and defensive positions through which to avoid battle. The legendary safety of their strongholds resulted in those tired of war defecting to join the Jikangai, and after a few short decades the Jikangai had members of almost every discipline that presently existed and the means to research many more.
When Yata's first child, Kinjiro, turned thirty two she achieved the secrets of immortality and shared these with her mother, causing the pair to become biologically immortal for a time. This secret gave the matriarch of the Jikangai clan enough time to perfect the seals that would render her truly immortal and cement her eternal reign over the Jikangai. It was also around this time that Kinjiro disappeared from the annals of the Jikangai, taking with her several of the more medically minded individuals of the time with her, and the clan turned from essentially worshipping its most powerful members (those who had most of Yata's blood) to a more expansion-oriented people, using their collective knowledge and sealing prowess to become conquerors. The seal-infused architecture typical of the early Jikangai strongholds became as much a weapon of war as the rest of the techniques within the Jikangai's grasp and they reconstructed many settlements that they took over with their own to ensure that none that came after them could take the land should they be ousted, and other contingents of the Jikangai could take their place.
The love for complex sealing and structures quickly became the largest downfall of the Jikangai, and their promising expansion years were cut short after only a small number of generations due to infighting within the clan, and their own seal-infused architecture being sabotaged by rival members within the power-oriented clan. Many of the less powerful members died during raids from other sects within the Jikangai, or through the defences upon which they heavily relied being rendered defunct and invading parties having enough of a surprise advantage to turn the tide of battle in their favour. The most powerful of the Jikangai survived and chose to migrate to unspoiled lands and build for themselves a utopia--having supposedly learned from the mistakes of the past. The land they traveled to would eventually become the modern Shinobi world, and they would burrow beneath it in dark and dreaming slumber.
Yata, the Immortal Matriarch, directed the clan's efforts towards creating a set of seals of unknown form and function shortly after their withdrawal from their expansive phase, and at some point within the next ten years all instances of the Jikangai on the surface world promptly vanished and retreated into a single underground compound. Though it would seem from looking at the history books that the Jikangai simply erased themselves from the world, nothing could be farther from the truth.
After withdrawing to their underground compound, the Jikangai returned to their original state of pseudo-ancestor worship. Yata once again became the ultimate public authority within the clan (where before she had largely ruled from the shadows) and once the seals she had ordered the clan create were finished, she ascended beyond the mortal scope of power. With her new seals, Yata's presence was dangerous to all non-Jikangai, and though there was no immediate aftermath, the clan grew worried that her unchecked power would draw attention to their hiding location and chose to construct a sphere in which to entrap their Immortal Matriarch and limit her power. Yata herself designed the seals for her gilded cage, recognising the threat that she posed, and willingly withdrew to lead the clan from within a place that she could do no harm. Unfortunately, Yata's prison limited the contact that she could have with her children, and she receded from the spotlight once more to allow the Jikangai to work towards goals she would entrust to the most powerful members of the clan.
It was at this point that the various sects of the Jikangai begun to develop, each with a focus on a particular aspect of sealing, and the clan begun to evolve into the complex society that it is today. In order to avoid stagnancy, the Jikangai offered the secrets of their seals to the world for knowledge and resources that they may have needed through use of their missionaries, who in return recruited brilliant individuals to join the clan. This process has continued since that era, and is still something that occurs semi-regularly within the Jikangai. It is not uncommon for the most powerful members of the Jikangai (those selected to receive Kinjiro's gift of immortality) to directly intervene with mortals of specific interest and prowess to offer them unique gifts in return for their service. Some would liken the Jikangai to would-be Gods, undying beings with a penchant for interfering within the lives of perceived lesser beings for their amusement, but the truth of the matter is far simpler than that: The Jikangai scions are mortal ambition taken to its furthest extreme, with the power to match, and delight in precisely the same game of control that all mortals do, only on a larger scale.
Jikangai, Yūhi is among the earliest of the so-called "Immortal Scions" of the Jikangai clan, having been selected to join their ranks at an early age when his extreme talent showed through. Yūhi's early life was fairly common among that of the early Jikangai with the exception that as a male, he was not given the same level of prestige and importance as females as he was unable to guarantee true Jikangai children. This led to Yūhi growing up with an intense drive to prove to his superiors - namely Kinjiro, Yata, and Tensai - that he was able to compete with the champions of the Jikangai.
Yūhi was born in the fourth generation of the Jikangai clan, and was (alongside Tensai) one of the extremely rare cases of early Jikangai males being born with the full potency of the Chigoku Inkan from a non-Jikangai mother. Yūhi was raised alongside the most promising of the Jikangai at the time, even having been directly tutored by Yata and Kinjiro regarding some of the most complex of the sealing techniques the early clan had devised. Still, as a male, Yūhi was not afforded the same luxuries that the early females of the clan were and rather than seek his fortunes elsewhere, he strove to compete with the best of the clan as his grandfather Tensai had done, and to join him in the ranks of the then-legendary Immortal Scions.
Yūhi's particular talents were new to the early Jikangai, being rooted in the discipline of paper and the storage of knowledge outside of conventional mediums. This made him a particularly prized asset, despite the misfortune of his sex, and from the young age of fourteen he had already made such advancements in the field of writing and containing powerful seals within paper that he was approached by Yata with an offer. Yata would craft for him an item of exceptional power, something to set him far above his peers, if he swore himself to her for an eternity. At this point in the clan's history, Yata was not as supremely powerful as she later grew to be, but Yūhi was not easily swayed by her promises of power after the treatment he had received for having been male. He kindly refused, aware of the consequences of such an action, but rather than being excommunicated (or worse), Yata offered to create for him an artefact regardless of his affiliations if he could produce a female heir to carry on his potent blood.
This proved an issue for the young Jikangai, who was exclusively interested in the company of other men, but his desire to bring glory to his clan was such that he attempted to provide Yata with a worthy heir. Unfortunately, this did not happen as planned, and Yūhi was left with but one other option - he turned to Kinjiro before her disappearance, and beseeched of her a way to provide Yata with what she desired to bring glory to the clan. Kinjiro offered him a bargain, though to his surprise one far more palatable than the Immortal Matriarch had offered: If Yūhi swore fealty to her and joined her in researching the secrets of Fūinjutsu she would grant him a child and immortality, with no consequences for him leaving after he had worked under her for at least a hundred years. Yūhi accepted, and through Kinjiro's early mastery of genetics was able to conceive a child with a surrogate mother. The child was female, and Kinjiro confirmed for Yata that the child had the potency of Chigoku Inkan desired in the female line.
Following this, Yūhi was asked to bring a single item of power to Yata with a single wish and she would craft for him an artefact of immense power, as agreed. For many days and nights Yūhi pondered what to ask of Yata, before deciding that he would simply ask for whatever first entered his head as she asked the question. As he came face to face with her, and she asked what he would like crafting, he simply handed her a paperweight and asked her to do with it whatever she felt would most benefit the Jikangai. Yata created from the paperweight a cube holding the secrets to the most fiendishly complex of the Jikangai's seals, able to modify and transmute lesser seals, and work with Yūhi's specialty of paper, and sent him on his way. Immediately afterwards, he relocated to Kinjiro's laboratory to uphold that end of his bargain.
Many years came and went, and Yūhi excelled in his position as lore master and chronicler for Kinjiro's scientific community. After his hundred years of service were over, he decided to stay in the service of Kinjiro, having grown to appreciate her extraordinary talent and love for the Jikangai - and offered the use of his artefact should it prove useful. Useful it proved, as Kinjiro unlocked several of Yata's secrets with it, and sent Yūhi to the surface world in order to act as a personal missionary. He performed his duties faithfully, and returned to the laboratory often--though as time went on, his visits to the surface became increasingly scarce.
As the world grew, it became increasingly clear to the Immortal Scions that their seclusion was no longer necessary. The main body of the Jikangai were restricted to ensuring that Yata's prison remained intact--and were loathe to leave their ancestral grounds regardless, and so did not join them in their exodus--but did sanction it, under the Immortal Matriarch's directive. The most influential of the Scions convened, and surveyed the world to determine where they would build their new home. The discussion went on for many, many years - each pulled in the direction that their long lives of hedonism desired for them - and before they realised it the world had changed yet again. The next time they looked at the world for purpose, it became increasingly clear to them that only one of the sovereign nations would do for them: Kirigakure.
Like them, Kirigakure had a great appetite for advancement and far less of an appetite for mortality. They, like the Scions, considered morality to be a fine servant but a dangerous master. Above all, they valued wealth - which the Scions had accrued an enormous amount of during their long seclusion. The Scions decided to purchase a private island within Kirigakure's shores, and built themselves a palatial complex to rival all the splendours of the new world and moved in. Their skillset also happened to be something that the new world valued immensely, and after navigating the bureaucratic nightmare of forming a company, established themselves within the community as providers of security, as well as masters of any miscellany relating to fūinjutsu and its practices, and grew from there. In an oversaturated market, their goods and services shone as being a cut above those that were currently on offer, and after fulfilling orders from some of the more influential members of Kirigakure their own influence and income increased in turn.
Though the public eye is very much on the Immortal Scions due to their successes, the privacy of their island and their exceptional security ensures that their secrets stay as safe as any secret can be in Kirigakure. They continue their life of opulence and decadence from their new sanctuary, and have grown to rather enjoy the pleasures that are readily available within Kirigakure. Content with their lot, they forego any political affiliations except where absolutely necessary - and a certain Kyoko of the Hyakune clan ensures that those that do manage to peer behind the veil of secrecy are discreetly dealt with. When news of the new continent and its potential treasures came to light, the Immortal Scions convened once again to determine their course of action. Yūhi volunteered his services to chronicle the wonders of the new age, and was backed by Kyoko financially to embark on the upcoming expedition to the New Continent--provided that he reported to her anything of interest as soon as he had chronicled it. Under no position to refuse her and still get to explore the troves of undiscovered knowledge, he gladly accepted and reported to Amegakure in order to await their departure.
Yūhi has an average chakra pool, but incredibly high chakra control (to the point of wasting no chakra when he uses abilities he is practiced with).
Yūhi is a master calligraphist, and has studied the various arts for many years. He is, accordingly, extremely adept at forgeries and all things related to writing.
Yūhi is well-versed in an incredible amount of literature, being the co-ordinator of Jikangai, Kinjiro’s personal library and research collection.
Yūhi is biologically immortal, having received Jikangai, Kinjiro’s “Gift of Immortality”. He cannot die of old age, though is still very much able to be killed by conventional means.
Yūhi is physically unimpressive. He is not a shinobi in the same sense that many are due to his many years of languid research. He is not incapable by any means, but his stamina and his physical prowess are quite limited in comparison with those who train and exercise regularly.
100 Bottles of Ink and Quills, sealed into a scroll
25 Kunai, each marked with a Kyōsei Keiyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu seal
20 Metal Shuriken, each marked with the generic sealing technique to contain 15 paper shuriken.
A scroll containing copies of the entire works of his library in Kinjiro’s Laboratory that requires a primer seal created by the Chigoku Inkan to open. The entire contents can be destroyed if a different primer seal is applied.
Name of Weapon or Item: Yata no Kesan (Yata’s Paperweight) Location: Yūhi’s person. Owner: Yūhi Jikangai Rank: A
Description:The Yata no Kesan is a cube forged of an unknown metal and carved with exceptionally intricate seals. The cube has a hollow interior into which its bearer may place objects in order to use the cube’s effects by placing them on a seal atop the cube. Due to the nature of the cube, the space within is potentially infinite and so anything can be inserted into the cube (and, if it is not alive and does not have a strong chakra signature, can be kept there indefinitely).
The cube has three major functions, the first of which is the creation and modification of Fūinjutsu. The cube is able to analyse any and all seals that are placed into its interior (which often requires the bearer copy the seal in question) and provide information on their construction and purpose, as well as provide a counter-seal to negate the seal’s effects if such a seal can be created. (This means that many Jikangai seals, which require Primer Seals created by the Chigoku Inkan, cannot effectively be negated by the cube). The second of the cube’s major functions is the ability to act as a conduit for its bearer’s Chigoku Inkan, allowing them to perform an extended array of functions with their bloodline. In Yūhi’s case, he is able to apply his Chigoku Inkan to any paper within a 100 foot radius of the cube. The cube is also able to store Primer Seals that Yūhi did not himself create, and can replicate them at will for the future. This is also the case for non-Jikangai unique seals.
The final major function of the cube is its ability to contain and interpret knowledge. The cube is essentially a storage device in this regard with the ability to translate knowledge, such as jutsu, into an appropriate Fūinjutsu that its bearer can understand. This process is reliant on the knowledge of the bearer and the knowledge stored within the cube – as such, Yūhi can use it to understand practically any jutsu due to his strong knowledge of the chakra system and of jutsu in general provided that the cube is able to analyse a sample of the chakra, be it from the jutsu being performed within 100 feet of the cube or if its chakra has been stored in another medium and introduced to the cube. The cube is also able to decipher any linguistic codes given to it due to Yūhi’s immense knowledge of linguistics.
Much of this knowledge will be of little practical use in the New Continent due to the separate evolution of its techniques. Yūhi's knowledge of their techniques will increase as he becomes more accustomed to them, but his initial level of knowledge regarding the unique aspects of the New Continent will be low enough that he will not be able to effectively understand much initially.
Name of the Kekkei Genkai: Chigoku Inkan [Verbatim Sealing] Type of Kekkei Genkai: Fūinjutsu Clan: Jikangai Rank: B-S
Description: The Chigoku Inkan is the gift of Yata passed down to her children on the female side. Female Jikangai will pass the Chigoku Inkan onto their children regardless of the genetics of their partner, but if a male Jikangai were to procreate with a non-Jikangai female the resulting child is not guaranteed to possess the Chigoku Inkan, which would result in the child not being a Jikangai.
Simply put, the ability of the Chigoku Inkan is an innate mastery of Fūinjutsu that extends into manipulation of ninjutsu-like effects. Bearers of the Jikangai bloodline are able to create any effects that they can imagine provided they meet the following requirements: The effect must be understood completely with a single word, the effect must be within the scope of chakra the individual can muster, and the effect cannot defy any laws of nature of physics. The Chigoku Inkan can only apply these desired effects by creating seals in the air around the user or on nearby surfaces that are constructs of pure and fragile chakra, resulting in their effects being rendered null if the seals are physically disturbed or are subjected to any amount of chakra with larger energy or greater control than the seal created by the Chigoku Inkan possesses.
The seals created by the Chigoku Inkan are able to replicate simple elemental techniques without the creator having the elemental affinity necessary to create the chakra, but the seals also have no elemental applications beyond the incredibly minor. The seals are most adept at changes to form due to their Yin-aspected nature, and can be used to perform tasks such as picking locks, exerting physical force (breaking objects, cutting through objects, etc.). As the seals are structurally weak constructs of chakra, their effects on people are highly diminished or negated with even the slightest opposition of chakra unless the Jikangai in question has significantly higher chakra control than the intended target. The primary utilisation of the Chigoku Inkan is the inherent capability with and knowledge of seals and sealing techniques that it provides, but it is nevertheless a fantastic source of utility rather than power, and forms the basis for many Jikangai clan techniques.
Name of Technique: Saiketsu Fū [Blood Drawing Seal] Type of Jutsu: Fūinjutsu Rank: D Range: Personal Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A
Description: A simple seal that is connected to the user’s bloodstream. Activation of the seal allows for enough blood for a summoning to be performed without causing a break in the skin.
Weakness: N/A
Name of Technique: Kyōsei Keiyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Forced Contract Summoning Technique] Type of Jutsu: Fūinjutsu Rank: C Range: Potentially Infinite Nature Type: N/A Handseals: Standard handsigns for Kuchiyose no Jutsu
Description: The Kyōsei Keiyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu is a Fūinjutsu-based derivative of the original contracts designed to facilitate the summoning process. The seal is inherently incomplete until the addition of blood and a primer seal created by the Chigoku Inkan. The primer seal can be written and given to non-Jikangai members, but is consumed in the process. When the blood of an individual, or a primer seal created from trace chakra of an individual, meets the incomplete seal (and the user’s blood is added in the latter case) a temporary summoning contract is formed that lasts for a single summon. The user can summon the target to themselves, or themselves to the target.
The Kyōsei Keiyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu has unique limitations determined by the primer seal, restricting the use of the technique if any damage would come to individuals affected by the technique as a result of their being displaced or if they would be displaced upon arrival, resulting in the technique being guaranteed to be safe.
Name of Technique: Chigoku Inkan: Kami no Sakura [Verbatim Sealing: Divine Blossom] Type of Jutsu: Fūinjutsu Rank: C Range: N/A Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A
Description: A simple seal that stores another completed jutsu inside it. When activated at the user’s will, the technique is immediately released from the seal. Once the seal is written on a medium and a jutsu is stored within it, the seal cannot be removed from that medium without losing the stored jutsu.
Weakness: N/A
Name of Technique: Chigoku Inkan: Tengoku no Kami no Inshō [Verbatim Sealing: Heavenly Paper Impression] Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu/Fūinjutsu Rank: B Range: 100 Feet Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A
Description: Using the Yata no Kesan, Yūhi may exert his bloodline onto any piece of paper as long as it is within 100 feet of him, allowing him to mark it with a kanji that causes an appropriate effect.
Weakness: Shares the same weaknesses as the Chigoku Inkan.
Name of Technique: Idōsō no Fū [Never Move Seal] Type of Jutsu: Fūinjutsu Rank: B Range: Personal Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A
Description: A complex seal that must be drawn onto a solid surface before it can be used (Takes sixty seconds to write). Upon touching a person, the seal activates after a delay of one second and the opponent’s muscles in their somatic nervous system forcibly contract, leaving them completely unable to move. Additional applications within twenty four hours of the application of the seal do not work.
Individuals with very strong willpower or physical strength will be able to resist the effects of the seal and break it, and the effect can be broken by another individual removing the seal from the target's body.
Weakness: Interpret it yourself.
Name of Technique: Jiryoku no Fū [Seal of Attraction] Type of Jutsu: Fūinjutsu Rank: B Range: Touch Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A
Description: Yūhi has tattooed this seal onto his left palm. When he focuses his chakra into it, it glows with a faint blue colour and the next object Yūhi touches with his left hand will be attracted to the seal on his palm. It is also able to attract chakra, but not Yūhi’s chakra or chakra in another person’s body. He is able to leave an imprint of this seal on anything he touches with his left palm. The imprint will be attracted to the Sekiryoku no Fū. Yūhi can also place these seals on other people or objects, and can use it with his Yata no Kesan or Chigoku Inkan: Tengoku no Kami no Inshō.
The attractive force is not particularly strong at long distances, but is substantially more powerful at a range of approximately 4 feet.
Weakness: N/A
Name of Technique: Sekiryoku no Fū [Seal of Repulsion] Type of Jutsu: Fūinjutsu Rank: B Range: Touch Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A
Description: Yūhi has tattooed this seal onto his right palm. When he focuses his chakra into it, it glows with a faint red colour and the next object Yūhi touches with his right hand will be repelled by the seal on his right hand. It is also able to repel chakra, but not Yūhi’s chakra or the chakra in another person’s body. He is able to leave an imprint of this seal on anything he touches with his right palm. The imprint will be attracted to the Jiryoku no Fū. Yūhi can also place these seals on other people or objects, and can use it with his Yata no Kesan or Chigoku Inkan: Tengoku no Kami no Inshō.
The repulsive force is not particularly strong at long distances, but is substantially more powerful at a range of approximately 4 feet.
Weakness: N/A
Name of Technique: Jisatsu Hōjo [Assisted Suicide] Type of Jutsu: Fūinjutsu Rank: A Range: Touch Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A
Description: The user tattoos their body with several seals which they can activate at will, or automatically activate when touched by another person in a combat scenario. Within the seals are various weapons, stored in such a fashion that they are partially ejected from the seals upon their activation with fairly considerable force. If the user is struck by a blow from an individual directly on one of the seals, the resultant ejection of the weapon within will almost certainly pierce directly through them. There is a 0.5 second delay between the activation of the seals and the partial ejection of the weapons within.
Yūhi has placed dramatically sharpened kunai (with the aid of his Fūton chakra) within the seals that are sure to puncture anything not protected by an extremely robust defence.
Weakness: The seals require some maintenance, and Yūhi must periodically replenish the Fūton chakra within.
To be developed IC
Name of Technique: Yūhi ga Jōshō [Sunset Rose] Type of Jutsu: Fūinjutsu Rank: S Range: Within the 188 “Jōshō” tags. Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A Description: A very powerful sealing technique, requiring 188 tags be placed around whatever is to be sealed. Anything, of any size, can be sealed within this technique. Upon placing all 188 tags and forming a Snake handseal, the user seals whatever was in the tags into a large scroll folded to look like an origami rose. Weakness: The number of tags that must be kept in place for the technique to function is very large, and the technique requires 65% of Yūhi’s maximum chakra to function, in addition to the chakra embedded into the 188 seals.
Name of Technique: Yata no Kesan: Kami no Kin’yu [Yata’s Paperweight: Divine Embargo] Type of Jutsu: Fūinjutsu Rank: S Range: 1 mile Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A
Description: The Yata no Kesan: Kami no Kin’yu allows the bearer of the Yata no Kesan to prevent all usage of a specific technique within a mile radius of the cube. In order to do this, the Yata no Kesan must first have knowledge of the technique stored within it, and the technique must be able to be converted to a seal. The Yata no Kesan places a seal over the seal representing the technique, which will prevent all chakra from being moulded into said technique within the mile radius, but will suspend all other functions of the Yata no Kesan until Kami no Kin’yu is cancelled. This does not apply to Chigoku Inkan: Tengoku no Kami no Inshō.
I'm not going to do the same meme as Volcarona, but you deserve it --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
definitely do
"It's not my place to judge a man's soul, I simply make the appointment to remove their bending."
Name:Amon Alias:Hōmuru (葬る To remove bending in a contrived way) Age:21 Gender:Male Rank:Low-Jōnin (Equalist) Sexuality:Hetero
Nation:The Empire of Stone Birthplace:Ran Musu - Vassal of the Water tribe Alignment/Affiliation:Yakone Organization:Equalists Clan:Kurogama ----------------------------------------------------------- Appearance: As an ANBU operative, Jinzo is rarely seen without his issued uniform. Predominantly dark and plain, the most defining feature of this outfit is, of course, his pure, white Amon mask adorned with a red circle positioned on the forehead. Small, intricate streaks of red also outline the contours of the face. Even when not on active duty, Jinzo prefers the sanctity of his mask. His face has not been seen by anyone outside of his direct superiors, even the Royal Family no nothing of his true identity except they do, trust me. His rather modest attire affords him the ability to become indistinguishable amongst a crowd, aiding him greatly in his missions set forth by the Empire.
Much like his wardrobe, Jinzo doesn't strike you as a very imposing figure. He stands up at 5'9 and walks around at a lean 155lbs. He bares some marks and scars here and there though nothing too defining or noticeable, not that you'd see them underneath his clothing anyway. He walks with a very slight gait, barely even noticeable really but gained from years spent awkwardly traversing devastated battlefields and carrying corpses. Whenever he moves it is usually with timed precision, Jinzo attempts to shed any waste from his movements so that he may always be first to the punch, should the situation ever call for it.
Personality: Jinzo is a very focused person. He has clear goals and is quite determined to achieve them. He takes his orders seriously and aspires to become the most efficient ninja in his division. Where people are concerned, Jinzo doesn't shy away from interaction, though he doesn't generally go looking for it either. While, at times, he may prefer to keep himself secluded from everyone else, he always makes sure to join in on discussions about missions and objectives, even making the odd wisecrack or joke here and there no pls no jokesters. If he has a particular opinion on something, he is more inclined to say it out loud rather than keep quiet about it, although not in a way that would seem brash and arrogant but more aloof or distant.
He is loyal to his beliefs and his country in that he will defend them if questioned but not so extreme as to rear up in anger. Having grown up watching his father serve the Empire, Jinzo recognizes his place as a tool to be used and is content for things to be that way as he prides himself on his own diligence. Ever calm and collected, Jinzo prefers to keep a cool head during times of stress.
History/Background: Death has surrounded Jinzo for as long as he can remember born with an edgy, demon spoon in his mouth. Not in the usual dark or tragic way, however, even despite the loss of his mother, though that was before he could even remember. Maternity leave had to be cut short during times of war leading to his mother's eventual death on the battlefield mere months after giving birth wooweeeeeeee. But this wasn't the kind of 'death' he was familiar with, for his father - Tenjin - worked as a Royal Mortician, which was merely a fancy way of saying 'body collector'. Day and night, once the battles between each side had been fought and far too many lives had been lost, Tenjin alongside dozens of others would scour the battlefield in order to retrieve weapons, valuables and, finally, the bodies of their fellow countrymen. someone's gotta do it
Jinzo would grow up to follow in his father's steps. After his enrollment in the Imperial Academy and subsequent graduation, a majority of Jinzo's missions as a Genin were mostly posted by the Royal Mortuary. His father, Tenjin, had earnt one or two promotions during his son's time at the academy that saw him elevated to the position of Mortuary Overseer. This gave him the power to specifically direct missions towards his son, given that he was merely a Genin. Tenjin's reasons for this were never explained until one incident occurred during a seemingly routine sweep of a recently deserted battlefield. Jinzo and his team stumbled across an enemy Chuunin amongst the littered bodies, who was heavily injured but still very much alive.
Fight or flight reactions kicking in, the Kumo ninja immediately launched an attack against the trio what a returd, his speed and strength still more than a match for the three Genin even despite his grievous wounds strongest chuunin in the world. It didn't take long for the man to dispatch of Jinzo's teammates, killing one and severely incapacitating the other. But just as he took a hold of Jinzo's neck, the shinobi's body began to succumb to its' injuries i knew crystals sucked. Recognizing the opportunity, Jinzo plunged his kunai deep in between the man's ribs, who let out a guttural roar of pain and as the enemy Chuunin fell to his knees, Jinzo could almost sense his defeat. Which was about the time he noticed a strange phenomenon happening to the man's body; It had begun to crystallize until it was as hard as steel. Slowly but thoroughly his flesh continued to meta-morph, as the dying ninja could only cry out in pain, Jinzo still clung to him in horror before passing out. they still suck
He awoke to his father stood over him as he lay in a medical ward, a solemn look upon his face. Several other people had joined him, Elders of some kind. It was then that Tenjin explained his heritage as a member of the Kurogama clan, through his mother's side, and that he had manifested a rare least rare KG in this rp apparently Kekkei Genkai known as Shōton; the Crystal Release nature transformation. This manifestation meant that he was destined for greater things, although his father had hoped against it. Jinzo was told how his mother was also a Shōton user and how she had commanded battlefields with her exemplary skill and power and had performed various feats that had earnt her the mantle of Kesshōken - The Crystal Fist. Tenjin had protested against the Elders, not wanting to lose his only son on the battlefield as well. gives his son life threatening missions but rejects this? what a fucking cunt
But the Elders of the Kurogama clan were fiercely loyal to the Empire. Originating from the Vassal-state of Ran Musu, the clan offered any member who had awakened the Shōton up as a tool to be used by the Empire good. This was their way of paying the Emperor back for his leniency many years prior. And so Jinzo was taken from his father and forged into a weapon to be used by the Imperial Army. Over the course of a few years, Jinzo learnt how to better utilize his Kekkei Genkai he even began to invent his own jutsu. Along the way he was also recognized for his skill in counter-assassination. By protecting important members of the military from the shadows, Jinzo quickly learnt where and how an assassin would strike which would then enable him to take them out. His impressive success rate spoke volumes to the higher-ups and it wasn't long before he was hand-picked to join the Empire's Tiger Division; an elite group of shinobi formed to take on higher level missions both at home and abroad. they're basically hunter-nins
Most of his time leading up to the end of the war is classified. With the war now having ended, however, Jinzo only focuses on the next mission. Deserter, traitor or foreign target, he can only wait until he is called upon.
Chakra Nature:Doton - Earth Release Shōton - Crystal Release
Kekkei Genkai:Shōton - Crystal Release (Custom Version) Users of Crystal Release can convert varied amounts of solid matter into Crystal. From the Earth itself to other physical constructs, such as wood and metal, Crystal Release users can transform most of their immediate surroundings into weapons, shields and modes of transport. This extends to solid-state Chakra Natures such as Earth and Wood, rendering ninja of those Chakra Natures weak to this Kekkei Genkai. Crystal Release users can also manipulate pre-existing crystals and crystalline structures.
Liquid-state natures such as Water, Lava and Storm Release each have an increased resistance to crystallization due to the more random molecular structure of their jutsu, making the conversion a much lengthier and far more taxing process. As such, Crystal Release users would likely opt against converting liquids due to the extra time and Chakra it would take with little to no advantages over converting solids. cant convert actively harmful elements and attacks.
Gaseous & Energy Chakra natures such as Wind, Boil, Scorch and Explosion Releases are significantly more resistant to crystallization due to the wild molecular structure of their jutsu, with Fire and Lightning remaining unaffected completely. This is because raw energy or chakra cannot be crystallized, as they have no physical mass to crystallize, allowing those with good chakra control or Lightning/Fire natures to counter it. Crystal Release is also susceptible to a specific sound wave frequency: because Crystal requires a very precise build-up of molecules, the proper sound waves can break down the build-up before the Crystal can properly form.
When used on living beings, the crystallization rate is greatly reduced and the Chakra required vastly increased, more-so than any other state of matter, due to the innate Chakra stored within the targeted being. This gives all of the Crystal Release user's opponents a natural defense, since the Chakra itself cannot be crystallized and thus can only be contained by forcing the target's Chakra to the center of their mass by slowly converting their physical form from the outside in. only crystallize people once you've defeated them, I don't want weird /massive damage/ out of nowehere
Special Traits: - Exceptional Chakra Reserves - Exceptional Stealth & Agility he uses crystal release i dont think he'll be /exceptional/ - Excellent Sight & Hearing - Excellent Reflexes - Excellent Taijutsu - Great Cunning - Great Chakra Control
Effect: Jinzo can crystallize the ground beneath him, up to (1 acre) in radius from his position and up to (8ft) deep. Once crystallized, the pitch-black converted earth immediately becomes difficult to traverse, due to the glassy nature of Jinzo’s Crystals. Since the ground has now been infused with Jinzo’s Chakra, he is able to manipulate and distort the reflections of himself as well as his opponents so long as they are standing on Abyssal Onyx Mirror. Jinzo may also manipulate the ground at will, causing spikes and fissures to erupt from beneath the feet of his targets in order to impale, bind or otherwise hinder his enemies' movement.
Activation of this Jutsu allows Jinzo to activate other Jutsu such as Crystal Release: Black Burial Wave and Onyx Crystal Clone Technique.
Weakness: Seeing as this Jutsu is particularly widespread, the durability of Jinzo's Abyssal Onyx Mirror is markedly less than that of his other Crystal constructs. As such, any A-Ranked (and above) Explosive or Blunt-force Jutsu that targets the ground directly can heavily damage or even destroy the Abyssal Onyx Mirror, converting the earth back to its' original state. Jutsu of the same type but lower in rank may take considerably more time and effort due to the sheer size of the Jutsu itself.
Due to Crystal Release's inherent weakness to Fire and Lightning Chakra natures, even lower ranked Jutsu of these nature types may be able to discard of the Abyssal Onyx Mirror with relative ease.
The sheer size of this jutsu gives it a vastly extended cast time (2 posts), whereby Jinzo must remain stationary as he crystallizes the ground beneath him. Any interruption made during the casting of this technique will cause it to fail instantly, wasting a massive amount of Chakra.
In regards to dodging, the main things to dodge would be the spikes/fissures after the Jutsu has been cast, though they aren't instantaneous attacks. If anything they're supposed to be used to catch an opponent off-guard in order to setup for another attack or Jutsu. Therefore most, if not all, Chuunin-level ninja & above should be able to dodge them quite simply under completely normal circumstances. It's possible for an opponent to escape the crystallized area using whichever mobility/flight Jutsu they prefer or by simply climbing any structure or tree that might populate the area. seems ok
Name:Crystal Release: Black Burial Wave Rank:A Range:Mid-Range Nature:Shōton Type:Offensive, Supplementary
Effect: Jinzo may perform this Jutsu only once he has activated Crystal Release: Abyssal Onyx Mirror. Upon activation of this Jutsu, Jinzo's Crystals begin to envelop any opponent within range who is also touching Abyssal Onyx Mirror, immobilizing them almost instantaneously, all the while restricting the movement of their upper body as his Crystals begin to cover them entirely. Not only that, but the technique begins to slowly drag its' prey beneath the surface of Abyssal Onyx Mirror. Repeated struggling only seems to accelerate the process, whilst also enabling Jinzo to gradually crystallize his opponents by forcing the target's Chakra to the center of their mass and converting them from the outside in.
Weakness: Due to this Jutsu's heavy dependency on Crystal Release: Abyssal Onyx Mirror, Black Burial Wave can be destroyed alongside its' parent Jutsu. Not only that, but it is also far less durable than Abyssal Onyx Mirror, making it easily stopped by offensive Jutsu of lower ranks.
Like all Crystal Release Jutsu, Black Burial Wave possesses an inherent weakness to Fire and Lightning Chakra natures. -----------------------------------------------------------
Name:Crystal Release: Black Burial Rank:A Range:Short to Mid-Range Nature:Shōton Type:Offensive, Supplementary
Effect: A scaled down version of Crystal Release: Black Burial Wave. This version, however, doesn't require the activation of Crystal Release: Abyssal Onyx Mirror. Jinzo may perform this Jutsu on only one target within range, focusing most of his Chakra to increase its' speed and durability.
First, Jinzo must calculate the exact position of his opponent before crystallizing the ground beneath them. As soon as his opponents touch the crystallized ground, the Jutsu begins to envelop them, gradually immobilizing them as his Crystals grow further and further. Once the target is stopped, the Jutsu may then begin to drag its' prey beneath the surface of the Earth. Repeated struggling only seems to accelerate the process, whilst also enabling Jinzo to gradually crystallize his opponents by forcing the target's Chakra to the center of their mass and converting them from the outside in. same as i said about turning people into crystal. lame gimmick, full paralysis or external damage is fine
Weakness: Despite being far more durable than Crystal Release: Black Burial Wave, Black Burial is still susceptible to Explosive and Blunt-force Jutsu of equal or greater rank. Not only this, but the concentration required to predict where a target is going to be remains rather challenging and, as such, opponents that are able to move at high-speeds are particularly difficult to catch using this jutsu.
Like all Crystal Release Jutsu, Black Burial possesses an inherent weakness to Fire and Lightning Chakra natures. -----------------------------------------------------------
Effect: By using either Crystal Release: Abyssal Onyx Mirror or Crystal Release: Onyx Crystal Mirror as a medium, Jinzo can make clones of himself emerge from their mirrored surfaces. Due to being made of Crystal, they can endure more damage than a Shadow Clone. These clones are also able to deceive Byakugan users because of their reflective nature, but by focusing their sight, this can be circumvented.elemental clones are A rank. For good reason.
Effect: Jinzo uses crystallized earth to create a large serpent-like dragon, which he then uses as a means to travel. When used offensively, Jinzo can create multiple dragons to attack or bind his opponents from multiple directions.
When used in conjunction with Crystal Release: Abyssal Onyx Mirror, Jinzo can create several more dragons albeit at a much smaller size. The technique is generally used this way to combat multiple opponents at once.
Weakness: Jinzo can only create up to (3) dragons when used normally. When used with Abyssal Onyx Mirror, he can create up to (9). Like all Crystal Release Jutsu, Onyx Crystal Dragon possesses an inherent weakness to Fire and Lightning Chakra natures.
Effect: Jinzo uses this technique to envelop himself in dense Onyx Crystals in order to protect himself. This is easily his most durable technique and may even withstand attacks from some offensive Jutsu of higher ranks. Once the danger has passed, Jinzo can discard the technique at will.
When used in conjunction with Crystal Release: Abyssal Onyx Mirror, the cast time is moderately reduced. However, what Jinzo makes up in cast time, he sacrifices in durability.
Weakness: This particular Jutsu renders Jinzo stationary, forcing him to try and withstand an attack head on. Despite its' high durability factor, Onyx Chrysalis can still be heavily affected by Fire & Lightning Jutsu and, in some cases, even completely destroyed.
The cast time for this Jutsu is not instantaneous, meaning that Jinzo could not use Onyx Chrysalis as a last resort block. The Crystals themselves take time to completely envelop Jinzo due to their density. -----------------------------------------------------------
Effect: Jinzo creates a large pitch-black mirror which he can then use to perform the Onyx Crystal Clone Technique.
This technique may also be used in a defensive manner by Jinzo to confuse his opponents mid-attack, by materializing the Onyx Crystal Mirror directly in front of his own position or that of his opponent's, showing either party's reflection as dictated by him.
Effect: This technique allows Jinzo to cover his skin with a thin sheet of Crystal that improves his defense against physical attacks. This armour can also aid him to perform stronger physical attacks. The Crystal is transparent and can only be noticed by light reflecting off it. considering this weaker than Kakuzu's earth spear defense and power with same weakensses
Effect: An advanced version of Crystal Release: Onyx Armour, Jinzo creates a pair of dense Crystal gauntlets that greatly increase the power of his melee strikes.
Weakness: This jutsu possesses a time limit for how long they can be used. The gauntlets also take damage reflective of how much power is used per strike. Their damage output is reduced when used against Fire or Lightning Jutsu.
Effect: Jinzo surrounds himself with Chakra before tunneling beneath the ground, by crystallizing it, to reach a new position of his choosing. This Jutsu affords Jinzo a relative amount of stealth depending on how deep he decides to tunnel as well as a very effective means of escape.
Jinzo may also use this Jutsu in conjunction with Crystal Release: Abyssal Onyx Mirror. When he chooses to do so, the speed and stealth of his relocation is greatly improved, giving some of Jinzo's opponents the impression that he is capable of teleportation.
Overall the character's alright. Crystal release is general pretty fucking gay, Ice turned earthen type of shit. But anyway, handle this clone issue and probably remove one of the burial things, two is redundant anyway. After that? Approved.

【Appearance/Wardrobe】
Sakana frequently dresses in more or less standard Iwahagakure garb for chunin. He prefers to wear black wifebeaters with his flak vest over it, with skin tight gloves that reach all the way up to his biceps. It leaves just a tiny bit of his shoulder uncovered. Similarly his gloves have finger cutouts so he can still use his feeling senses to work. Not like Shinobi are known for their understanding of fingerprints anyway, so it's not like he has to worry about leaving fingerprints during his work. just for that they're now a thing
Sakana is somewhat of an asshole straight to the odin archetype to those that aren't used to him.
He told Sakana of fate and it's connection to the sage and the wheels of time - was there really any other conclusion to draw than 'fate is sealed'? he's blunt and stubborn, then
Although Sakana is far from a bloodthirsty shinobi who has no problems killing and who doesn't feel a shred of emotion whenever a companion or enemy dies, he is certainly not a very emotional person and thus has no quarrel in committing the act itself.
Sakana was born in the tumultuous lands of the Raijin dynasties, into a live of poverty and tribal powerstruggles that's because he was white lbr. Much of his youth was characteristically bland, as he followed the path of so many other Uragiri before him, joining the ranks of the many soldiers of Iwagakure do you mean kumo.
Amidst spectators the two fought, the battle not going in either’s favour until the heir got a solid hit in on Sakana’s legs and brought him down, and rather than kill him, he spared Sakana’s life – one would think this was mercy, but to Sakana it was worse. git gud pleb
He was branded with a large, black X over his right eye, marking him as a banished shinobi and effectively making him free game for Kumogakure shinobi. After a three day grace period he was officially scrapped from the ranks of the Kumogakure forces, seemingly never having been a shinobi at all. wrong hood
After the war effort he was officially placed in charge of a selection of two other chunin, sent to Amegakure as part of a diplomatic envoy, but that would soon turn to a whole different mission. chad empire vs virgin tribes
Ura Shishō FūinWilling to remove if necessary but the jutsu is so remarkably useless for a roleplay/a character, and I like the jutsu for exposition and flair.
keep it only as some plot-convenient suicide ability. dont use in pvp, even if you're about to die, unless you opponent wants it. A rank techniques
Jutsu name
Sūpu-jutsu: Sūpu mizu
Rank
C
Range
Up to 20 meters.
Jutsu name
Sūpu-jutsu: Sutōbu o tentō
Rank
C
Range
Up to 20 meters.
Electricity is possible but ill-advised since you'd probably electrocute your friends inside the bowl. can just use bombs to get out y'know
Jutsu name
Fūinjutsu: Atsui! atsui! atsui!
Rank
B
Range
Close-medium
Jutsu name
Fūinjutsu: Osu
Rank
C
Range
10m/100m
Jutsu name
Fūinjutsu: Hiku
Rank
C
Range
10m
Very little to say about this character. Overall balanced, may need to be careful on the push/pull seals as they have a lot of potential. Most of it is completely fine. Approved.
