In other news, I have a whole new idea for our battle mechanics regarding group battles. It also reexamines the way speed works. So basically, after all parties in a fight have posted, I will look to the person with the highest speed stat first. Also, everyone will need to list their targets in order of priority.
So, I will find the character with the highest speed stat first. Then I will look at their first target and subtract their first target's speed from their speed. Then their attack stat will be weighed against their attack target's defense stat. Then, the defender will have no other choice but to direct their attack stats at the person that attacked them, because their speed will be gone.
Then it starts again. I will look for the character with the highest remaining speed stat and find their target and start the whole process over again. I have other thoughts on this new system as well, but I want to cross that bridge when we get there.
