For the sake of your "Greed" character, sure. I don't mind. It would make sense that the government or some private interest would pay to see him dead. I'll leave that up to you.

I'm going to value those orcs at a base power of 100 (half as strong as the ramgaing orcs found in "The Destruction" cell).

That makes their total power level 300, so if you wish, you can increase his power level by 30.

So, I wrote the scene explaining who all was with the Monk. I then rolled the dice to be fair. Under the current mathematical formula, Greed ended up with a huge advantage, but that's fine for now.

That being a positive result means you can defeat everyone I mentioned in that post, including the Monk. Have fun!

IMPORTANT: While I assume greed's goal is to take Monk's body to the person that set the bounty or provide some evidence of his defeat, please don't completely destroy the Monk's body. I have plans for it in the future.

I decided to make a post. I know you mentioned that your character was using pecuniamancy, but I figured my character could sense through that due to his much higher power than those angels above.

In any case, I was thinking we could split up this bounty. Mevoreth could take the Monk and his group. Arthur could take out the rest, or at least the majority of the rest. Sound good?

Oh, lol. I misunderstood that. I suppose Arthur could have a price on his head. If he does, he doesn't know about it. He never tells anyone his name and anyone he has faced in battle has died. So idk, who would be left alive to place a bounty on his head. Unless someone he hasn't face in battle placed the bounty? Idk. lol

You have a few options.

Option 1) You could wait till I make something in your character's area.

Option 2) You could travel your character to a place with an already established villain presence.

Option 3) You could suggest to me via PMs if you have an idea that you would like me to explore with you.

Option 4) Within the context of your own IC posts, you can create your own battles. I may build bad guys around that.

Just let me know what works for you. I'm spread thin at the moment, so I'm all ears.

But I'm not going to get around to making a post and moving the timeline until tomorrow. Today has been quite busy, and I also didn't realize how long it would take to get those new characters up.

My first questions are mainly for ForgottenArc and Amorphical: Are you two still in for this RP? It's been a while since either of you posted, and nobody is biting on the new conflict I started brewing in my last IC post. If there's anything you would like me to do, let me know.

Second, I was thinking about tweaking the Power Rating system a bit. Instead of having growth of power be tied to how many bad guys you fight, I think it might be better to let you all decide how you want to increase your character's strength. Your character might go off and train on their own, augment their body with technical advancements, learn a new spell, or even battle against enemies as it is set up now. Basically, this would give you more freedom to decide how to use your character.

Then, instead of doing any sort of math, all you would do is petition me via OOC conversation, and explain to me why you feel your character should get stronger and by how much. I'll then make a judgement call and let you know how many points you can add to your character's Power Rating.

Rules of thumb on this: I'll never approve of a single leap in power higher than 25% of your character's current Power Rating. Also, you shouldn't be increasing your character's power by 25% every single time you increase their power. Personally, I promise to never increase my character's power level higher than whichever one of your characters is the strongest.

On a side note, I could ditch the Mob Maximum limitation on all NPC characters this way. That was only in place so that people wouldn't be farming too much.
