@Dragoknighte Halsey leaned back in her seat as she started to drink from her own cup, as she watched him taking his notes then he asked his question. She started to think for a moment, there was only two names that did come into mind at least for her that is anyway. "The Ryder family and Johnsons were many, many years ago from what I can remember. I dunno if they still do or not, or just gave up on worship or not." Halsey answered him as she finished up drinking the rest of her coffee and got up and started to make her way towards the kitchen to set the cup in the nearby sink and then came back into the room. "Is there anything you'd like to know?" Halsey asked.

Olivia leaned herself up against the wall and then started to listen to Finley as she gave her some information on what she had actually seen in the vision. Which did actually intrigued her a bit, she wasn't sure exactly what the vision that Finley had meant but it happened during the night. But it could be tonight or three nights from now, but it couldn't help but check out the lake at night either, and then watched as everyone started to gather up at their cars before turning to Declan and Finley.

"If you don't mind me tagging along I can come tonight, where did you want to meet just at the lake or something?" Olivia asked Finley, or they could meet up at the café and then go from there. Everyone seemed to be ready to go as she looked over at Finley and Declan, they could do a look over once the sun set and get there soon.

"The host could be a victim as well, so try not to stab it where the host ends up bleeding out or anything." Abraham said as he watched his niece starting to draw small devil traps on the blade itself. He was really sure how effective that will be, since the blood could easily wash off the markings. "I don't have any syringes just some holywater in the trunk." He answered his niece as he continued to drive and started to get closer towards Jenna's house and also listened in on Kosara as she spoke and nodded slightly. As much as he didn't want Jenna to get into the supernatural she ended up summoning a demon.

"We might as well teach her, and see if she's willing to learn a bit more if she wants to end up being a hunter or not." Abe said as they now turned up to the driveway of Jenna's house and eventually got out of his car and took the keys out. Abe then turned around and made his way towards the trunk of his car and pulled out a suitcase which had some holy water in it and then grabbed a handgun which he had just in case. Then Abe turned around and gave Kosara a nod before making his way towards the door and rung the doorbell and gave about five good knocks as well.

"A host doesn't die until the demon leaves it..." Kosara stated with flat voice." I can riddle him all the way to cheese hell and he'd still be kicking unless the demon legs it, but I do know what you mean, don't worry I have not as lethal means as well... holy water will do. And we can make more on the fly with a cross so it's all good." She added." Besides we'll be exorcising him, the hosts usually remember some things they've been doing under the control of a demon so that's a plus." She added with a shrug.

"She's got not much choice now taht she's summon a demon. The demon knows here and those suckers hold a grudge. Luckily it's not as easy to return from being exorcised heh." She smiled." She will like what she learns, I have this feeling."

As they arrived and Abe took his stuff in the suitcase, Kosara pulled her own tools. She wasn't carrying as many because well she didn't expect she'd need hers. They were at home, Abe's things stood in his car, but she had her sword, her gun and her knowledge which was all the things she really needed... ohh and a chalk/marker! Also her notebook. It was going to be quite fun. She stood beside Abe, making her most big bad hunter expression for a few moments, but decided it was boring and resumed in a more very relaxed one... A relaxed one carrying a sword that is.

The Ryders, at least their ancestors were part of this cult? Interesting. Harry made a note to investigate his clients further if he had the time for it. Although he doubted that Riley's parents did anything that would directly lead to the abduction of their daughter, he couldn't quite put it out of the question now. Why they would hire him to find her if they had was an unknown, but also getting ahead of himself. Here he was learning about the History of Red Lake, and he needed to focus on that goal.

"So what happened after Avery Johnson's death?" There were probably more questions he could have asked about the situation, but none of them sprang to mind at the moment. If he thought of anything specific while she continued on with the story, he'd make a note to write it down and ask her at the next convenient stopping point. But for now it would be better to move on and see if anything in particular stuck out to him. Maybe it would all be mundane drama, but he had a gut feeling that there would only be more occult occurrences going forward.

"Yeah, I have time. Thank you." She let Robin take the lead down the stairs. Once she was out of the house Heather let out a huge sigh of relief. It had been oppressive in the building and the air had been so polluted that she was thankful to be back outside. She climbed into the Dancing Queen. "We're going to go to City Hall and check out the public records about this place. Hopefully, we can find something about the creepy guy."

Heather wasn't certain what they would find, and considering how old the photograph was she wasn't certain it would give much information. She wondered if the town had a museum that would have the odder records. She'd check that out after city hall, most likely by herself. She doubted the others would want to join in a dig through records like that.

Finn nodded at Olivia's suggestion. If she were being honest with herself, she didn't want to go at this alone anymore. Slowly it was becoming apparent that there was more going on here. And now that she was aware of the werewolf aspect, it only opened the door for other freaky shit to start appearing.

Now more than ever she wished Jenna and her were talking.

But that was not the case. Not yet. And Finley was too stubborn. Declan was here and helping and Finley knew he had nothing to do with the death of the mayor. "I wouldn't mind you both there. Not even sure it's going to be tonight, but I can't help thinking it's important."

Lydia nodded at what Jenna was telling her about demons, figuring her cousin probably knew more about this than she did, even though she didn't know demons existed until a little bit ago. This was all sounding like news to her, but she might as well get as much information as she's able to about all of this. So, the demon had a host or whatever, and they probably had to identify him somehow in order to get any sort of information about him.

"No, I didn't recognize him at all. Then again, haven't been in Red Lake all too long, so is that really surprising?" she said to Jenna when she heard the doorbell go off. "Guessing that's probably Abe then?" she said, before heading towards the front door, she wasn't too sure about how all of this worked but she knew that it probably couldn't get much worse for them.

Jenna shrugged. "Honestly, this town is basically the same ten surnames recycled over and over again. I wouldn't be surprised if most of these people are third cousins," Jenna muttered. She turned her head as there was a series of knocks on the door, just nodding at Lydia as she finished her water. She wasn't quite sure what sort of mood Abe would be in when he came through the door, but she was calm and uncaring. Her mind was focused on the work and that was solving this case. She had already figured out who abducted Riley - the main question now was where she was. And she had even solved the death of the Mayor to completion, essentially. After she had all of the facts, it'd just be time for some good old vigilante justice - followed by a swift location to Philadelphia, under a new name - Jenna Rydzynski.

Jenna opened the door. Her face was calm and steady, her expression neutral. "Demon is in the basement. First door in the hallway, take the stairs all the way down." She didn't look scared or alarmed in the slightest. She then stepped aside to let them in, refilling her water glass and taking another long sip of it. Had she not figured Abe would want to talk to her, she would have left already to go look through yearbooks and photos of people in the city, in order to try and figure out who the demonic hosts were.

@Dragoknighte Halsey looked at Harry when he asked his next question as to what had happened after Avery Johnson's death and then leaned back in her seat. "Tensions between the locals and the town got worse after the death of Avery, which resulted in the bloody little conflict in the town. Which nearly raised the town and also nearly killed the local tribe as well." Halsey simply answered as she ran a hand through her hair. "But there was a neutral group of people who put aside their differences and ended up finding that the cultists were the ones behind the murder and the resulting conflict. The conflict ended, and the cultists were all rounded up and were all executed except for one Ryder ancestor. Which made a deal and he was spared execution, that's about all I know." Halsey answered him.

Olivia nodded at Finley and gave her a slight smile. "Then we all can meet up, at the café say tonight or something like that then and head out to the lake?" Olivia offered, as she turned her head to look at Robin and nodded towards him, she had outstayed her welcome at the house. "On my way." Olivia said, looking over at Declan for a moment. "I'll go with you guys tonight then." Declan said, before turning and made his way towards his horse and climbed up on it. She looked at Finley for a moment then at Declan, as she stretched slightly. She was feeling better now about going to the lake they would be easier to get things done in the middle of the night.

"I'll ride with Miranda, you can take my spot in Robin's ride if you'd like." Olivia said towards Finley. "Or ride with Declan totally up to you." Giving her a slight smile. As Olivia started to make her way towards the others. "Riding with Miranda." Olivia said towards Robin as she climbed up into Miranda's car and sat down in the front seat and looked at her. "Ready to head back to town?" Olivia said.

When Jenna opened the door he was pretty gratful to see that she was alright, and wasn't harmed by the demon just yet anyway, he listened to her when she stated his location where the demon was at. But right now Abe needed to ask her a few questions and see if she was alright and wasn't hurt or anything. "Thank you for letting me know right away." Abe said as he closed the door behind him and looked over towards his niece. "Start warding the place up, salt on all the windowsills and under the doors. Also devil trap the place to and get ready for the exorcism as well." Abraham said before turning his attention towards Lydia and Jenna.

"So how did you manage to trap him?" Abe asked, he wasn't sure how she learned to make a devil's trap in the first place which had gotten him a bit curious as well. Robert once they had gotten upstairs shifted into a cat and was sitting down on the couch, Abe looked over at the cat for a moment, and shrugged slightly. Then Siegfried finally started to speak up, though it was a bit muffled from being downstairs. "Awww the little girlies called in their grandpappy for help, so adorable!" He said laughing rather loudly.

They arrived at the destination quite fast indeed. Walking out the car they picked up everything they needed and walked to the doorway where it was Jenna who opened the door. Kosara had also a neutral expression, but when she saw Jenna she made a soundless expression of 'Good Job' soundlessly behind Abe's back to congratulate her newfound colleague on a job well done for a first demon summoning. The girl had a lot more to learn though and they were going to start tonight.

“ Yep, on it gramps.” Kosara replied as she waltzed to the kitchen and pulled all the salt they had before starting to place it at the windows and the doorways. She had her trusty marker too as she was drawing different devil traps all across entryways into the house. One by the windows by the doorways into internal doorways on the doorways and she even engraved a few different other runes to repel demons as she went to try to funnel any potential intruder into predesignated entrances where she put the strongest of traps or where it was easy for her to fight one.

Finally when she was all done she headed down to the basement with eyes filled with glee when she saw the trapped demon. Her smirk was wide and she found herself really amused at the look of a trapped demon. Guess it was time to put this sucker back to hell once they beat the well hell out of him to spew all he knows. Even demons cracked if you knew how to press hard enough.

Finley nodded agreement at their plan. Hopefully, something would happen tonight. That was one thing she hated about her visions: they almost never dictated when it would happen. Was there even proof that she could prevent such a thing? The one thing she dreaded was seeing someone being killed and not being able to stop it. She hoped she saved the police officer's life, but she couldn't do much other than warn him. It wasn't like she was going to stake out his house every night.

She turned to Declan. Happy to be left alone with him. "Mind if I catch a ride home with you then? I'll ride my bike to the lake tonight, but I wouldn't mind a nap. I have a huge headache now." A lot of information was being taken in at once and Finley needed time to process it all.

None of this was particularly surprising. Had he been asked to answer his own question and just make something up from what he'd just learned, he'd probably come up with something like that. But even if it was the logical conclusion to that story thread, that didn't mean he could afford to blow it off. So down it went into the notebook as well. Looking at it now, he was starting to run out of available pages. He'd need to pick up a new one soon.

"There's nothing more of the history of Red Lake?" Harry asked, quirking an eyebrow. "Nothing of interest at all happened in the hundreds of years since those initial events?" It was very possible she just didn't know any more than what she had told him, which would be disappointing. For an expert her pool of knowledge was rather limited. Although, there wasn't much competition in the field of the history of a small town like Red Lake. But if there was more to Red Lake's history, even if it wasn't directly related to the case, he wanted to know.

"Guess it is just us." Heather smiled and hopped out and moved to the front seat. "Thank you by the way. For sticking with me in there." She felt ten times better just not being in the house. Now that she was alone with Robin she had the sudden urge to tell him everything that was going on with her. Her mother's deather. Her father threatening to cut her off if she didn't move back. The plants this morning. Right, that had happened. This had been an excellent distraction from that. She sighed heavily.

"How have you been? What brought you back? Seems like a bad time to be here unless you're going for your amateur sleuth badge for Egle scouts."

Jenna almost wished that she had a mirror, in order to admire her own poker face. She hadn't let Abe know right away - in fact, she had spent a good deal of time questioning the demon herself down there. Had Lydia and Robert not been present, she most likely would have tried out one of the spells in the book, rather than going for outside help. But they had seemed frightened and Jenna had gotten all the information she needed - so that was enough. "I used a devil's trap," Jenna answered simply. "It's not like it's hard..."

She caught Kosara's look and she just nodded slightly. While they were all concerned about the demon in the basement, her mind was on the next objective. "Look, the Mayor kidnapped Riley Walker. He gave her to this demon, Sig-Bitch, in order to get a host for his master Asmodeus. But I don't think it's working properly. Mayor was killed by a Hellhound as his contract ended. Now if you'll excuse me, Lydia and I are going to figure out who is playing host for Sig-Bitch, that way we can get a probable location for Riley..."

Lydia didn't really know Abe much, but she didn't say anything when he walked into the house, just letting Jenna do all of the talking. There wasn't much else she could do. After all, this was way out of her league when it came to doing things of this sort of nature. She hadn't known earlier that day that demons were real, but clearly these people had known for a while or something, so they were better equipped to deal with it.

She listened to what Jenna said, and it took her a minute to register what she had said. "Wait, we're doing what? Going off to find information on this guy? We have nothing to go off of Jenna, how are we supposed to find anything on this guy?" she asked, looking at her. This wasn't making much sense to her, but she didn't know what else to say.

@Dragoknighte Halsey leaned back in her seat as she started to think, there was two more things that she did know left on the history of the town. "I have two stories left, there is a silver mine on the other end of town, which was owned at one point by the Ryder family many, many years ago, it was the town's main source of income in the 40's. But in 1947 there was supposedly a major cave in that ended up killing all of the miners in it, but most stay away from it nowadays it's supposedly haunted.." Halsey said as she ran a hand through her hair, it was more of a legend nothing more and very few people knew about it. "There is also an old legend of the lake itself, some ancient being was imprisoned under the lake itself whoever finds the five artifacts they would unleash whoever is imprisoned and we will rule over the town."

Declan looked over at Finley and smiled towards her and gestured for her to hop on. "I don't mind hop on." Declan smiled towards her. "Did you want to go to your place or mine?" He offered, he didn't mind leaving the place behind at all at the moment, he did want to hang out with Finley for a little bit anyway. Olivia turned her head to look over at Miranda and gave her a slight blush and smile for a moment as she thought for a moment. "Wherever you'd like to go i'm free for the rest of the day anyway." Olivia didn't have any real plans she did do what she wanted to do today anyway. Olivia watched as Robin and Heather got into the Dancing Queen and Finley and Declan both leaving together.

Robin and Heather both would be able to get to the town hall with no problem the traffic wasn't all that terrible since it was a small town anyway. Three deputies were hanging around outside of the Sheriff's office, it looked like they were on their smoking break since both buildings were next door to each other.

Abraham looked over his shoulder as Kosara went ahead and started to put up some warding to go against the demon, then his attention turned towards Jenna. "Sigbtich is a nice name. And thank you for the information Jenna." Abe said as he listened to her and gave her a nod, it was probably for the best that they would be away from them when they started the exorcism. A Devil's Trap was fairly easy to draw up if you knew what you were actually doing. Asmodeus Abe only heard the name once, but he hadn't really done any research on him.

"The library is still open you two should head there and get the info you guys need." Abraham said as he looked over at Kosara, he gave her a nod. "We will be in the basement and will let you know when it's safe to come back. I'm not sure how you will find out where she is, he'd probably have her hidden really well somewhere." Abe said as he started to follow Kosara down into the basement and then looked directly at the demon standing before them and smiled. "Well if it isn't the old wrinkly man and his young girlfriend." Siegfried said sarcastically.

Robert watched as Abe left to go into the basement and then finally shifted back into his human form and made his approach towards both Jenna and Lydia. "I thought he'd never leave." Robert said quietly he had a feeling that they were hunters and usually hunters would find a way to try and attack them. Robert then looked over towards Jenna for a moment and then Lydia. "So we going to the library or something?" He asked. "Or did you want to go to the mayor's house and see what we can find there maybe theres some info there?"

Finley hopped on the back of Declan's ride. She debated where she needed to go and decided she would have to face the music at some point. "Take me back home, please. I have a feeling I'll need to sort that out first before tonight." Her grandparents, God love them, were some of her biggest supporters, but also a hindrance to her goals. They loved her and she loved them, but often times she wanted out of the house so she could do what she wanted.

It was probably due to her father if anything. As Declan rode on, she thought about how she would get out of the house tonight. She hated sneaking out, but she knew her grandparents would not like it and not agree. Once Declan got to her house, she hopped off and hugged him. "See you tonight." Finley turned and walked into her house.
