I'm still around but it feels like the RP isn't in a state to continue given lack of action. I'm kinda still interested but the long periods of stagnation are making it harder to remain invested.

@Lotrix Molick I get that. I have been waiting on a post from Keyblade since just before Christmas. When I get home, I'll post up another Interest Check to see if we might be able to get a few more players in, then get started on a post.

So seeing the Wing Zero, I assume non UC mobile suits are acceptable? That being said, I'd like to ask if it would be okay to submit a Zeon character who pilots the following suit (my own creation!)

Because it is technically a Gundam, I suppose it would have to be stolen? Are the federation still experimenting on Newtypes? Because that might be a good origin for my character and how they acquired a funnel-heavy MS, and were liberated by Fukushu Zeon.

@Stern Algorithm Woo, boy. That's a lot of guns... For the moment, I dont really want Zeon Pilots, due to the current balance being 2 active PCs on the Federation side and 3 on the Zeon and I dont really want to overwhelm them. Also, I dont want Zeon Pilots to have immediate access to Gundams. That being said, as the RP goes on, Fukushu Zeon are going to be experimenting with building their Gundams. So, getting that sucker as an upgrade later on is ok by me. But for the moment, I'd ask that you start as a Federation Pilot, defecting to Zeon later on is always an option, and you start with some kind of non-Gundam Mobile Suit, but if you're dead set on Funnel weapons, I'm happy to discuss giving you a funnel-based Mobile Suit or Armour.

As for the Federation Experinenting question. All that we know so far is that Federations Black Division have been experimenting with Newtypes. What the experiments are and what their ultimate one-goal is, however, is a mystery. I dont want any PCs being anything to do with Black Division right now, because that would involve me having to give away the big mystery.

To be fair, we have 1 Federation PC, one independent PC that is usually hired by the Federation, and 3 Zeon PCs. So, it is even more weighted towards Zeon.

Whoops, I was under the impression that we were down on Zeon pilots. I read a post from a month ago. Okay, not a problem, I think being a federation Gundam pilot makes more sense anyways.

In that case, if I start as a federation pilot, can I have the suit I shared, or should I start with a downgrade? Has the federation halted gundam development? I ask because I'm wondering if my MS should be a museum piece or a brand-spanking new suit. I'm thinking of going for a more hardcore zealot of the federation, a soldier who follows orders and believes in the peace that the federation brings and will defend it by any means necessary.

@Stern Algorithm It is a really nice design. But I'm afraid that, due to its sheer size and power, I would rather you had it as an upgrade later on. I kinda want everyone to have something to work towards and look forward to getting later down the line and that walking epitome of the term "Putting the GUN in Gundam" really fits the bill. Considering that it looks like it has more firepower than Strike Freedom w/ METEOR.

As for the other question, the Federation has produced, to the public knowledge, 2-3 Gundams, around 20 years ago to mark the 25th anniversary of the end of the last war. They included the Wing Zero and I'm happy to let you also have one. Maybe have you arrive as the reinforcements the Federation have sent.

Woah that’s a lot of guns. I have to agree on making that an upgrade suit later on. Also that character sounds super fun. I’m going to enjoy seeing what comes of it.

Hmm, I'd rather not have the same suit as another player, so is there a list of other suits that have been developed from which I can choose, or can I suggest a suitable?
