Hello! This looks interesting, so I’d like to put forward a character if spots are still open.
Name: Kouta
Gender: Male Age: 20 Sexuality: Heterosexual
Personality: Despite what his appearance gives off, Kouta is actually a rather upstanding individual. He’s always willing to take away his own time in order to help those whom are in need of assistance. To those who find themselves close to him, they will find a young man who is fiercely loyal and just, ready to stand by them in their time of need. He’s willing to give others the benefit of the doubt, but one can find that he can be rather cold to those he sees are liars/manipulators.
Due in part to his size and appearance, he’s not had a lot of regular interactions with others, particularly those close to his age. This left him with a sense of loneliness, even when he’s amongst other people.
Likes: -Helping people. To him, seeing the thankful smiles and appreciation from those he helps is one of the greatest joys he gets to experience. Now, if only more people would be willing to let him help…
-The Moon. When the night is clear and he’s free, he likes to lay outside and just stare at it. He’s done so since he was a young kid.
-Training. Physical or Magical, Kouta trains daily to keep himself in fit condition. The better he makes himself, the better he expects he can help others.
Dislikes: -Bullies/Manipulators. Those who would seek to hurt those weaker themselves are scum.
-Being feared. His great size and stature has always had people wary about him. As such, not many people have taken the time to know him, and that hurts him a little on the inside each time.
-Stormy Weather. Such conditions are not apt in allowing him to train or look for ways he can help out, leaving him with little he can do during such times.
Goals: The current goal for him is helping out in removing the Catamount Guild from power here on the island. Things won’t get better for anyone here until those tyrants are taken off their seat of power.
As for what comes after, should he make it through? Well, Kouta would like to take the chance to see what lies beyond the sea. Maybe he could find others that need his help in whatever troubles they have as well. Perhaps find strong Mage’s he can spar and learn from.
Fears: That even when he gives it all, that it may not be enough to protect those around him. And that failure will have everyone turn their backs to him, leaving him alone.
Catamount Group: First Group
How he came to join the White Gulls: Kouta is one of the people that Catamount has in the north to help in the construction of their new guild hall, with him usually being the one to carry the heavy lumber and materials. He had seen Zane around the site several times, as they work in the same group. One day, one of the weasley Catamount members were harassing some of the other citizens workers on the site who were falling behind. Kouta purposefully made sure to walk by close to them as he was carrying a large piece of lumber on his shoulder. With but his great size and looking at him, the little spineless grunt scurried off elsewhere for the time being. It was not long after that moment that Zane had worked his way beside him as he was setting materials that he pitched him his plan on a guild to stand against the Catamount Guild. Kouta didn’t even need much time to think on it, as he readily gave his word to help in this mission.
Guild Mark Location: Kouta’s guild mark is located on his upper back, right between his shoulder blades.
Type of Magic: Earth Magic
Spells: -Stone Gauntlets: Coats the arms of the user in hardened rock, giving the user stronger and durable arms.
-Rising Stone Wall: With a stomp of his foot, a wall of solid rock quickly shoots up from the ground within a 15 Meter radius of his current position.
Family: Kouta does not know who his family would be. As far back as he could remember, he has been an orphan.
Background Kouta grew up in his early years at the orphanage with what other few kids were there. Even back then, he was big for his age. As the years went by, it was obvious as he continued to get bigger and bigger that he was making the others rather uncomfortable. As such, when he was twelve, he left the safety of the orphanage to seek a place of his own. With nowhere in town, Kouta made his home in an earthen cave he found in the hills outside of the town.
With lots of free time, Kouta thought about what he could do to be able to find acceptance of those of himself. It was these thoughts that lead him to believe that people always appreciated help and that those who were strong were often the ones people went to for help. Thus, he began his physical training out in the woods. He’ll be strong for sure! And he’ll have people wanting his help!
It was around the time, just before his 14th year, that during a training session where he was practicing punching a large boulder that he found his arm seeming to go right into it. In pulling out in shock, he found that he pulled out not just his arm, but some of the rock itself as it seemed to cling around it. That was the day he found out he had the capability of being a mage. A prospect that greatly encouraged him even more in what he was doing.
Sadly, before he could really get his chance to, Catamount came into the picture and he found himself wrangled with the other people and forced into labor. His strength led him to be used often like a pack mule for Catamount, having him work on the heaviest jobs they had in those years. It’s been harder to practice his magic in those years, having to take rare opportunities to hone it little by little when they weren’t looking close enough.

Name: Milcar Artago Gender: Male Age: 17 Orientation: Ace Personality: Raised on tales and poems of heroes all around the world using their magic and wits to combat injustice, Milcar is an idealist to the core. However, he never cared about fighting monsters or being on the frontlines- he would much rather be able to provide support and structure during and after the crisis. He would agree with one of his family's attitudes, namely "Heroes fight and die for what they believe in. And the rest of us have to deal with what they left behind."
Because of this, he is quite meticulous and detail-oriented, as well as patient and determined, knowing when to bite his tongue and smile and nod, as well as put on a show of camaraderie. These qualities allowed him to gain favor with the other farm folk before Catamount, and allow him to stay off the dark guild's blacklist. Just because he is not outwardly aggressive does not mean he never puts up a resistance, however- an ambitious social climber, Milcar has weaseled his way into the pockets of his area's Catamount overseers to learn more about magic and their power structure. Likes: -Rain. Especially the storms on Kaia. Everything always smells so nice and alive after that, and hearing the raindrops against the roofs and trees is a captivating sound. -Honey. Particularly on bread and in his porridge. Harvesting it from the island bees is a pain, but Milcar thinks it's the sweetest and most delicious delicacy in the island. Catamount seems to agree. -The Forests. Something about seeing the other life on the island continue to flourish and thrive in the wild, even as its people have been enslaved, always calms Milcar down. Dislikes: -Animals. Except for eating them. Having grown up in the fields, Milcar only sees them as a nuisance who will pick off crops and create messes for the people to clean up. -Fires. He still has nightmares of a fire that he can't really recall. Cooking flames and the like are fine, but forest fires and fire magic is a big no-no. -Mercenaries. Including Catamount as well. Their loyalty can't be earned or curried, only bought, which makes them inherently untrustworthy in Milcar's eyes. Goal: To be free of Catamount's iron rule, and eventually leave the island. Fear: To be killed or tortured before he's able to escape. Joining White Gull: Because his magic is well-known within many of the enslaved villagers, it was only a matter of time until Zane scouted Milcar. Guild Mark: A gold tattoo behind his left shoulder. Magic type: Plant Magic- Users can control the properties of plants. Milcar uses the Mystery Seed that washed up on the beach some time ago to cast spells and the like. Island Group: East Side- Grew food alongside family. Family- Mother and father, but only mother is present. Background: The son of a farmer and a foreign trader, Milcar had a fairly uneventful life of chores and community until Catamount came into power. His family was able to keep their home, although it had become something of a bunk house for many of the orphaned children and general displaced villagers. The farm was enough to sustain them, even the scraps that Catamount left them. They cooperated with their tyrants, and not much happened to them- until Milcar found the Mystery Seed, washed up on the shores along the coast.
Previously, he hadn't had any inkling that he had the capacity for magic, but it seemed harmless enough- just keeping it around seemed to encourage the plants to grow. The more he played with it, the more he realized that the seed could be used to instantly grow plants, or even control them. Though he greatly lacked formal training, Milcar was able to use it to grow fast and easy food for many of the villagers- even if they had to transport it rather discreetly. It was these small acts of rebellion alongside him trying to stay in the guild's good graces to avoid negative repercussions for his family that caused him to join the White Gulls.

@Squirrel98 Just realized I never posted my created magic here. Umm, it is the Attribute Script that I created in the other Fairy Tail RP you and I were trying to join. So I'll take the excerpt from that sheet and put it
Attribute Script
Description A type of letter magic that is used to apply varying attributes to items. There are some limitations to what kind of attributes. An example is that using this magic, one can make a blade hotter than it normally would be but they cannot set it on fire via said magic. It is more of an effect on the item directly and not really how it interacts with its surroundings. Another example is that the magic can make a drink taste alcoholic but it can't actually make the drink alcoholic. There is a limitation to how many attributes one can place on a specific item and how many items they can alter at a time. This all depends on the user's skill level and magical endurance. Also, depending on the complexity of the attribute it can take longer than other attributes to apply to something, and the more attributes one item has the longer it takes to add a new attribute.

She won't have any use of Requip magic in this as I plan on her having been put in group two and she will be stronger with her magic in this than she would've been in the other RP's where I have used her through being forced to use it constantly.
Annalyse can be described as a softspoken motherly type. She cares for other people and doesn't like seeing anyone sad or hurting. Much less if they were someone she was close to. Especially the other kids from the orphanage. If she feels that anyone she's close to is suffering in any way then she will do her best to take care of them. Even if they don't want it. Annalyse always tries to find a reason to smile. For it was a smile that helped her in her greatest time of need. However, Annalyse doesn't have the best control over her emotions so it is fairly easy for them to take over.
After the arrival of Catamount, Annalyse has become somewhat withdrawn into herself. She barely communicates with anyone else scared that she will upset or anger someone. Not being able to see any of the other kids from the orphanage is breaking her inside. At this point, she is willing to do anything to make sure they are all right. Even if it means risking putting herself in danger.
Books - It doesn't matter what kind of book it is Annalyse just enjoys reading. She can easily get drawn into any book for hours taking in all which the pages contain.
Cooking - One of the main chores that Annalyse had at the orphanage was cooking. At first, she didn't like it but she grew to enjoy experimenting in the kitchen. However, the other kids tended to not like her experimentation as she was definitely not the best at it.
The Sky - Despite being trapped by the restraints known as Catamount, Annalyse often finds herself staring into the sky losing herself into daydreams of following through on her desire for adventure. She dreams of one day being able to fly through the big blue sky like a bird without any chains upon her.
Fighting - Annalyse absolutely loathes the action. She can't stand any form of fighting no matter what, but she understands that sometimes it is necessary as in protecting those one cares for. She doesn't even like fighting the Forest Vulcans but she has no choice.
Arrogance - The one personality trait that bothers Annalyse the most is an arrogant one. This was one of the key defining traits of the manager of the orphanage so Annalyse got to the point of disliking anyone who had such a trait.
Alcohal - Yet again another one that stemmed off of the manager of the orphanage who had a little bit of a drinking problem. She was not a kind woman but always seemed to get worse when she was drunk causing messes and forcing the kids to clean up.
Goal for joining White Gull - Annalyse is joining White Gull because when Zane came to her it gave her a little bit of hope. Hope that maybe if they became strong enough they could rid their home of Catamount. Annalyse wanted to defeat Catamount and find her family, the other orphans. She just hoped that they wouldn't be too late.
Life Goal - Annalyse wants to go on an adventure like one of the heroes of the stories she has read. She wants to save people, make glorious memories, and inspire other children as the books inspired her. She also wants to learn about who her parents were and what happened to them.
That White Gull will be too late to save those she cares about.
Among the top names of those fighting the Forest Vulcans are The Crimson Chevalier, Angor the Bloodthirsty, Sliver Fanged Jacques, and so on. One of the lesser-known but nearly as important is Annalyse. With her magic, Annalyse has become a major fighter in the second group because of her magic and use of Eclipse. Many of Catamount thought that Annalyse's magic was weak enough to be able to easily control her but those she fought alongside and a few others seemed to see the true power behind her Attribute Script. Zane must have been among that number as he came to her with a request to join his guild.
Her guild mark resides in the center of her right palm. It is the same color as the font.

Second Group
She sees the other kids at the orphanage as her family.
Annalyse doesn't know anything about where she came from. Her first memory was waking up in the orphanage on Kaia with a few bandages. All she knew was her name was Annalyse and that no adults were gonna tell her anything. She did have a picture of a couple which she was told was her parents, and that along with her arrival was some sort of weapon that the manager had hidden away. It was mostly conjectured by the other kids but they assumed the weapon had something to do with her parents. Her life in the orphanage was fairly simple. She did chores, played with the other kids, and would read books often. Only thing was that anytime people would come to visit the orphanage none of them ever gave her any thought. She couldn't really explain it but she felt trapped. It was as if the adults had a secret stigma against her.
The only freedom she found was in her friendship with the other orphans and the numerous books in the library. Annalyse fell in love with the stories to such a point she desired to one day live one of those kinds of adventures herself. One day she came across a mysterious book which had her name written upon it. The book was all about a type of magic called Attribute Script. This and her love of adventure books led her to try out the magic. She wanted to be able to join a guild and live a life of excitement. She was surprised to discover how easy the magic came to her. She spent as much free time as she could reading the book and honing the abilities she developed upon using the techniques written inside.
That was when Catamount arrived. The orphanage was abandoned by the adults and it was up to the kids to protect themselves. Annalyse did her best but her magic wasn't meant for getting one out of sudden bad situations. The kids working together and using the various objects Annalyse had affected throughout her various training sessions, held off the dark mages as best they could but it wouldn't last long at all. That was until one of the kids found Eclipse. The weapon which had shown up when Annalyse did. Upon touching the weapon, Annalyse realized that the sword had numerous amounts of attributes applied to it. So many that Annalyse couldn't keep track of them all. She was surprisingly able to fight off some of the weaker dark mages, but that still was not enough. The dark mages were surprised at what Annalyse could do with the sword but when they disarmed her and tried to wield it themselves realized that it wasn't allowing them to use its power.
Because they couldn't use it themselves the dark mages didn't kill Annalyse and instead put her to work as a member of group two. They had killed some of the older children in order to make sure the rest would obey. With the remaining children they were mostly put towards group three but as a way to keep Annalyse in line they haven't allowed her to go to that area of the island. Annalyse uses Eclipse to fight the Forest Vulcans but also is occasionally forced to 'buff' the gear of the other fighters or members of the dark guild. She has done some fishing around in the attributes applied to Eclipse and has found what she thinks is some form of a message but it's in some sort of code and she has no way of deciphering it.
