Does anyone have any recommendations for other RP sites where I'm likely to find 1x1 roleplayers? I'm looking for sites like this, where you can look for roleplayers of any genre or fandom. I haven't been roleplaying consistently for years, and prior to this I've only used GaiaOnline (which I abandoned ages ago), RPNation, and here, the Roleplayer Guild. I just don't know how to find new sites (if there are any good ones) apart from Googling it (which is how I found RPNation and this site). Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks

RPN is good

Roleplayerguild, Iwakuroleplay and RPN are the mainstay 3 roleplaying PBP forums. There are also 'mature' forums such as Bluemoonroleplay or Elliquiy (the latter of which requires an application process), but I'm not sure that that is what you're looking for.

Anyway @Odin, you're right, that's not what I'm going for at all. ^_^; @PaulHaynek and @Ammokkx, I might just go check out Iwaku then, but somehow I'm not expecting much? lol

As mentioned before Iwaku Roleplay and RP Nation are good, solid choices. Both have very active 1x1 commmunities. You might also have decent results with Roleplay Gateway and Role-Play Adventures but other than those options I cannot think of many solid alternatives.

RPNation has a pretty active 1x1 section, yeah.

Can't say anything about Iwaku though since I've never made an account there.
