Yeah you're not wrong. Though I also don't know anything about Medabots so I can't even be sure I'm using the right image.

They're... interesting. Think robot pokemon, but when you beat one you can get one of their parts which you can apply to your own medabot as long as it matches their medal, which is the 'core stats' part of the medabot. Each part has its own abilities and whatnot. And fights are kind of like pokemon fights, but also pretty different as well. (Unless its the ARPG game, which is like a smash bros fighter.) Although unlike pokemon, each medabot that isn't the player one has its own personality.

It was a series made during the pokemon craze of the 90s/00s, so its not surprising it shows so many paralells. As for design wise, the Medabots had a chibi robot sort of look, but were clearly robots. Some were humanoid, some were frame based, and some were based off of animals. But their key defining art style look was their doll joints. And its pretty obvious when you see a medabot due to their design being so noticable. They're luke Gundams in that regard.

BTW you don't have to do a picture because of the lack of material for Blazermate. The doom guy was really good xD. (She never appeared in the anime, only in the later games as the bonus boss)

I'm half tempted to just make him one of my Kindred Spirits. I might do that actually lol

Seriously though, that's damn good! :D I really envy the unique style it has! Mine was more of an emulation of the Sm4sh newcomers' cards, with a bit of edgy personal flair, since it's Persona 3. But yours looks legit!

Next post I get a level-up, and I'm caught between a few options, so I want to take a quick poll here. What do you all think I should add to the Courier?

-Sub-Dermal Armor: Flexible metal plating under the skin that greatly increases durability.
-PHOENIX Monocyte Breeder: Implant that stimulates healing. Not that useful in combat as it isn't like a full on regeneration power, but in 24 hours can heal back to full health from virtually any injury.
-Melee Skill: Remember his old skills in how to hit stuff good!

Next post I get a level-up, and I'm caught between a few options, so I want to take a quick poll here. What do you all think I should add to the Courier?

Well you'd either want:

1). Increase protection/Defense for the next battles ahead. (Would be good with the robotic mercenaries and omnics beyond the first path by Peach's Castle)

2). Heal back injuries overtime (Can help well with healing that wound on that arm of his more quickly)

3). Increase offensive capabilities (Fuckin' rip n' tear shit - although it will still pale compare to the MUTHAFUCKINDOOMGUUUUUY - but the question is if he can punch through metal)

1 and 3 can help with the battles ahead, however 2 can quickly heal that arm along with other injuries. Its your call though.

But in all seriousness, all of these are good options. If I had to pick though, I'd probably go with increased armor - again, because of the robots and the other more powerful opponents ahead. Geno is almost certainly unable to eliminate them all - especially if there are giant bots among them - so his help (and others with good amounts of firepower) will be much appreciated.

I'm guessing melee is going to be cucked there (except against those darn pesky rabbids) so 3 isn't going to be the best option in the long run I think.

And while healing is also good, that GATS program appears to ease the pain whilst also making Courier a god damn lunatic who should be thrown into an asylum or something. It can probably wait till you reach level 3 - 4. (Depending if you'll be freeing another character or not)

So yeah. I'd go with option 1.

The armor seems like a good choice seeing as Fallout protagonists never seem to end up the dodgiest folks.

But I would also like to argue Survival. We have a lot of people who can fight, but nobody that can turn a power star into something you can inject or cook a really good rabbit steak.

Not necessarily. They are Spirits that will be encountered sooner or later. One can be taken in as your second full character if you choose and meet the requirements, but they can also be bonded with, and if you choose to make a Spirit a Striker, it can essentially fight alongside you under your control.

A lot of the TF2 mercs would bring loads of shenanigans to the RP which would be pretty funny to witness :)
