@TruthHurts22 Attraction its its most literal sense involves someone being interested in someone else, be it due to their personality or their looks. I wasn't necessarily implying sexual attraction, but if you'd like me to clarify that or use another worded, then I'm okay with that!

And in terms of her quirk. its just as it states, she can increase the heart rate of someone (tachycardia) or decrease it (bradycardia) which would illicit physiological reactions depending on how long the quirk stays activated on the person, if that wasn't clear enough. But she has no idea how to use her quirk to its full extent yet since she's a child; but ideally she would use it to her advantage in battles to weaken an opponent during battle.

I mean, I was literally just thinking of a bird mutant.

And with a healing quirk, I feel like New Heights would have to be very small brain to give them a low ranking, cause goddamn healers are rare.

That's the issue with a test that only measures combat ability; it's the same reason Shinso didn't even make it onto the hero course even though his Quirk clearly has potential. At least this school has the ribbons to make things a little fairer and since everyone here is already accepted there's no chance of failing out even if you get zero points.

There's really no way to make a one-size-fits-all entrance exam with the variety of Quirks there are.

@ShwiggityShwah Yes, two character limit.

@Kautalya Yeah, if you don't mind, I'd prefer if "attraction" was replaced, since (at least in the US, where I'm from) attraction quite literally means romantic or sexual feelings of some sort or another. At least that's how it's commonly used, and I'd rather not have that misconception happen.

And the exam is pretty neutral. The Headmasters don't really determine rank, it's based solely on how many points a person has. Might put the onus more on the student if they end up being lower or higher, but hey, isn't that kind of the point here? :v

More like, what, 20XX? Since I think MHA takes place a bit into the future? Either way it's 2020 in MHA time and that doesn't have specific Exams neither :v

It's fine! If you're singing up with two, then one has to be in the Bottom 10. Other than that, any rank that isn't already taken is up for grabs. Except, like, ranks 1 and 2, there's some dibs on those.

In that case, the Healer will be a part of the ten. I'm thinking with them having a disadvantage due to their quirk being passive, they could have helped the rest of the students with the exam or something.

No problem at all.

Again shes a support hero. She'll be making gadgets and costumes for any and all classes, setting willing. I might make her older too. I was more questioning the quirk

Oh. Well, I mean, I guess the Quirk's fine? It's unobtrusive enough to not really matter, but at the same time, I'm a bit worried it's too useless to be any good, you know? But it's up to you how you wanna play it.

Oh, huh, so New Heights does have separate classes/facilities for those who are interested in Hero work, but don't want to be Heroes? Like how UA has general studies, support equipment makers, and the business side of things that are separate from the main Hero course.
