Most of the world is blissfully unaware of the evil that has been plotting to kill what remains of the Valkyries. Valkyries were once a team of powerful female witches who were descended from the children of the original gods.
The year now, is 2017, and the evil threatening to destroy the young girls have been active for a while now. Most simply just don't remember the events due to a spell that protects their memories from seeing the truth. The young, new magical girls are ignorant of what evil awaits them. When the six of them end up in hot water, and earn themselves a Saturday detention, they find that there's a lot more to themselves and the school that their parents and the staff are wanting to let on.
In the town of San Junipero, an all female boarding school named Arcadia Boarding School for Gifted Young Women has been the symbol of wealth and a well educated young woman. The school was originally a boarding school for wayward girls in the early 1900s, but was transformed in the late 70's as the population of San Junipero changed over time. It is now a school for girls gifted in math, science, and humanities to cultivate their talents- or at least, that's how the school markets itself outwardly.
The truth is, Arcadia is a front to protect young Valkyries from those that seek to kill them and doom the planet. As the main cast is soon to learn as the spell that presents as a permanent fog that clouds their thoughts from magic events dissipates as they attend classes. When their powers suddenly manifests at the beginning of the school year, the six protagonists end up in hot water, and earn themselves a Saturday detention.

Ember is always on the go. She is always looking for the next adventure, whether it be a road trip/boat ride/pop-up concert. Headphones are constantly either wrapped around her neck or against her ears. Never afraid to speak her mind, she holds nothing back and seems to not have a brain to mouth filter at times. Always brutally honest, she is not afraid to hurt someone's feelings. Though, what she says is usually never stemmed out of hate- she just believes everyone deserves to hear the truth.

Spells → Telekinisis- Can move small objects with her mind, yet not strong enough to move people. Helps when getting that VIP backstage pass. Apportation- Can teleport small objects from one place to another. Must be able to see the object, and the place where she wants the object to go.
Weaknesses → Blind as a bat without her glasses. > Mouth of a sailor. > Cannot sit still.
TRIVIA → Always breaks out into song. Full of seemingly useless knowledge of music and bands. Her favorite genre of music is indie pop. Can speak three languages- English, Spanish, and Italian.
Remember that due to limited spots, the rp isn't first come, first served. Even if your character isn't chosen for one role, you can always rework her for another.

Roxxi lives to be the center of attention, the life of any party, the friend that pulls you outta the covers on a Friday night just to get out and DO SOMETHING! Always chatting with others, a wide grin spread across her face, eyes squinted in mirth. A jovial soul, doesn't describe her enough. She has this charismatic flair attached to everything she does and it's a show for sure. Always looking out for what she's gonna do next. Whether that's a good or bad thing is yet to be determined. It takes quite a bit of time, however, to chip away at her energetic persona to discover her true self. It isn't that she isn't a happy go lucky, high octane person - cause she is - it's just, the hurt and pain of her past has done a number on her and no one but a select few have ever heard or know of it. So, count yourself lucky if you're one of the chosen.
She's always decorated in the most eccentric clothing and color choices - only magnifying her rambunctious and energetic nature. Sometimes even adorning face paint as if she were going to attend a summer festival. Freckles decorate her body - from all the time she spends laying and napping in fields. She changes hair colors at the drop of a hat and as of late she's stuck with the electric blue and her natural blonde. No one would ever know that she wears glasses since she's only ever seen with her clear contacts in, but come night time is where and when she pulls those bad boys out. Roxxi isn't a petite girl by any standards. She's tall and curvy with a certain thicc-ness to her that just exudes comfort and fun!
Being trapped somewhere bored outta her mind, is a hellish place for Pop Roxx. She would rather be constantly entertained, and probably mindlessly so, than have to endure boredom on the regular. Hence why classes are her least favorite places to be during the day. Her ADHD plays a huge roll in this and to help somewhat alleviate her outbursts and goofing off in class, she has the privilege of chewing her wintermint gum or pack of pop rocks to keep her somewhat amused and quiet. It doesn't work as well as they all hoped it would.

Strengths ➽➽➽ Roxxi possesses the ability to generate what she calls "fireworks" energy globes that vary in degrees of power and intensity. The globes obey her mental control, traveling where she directs them, arranging themselves in balls, streamers, and other shapes, and exploding when and if she wishes. These combinations could result in anything from a multitude of colorful sparkles capable of temporarily blinding a person to a fairly powerful detonation, capable of smashing tree trunks or metal objects. Roxxi can absorb the fireworks back into her own body without harm. These are all potentials, seeing as how she is still coming into her abilities and practice makes perfect, right? she is constantly throwing around little fireworks anytime she's excited or happy
➽➽➽ Psionic Shields;; because Roxxi is ADHD her mind possesses a natural defense against telepathic attack - for the most part. Something to do with the fact that her thoughts are all over the place to begin with, it's hard to pin exactly. However, when she's physically and mentally exhausted and drained all bets are off.
Weaknesses ➽➽➽ Roxxi exerts a lot of energy, whether using her abilities or just through her rambunctious nature - because of this, she requires a lot of sleep to help recharge herself;; but when she's out - she's out. ➽➽➽ Her hyperactive self can rub people the wrong way. As of late she's been reflecting on her actions a lot more so that she doesn't lose friends because of it. Roxxanna Kade;; the fun, color loving, popping rave girl. She is probably the most genuinely blunt but nicest person you'll probably ever meet. Don't be naive enough to believe she can't be downright bitchy - she can and will - she's just more energetic and hyper and scatter brained than rude. Roxxi comes from a sort of broken home, still living with both parents, though her mom is always worked ragged and her dad, well, he spends a lot of time at the "office". When either of them drink, they like to take it out on one another, otherwise it was Roxxi who got the shit end of the stick.
However, since her attendance to Arcadia and seeing her roam the halls with her brightly lit eyes, only ever out shined by her choice in hair color, you would never guess this girl was suffering on the inside. Roxxi likes to think that if she can make other's lives better than her own, than she's doing a damn good job and her life has purpose. So, that's what she tries to focus most on. If and when she can actually focus. The good thing about her living at Arcadia for the last few years is that she's been liberated from her family. At least, for the time being. She plans to fully abstain from them and erase them from her memories so she can move forward with her life.
I'm still around and reading, just so no one thinks that I'm ignoring you all. I've just been dealing with some pretty serious IRL things and they've been pretty stressful. I still want to do this though.
