It depends on the organ. For example, overall EE generation and output are affected by them, and certain techniques can only be used if you have certain ones. As for the number, having one means you can't use any of the techniques I just referenced since they each require a combination, and having more than five can result in conflicting functions and blockages, since there's only so much room in the body. As for how they're formed, they grow from residual EE in a parent during a person's fetal development, unless they're from a universe without EE, in which case they're formed alongside the EE pathways when entering a universe with it.

There is not. The only case of an Unreal Organ being created outside of those two methods was a specific set of circumstances that can't be replicated, unfortunately. And no, without knowing if you had the correct organs, it would have been pointless to teach you them. *Looks at the rock* It doesn't appear you'd be able to use them, regardless.
