PersonalName: Shinkai Mitsumi
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Date of Birth: May 13th
Height / Weight: 5'3(161cm) 113lbs(51kgs)
Profile: Mitsumi is quite the promiscuous, cheeky, and mildly selfish daughter of the Shinkai family. Well dressed, using a variety of secretive concoctions and potions in order to make her appearance flawless - do you need much more of a description of her? She thinks extremely highly of herself, and yet, also likes to hold others to such standards as well. If there's something that annoys her to no end, is people not trying their fullest.
Such is the way she is.
The Shinkai family is a family of herbalists and doctors in both Real-Tokyo and Other Tokyo's Black Babel. With their prized Gardens in which they grow a number of artificial plant daemons and things for potion use, many of her family is in Black Babel's Medical regiment. She was expected to as well, though she opted for the Xcursion regiment, with the logic. "The best cure is to cut out the ugly vampires for good"
She doesn't attend classes in Real-Tokyo. Her education is both purely privatized, and she is both expected and wants to take over the family business when she comes of age.
WitchWitch Rank: C
Uniform: Type A
WAND: Handcanon Blunderbuss - Less of a pistol, and more of a handheld canon. A weapon designed to deliver maximum damage at close range rather than at a distance. Ornately crafted and made out of the finest materials, the white and black finish gleam brightly in any light. Its inlaid with a golden engraving of flowers and what appears to be a tree or garden.
Familiar: A demon of roses, a demon of flowers. Named Vanita, it takes the appearance of an
odd serpentine creature shaped oddly like a plant of some sort. Only seems to speak with Mitsumi, and often eyes other in a fairly judgemental or arrogant seeming manner. Seems to offer quite sound advice, however, and his body is quite unique. Depending on what he eats, he can secrete a variety of helpful concoctions. Additionally, his mouth can nearly grow to impossible size, allowing him to swallow and devour opponents quite a bit bigger than him should he desire.
Typically rides around her shoulders, keeping his body wrapped tightly around her head with his resting on her left shoulder.
Equipment: Broom: A broom, made from expertly crafted wood and finished with a lovely engraving of various flowers into its body. The end of the broom, is in fact, a large Nightshade flower, with its roots reaching about halfway up the haft of it.
Potion Belt: Due to the nature of her hobbies, Mitsumi always carries a few potions on her. Typically, a belt with a slot for carrying three potions of various effects, mostly in the form of Physical Enhancements and offensively focused potions.
Spider Seeds: A small demon grown in her families garden. The small creatures are roughly the size of large plant seeds, with eight vine like legs, though lacking any eyes. These, are mostly used as scouts and are something mostly used to quickly relay messages back and forth between people, scope out an area. They can not speak, but they can Telepathically communicate with her and the person the chosen message is for. Once they deliver the message or their scouting report, they fall to the ground and bloom into a very beautiful, but briefly lived white flower.
MagicCurses: Thorns of Pride A binding type spell that causes large vines covered in toxic thorns to spring from the ground and bind the opponent tightly. The thorns not only bind, but causes severe, bleeding lacerations, the venom of which inhibits a vampire's regenerating process. Once bound, a swift ending with a WAND is a must to finish the job. She can control them completely, but will die and wither quickly unless they have met their mark.
Gluttonous Garden Creates a variety of carnivorous plants, which rip and tear into a vampires flesh. Theoretically, able to grow to gargantuan sizes, but the larger it is obviously, the more taxing it becomes. Typically, Mitsumi can only create two to three at once, replacing them as they either fall or become ineffective. Extremely durable and strong enough to rip a vampire limb from limb and throw it around like a rag doll. Typically, used to entrap a foe by slamming into a field of her Thorns.
Envious Rose A strong curse, creating a flurry of bloody flower petals. The petals encircle the foe, their razor sharp petals biting and cutting into a foe's flesh, each strike delivering regeneration inhibiting toxins into it. Once done, the petals will converge on a single spot, embedding themselves into the flesh of the foe. Seconds after, a massive, bloody rose will sprout from the enemy. Every orifice, laceration, or wound will sprout roots and petals, completely eviscerating them from the inside. All that would be left, is to find the head or heart, and deliver the final blow. Extremely taxing, as expected, and will likely leave Mitsumi exhausted.
Charms: The Sinful Garden Rose like flowers spring from the ground, a sickeningly sweet aroma filling the air. Humans and Witches that inhale the scent will find themselves oddly clear of mind, sharpening their focus and full of energy. Effectively, it grants her and her allies a potent second wind as long as its active. Quite taxing to use, however, and requires she maintain focus solely on it or the garden will fail.
Fleeting Petals Causes Mitsumi's body to disperse into an explosion of petals, quickly reforming some distance away moving from harms way. Effectively, what one may call a short range teleport spell used to ensure she's never directly in harms way for long. A little tricky to use repeatedly, however, due to disorientation and the very real threat of not all of her reforming.
Crafts: Intoxicating Concoctions: Using her skill as both a herbalist and potion maker, the plants she uses can often be used to make a variety of concoctions and potions. Normally, best used with a little prep work. Proper brewing, mixing, and distilling is a must. However, if necessary, by using Vanitas and a few creative uses of her garden, she can create salves that might keep people fighting or alive long enough to receive proper healing.
