Am I able to see the kobolds from where I'm at? Also I'm guessing it'll be an action if I want to try and not be restrained anymore?

Is it possible to break that effect without it being considered a challenge to the other restraint, @Hekazu?

You are able to see two in three-quarters cover, almost below the ledge again. And yes, you would have to take an action to try and escape.

Is it possible to break that effect without it being considered a challenge to the other restraint, @Hekazu?

I am afraid both of the effects causing the condition need to be escaped from as an action. By you or a nearby ally.

That I understand but is Brannor permitted to choose what he is escaping, @Hekazu? For example, choosing to break the restraining effect imposed by the kobolds without attempting to break the holding creature? He has not real quarrel with the monster they are speaking with. Is it random? Is it a choice? Does it go from the most recent effect working back to the oldest?

I'll say that it is a choice. Mind that the creature's grappling does impose disadvantage upon Strength based escapes, and the glue bombs aren't exactly something one would dance their way out of, sadly.

Well fortunately, Toll of the Dead doesn't require an attack roll, so hopefully a kobold gets harmed by it. Though I doubt a 2 will kill it even if they fail their save.

14, @Norschtalen. A good roll on their part, but at least not all that much was lost.

We move on to Parum @Ryonara.

A something is more than a nothing and given it will not likely agitate the creature, assuming it does not act before Brannor, I am hopeful the kobolds are more a nuisance than an actual threat.

Come to think of it, did the group put up a light source for Parum to see the kobolds? I just recalled that halflings do not have darkvision.

I think Parum had that lantern she took from the berserkers.

@The Harbinger of Ferocity Did you have something to counteract the effect if the monster's grapple? If not, the roll for ending the other effect would have been at disadvantage.

As for the lantern thing, I'm trying to get that part sorted soon. Stuff is still pretty wild, but I'll match the set deadline for the group if nothing else.

No, it appears not, although for some reason I am almost positive Brannor had advantage on Strength checks while shapechanged and I remember it coming up somewhere at another point in discussion but I cannot seem to recall where and what that was. In this case, it would be a 5, making the whole post invalid, @Hekazu. Which honestly changes very little, I suppose.

For Orchid's Dex Saves, 18/5 for the first bombardment, and a 17/20 for the second.

Brannor has a Dexterity saving throw of 13, then 18 for the first at disadvantage. For the second, 11 and 7. If he suffers any fire damage at the moment, that damaged is halved unless it is magical or silver in nature.

Now let's see here…

@Lucius Cypher Both saves pass, be it that advantage and disadvantage cancel one another out. Be advised that you will be taking additional damage, be it reduced. Amount will be detailed in post mechanics section shortly.

@The Harbinger of Ferocity First save passes, meaning reduced damage. The second save fails, but you are already under a similar effect so I don't see stacking effects that are quite that alike as a meaningful thing to do. Amount of damage will appear in the mechanics section shortly.

EDIT: There we go, info is all set in the hider and Orchid is next in the order!

@Lucius Cypher Your attack misses, the javelin impacting the ledge and bouncing above the kobold's head.

@Norschtalen You are up!

Unfortunate but expected. Too bad I can’t reckless ranged attacks. Alas.

@Norschtalen - Not the same kobold as last round (given they shuffled around a bit) fails the save with a 9 and proceeds to kick the bucket. Three left.

@Ryonara - Parum is next!

Kobold is not that lucky at all. A grand total of zero. The spell lands.

With that, we move on to @The Harbinger of Ferocity and Ashkar Bronnor.

Allow me to be certain this time, is Brannor still glued, and if I understand correctly, twice glued? I understand they are not stacking in terms of penalty, however, not that I desire this outcome, would the two different instances of the effect still stack? Thus two turns, assuming success, to break free of the glue, @Hekazu?
