where can I watch this?? UK for reference. Genuinely have no idea where it's available

Sadly i think it's just the DC Universe streaming service so far, which is US only right now, although they added Titan's to UK netflix a week or so after it finished, so hopefully they'll do the same with Doom Patrol? Although i haven't heard anything about that so far sadly. I'm currently VPNing into it, just because I couldn't wait. I'd be bold enough to say that so far Doom Patrol is probably the best DC live-action show they've made.

Like there were any hits beyond Gotham before?
Well, I completely forgot about the CW shows... Then again, those aren't exactly top tier either.
I guess, although personally, I haven't thought much of the new animated Marvel shows. Despite being attached to Disney/Pixar as you said, the actual animation style just doesn't seem that great. It just feels a bit cheap? I can't really comment on the writing, etc though, as all i've seen of them have been through short clips on youtube.
Yeah it wasn't really until the CW showed them that live-action television can kinda be profitable that they started pumping the big bucks into it. Before that they focused on what they knew how to do well which was animation but now with Marvel being attached to the Disney/Pixar animation empire that's kinda slipping away from them so a pivot towards live-action seems to make the most sense from a business standpoint anyway.

As someone who grew up on reruns of 1988's Superboy, and the original run of Lois & Clark (1993-1997), I should feel offended by this narrative. I'm sure some people who are Smallville stans such as Wraith also would like to have a word.
<Snipped quote by Inkarnate>
I am not a 'stan'. I just happened to have grown up on Smallville and it has a large nostalgia factor but I can recognize its flaws and shortcomings.
