Hey there @PlatinumSkink! So I finally finished these two CSes. Would have been done sooner, but a few things came up that prolonged the writing process. Not much to look at overall, especially in the history part but I'm excited to get out there and everything! Lemme know what you think. I am willing and ready to change, remove, or add? fix anything you might need me to.




Alright, let's see now. Demon here's the last of the newcomers that were coming, so, yeah, this'll do.

@Demon Shinobi Yupp, nicely written. There is, however, some standards that I've had the other players adhere to that I'll have you do, too. You should start with 500 P and only one Potion... ... ... ... Oh, you bought a Pokéball with those 200 P. ... ... ... ... ... Ya know what? Fine, they're available in all common stores anyway, heh. Just don't go catching a Pokémon before actually getting your starter!

Munchlax, hah. They actually start with that many moves, oh, boy. Gosh, this moveset differs rather dramatically from the moveset of Snorlax, for some reason. Very well. By the personal rules I've put on myself to limit the "level 1 moves", I'd like you to remove Lick for now, on account Munchlax learns it later anyway. I was debating letting you replace it with Recycle, but I am going to go with "no", just in case there is any other Pokémon out there that has a stupidly overpowered move just out-of-range of the four highest level 1 moves. ... Starting with Metronome, hah...

No held items for the starter Pokémon, I'm afraid. I... I wrote that somewhere, right? I can't find it. Have I missed actually including one of my basic rules for starter Pokémon in the first post for two years? ... HAH!

Anyways. With those changes, Axl is accepted.

@Joshua Tamashii I'll note that one of the things I am avoiding is having the NPCs saying things that'll (maybe rightly) scare the kids, hah. Pokémon journeys should be exciting, not terrifying. Jury's still out on if I've succeeded with that or not. Still, the warnings do make sense, but, yeah, oh well. In character given he has reason to worry for Amelia. Mmm. Nicely posted. You two give me a mention when it's time, heh.

@PlatinumSkinklol yeah, I figured some stuff wasn’t gonna fly, but I’ll make the changes by tonight, and will also remove defense curl as it is a level 4 move and not level one. At least by ORAS moveset, which is what I was using lol I can also remove metronome. Literally just took from the list of level 1 moves and the one level 4 in defense curl. Anyway! Yeah, with fam so a little later for changes

@PlatinumSkinkSo! I reverted the money to 500 and took away the pokeball, might as well have him buy his first pokeball in game right?! Then I removed lick, and I also removed Defense curl because officially defense curl is a level 4 move and stuff and I wasn't sure I would use it much. lol now, despite how much you wrote, I'm pretty sure those were the only things that I noticed were brought up. So I can move him over to the CS tab yeah??

@Demon Shinobi As soon as you put back Defense Curl, sure. It's a level 4 move, you have no reason not to know it at level 5. You'll get mileage out of that one once you reach level 36, heh.

Feel free to post it in the characters tab, and then post about arriving at Kalmia's lab. It would make things easier for me if I could include you in the next post.

I'm sorry if it feels I'm rushing you all along, but I did want to make sure you got to experience the same things as the others did, and that means this potential rival-battle. I did consider that perhaps you wanted to face one another, but eh! Of course, you can just say that you have no interest in that, and then we can move on. You could quick-battle the rivals if you don't want to spend the time roleplaying turn-per-turn, hah. Anyways. I wanted to do this.

Oh, and if any of you have any reactions that would cut the conversation short or something, those could still happen, I'd just need to edit the post, hah.

@Rune_Alchemist And for you... I continue that. You're free to do stuff, heh. Also, Chikorita is apparently 0.9 meters tall. That's way bigger than I was imagining. Think that is to the top of its head or to the tip of its lead? Hah.

I will admit that I was under the initial impression that he had the Xatu in order to at all be able to manage travelling in terrain, but if you feel he'll be able to handle himself with only Seabreeze's sight to guide him, then sure. I'm not sure how well he's going to be able to battle like this, but, heh, I'll leave the means of perception to you, then. Nicely posted.

@PlatinumSkinkI'll probably make reference to it! Cause he's gonna need to eat roughly 232lbs of food a day. Good thing literally anything can be food for a Munchlax in the pokemon universe lol... Cause those little bastards can eat ANYTHING.
