Valol Azu was born on Sur'Kesh under the umbrella of a very successful corporation in the ever booming information industry. He and his many siblings would be raised in this corporation with the singular purpose of becoming agents and continue the legacy of their heritage. Their mother taught them how to fight, how to hack, and how to steal. She taught them the intricacies of information gathering and the dangers of having it. But also the rewards. Unlike some of his other siblings, Valol never really questioned his place in it all. He knew what his mother wanted of him and that's all he needed growing up. Besides, he enjoyed the training.
As Valol got older, he began to realize the benefits and gains of a career such as this. Valol often resonated with an old human saying. "Knowledge is Power."
Valol firmly believed that mantra. He still does. But then something happened that changed his view of the universe forever. His mother died. His mother had her clutch older than most, at 32. It was just after Valol had turned 10, fully grown in the eyes of Salarian society. He had recently completed training and was now operating for the corporation on a regular basis. His mother had recently gotten sick and passed as he was returning from a mission. 42 years old. A normal lifespan by Salarian standards. But too young for Valol's taste. It devastated and infuriated him, how Humans and Turians got an extra half a decade at least and Krogan and Asari got hundreds of years. Yet the smartest and fastest only got 40 years in the galaxy. It baffled him.
Valol began to realize that knowledge might have power, death had even more. The fear of it, the threat if it. Or even the promise of it. He began to study death and his own biology, looking for ways to extend his lifespan and the the total lifespan of his species. He searched for years and years to no avail. But he won't stop. Valol will find a way to achieve longer life or die trying. The corporation is sending him on a mission. There are whispers of an attack at the remembrance ceremony at The Citadel. It's his job to find out what's what.
Knowledge has power but death has promises.
Personality:
Valol is someone you could consider in love with his job. He likes the excitement, the intrigue. He's always up for a good challenge and juggling his own mortality. Indeed his own relationship with death has made him more partial to it as a tool. As if every person he kills will bring him closer to achieving immortality. He has undying loyalty to The Corporation, the organization where he was born, raised, and taught at. Even though his trade is espionage, he has the hobby of biology and science. Every chance he gets he's looking for ways to change his DNA, to cheat the death that took his mother.
Valol could be seen as resenting the Asari, the closest beings to immortality in the known universe. They take hundreds of years to "find out who they are" when he only has 40 to accomplish the impossible. So the case could be made for his dislike of them. He's very close to his many siblings, having trained side by side them since birth. Indeed, they are the only people he truly loves and trusts without a doubt. As far as romantic or sexual desires, he's a Salarian. He doesn't have time for that drivel. Sex and romance are just tools used by clans to keep the species alive, he has no interest in either.
His facial tattoo resembles one close to the one often seen on Palaven, it is two toned with Cyan and a dark blue. It goes across his nose, cheeks and mandibles.
Tiberius has a shrapnel burn on the left side of his face, near his left eye and on his left mandible and left cheek crest.
Tiberius has three cyan glow metal plates along his cheek crest.
Backstory:
Born and raised on Palavan, Tiberius grew up living a relatively normal life. He had a great education, a good number of friends and loving parents. Life was all he could have hoped for as he grew up alongside his older brother, Arlius, who was only a year older than him and right from the get go the two were inseparable. Both of the kids showed early signs of biotics which in-turn put them on the radar of the Hierarchy and turned their world upside down. Tiberius completed boot camp with flying color but not without getting many glares by his peers.
Both he and his brother were thrown into a Cabal together. It was strange for Tiberius who quite quickly seemed to fit right in. Over the years his skill only increased as he grew into a tank of a Turian. Tiberius seemed to eventually outgrow his brother in size and some skill, if the two even went head to head the only advantage he would have on his older brother was sheer size. As the two climbed through the ranks being sent on tougher and tougher missions, it became apparent to the Hierarchy that the pair were a inseparable team and soon both became Kabalimes and were put into a team called a Headhunter, which consisted only of two Kabalimes and a handler. The pairs main goal was to go after rogue biotics that had abandoned the Hierarchy or anyone who was deemed a major threat inside or outside of it. Tiberius dominated at what he did and with his own brother as his teammate, it meant the less chance of something going wrong. The pair quickly took the Cabal motto to heart and for the most part it seemed true to them; the intangible is unstoppable.
That was until a mission a few years ago while Tiberius and Arlius were out tracking down a rogue Cabal who from the file was a high risk to the Hierarchy and a threat a number of people in the galaxy. The pair got the drop on the individual, which normally would give them the advantage, but quickly they learned that they had just walked right into a trap. During the engagement that took about and hour and a half as the two parties fought, the rogue Cabal ended up getting the upper hand on Arlius and killing him. Tiberius was forced to retreat but not before getting heavily injured across his face and recovering the body of his teammate and brother.
The years after were rough on Tiberius as he tried to get ahold of himself both physically and mentally. In order to deal with the stress and grief he was given a prescription for Eximo to help out with the stress, but he would unfortunately later get addicted to and use at the first sign of stress build up. In turn this led to his right hand starting to twitch uncontrollably when becoming stressed. Supposedly since then he has gotten help for his addiction, but still has a standing prescription to take it only as a last resort. Once he got back into the swing of things he began search for the rogue biotic that he had been sent after into order to avenge his brother and get the justice that is deserved, as well as get rid of another unnecessary individual in the galaxy.
He has yet to be paired up with another Kabalim or put into Cabal unit since the incident with his brotherβs death.

Walking Hand Grenade
The universe is dark. When you see its darkest depths, its dark underbelly... once you understand someone's capacity for horrors, you can never truly look away. Though raised strong and free from danger, the world is dark no matter where you hide. Horror and chaos has never been far from Tiberius. Consider for a moment you have two people before you; a broken, dark, world-weary turian who has seen more than any person ever should... and a defense mechanism mask that the world is privy to, one that laughs and smiles, one that makes friends and shares easily. The duality is what keeps him whole. But underneath everything on all sides, is a quiet, smoldering rage. Make no mistake; Tiberius is a very dangerous individual.
Long story short, Tiberius Adarian is a good guy. He tries to do the right thing, for the right reasons, and play things as diplomatic as possible. He wants to live in a world where his job does not exist - though understands that that day will not be seen in his lifetime. On the other side of that coin however, he does not mind getting his hands dirty and, though he may not always admit it, he enjoys the thrill of the chase. The hunt in taking down his prey. Getting inside their head, understanding what drives them, and having a comprehensive and workable knowledge of the awesome, destructive powers of a biotic drives Tiberius both mentally and physically.
Duty, Honor, Loyalty
Within the Cabal ranks Tiberius is a modal example of a Soldier - to a fault. Rarely has he disobeyed orders, but now and again, waiting for backup or standing down just didn't seem like the correct strategy. As a Cabal, he does get the occasional leering glance from his coworkers, but he often assures them - if they're doing their jobs, they have no reason to be wary of him. More than once he's had to take down a close associate, even a friend, who was over the line and it never gets any easier, but it is what the job entails. There is a rumor that three years ago, Tiberius was sent to recover a rogue biotic whom he was close to, though the trail supposedly "went cold" while he was on Omega. As no one has seen or heard from the aforementioned biotic since, it is relatively likely, though there are some who feel that Tiberius falsified his report and helped the biotic criminal hide, disobeying direct orders - though there was never proof, or an investigation in the matter.
The Vendetta
Above all Tiberius wants to see a world free from crime, harm, and violence - but knows it's a pipedream. Tiberius has proven time and again to have fantastic faith towards all races that was instilled by his parents. Tiberius's rage, his need for vengeance for those deserve it, is twisted only with his greater ideal of justice. He understands what it's like to lose someone; that a murder is more than just a singular act. He sees the ripples, the people it affects. However, he's also aware that there are dangerous individuals in the world who just what to watch the world burn - and in those situation, his trigger finger only gets itchier.
He's funny, rash, sarcastic, horribly bitter, manipulative, crude and boisterous - but one of the best friends you'll ever have. Let's make it simple. From day to day, situation to situation, moment to moment you never know who's going to be at your side. The masks of Tiberius Adarian are many.
Specialty:
As a Cabal, Tiberius excels in infiltration, information and biotics, He is considered a danger at long range, but up close he is extremely deadly given his shear size, ability and training with close quarter combat. He is a strategist and is one to get the results that are called for.
M-3 Predator: Ultralight Pistol Materials, Heavy Pistol Scope Upgrade.
Misc.
He carries two combat knives, One attached to his right shoulder piece, one holstered along his lower back that is mainly used for when he runs out of ammo.
@Andromedai I think having so many people in the same place makes things a bit difficult in terms of fully understanding the situation as well as knowing when to post. Maybe have it so the next part of the story splits the group up to different places so there is a definitive order to posting etc.
