Okay so, I have a question for you all, and it's concerning how the rest of the RP is gonna play out. Reasonably I believe we can finish the RP by the time I leave if I get off my ass and post at appropriate times but I wonder.

I've been thinking and I think that we can do the last few things I have planned for the arc and reasonably finish... if we cram it into one final act, and trim the fat as much as I am willing to go. Otherwise, we can continue to stretch it out over a few other arcs. But it's truly up to ya'll.

I'll still tell the story I want to, just over a shorter/longer period of time.

@Ruler IncYou leave sometime in October right? If that's the case, maybe we should trim just due to time constraints—all of us are like once-a-week-posters. But if you think we'd be able to get to all of the meat in the time we got, I'm up for it.

@Atrophy I think we're gonna go through with it. It miiiiight be a little tight here and there and we may have to leave some stuff to the epilogue (and maybe future RPs) but I think it'll work.

aw fuck i forgot to explain how taking abstractions work.

i'm a fail gm

So yeah, you take someone's abstraction and get their sigil. You also get their memories which will appear in time as recollections such as the ones about John Reid's. However, using someone else's abstraction isn't simple as taking it and using it. In order to use it you have to feel and understand the emotions behind it - or they wouldn't be able to use it at full strength/properly. So if Jordan died and Penny got her abstraction, she would have to understand why Jordan was so guilty and share the same guilt. Same with anyone else, really.
