Well, this all looked to be at least somewhat promising. They had a lead, which was way better than they had had all day, despite their earlier conversation with the demon which had resulted in them getting this new lead. The mine hopefully would be a good place to go, and a good thing in solving this mystery. She glanced over at Robert when he spoke, but she understood why he didn't want to go there, though she just nodded along with what Heather had assumed was the reason he wasn't going.

Watching Robert race off, she hoped that he was careful, and she hoped that his father let them borrow that necklace of his, and she turned to look at the others. "So, let's hit the road," she said, looking at the others. She'd never really been to the silver mine, she hadn't really explored much of Red Lake aside from the town itself, with everything that was happening, she might as well start now.

Finley hadn't considered asking the PI they met. In fact, she was sure the man wouldn't help her, considering they met when they were all planning to look into the abandoned house which was definitely against the law. Though, isn't that what PIs did? They went through the law to get the job done? "I doubt he'd help me. We didn't really leave on good terms."

Before she knew it, her grandfather came and called them for dinner. "Well, time to eat. You remember my Grandma is an amazing cook, right? You are welcome to stay, I am sure they already set up a place for you." With that, she stood up and waited for Declan to follow as they went downstairs to get ready for dinner.

After, they would prepare for their trek tonight. She had a feeling they were closing in on something big. Hopefully, tonight would be the night it all went down.

@Dragoknighte Harry would be able to hear Mrs. Walker talking on the phone, it was her sister who lived on the other side of the state, he would get bits and pieces of what they had found out so far. Which wasn't much on her end, Mrs. Walker did sound a bit upset but remained hopeful. Then the conversation went on for a few more minutes to other things, before she ended up hanging up Mrs. Walker turned to look over at Harry and gave him a slight smile. "Hows your day been going so far, find anything out from Halsey?" She asked as she went to the kitchen and grabbed herself a bottle of water.

@FantasyChic "I'm sure he'd be willing to at least point you in the right direction for help on becoming a PI or something." Declan said as he looked up at Finley's grandfather when he said dinner was ready, he did feel quiet a bit hungry now as he turned to see Finley for a moment. "I'd like to, hopefully I wont be a bother or anything." He said as he started to follow behind Finley down to the dining room where they had dinner set up. "Ah good, hopefully pot roast is good with you guys." Finley's grandmother said smiling at the two of them, there was already a plate set up for Finley and Declan as well. "Pot roast sounds great." Declan said as he took his seat, once Finley took her seat her grandfather spoke up. "So are you two dating or something?" He asked, which made Declan shift slightly feeling uncomfortable at the sudden question.

@Kirah@McHaggis&@Morose@BlueSky44 The walk from the townhall to the mine wasn't that far, there was a trail and some signs that would also lead towards the same location. There wouldn't be any roads just small trails from behind the townhall to the silver mine itself, they could drive or walk there Lydia and Jenna would be able to see a small glimpse of the kitten that was Robert running off through some bushes. Once they were at the silver mine it looked the same it did several days ago when Jenna, Finley and Declan were there last and friends. But they would be able to enter unhindered since there wasn't anyone who was in the group was a werewolf or a shifter.

"Alright then lets go to my place." Olivia said giving Miranda a soft smile as she stood up and started to stretch slightly and then looked back towards Miri blushing once more. She did want to say something, but didn't want to make things awkward than they already were she dug into her pockets and made sure that she had her house keys on her and her phone as well. She looked down at the screen for a moment, the sun would be down in a few more hours from now so they had some more time to do things, she diecided to quickly text Finley and make sure that they were still up for going to the lake later.

To Finley:
Hey, going to grab some dinner at my place, then head out to the lake after that still down for that?"

Olivia hit send before making her way towards the front door and bit her lip slightly. "We are going to take your car over to my place or did you want to walk there? It isn't that far down the road." Olivia said as she leaned herself up against the side of the door and stretched slightly, she didn't mind going either way. "Though we probably should take your car whenever we do head out to the lake." Olivia said.

The room continued to shake while Kosara was doing the exorcism against Siegfried, it seemed to start to work now as the demon started to get weaker and weaker. The lights continued to flicker in the room as well, before looking directly at the two of them before him and gave one last smirk. Then there was a loud cry in pain, as several bones started to break Siegfried was going to kill the host rather than answer any of Kosara's questions and before she could do anything. Then there was a large thing of smoke that came out of the body before it went down directly into the floor leaving a black scorch mark in the floor.

The room smelled like sulfur, Abraham quickly went over towards the body and knelt down to feel around for a pulse, and rested his head on the body's chest. There was a very, very weak pulse Abe looked towards Kosara, then there was small movement as the man started to draw down the number five in blood then he died. Abe sighed as he stood up and turned to look over at his niece then eyed what he had drawn on the floor. Abraham sighed as he rubbed the bridge of his nose and started to pace around the room and tried to think what it could mean.

Kosara's exorcism was on point. She hadn't pulled one off in quite a while, but it seemed she still had it in her. As the demon proceeded to kill off hte host before escaping, Kosara finally frowned." Fucker pulled one over on me." SHe was not pleased with this developement of hte situation, but all things considered it wasn't really new for demons to kill hosts during exorcism. Some demons didn't for whatever reason, but others were annoying pricks.

She looked at the message in blood and Abe's thinking expression." This could have went better... Well still worked at least we didn't get one of the really scary ones..." She mumbled with a sigh and slammed the book she was reciting from shut, rather loudly." Still Asmodeus is a rather big league player, but not from this part of the world... we are talking King Solomon times here... This is usually Holy Lands type of thing... why here?" She stated and eyed the Five in blood." Could be anything from date to how much days are left or even something else." She added and quickly made a note of it in her notebook.

"We better inform Jenna about the development of the situation... You might as well do it, I will start to prepare to dispose of the body... Will give him a nice grave somewhere out of the prying eyes. With good scenery." Kosara stated, looking at the poor unfortunate soul that was killed.

Heather let the others lead the way. She didn't know the area well enough. Though it did make her botanist heart sing as they walked. She reached out and touched a plant, but quickly pulled her hand away as the flower on it started to bloom. She did not need the others noticing that. She didn't know the two girls, and she wasn't ready to tell Robin.

"Oh, by the way. My name is Heather."

Under other circumstances, Harry would have pulled out his notebook and jotted down what he managed to catch from Mrs. Walker's phone call. After all, you never knew how important it might be to know what other people know. Or what going over what you already know could lead you to thinking given a second glance. Or get a new perspective on old information. But he wasn't going to do it now, because come on. She was right there. He wasn't going to wave around a big flag saying "Hey, I'm eavesdropping on your phone call right now." He could record what little he caught later.

"I managed to learn some enlightening details about the history of the town." Harry replied to his employer's question. "I have a suspicion now that Riley's disappearance might have had something to do with your family's history. The Walkers that is, not your blood relatives. Do you know if there are any old heirlooms lying around? Perhaps a diary? Or an odd trinket?" He really hoped that any pertinent evidence they might have had wasn't lost to the ages: either destroyed intentionally or no, thrown out, or sold off to a pawn shop or ebay for a quick buck.

Finley went downstairs to the table set up and her grandmother's pot roast. If there was one thing her grandma was known for, it was her cooking. Finley often remembered times she went to her grandma's house just to eat, usually accompanied by something she baked as well. IT was kind of impressive. "Pot roast is just fine." Finley took her seat with Declan close behind her as she waited for all to be ready before digging in.

And, of course, as if on cue, her grandfather had to ask what she was afraid of. Finley nearly choked on the food she had put in her mouth before she swallowed. She glared at her grandfather, knowing exactly why he asked. "Ha ha, grandpa." Finley felt her phone vibrate and checked the message from Olivia. She sent a quick reply.

-"Still interested. Eating dinner and then we'll be rdy."

"Yes," Jenna said simply, giving Robin a look as if that was an incredibly dumb question to ask. In her opinion, it was obvious. This was the only other property that Sig-Bitch was connected to. Riley had already been confirmed as having been at the abandoned house, only to be moved to a different location. And this location was one where werewolves and shifters couldn't tread, protecting the demon's interests. And if Jenna was honest, she'd be disappointed if Sig-Bitch hadn't hid Riley there. It was the smartest and safest choice.

"Come on," Jenna said, fearlessly entering the mine itself and beginning to walk deeper into it. She wasn't going to call out for Riley - not yet. There was a good chance that she hadn't been left alone here and they'd only be betraying their hand. Of course this all assumed that the others would be coming inside with her. She didn't care if they decided not to.

"I'm Lydia... And this is my cousin Jenna, the young boy who was with us was Robert," she said to Heather, since her cousin hadn't introduced herself or something. She couldn't help but smile slightly when she caught a glimpse of Robert racing off, guessing that he probably was able to move around quicker as a kitten. After all, he was a lot smaller sure, but it meant he could take short cuts through brush like no one else could.

When they reached the mine, she glanced over at Jenna, figuring that she had the best idea of what to do. It was a bit obvious to her that her cousin was slightly annoyed by Robin's question, and even Lydia could tell that the mine did make a lot of sense if you were going to hide someone and didn't want people to show up unexpectedly. She was learning a lot about the town in the past week, and shifters couldn't go there, so it made sense. After a moment's hesitation, she followed in after her cousin, not sure what exactly they were supposed to do.

@Dragoknighte Mrs Walker set the phone down on the reciver when he told her he did found some kind of information, and thought for a moment. "We have a bunch of old family stuff out in the attic. But we haven't used it in years, if it helps you are more than welcome to search up there." She said as she walked over towards her officer and then searched around before finding a key, then she waved him to follow her up towards the attic, on the final floor she took the old looking key and then unlocked it. "Here's the key, just lock up once your finished and leave it by the office." She said trusting Harry enough to hold onto the key and return it, once Harry entered there was a lot of boxes in the attic along with dust and cobwebs everywhere she was right. It did look like it hadn't been touched in a lot of years.

@FantasyChic Finley's grandpa smirked slightly as he went to eat the pot roast. "Hey, was just asking." He said only to get smacked by Finley's grandmother. Declan rubbed the back of his neck slightly he was certainly embarrassed about what had just been said as he continued to eat the dinner that was made. Declan watched for a moment as Finley sent out a quick text to Olivia, but didn't really say anything else. "So hows your day been Finley?" Her grandmother asked looking over towards her deciding to change the subject to something else now.

@Kirah@McHaggis&@Morose@BlueSky44 Once Jenna or the others entered the cave it was clear that it was very dark on the inside, she would occasionally see a few strange looking symbols here and there like they were etched into the walls, and the occasional old piece of mining equipment, covered in dust and spiderwebs as well. There was also the occasional sound of a constant drip of water eventually there was a fork in the road as it were, one continuing straight while the other heading towards the left. The mine was massive back in the day, and it was the town's source of income as well at the time. Jenna would receive a text from Abe, however if she did try and text it wouldn't be able to go out at all.

Olivia looked down at her phone as she felt it going off and smiled slightly it was good that they were still going to the lake later once again. She waited until Miranda was ready seeing that her friend was ready to go now she opened the door letting Miranda lock up her house and quickly made her way towards the car. Once her friend got in and started up the car she got in as well but didn't bother buckling up since the drive was really short after all.

"So got any plans for the future?" Olivia asked as she shifted slightly and turned to face her friend deciding to make some more conversation, they were eventually there at the house as Olivia got out of the. Taking out her house keys Olivia led the way into the house and held it open for her friend and smiled softly motioning for her to go in first. "Ladies first." Olivia said, as she stood there for her to go in first.

"Who knows legends and myths sometimes are never correct on locations." Abraham said as he knelt down to the body once more looking at the number five drawn in blood. Sighing slightly there could be a lot of things that the number five could mean, but he had a feeling that it isnt over at all yet. "We should make sure that the body is buried outside of town at the very least and make sure that the grave is really deep as well." Abraham said as he headed up the stairs to let his niece get the body prepared to be buried away.

Siegfried could have had another partner as far as he knew which was probably a more likely scenario he would work with someone as well if he was working on something very big. Abraham headed into the living room as he started to send out at text to Jenna as he sat down on the couch to rest his legs, he would wait for his niece to make sure that they would get the body buried well enough out of town before heading back and see if they could find a way to find Jenna and help her find Riley.

To Jenna:
"Siegfried is dead, we couldn't get much out of him, where are you?"

"Well nice to meet you." She said after introductions were awkwardly finished. She smiled at Lydia but was uncertain about Jenna. Heather would still offer Jenna a smile if she looked at her. "Do you think someone should wait for Robert then? He said he can't come into the mine and ran off to borrow his father's necklace. It might be helpful." It was a futile question she was sure, and Jenna was already inside the mine. Heather sighed, shrugged at Robin and walked into the mine.

Heather flicked on her flashlight, thankful she still had it. She let Jenna lead the way. She seemed like she had been here before, or at least walked with a purpose. She looked at Robin nervously as they went deeper into the mine. What was with their day? They had been to a creepy murder house and now they were in a mine. They were asking for a horror movie to happen to them. At least it had been a good distraction.

Heather tried to quickly sketch any of the symbols they saw, between pages of plant sketches.

"This isn't simply on locations, Gramps. This is the Holyland locale specialty... I'm having the feeling someone sometime along the passage of history might have migrated over from the Old World... It would certainly explain while this isn't a new happening. Still now that this smoke for brains is out of the count, I think we can attempt another tracking if we gather the ingredients." Kosara stated with a shrug." Sometimes I wish I had supernatural radio to pick up chatter so I can know what's going on beyond the veil." She sighed and moved over to the body." Mmm... not few hunter jobs have been discovered by random hikers..." She nodded and started to move the body.

She quickly crossed his arms and bloody hell while it was heavy to do, she dragged him away towards the stairs and up. It was a chore... it was annoying and back straining, but she dragged the fucker all the way up and then towards door, but she was careful. Since his body wasn't pumping blood anymore, he shouldn't be bleeding too much so it wouldn't cause too much of a mess. She dropped him near the door to the basement and walked outside to check if there was anyone there. After all, she couldn't just drag a body outside in broad daylight and act as if it was just a chore now could she? She wasn't planning on getting in jail quite yet.

"Will do. Thank you, ma'am." Harry accepted the keys from Mrs. Walker and turned away. He wasn't surprised that all the familial relics were left in the attic. It was either there or locked away in some closet if the Walkers were like most people. Those like Halsey who kept antiques like that on display were a much rarer breed. He still wasn't sure about that woman's motivations. There was nothing she said that would indicate she had ulterior motives, but her actions were far too cooperative for him to take everything she said at face value.

But that was all extraneous to the real situation at hand, going through the attic. When he saw how much of a mess the place was, the first thing her did was remove his suit coat and tie, followed with rolling up his shirt sleeves. No use getting his clothes dirtier than they needed to be, especially since he had just changed. He really wished he had also thought to ask for a duster. Nevertheless, he had to press on and search the place. He walked through the attic, getting a feel for how the place was structured and how much sorting he'd have to do to be able to thoroughly scour the place.

Now that she was thoroughly embarrassed by her grandfather, she didn't dare make eye contact with Declan. It was awkward enough having your crush alone with you in your room but now it was out in the open. She quickly latched on to her grandmother's question, thankful to be out of this conversation. "Uneventful really. Though we do have plans later. Got a few friends together for some event at the lake. Won't be out too late."

They didn't need to know what was up. Her grandparents had never truly approved of her father's career and if they heard she was working on solving the case then they would forbid it. She finished up her meal quickly. "In face, we should get going soon. Don't want to be late and miss the others."
