Name: Lin Quan Age: 20 Gender: Male Appearance: "A simple affair." Though he is most often seen with this appearance, Lin's true form is far closer to what one would expect of a Qinglong—in other words, a large serpentine dragon of about 7.5 meters in length covered in azure blue scales, with deer-like antlers in the place of horns and a pair of 'whiskers' extending from near his nose. Personality: Compared to what one might expect of a 'dragon' in context of the 'New World', Lin Quan is far less greedy and self-serving, often acting to benefit a whole rather than just himself. Though he is not wholly selfless in his mannerisms, those who he deems as allies can expect aid should they ever desire it. That being said, he is not necessarily the most outgoing of people, often taking a more distant tone in conversation in most scenarios. However, when issues arise, Lin is often one of the first to posit possible solutions or answers in turn. Despite his apparent lack of relevant social skills, he can read people to an extent and is more than willing to continue conversations should he be prompted. Often times, he demonstrates by means of actions, not words, and thus gains relevance like that among his peers instead. History: A college student from China who had traveled overseas for his studies, Lin had never stood out by any means other than his own studies. Even as a student, Lin had mostly kept to himself, mostly engrossing himself in exam preparation and experiments during his free time. His own successes then had led to his subsequent eligibility to study overseas, and the young man had gladly taken that opportunity when it presented itself. Once he had left the endless cycle of examinations and studying, though, Lin found himself with far more free time than he had expected; one thing led to another, of course, and soon enough he had come to engage himself with the global presence that was the internet far more actively, and with it all of the cultures of the world in turn. He did not stray from his studies despite this, though, but being dragged left and right by classmates who wanted to introduce, watch, or play things with him made that far less of a priority. Though the world had opened up to him, Lin found his time cut abruptly short due to a particularly nasty car crash; the details of the incident were never fully known to him, of course, but all that he knew before his consciousness had faded was that his death was all but certain. Imagine his surprise, then, when he found himself as he was now!
One (1) set of clothes, currently being worn.
World Encyclopedia: More of a mental construct than a physical one, this skill allows Lin to freely access the plethora of scientific information available to the people of Earth at the time of his transfer. As a skill without a physical medium, though, only Lin can access this database (but can obtain information so long as he desires it). Of course, having such information does not necessarily mean he can use it to its fullest potential, nor does it mean that he can explain the necessary contents to others.
Flight: As a Qinglong, Lin is able to fly throughout the air (as one would expect of a dragon), though doing so does tire him out. While maintaining human form, however, he is able to 'walk' on air instead, which, while slower, is also far more energy-efficient.
Affinity towards Nature: Plants have a tendency to grow faster when Lin is near them; additionally, magic involving the manipulation of plants comes easier to him in turn.
Serene Mind: Unlike Western dragons, Eastern dragons have a reputation as a wise and collected race; this is reflected in Lin's mentality, as it takes a great more mental pressure to cause him to panic.
Weakness to Fire: As a herald of spring and the represenative of the 'wood' element, Lin is naturally weak to offensive uses of fire.
Weakness to Anti-Dragon: As Qinglongs are dragons, Lin is also naturally weak to anything intended to harm or kill dragons.
Human Transformation: This skill is what allows Lin to adopt a human form rather than be forced to maintain his draconic appearance. Though he is naturally able to hide his antlers and tail as well, exerting any manner of power may cause them to reappear in turn.
Personality: Ravy's most frequent expression is a rather pokerfaced one. After that, a glare. Ravy's demeanor is a sarcastic and somewhat irritable one. She is quick to criticize others in a deadpan fashion, and her sarcastic comments are always done without even the slightest amount of mercy. She has absolutely no mercy for the stupid. She's also lacking in patience, and grows exasperated and annoyed quite quickly. Naturally, this prompts her sarcasm to bleed through much more quickly. Aside from her sarcastic attitude, Ravy's new form has a penchant for sweets that she struggles to ignore. It's very easy to manipulate her via the usage of anything sweet, which is embarrassing to her but not something she can really do anything about. Having a sweet tooth is most certainly a trying weakness. In spite of her pokerfaced sarcasm and irritable attitude, Ravy manages to have a strong set of morals. No amount of stupidity she dealt with in her previous life was able to squeeze that out of her in any regard. She dislikes seeing innocent people endangered, and has a strong stance against abuses of power(which is something she did have to deal with in her previous life and lead to its end). Finally, she still is awkward and easily-flustered about her new form, as being a little girl, even one that is a low-level demon, is a very strange experience for her. Really, the low-level demon part makes it even stranger.
History: Tsugihara Hiro was a middle-level salaryman at a programming company. He had spend some time, now, dealing with frustrating behavior from both above and below. His usual reaction to this had become to deal with it with venomous sarcasm whenever he was able. But he wasn't utterly without dreams. He wanted to advance his position. He wanted to make enough money not only to live by, but ideally to support a family. He admittedly had a bit of a thing for a fellow office worker, but he'd never brought it up to her. He had only recently learned that their boss was abusing his position to destroy the lives of anyone under him he took even the slightest issue with, especially of female employees. He was humiliating employees he didn't like, threatening to fire anyone who had a problem with it, and made working in the company utter misery as time went on. Hiro managed to record evidence of these acts and submitted it to the higher ups, successfully getting his boss fired. Unfortunately, this act of justice would also be what ended his life. Hiro was attacked by his former boss when going home from work one day, pushed into moving traffic. His body was crushed under a truck's wheel. His last thoughts were wishing for a second chance... and then...
Ravy possesses very little as of now. She has her clothing, a bag of identical spare outfits, and that is it.
Ravy's Tier Zero Skill is Advancement. She is capable of growing both physically and in power after a set amount of time and experience, developing into a higher level of demon with more capabilities. As of now, she is simply an imp.
Proficiency with Fire Magic: Ravy is inherently capable with basic fire magic, and finds it easier to learn magic that relates to fire.
Weak to Holy: As an Imp, Ravy is very vulnerable to holy forms of attack, which threaten her far more then any other form of damage. Combined with Ravy's frail composition, holy attacks are incredibly dangerous for her.
Weak Constitution: Even among imps, the young age of Ravy's body leaves her very incapable when it comes to physical resistance and feats of strength. She is just as strong and durable as she looks. However, her body can mend itself at an accelerated rate, like most demonic entities.
Limited Illusions: Ravy can induce very minor illusions centered on herself. These are sufficient to conceal her horns and tail, and little else.
Resistance to Fire: As a demon, even a very weak one, Ravy has a strong resistance to fire and can tolerate powerful flames for a considerably longer amount of time then a human can, though eventually they will overwhelm her.
Mana Absorption: Ravy passively absorbs all forms of environmental mana at all times. While this has little effect now, when she can only perform the absolute basics of fire magic, perhaps it will become more impressive later on...
Appearance: Vladlena's new body appears to be that of a well taken care of, large human sized doll. Standing at just five four, she's rather diminutive and fairly unassuming with long white hair, grey eyes, and dressed in an elegant dress. While she can reasonably pass for a human if she covers up, the fact her body has visible doll joints clearly mark her as something inhuman.
Age: The doll appears to be in its late teens
Gender: Female
Personality: Vladlena, on the surface, seems like a fairly normal person if a bit eccentric with a love for being overly dramatic sometimes. Mixed with an almost mad-scientist level passion for engineering, she can come off as a bit overbearing at times. Mechanical engineering? Mapping out a new bridge to be built? Calculating stress loads for said bridges? Making an entirely new mechanical contraption using physics?
hold her vodka, she'll have this figured out in an hour.
She's friendly enough, with a penchant for teasing other mercilessly and being a bit smug sometimes, but generally only has interest in her own musings and business. Selfish and a mild bit of a pleasure seeker, she does what she wants and doesn't let most people get in her way, though she's not one to simply trample over others without reason.
History: Age: 22 Location of Birth: Voronezh, Glorious Mother Russia!
A college student from The glorious Mother Russia! Land of Vodka and babushkas! Vladlena had a fairly normal life - well, as normal as life can be in the motherland. Not wealthy in the slightest, but by the time she was ready for college, she had more than impressed several people with her intelligence and academic abilities, especially in the more physical sciences such as physics and engineering. So much so, she was able to attend the Lomonosov Moscow State University, on of the top university's in the country, even rejecting other scholarships from overseas, being a bit of a nationalist at her core.
As expected, she excelled in her classes amidst the typical college type parties, drama, and other such life problems. However, despite all her success...she never could say she could get along well with people. She saw them as mostly tolerable annoyances, but as long as she had her work and a few close circle of friends, she'd be fine. A proper introvert, some might say.
How did she end her life? Well, she was drinking, drawing up some plans for a test, got a little too excited, believing herself to be on the verge of an engineering breakthrough, ran out of her dorm and ran face first into a parked delivery trick, at a sprinting pace. Died from a concussion.
Not exactly a glorious way to go.
- Clothing, currently worn - A bundle of thread stuffed into her pockets.
Puppet Space: A personal Hammerspace seemingly for the sole purpose of storing her personal constructs. The space itself is seemingly infinite, and can hold up to a seemingly endless number of deactivated dolls. The space itself acts to both preserve and store them, keeping them in pristine condition until they are needed by Vladlena. To store a puppet, she must physically be touching a it, though she can 'chain' store so long as said puppet she's touching is also touching another puppet.
She can 'summon' things from this space within a few yards around her in any direction, though depending on the size of the puppet in question the time it takes to successfully pull them from the space varies. Small puppets can manifest in a matter of seconds. Human sized ones could take at least twenty, while larger ones take more than a minute, and sometimes even have to force their way out of the portal.
The space can't store anything that in some manner 'contains a soul', meaning inanimate objects and materials are capable of being stored inside this space for future use.
Doll Creation - A skill that possessed dolls have that involves doll repair, and doll construction. After all, as they can't simply naturally heal if a part of them becomes damaged they must repair their own bodies. Their arm becomes damaged, they discard it and make another. From wood, iron, steel, etc, which can also increase their own durability. The only stipulation is that it must be similar to their already lost limb to function. Dolls created with this skill must be at least, somewhat vaguely human looking.
The Puppeteer - A skill sometimes possessed by dolls known as 'Puppet masters.' Rarely, a doll will gain some form of sentience, and they are able to control and give simple orders to other dolls around them, and dolls they create. It's done by creating a 'link' from the Master Doll to another, thus giving them a shadow of a life under the puppet masters command. The number one can control is limited to their own mana reserves, how fast they can process and control information, and the complexity of the puppet in question. At its base, she can control 10 non-complex, small puppets at a range of ten yards around her. She can not yet gain information from them. If this connection is severed in any way, the puppets cease functioning.
Artificial Body (wood) - A racial skill of puppets that will change depending on the material she is made of. She is not a living thing. A purely artificial construct, Vladlena has no need of sleep, eating, or even breathing. Her body is far tougher than a humans thanks to the material she's made of...however this is not entirely a good thing. She gains the weakness of whatever her body is made of. As she's currently made of Wood, she burns easily. She can't be healed with healing traditional healing spells, but someone skilled with plants/wood magic could potentially alter her body for her. If she does become injured, she better hope she has some way of making another arm for herself.
Soul Frailty - Being nothing more than a ghost possessing an artificial body, Vladlena's soul and body is particularly vulnerable to magic. She possesses an innate weakness to magic of all kinds, and a particular severe weakness to any magic that directly affects the soul. They could theoretically simply shove her from her body, rendering her almost utterly helpless, or even dead. Even worse, someone could theoretically force her to serve them should such magic even exist.
Supernatural Affinity - By nature, she is merely a ghost possessing a shell. A form of undead. While she looks human, and for the most part acts it, she isn't. As such, she possesses a natural disposition towards such matters. Being able to see, harm, and interact with ghosts and affording a natural talent in dealing with magic directly relating to spirits. Puppets controlled by her are much the same way....this also unfortunately has a side effect of making most humans innately feel something is 'wrong' with her. While nothing major, most humans feel unease around her regardless of how she behaves, making initial interactions with humans difficult.
Engineering Student - Perhaps a skill that came from her previous life. Tells of a low skill with Engineering ability. That is, the construction of machines, structures, buildings, bridges, etc, using scientific means. At the moment, there is no special subclass associated with this skill such as Mechanical or Civil. It simply means one has a good understanding of the basic principles, and things they make simply seem a tiny bit better than those without this skill.
Basic Sharpening You have shown aptitude with sharpening rocks, now you things are less likely to break when you sharpen them, but only by a marginal amount.
Mentor - Being able to constantly improve oneself is the hallmark of any good machine. That said, a mindless doll can not hope to improve on its own. So it takes knowledge from that who created it. In simple terms, this allows her to 'teach' certain concepts or things to her dolls. Really, it's nothing more than repeating what is shown, and they still are unable to think for themselves or perform innovation. If one, for example, is building a bridge and then run into a wall, they only know how to build a bridge, not remove the wall - so they will continue to try and build the bridge. It offers just a tiny bit of autonomy so she doesn't always have to pay 100% attention to what the dolls are doing.
Glaive stands about five feet tall, being of the rarer warforged sub-type known as envoys, partially explaining her rather uncanny valley esque design. Pale skinned, and clad in a set of black garments, she has white hair, and well, if not for the cracks in her body that are signs of the organic and inorganic components under her skin, she would be easily passable as an undersized human.
Name: Jasmine Carson(Birth Name) Glaive(Rebirth Name) Age: Warforged don't age, but roughly appears to be a young adult Gender: Female modeled body, female mind
Personality: Warforged are traditionally quiet, emotionless, focused on the task that they serve, although they can pick up traits from allies. Being that the joke "human in an artificial shell" comes to mind, this fits Jasmine well. An introverted type person, she is quiet, calm, but caring, even with her more reclusive tendencies. If a tad cold due to the whole "I'm a fucking robot now, bite me." She can also get flustered rather easily, even moreso due to how awkward she may feel about her new body. Entirely possible she could grow confident as time passes.
History: Jasmine was your typical American student, average grades, average life. But, by the time she reached college, she'd decided to be a writer, going through all the needed tensions that comes with deciding to be basically working a job that doesn't always pay. But she found her stride in two forms, internet blogging about various research topics, and writing stories. Come college's end and her graduating with an English degree, her parents decided to celebrate, by taking her on a roadtrip. A roadtrip that honestly went pretty well, as she used the time to blog about her trip to her small fanbase. Up until well, the hammer fell. Not a literal hammer, but during one of their stops in a city, namely that of New York, a piano fell on her. Apparently the cables snapped as it was being lifted to an apartment. Ironic way to go, being squashed flat beneath a musical instrument. And with that, well, she died.
Disguise kit - Comes with cosmetics, hair dye and small props to help in selling the disguise. Her intregrated tool, can be deployed from her hands or via her lower torso.
Lute - Musical instrument that is akin to a portable harp. The irony is not lost on her.
Satchel - Travelers bag that lays diagonally across the body, comes with various pouches. Rests against the side of the hip. Contains any tool kits she would acquire.
The Clothes on her back
Accelerated Learning - Glaive's ability to learn how to perform various skills or use new types of tools is drastically enhanced, allowing her to learn at a much more rapid pace, and with a higher overall rate of success. Semi-elevates her from a standard Warforged Envoy to something closer to a high fantasy robot. But she still has all the downsides of being an Envoy.
Integrated Protection - Warforged can change their armor type, which consists of Darkwood Core(unarmored), Composite Plating(Medium Armor), Heavy Plating(Heavy Armor), via a long rest, so long as they meet the requirements for one of the armor types. Glaive lacks the requirements to change armor types, and so remains with her standard Darkwood Core.
Warforged Resilience - Warforged do not need to eat, drink or breathe, they take less damage from poison based attacks, and overall are immune to disease. They also do not require normal sleep, and cannot be put to sleep with magic.
Sentry's Rest - Despite the lack of needing to sleep, if a Warforged stops to rest, they must remain in an idle, "inactive" state for upwards of six hours, but are not asleep. Merely idle, as they can observe their surroundings. They make for great sentries, yes, but this comes at a cost of being basically motionless and unable to actually sleep.
Specialized Design - Hallmark of the Envoy sub-race. Designed for other functions than merely ripping and tearing, or scouting the path of least resistance, they gain a skill, tool adeptness, and a tool built into their body.
Magical Vulnerability - As a more developed magical construct as compared to the golems of yesteryear, Warforged should, in theory, be more resistant to magic. Key word is should. Glaive herself, aside from the standard immunity to sleep magic, actually is weak to magic. This may in part be due to her overall magical nature, and being an Envoy suited to more utility, than magic or strength based affairs.
Acrobatics - One is who is quite skilled at moving around, commonly associated with performers. Envoy skill Glaive came with, allows her to use her surroundings to her advantage, to her foes disadvantage.
Performance - The ability to give off a convincing act, such as what one would see in a play. Glaive can act, helping in hopefully fooling or convincing people into doing what she wants.
Deception - The ability to trick people through false information. Kinda ties into performance, generally used to trick people.
Name: Chris Atwell Age: 14 Gender: Male Species: Orc
Appearance: Chris is taller as an orc than he was as a human, standing nearly 6 foot, as well as being broader across the shoulders and possessing greater muscle tone and definition. Nonetheless he still manages to be skinnier and shorter than most other orcs in his tribe and, from what he’s seen, in any other tribe as well.
He has the typical green skin and dark black hair of an orc, though his eyes are an atypical shade of light grey. His teeth are sharp and his lower jaw more prominent; in fact his entire face seems to be more angular than it used to be, though without seeing himself in a mirror it’s hard to tell. His body is already covered in small scars from fights and battles fought in his new form and he has the feeling that this will only get worse as time goes on.
Personality: Shy, meek, fearful, easily intimidated; Chris is a person supremely lacking in self-confidence, lacking in courage and lacking in mental fortitude. He is easily led by others, often going along with things he doesn’t want to do to avoid confrontation, and finds it difficult to assert himself or make himself heard.
History: Chris’ life in the old world was short, unfulfilling and occupied with painful memories. When he was growing up his family was often in a state of near poverty, not just poor but straddling the breadline, with his parents working multiple jobs just to stay afloat. Their living situation changed often, moving apartments frequently as they would not always be able to pay their rent, leading to there was a constant uncertainty around his life. It was not uncommon for basic necessities to be sacrificed in the name of being able to afford other bills, nor was it uncommon for Chris’ only meal of the day to be the one that his school provided for him.
Speaking of school, Chris found the institution to be a reprieve in some ways and painful in others. It provided a sense of stability and a regular schedule, both things he appreciated, but at the same time he had a hard time dealing with the other students, especially as he was always small for his age and made an easy target for bullies. He found it hard to make friends, both because no one wanted to attract the bullies attention and due to his own lack of social aptitude. He was never a great student either, not a troublemaker but always someone who struggled academically. Maths, science, languages; these were all areas where Chris struggled. He did show some artistic talent, as well as a desire to pursue such interests, but given his family’s financial state he didn’t have much opportunity to do so, instead being pushed by his parents to focus on his studied and raised his grades instead.
Things progressed much in this way for the rest of Chris’ life. His family remained poor, but efforts to put more money into savings when they could and Chris getting a job when he was old enough helped them to better their situation. Chris continued to struggle academically, but always managed to earn a passing grade and avoid being held back a year. He also continued to be bullied and still found it difficult to make friends even years later, though between his studies and work he wouldn’t have had much extra time for socialising anyway.
The culmination of this lacklustre life came when one of Chris’ bullies decided to push his down a short flight of stairs, something that could have ended in nothing more than bruises or at worst a fracture instead leaving Chris with a cracked skull and a growing puddle of blood underneath him. Paramedics arrived quickly, but Chris was already unconscious by the time he was being loaded into the ambulance, which was then hit by a truck on the way to the hospital because why not?
Leather armour Wooden club Wooden round shield Bronze knife
Survival – Death does not come easily to you; turn away from deaths door and face your opponent with renewed and greater strength. Grants a permanent increase to physical attributes in response to near-death experiences.
Skills:
Disease resistance – Orcs are naturally hardy individuals and tend to live in squalid, unhygienic environments. As such they have an inborn resistance to most illnesses and pathogens. Iron stomach – Possessed of a hardy constitution and often not having the luxury of being able to be picky eaters, Orcs are able to stomach eating almost anything that can charitably be described as ‘food’ without any ill effects. They also have a resistance to ingested poisons, but not poisons from other sources. Darkvision – Orcs have the innate ability to see better in the dark than most other humanoid creatures; they can see in pitch blackness as if it was dimly light and in dim light as if it was clear as day. Light sensitivity – However, this enhanced vision in the dark also makes them susceptible to bright lights. Strong, direct sunlight can dazzle them and they are more easily blinded by light-based attacks. Monstrous reputation – Orcs enter into conflicts with humans and other races with more frequency than other monstrous species; as a result they have a fearsome reputation that leads to them being targeted or attacked by adventurers more often. A run in between a human and an Orc rarely ends without bloodshed and communication or alliances between the two are nearly impossible.
Basic weapon proficiency – Like it or not, orcs must learn how to fight. Although Chris would prefer not to resort to violence, his new way of life has made it necessary that he at least learn how to hold and swing a weapon. Basic cooking – While nothing fancy, Chris is at least able to turn otherwise unappetising food into cooked, slightly less unappetising food. Basic crafting – Orcs are expected to be self-sufficient; they do not have a mercantile society like humans or elves, or dwarves; if you need something made or fixed you either do it yourself or steal it from someone else. Creating simple items or repairing broken weapons and armour is a useful skill to have when you don’t have the strength to take what you need from others.
Name: Aries Age: 9 Gender: Female Personality: Outgoing but paranoid, she constantly feels like shes done something wrong. She just wants friends so she jumps at the chance of partner opportunities. She usually just radiate energy, but constantly needs a mentor as shes kinda absentminded and a bit slow if she doesnt devote herself to it like she did her studies. She's also extremely reckless, you will rarely catch her thinking through her actions before she does them. History: Aries lived to be roughly 14 years old in the old world, she had always been a bit ahead of her peers. However, because of this, she ended up alone. She didn’t have a very warm home life either, her mother didn’t come home often and she had no siblings nor father. So she grew up quick, cooking her own meals and riding public transportation by herself from a young age. This lead most of her time being spent inside her head and studying, which might be part of the reason why she has always been so far ahead of her peers.
Her death wasn’t very pretty, she remembers sitting at a bus stop reading a book right before a bright light nearly blinded her. Her head shot up and the last thing she saw was the bus coming right at her before it all went black.
Sticks
Supernaturally Lucky - Aries has insanely good luck, always seeming to find stuff before others and just barely avoiding death when others would seem it impossible. Dolly herself doesnt seem to realize how lucky she is, just thinking it natural.
• Mental State Manipulation - As a satyr she has the natural ability to influence the state of other beings. Not their emotions per say; she can more so just cause sleepiness, confusion, and even fear in their minds. However, doing this also influences her own inborn paranoia; each time she does so it gets worse. • Supernatural Strength As a Satyr she has sheep legs, horns, and ears. Her legs are much stronger than the rest of her body, even as a child. As she grows they may get even more powerful, but at the moment she currently has about the strength of 250lbs packed entirely into her kicks. Though this causes the rest of her body to be unnaturally weak. • Fire Weakness As a form of nature spirit, her resistance against fire is extremely low. Fire harms her 5x more than it would injure the average human being. • Nature Conjuration She can manipulate the plant life around her aswell as talk to it. The plants must be nearby and she must have seen the plant in addition to asking and get its permission to use a plant she did not grow herself. After she gets stronger she may not have to ask permission, but as she is still rather weak she needs permission to use plant to their full potential. • Sheep Form As a Satyr she can quickly transform into a sheep, usually this form is the immediate reaction if she is spooked too much and loses the grasp around herself.
• Passive Charm - She has a weird charm, causing some people to bend to her will. It only affects people weaker than her, at a slightly above or equal power level as her or people who are tired as hell. She however tends to think people who are under her influence have bad intentions, as she is paranoid and unused to people being kind to her.
• Teleportation - She has the ability to teleport, she can only teleport within a 15 meter range and must wait 15s before she can go again. She also must be able to see where she is teleporting.
Name: Lady Ashewell Silkweb (Kaoru Ushikata) Age: 24 Gender: Female
Personality: Kaoru is a very impressionable person, directly lending to a Theatre Career. It’s hard to say what the true face of this Theatre Circle member, but what is usually shown is a kind and forward personality. Inside though is just an Otaku, someone who loves anime and manga.
Aside from anime and manga, one of Kaoru’s loves are beautiful and cute people and things. Kaoru dreams of meeting with creatures and people from a fantasy world.
History: Kaoru was a college student, known for looking beautiful and also a part of a Theatre Circle. Secretly, Kaoru was an otaku and help develop the Circle’s stories in a manga-like way. Aside being a secret factor behind the storyboarding, Kaoru tends to be one of the leads in the story, being a very good actor.
At home, Kaoru was a well known internet personality talking about anime, manga and games. As a favorite game, Kaoru’s was known as Yuri Monmusu. A Visual Novel turned action game about yuri relationships between monster girls with the main villain/rival being an Arachne named Lady Ashewell Silkweb.
One day, a sequel came out. Yuri Monmusu Ni: The Silkweb Story. The sequel and story of Lady Ashewell Silkweb after she was banished from the world of Yuri Monmusu of Lilysphere into the world of Yuriglove. Kaoru went out early in the day to get the game, even deciding to skip university for the day to play it. On the way back from picking it up, the otaku met a very unfortunate fate...
A handful of string! Oh, that may just be spider silk.
Ashewell's Tier Zero Skill is Precognition. The ability to feel when danger is coming. She doesn't always know where or when but there is a feeling when there is.
Spider Senses: No, not that kind. Driders, an underground species, are basically nocturnal with the ability to see in the dark. While this is true, their eyes have a tough time adjusting to the light, taking a much longer time adjusting to the light and it can blind them if they are suddenly introduced to direct sunlight due to their time spent away from it. Their eyes have two modes, Night Vision and Color which change according to the lighting. Their eyes are more powerful than a standard human. They are extra sensitive to movement and can read them better, though reactions are a different story.
Their noses can smell more sharply and their ears hear more sharply. Though, as much of a strength as it is, it is also a weakness as one can use a bad smell or extra loud noise to cause pain. Some say that Driders hate the smell of Vinegar.
Envenomed Body: A drider has a paralyzing venom coursing through their body which they can administer through a bite or spitting it out. In addition, they are resistant to most poisons and venoms. Antidotes administered can also temporarily weaken or disable this ability in high enough doses, alternatively Cure Poison spells also have the same effects.
That said, the poisons they may not be resistant to are more serious.
Spider Body: Driders’ lower bodies are like that of a spider. They can climb walls like a spider and even stay attached to the ceiling. They can spin silk like a spider and their lower body and a large part of their arms are naturally armored with their spider exoskeleton, though the rest of the humanoid top side is still soft and squishy as an elf.
Driders can also eat normally or more like certain types of spiders where they… Well, liquidize is the word. Their nails are also claws that can be used to rip and tear but also weave with her thread. They also have larger bodies that make it difficult for them to move through human-sized doorways.

Mike's reincarnated form takes the form of a Girallon, a large menacing gorilla. He stands at approximately 8 feet tall and weighs roughly around 800 pounds. Aside from his thick black fur, Mike possesses six, burly, prehensile limbs.
Name: Mike Age: Thirty Four Gender: Male
Personality: Mike's carefree, cheerful, and adventurous nature gradually faded as his priorities in life changed. It was simply out of necessity and was in no way something he chose wholeheartedly. Expectations set for Mike by those around him were not only too high but often unreasonable. He became stoic and task-bound, appearing disinterested, introverted, and perpetually fatigued. Fortunately, after his so-called rebirth, the responsibilities that kept him shackled and bound were no more. Although free to live life as he pleases, there was hard to say whether Mike could disassociate himself from some of the habits he had grown accustomed to.
History: Mike was previously known as Shigeaki Hinihara, a Japanese physician who specialized in surgical and forensic pathology. Coming from a family of physicians and being the eldest male, he was coerced into the world of medicine. His childhood was short-lived as scheduled sessions with private tutors replaced his extracurriculars and filled most of his time out of school. At that point, Mike was left with no choice but to follow the life that was predetermined for him. His primary and secondary school years quickly passed with each day being similar to the one prior. This mundane and routine lifestyle continued through his four years of premedical undergraduate studies, five years of medical school proper, four years of medical residency training, and two years of fellowship. The product of all his hardship and time add ups to over a decade of clinical practice along with administrative roles in several medical facilities in Japan; that was his legacy. Unfortunately, behind the authority, wealth, and prestige that came with his success, was still a life Mike resented. The amount of patience he possessed, although extraordinary, remained finite. The moment he succumbed to an overdose was when it apparently ran out.

[Tier Zero] Mike's ability is called Magical Egg. Mike can summon an egg, usually one that fits in one of his hands. It will give birth to a random magical beast-like creature. However, the prerequisites for it to hatch aren't known.
[Tier One] Monstrous - Mike's enhanced strength is attributed to his large and powerful muscles. This is evident in his swift and heavy strikes, crippling grip, bone-crunching bite, earsplitting screams, and massive leaps. Behemoth - Thick skin, burly muscles along with incredible endurance and stamina make Mike a challenge to go against. Unstoppable - His Girallon physique bestows Mike enhanced tolerance to pain and illness along with the innate ability to recover from sickness and injuries faster. Sluggish - Due to his size and weight, Mike finds feats of agility difficult. Climbing, swinging from vines, and jumping are the extent of his mobility. Pointy - Mike possesses short, retractable claws on all his limbs.
[Tier Two] Beast Tongue - Even through roars and snarls, Mike is able to comprehend the language of monsters, beasts, and animals. The opposite also applies as they too are capable of understanding Mike as well. Enhanced Regeneration - Mike can recover from any form of injury. However, larger and more serious wounds will still take time. Heightened Senses - With enough focus and concentration, Mike is able to greatly enhance one of his senses.
Appearance: Name: Harano Age: 20 Gender: Male Personality: Harano is a curious and ambitious Kobold, who wants to make something of his life. His death in previous life has made Harano more cautious in his actions, and he has gained something of a fear of heights. Despite this the world and especially its legends still fascinate Harano.
Harano constantly questions the roles the world and society put on others and doesn't believe in keeping the status quo. For him, rules are meant to be broken and assumptions are just bias. He wants to become more than just a common monster enslaved by an overlord and killed by a hero. Perhaps a monster could be a ruler in his own right.
History: In previous life Harano was a British youth by the name of Andrew Sutton. His life was relatively normal, if you didn't count his interest in supernatural. Ghosts, cryptids, if there was anywhere a legend of something weird, Drew had to see it. Unfortunately that curiosity proved to be the end of him. During a bank holiday, Drew went to visit a coast where a Black Dog was rumored to haunt. But as he walked by the seacliffs, he went too close to the edge. The stone crumbled beneath and poor Andrew fell to the sea below.

Restore Harano has the power to rewind time to repair objects and heal people simply by touching them. However, his rewinding power only exceeds to restoring. He can't kill someone by rewinding time back to erase them from existence, nor can he turn objects back into component parts (He can repair a wooden crate, but not turn it into a tree). Also he can only restore things that are "material". Immaterial things, such as souls and pure magic, are beyond his control. As such Harano can't bring people back to life or turn undead back into living, (He can restore a zombie's body, but it will stay undead due to lacking soul, and ghosts, which are nothing but souls, he can't affect at all). Similarly he can repair the material components of a broken magic sword, but not restore the magical properties lost in the destruction. Likewise he can't heal beings of pure magic.
- Draconic Scales: Kobolds have tough scales that gives them something of a natural armor - Small size: Kobolds are good at fitting into tight spaces, but tend to be in trouble when facing a large opponent, at least alone. - Prehensile tail: Kobold tails are very dexterous, almost like an extra limb - Eyes in the Dark: Kobolds see very well in the darkness, but are sensitive to bright lights.
- Artificer Training(Basic): Harano has been educated in the use of technology - Diplomat Training(Basic): Harano has been educated in the art of influencing with words - Unseen Servant: By pretending to be a servant or slave, Harano becomes hard to notice if he's doing his chores. Works better in places where kobolds are common servants (e.g. Overlord's castle)
