"Ok, Mike, lead the way," Liam said.

Mike nodded as he lead the way, once they were out the tunnel, they could see the sun slowly setting giving a beautiful backdrop to the island. It was almost peaceful. Though that peace would soon be short lived as suddenly they would hear a woman scream and Mike immediately said "Peace never seems to last, come on guys".
Mike broke into a run as he ran to a path which lead off the main road, they would end up in a forest clearing surrounded by trees and water where they would see a Hiker trying to protect a scientist and fossil Pokemon from two pouchers.
"Hand over those revived fossils, we can make big bucks from them" one of the pouchers said. Suddenly though, a young woman wearing a Ninetails mask appeared and yelled at the pouchers. "Leave those Pokemon along pouchers, I won't let you hurt them" She sent out a Delphox to do battle with the pouchers Alohan Golem and Steelix.

Jen,Aura and Maui is enjoying the setting sun as they hears a women scream as she runs to the forest where a Hiker and a scientist protecting fossil Pokémon. They hear a women voice and they recognize it is the women who try to catch all those wild Pikachu. “Maui, battle Alohan Golem or Steelix.” Maui growls as he is ready to battle waiting to see Golem or Steelix make the first move.

Shiranui followed and stealthily leaped up into the trees, secretly calling Saisei out as he thought he could recognise the woman in the Ninetales mask. "That's the lady poacher from the Pikachu Valley alright," Saisei corroborated to the rest of the heroes.
"It doesn't seem logical that a poacher is fighting other poachers," Shiranui whispered to Saisei.
"I see the logic," the Mewtwo countered, this time on a separate line of telepathy, "When money is involved, a lot of humans use whatever means necessary to complete their mission to get it. However, from what I can read out of Veronica's mind, the path of evil she walks is a path she was coerced into by her father."
"Then we should help get her back onto the right path," Shiranui replied, committing Veronica's name into memory, "For now, we stand by and let our friends help her out." Saisei nodded in agreement before covertly placing Barriers around and over the clearing in case the poachers tried to make a quick getaway.

Liam sent out Goodra. "Give up you two-bit thieves, You are seriously outclassed here."

Chuck sent out Megumin, his Turtonator. "You guys aren't getting away with this."

Veronica took note of the people standing with her to help even though she suspected that her disguise may work on pouchers but not these children who had fought her and defeated her in battle. She was thankful they stood beside her to protect these fossil Pokemon, she wanted to protect these Pokemon.
The poucher with the Steelix quickly showed he was of a higher class as he mega evoled his Steelix who went for Maul using Iron Tail but was intercepted by an Arrow from Mike Decidyeye The Hood, who landed next to Maui protecting both him and Jen since Steelix had the type advantage.
The Golem used Thunderbolt on Goodra to try and stun him seeing Goodra as the bigger threat.

Jen did not care if she have the disadvantage, “toxic.” Jen saysas Maui spews purple gas at the Steelix to poison it. Jen have a feeling that the Steelix will come after Maui intill she switch out Pokémon. “Maui when Steelix comes out you again use protect then use the move Counter.” Jen says as Maui gets ready to clash with the Steelix again.

"Megumin, intercept the Thunderbolt and retaliate with Dragon Pulse!" Chuck said. The Turtonator ran in front of the Tunderbolt and unleashed a burst of draconic energy at the Golem.

"That Toxic won't work," Saisei stated to Jen, "My Will-O-Wisp will help your attrition strategy." Will-O-Wisps appeared compliments of the Mewtwo, surrounding Mega Steelix and intending to burn it.

"Alright, time to end this farce!" Liam called, clearly madder then he has ever been since dealing with Smuag's abusive captor. Liam did the movements for the Z Move, Devastating Drake. The lavender colored attack was launched at the Alolan Golem at the full force of a Draco Meteor, propelling it into the Mega Steelix with enough force to harm both of them.

"That's gotta hurt," Shiranui whispered to himself, seeing Mega Steelix get hit by an Alolan Golem less than half its weight. Saisei nodded in agreement.

As the battle raged, Mega Steelix roared angrily as Golem slammed into it at full force, taking quite a large amount of damage on both of them and roaring again as it went for Maui, Only to be intercepted by a Mystic Fire from Delphox And the will o wisp causing it to burn. Thus only made the Steelix madder as it now began to start firing off attacks without aimmming. Mike was ready and quickly grab the couple and there Fossal Pokemon to safety as he said to the group. "That Steelix needs to go now otherwise it could destroy the forest around here in its anger"

The Golem tried to help but Chucks attack and everything after that caused massive damage to Golem, with an almighty roar itself, it charged at the group or more spcificly the Turtinator who had attack it as it's body began to glow and it used Explosion to try and bring one of its enemy's down with it.

It's was only now that the pouchers realised who they were facing, it was the same kids that had beaten them at Pikachu Valley but this time they did not have the support of their boss. "Where the fuck is Veronica? We're getting hammered here" one of them said to the other. Veronica herself had a smile hidden behind her mask as she help the group.

Chuck twisted is Firium Z he recently obtained and told his Turtonator "Alright Megumin, time to let out a maximum power Inferno Overdrive!" He did the dance for the Z-Move and Megumin unleashed the full power of her Shell Trap into a massive blast of fire that hit the Golem, knocking it back into the Steelix, engulfing both in flames as the Explosion went off.

Even with Steelix massive bulk, taking a direct hit from both a flying Golem and then an explosion, the Steelix roared defiantly one last time before reverting back to normal as it fainted, hitting the ground hard.

The pouchers then tried to make a run for it but were caught in Delphox psychic move where she span them round a few times before nearby vines from trees were wrapped around the pouchers preventing them from escaping.

Jen helps Mike get the Fossil Pokémon to safetyas Maui and Maui protect her from the steeling random attacks. Maui takes on some damage but will keep on going intill he faints.

Shiranui and Saisei appeared near the bound poachers compliments of the Mewtwo's Teleport. "You need to watch your language, buster," said Shiranui as Saisei gave the poacher a brief spritz of Water Gun into his mouth, "There are minors around."
"You should consider yourself lucky I don't have any soap right now," added Saisei in a condescending tone.

"Oliver, go fetch Officer Jenny!" Liam called as he sent out his Dartrix.

Veronica sighed softly and happily that she was able to help put some pouchers behind bars, though she looked at the Mewtwo obviously knowing her identity was not hidden from him but she smiled and said "Thank you for your help stopping them from stealing the fossil Pokemon, sadly though until you can find their leader and out him behind bars as well, they will remain a threat to this region".

Delphox nodded before giving Jen a revive and a full restore to get Maui fighting fit again since she knew the Jen needed him.

"Well, unless we probe their minds, we won't be able to track their leader down," Liam said.
