APPEARANCE:
NAME: Eris Tomaki
MONSTER ALIASES: Jormungandr/World Serpent/Giant Lazy Snek
AGE: 212
MONSTER TYPE: Titanic Burrowing Serpent
SPECIAL ABILITIES:
Seismic Roar- An enormous soundwave emitted from Eris's mouth that has the strength of a unnaturally powerful hurricane. It can easily rip buildings apart and can tear the very ground asunder. Outside her monster form, this attack can easily blow people away. Eris has a nasty habit of doing this whenever she yawns.
Vibro Earthquake- By vibrating her body underground, Eris can cause earthquakes of varying sizes and magnitudes. These usually range from small and negligible, to downright catastrophic. She barely has any reason to cause massive earthquakes though, thankfully.
INVENTORY:
Eris usually carries around a pillow wherever she goes, plopping it down wherever she chooses to take a nap. She also carries a small plush of a fat snake, her Tsuchinoko, she calls it.
BACKGROUND:
Eris is what you would call, a lazy snek. She spent most of her time burrowing through mountains until she found a suitable place to sleep. One day she had found the perfect mountain to call her own and she promptly fell asleep, only she didn't wake up in the same place, as a rift had taken her to unfamiliar ground. She slithered through the ground, wondering if she had just forgotten where she was since she fell asleep, finally erupting from the earth when she had figured out that she was lost.
She stood there and looked around, towering above a small city that she nearly uprooted just by emerging from the ground. The humans below her stared in utter shock and disbelief as she finally noticed them. She didn't pay them much attention and simply dove back into the earth, destroying most of the city in the process.
That was several months ago, and now she finds herself in Central City, minding her own business. She continues to look for the perfect sleeping spot, but has yet to find it.
OTHER:
Before arriving on Earth, Eris would take naps ranging from a few days to full blown years. Now she's lucky if she even manages to get a full day's worth of sleep.
She lost her left eye in an accident. She has a habit of sleep walking (sleep slithering?) and as a result, ran head first into a mountain. A large spiked rock stabbed her eye out as a result of the collision. She admits it to be her fault, but the incident hasn't stopped her sleep walking habit.
