@Zoey WhiteHang on, whilst I have accepted it, I did notice something that needs to be added. You have her appearance sorted, right, but there's no indication of what she looks like when she's on Operation. Maybe a picture or heft description about what she'd wear in combat would top it off?
Whilst you have had a small description, which I didn't notice at first, I do think an image or so might be useful? Your call though.
It's basically this, but with Jamie inside and not this police woman. Also it has more pockets full of ammo, and it is blue and black digital camo instead of regular blue. That's how I imagined it anyway.
Usually I make up the character and try to find a good image, not the other way around.
While on duty, Ajax’s armor is fairly standard issue for an FBI SWAT agent. However, instead of the standard olive green suit, Ajax instead opts for a primarily black with splashes red uniform. The all black ballistic shield Ajax sports is highlighted with a red spartan Helmet on the front, his emblem as an operator.
When off-duty, Ajax can typically be seen wearing a black tank-top and dark blue jeans. He keeps an FBI baseball cap on to hide his shaved head, and wears no sleeves to show off his rather large physique and Spartan-esque tattoos. Ajax, whether on-duty or off-duty, always wears a pair of regulation SWAT agent boots that are tightly laced.
Psych Profile
Ajax displays the typical tendency to provide little or no emotion during his interaction with friends, family, and co-workers. Since the passing of his sister, with whom he was close, Ajax has similarly depicted protective tendencies over close friends and family members. He displays hyper-aggressive behavior towards potential threats to those under his protection.
Ajax has the tendency to perform all of his activities by himself. He works-out alone, eats alone, and manages his equipment alone. He does not let anyone else touch his equipment, and Ajax keeps his living conditions spartan (for lack of a better term). He takes no comfort in luxurious amenities, instead insisting upon a rigid schedule dedicated to training and preparing for the next mission.
Relationships
Idolizes the work shield and defensive Operators Montagne, Blitz, and Rook displayed before his arrival into Rainbow. Ajax similarly shows high respect for the former FBI operators, all having been killed in the line of duty, and hopes to live up to their reputation.
Ajax builds upon his predecessors of Blitz and Montagne by making use of a modified ballistic shield called the Phalanx. The Phalanx is a versatile shield that offers several benefits to Ajax and his allies: -The Phalanx has an “Assault” mode, in which the shield only protects Ajax’s torso and head from attacks in front of him. Ajax has a medium speed rating when walking with the shield in this position, but can also run at a low speed rating. -The Phalanx has a “Tower” mode, in which the shield lowers to protect Ajax’s legs from incoming fire, as well as extending out slightly to protect both Ajax and allies behind him from incoming fire. Ajax cannot fire when the shield is positioned in this way, and the tower mode can only be extended for a minute before retracting back into assault mode. The Phalanx requires a 30 second cool down after being deployed into Tower mode, a result of Ajax’s shoddy engineering and refusal to allow anyone to modify his shield. -The Phalanx’s final mode is “Defense” mode, in which the shield attaches itself to the ground and acts as a “half-cover” similar to Rook’s armor panels.
Biography
Aleks was born as the youngest son of the Raimos family, being born two years after Alice and six years after his brother Vance. The Raimos family originated from Athens, Greece, but hard times befell the family and forced them to attempt to emigrate. They found a home in the United States, where the family was able to achieve citizenship after about five years. Aleks spent his formative years with his parents moving from Greece to the United States and moving throughout much of the Midwest until settling in Northeastern Ohio.
The family began to settle when Aleks began attending a public elementary school. Aleks had not yet attained fluency in English for his grade level, and was therefore bullied frequently at a young age. He had to be saved by his older sister, Alice, on several occasions in his first few years of elementary school. This did more to harm the self-esteem of Aleks, who wanted at a young age to prove himself to be a “traditional man.”
These views of masculinity lead to violent tendencies for Aleks in middle school. He formed a group of bullies around him within his first year of middle school, striking fear into the hearts of his fellow classmates. Unsurprisingly, Aleks would end up in trouble quite frequently, landing the troubled youth in and out of suspension. It was only when Aleks’ older brother Vance sat the child down to have a serious discussion that Aleks finally began to focus on his studies and managed to become a straight A student with few incidents in his final year in middle school.
High school saw Aleks take serious interest in engineering following the suite of his brother, who was studying at Notre Dame. Aleks and Vance would talk on the phone for hours every week, going over higher-level equations and engineering principles. Aleks also spent time with his sister as they attended high school together, with Aleks easily fitting into his sister’s “nerd crowd” with his love of physics and mechanics.
During Aleks’ sophomore year while walking with his sister towards the cafeteria, the sound of gunfire filled the air. Aleks turned to see a classmate… a senior in a trench coat firing a rifle in their direction. Aleks tried to tackle his sister to the ground for cover, but a sharp pain in his leg forced him to the ground. The boy watched his sister get struck by several bullets and fall to the ground before him, blood straining through her white sweater and pooling next to his face. The warmth of her blood is the last thing Aleks can remember before awakening in a hospital room.
The next few years of Aleks’ life became a blur. He graduated from high school as the valedictorian but refused to give a speech. He went on to attend the University of Notre Dame on various scholarships, completing the program in 5 years. He spent every waking moment in class, doing homework, or working out and training. The day after he graduated with his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, he began the process of testing into the FBI to become an FBI Police Officer.
Aleks tested well, and within a few months was a suited officer working with the FBI on domestic threats of terrorism and mass violence, a specialization of his. He spent his work days doing what he could to protect his nation, while his nights were dedicated to a hard physical regimen followed by work on a modified ballistic shield he dubbed the Phalanx. After two years as a Police Officer, Aleks’ superiors had him test to become a SWAT officer, a test he passed with flying colors.
Aleks spent 4 years working with the SOU on counter-terrorism threats. He was a dedicated agent, but refused to go in with the gear suggested and given to him. He wore less armor than most units with ballistic shields, and he refused to carry anything other than a sidearm. Aleks wanted to be as mobile as possible, despite being hindered by a shield. Aleks was an integral part of nearly 50 separate operations with the FBI before being recruited into Rainbow for his dedication to the objective and his skills.

Whilst it is good and all, I will accept it. Keep in mind that she is going to be extremely vulnerable in comparison to other operators in terms of gear.
My idea was a attack main operator with a K11 rifle(in short a 5.56mm assault rifle + a 20mm grenade launcher). Since it's very similar to @DeadDrop's concept(though mine won't be using incendiary) I'll try working with another operator ability.

If you can get it to work, go for it. I will judge the CS when it is finished.
@LetMeDoStuff ehh, I dunno. There's lots of bits and bobs sticking off the operators in Rainbow 6 Siege but really the only place that's protected is the chest, anyway. If you actually look at them the arms is just clothing, so are the legs. Nobody wants kevlar gumming up their limbs. I saw Valkyrie and new I wanted to do something similar if a bit more minimalistic.
Even Tachanka, the beefiest MF in the game's source of additional protection over someone like Ash is the helmet. Everyone is just wearing a bulletproof vest and military fatigues
