St. David's Hospital - Cardiff: 2:20 A.M.

The nurses instantly went to fetch the doctor, but Larson stopped them in their tracks. "I'll be taking over Dr. Bautista's care," Dr. Larson explained. "You may go now - thank you," she said with a smile. The nurses looked a bit uncertain, but it was late and they were tired and Dr. Larson was clearly a doctor, so they nodded and left the room. "We can take my ship," Dr. Larson offered. "It's much faster than anything made here on Earth."

??? - Quinjet: 9:20 P.M.

In the cockpit, Hawkeye overheard what Cass said - even with the divider in the way. He scowled slightly. People didn't seem to really understand how much he was unwilling to let anyone else have the coordinates of where they were going. He especially figured that anyone coming to join them had a higher chance of being a skrull than anyone on the ship at the moment, and revealing those coordinates could cause him to risk a lot. "Tell them to get to New Jersey and then I'll pick them up, Reed. Like I said, no one is getting these coordinates," Hawkeye said over the intercom.

In the medical bay, Bonnie didn't give much of a visual reaction to what Hawkeye said. Most S.H.I.E.L.D. agents had a favorite safe house, she understood him not wanting to burn its location. Still, it was a bit of a strong reaction from him - she wondered if there was more to the situation that they weren't seeing. She finished her job with the surgical thread and stepped back, as Folly started wiggling her arm around experimentally. "You should take it slow," Bonnie warned her.

The stitches were designed to be the sort that would dissolve when they weren't needed any more, so Folly wouldn't need any follow up appointments. Folly started by closing and opening her hand, then she abruptly yanked her arm up and down, testing her full range of movement. She grabbed one of her knives and started poking up and down her arm to test her sensitivity to pain. "Wow, thanks Doc, now I'm a real girl!" she said with a laugh.

Agent 13 came in with Breacher, while the others stayed behind to try to rouse the rest of the group. She reached into one of the medical drawers and found a bottle of aspirin, and tossed it to Breacher. "I trust you don't need me to figure out the dosage for you," she commented dryly, a bit annoyed that he was treating her like a nurse.

"Thank you, Mr. President - I appreciate it," Bonnie said. She looked at him. "If you're ready for medical attention, I can treat your injuries now." She figured with the rate the quinjet was flying at, they'd probably arrive at Serval in the next ten to twenty minutes, giving her just enough time to tend to Jakobsen before they'd land. "That or I can treat the kid for his concussions I don't doubt he has."

In the tech bay, no one can hear you scream Kwassi's luck had taken a turn for the worse. P.H.I.L.'s countdown had been too fast for someone else to come and intervene. True to the A.I.'s words, he really did have a self destruct feature. P.H.I.L. used the energy stored in Kwassi's mask to fry the piece of equipment and itself. As Kwassi had hugged the mask to his stomach, it would essentially zap him in the belly - nothing harmful, more unpleasant rather than anything else. His mask, in its current state, couldn't be used at all though. It was beyond repair.

In A Flying Yellow Spaceship: 1:30 A.M.

Raynor stared at Astrad and his stupid, incredibly punchable face for another moment. His temper only became more foul as Astrad insulted Nanna and Baldur's ship - he may have been from an alternate universe, but Raynor was still a mama's boy at heart. No one insulted his mother or her things. "Why don't you just throw yourself out the airlock and save me the trouble of doing it myself?" he asked Astrad. He wasn't really trying to keep a check on his anger, even though Sparky - the mother of probably his unborn child - had asked him to do so.

Amelia glanced around the interior of the spaceship, before she noticed that one of the beanbags had what looked like a Wii remote wheel resting next to it. With everything she had seen from Nanna and Baldur, she was pretty sure those were the controls. No one was challenging her for the right to fly the thing - she figured that maybe Angry Muffin Man a.k.a. Raynor might, but he was too busy being angry with everything and everyone (mostly Astrad). She flopped down in the beanbag and picked up the Wii remote. A holographic display appeared in front of her, showing her a stylized map of sorts.

"So. Fucking. Sick," Amelia gushed. She stared at the controls for a second, before pressing a button - the ship kicked straight upwards and the map started to change, showing them gaining more and more height. Amelia kept holding down the button and she noticed the map had little arrows showing the direction to go for each of the Nine Realms. She was pretty sure that Earth was called Midgard, and she pressed another button, causing the ship to kick forward. The little readout indicated they were heading in the right direction.

"I hate student drivers," Raynor grumbled, feeling every jump and jerk as he sat in a yellow beanbag next to Sparky. He couldn't blame Amelia, as much as he wanted to add her to the list of things he hated. It was hard to drive a spaceship for the first time and his parents insisted on using the Asgardian equivalent of a stick shift. "Try not to get us killed - or worse, arrested by the freaking Nova Corps. Gods, their prison is the worst..."

"How is saying that something is attractively unusual a bad thing...", Astrad though to himself as Raynor once again reacted to him, this time on a comment on how good the bean bags were. Ah, yes. Native English speakers and the usage of quaint in a most terrible, horrific wmanner of sarcastic speech. He just didn't get a lot of things nowadays. "Bean bags are quaint, as they are attractively unusual and I don't usually see them. Now, let's just ignore each other until we get down, shall we?"

Astrad , simply reclining upon his personal bean bag and seemingly drifting into a nap, though in truth he was still awake, simply resting from getting shot and stabbed and punched and... what else was it that has happened? No matter, this will all end soon. Oh, and maybe say sorry to the lightning lady. Now that he thinks of it, that wasn't a very smart introduction.

"Shapeshifters... What fun." The Breacher rubbed his still pained head as Andrew gave a rundown of what had happened; essentially, all of the pro-registration team, except for the ones right here, were shapeshifting aliens that could copy not just appearances, but powers and abilities as well. One could only wonder if it the real Tony Stark that advocated for the registration... or if he's already dead and the shapeshifters have been using his likeness in order to gain a list of targets for copying.

Breacher shook his head as Agent 13 just threw the tablets at him. "Jeez, you're real cranky.", Nathaniel downed the aspirin with a glass of water. He knew how to use aspirin, it was just that his head was still on fire and moving around was just not his cup of tea right now. When Kwassi had frantically if anyone knew about an AI called P.H.I.L., Nath had... no clue. He knew someone called Phil, but that was it. He finally got up and walked slowly towards the tech bay, expecting the Wakandan to be tinkering on something yet again. And now, well, Kwassi got zapped on the stomach as the machine blew itself up. "Son of a- hey, Kwassi-" Breacher rushed towards the Wakandan as pain also engulfed the latter. In the middle of a throbbing headache, he set Kwassi down on the floor, being careful as he could. "Someone come here in the tech bay! Kwassi's hurt!"

And so was he, until now.

Cassandra gave Matt a slight smile then winced in pain a little bit, she did want some painkillers but at the moment she didnt think that it was a good idea. She heard Hawkeye over the radio and nodded, it was understandable and for all she knew Maria, Oliver, Sparky or Niah could all have been replaced with Skrulls since they parted. "I'll let them know then." Cass said as she watched Bonnie finishing patching up Folly, she still had no clue why or how they recruited Folly to fight for them, given the girl's crazy personality. Cassandra took out her phone to text Oliver where to meet up.

To Oliver:
'Head over to New Jersey and tell us where you are once you get there and we will come pick you guys up from there.'

Cass hit send she turned to look at Matt, she didnt hear what was going on in the tech bay area hearing Matt's question about PHIL Cassandra instantly remembered that it was Guin Stark's AI when she was training with her and her time with the X-Men as well. "I know what PHIL is." Cassandra said as she headed out of the medical bay the AI did tend to have a bit of personality issues and always tended to threaten Quicksilver's life. She saw Kwassi laying on the ground curled up in a ball.

She rolled him onto his back, seeing and smelling the burnt remains of Kwassi's mask. "Well consider yourself lucky that your mask got fried and you werent wearing it, maybe you shouldnt touch anything that isnt even yours. Cassandra said though she wasnt going to say what PHIL did or tended to say to it's user, if PHIL hadnt committed AI suicide it would have been really entertaining to see the AI threaten Kwassi constantly.

There wasn't a loud explosion, or burst of flames, nor heat that burned against his S.H.E.I.L.D regulated clothing. All that was was a tingling sensation that jolted throughout his body and the taste of licking a 9 bolt battery left in his mouth. His muscles locked for a moment as the current ran its course, stopping once he was rolled over and the small bit of smoke emminated from his mask. It was unpleasant, uncalled for, and unexpected. But now he knew for later if ever he came across Stark tech to handle it with higher care. He could see why Americans revered Stark as some sort of technological genius, but he'd never gotten the chance to play with one of his toys until now. Well that was rather unpleasant.: Kwassi laid there for a moment before finally sitting up to face those in the room. Breacher seemed to be the only concerned one, the other Agents, most likely still sore about his turning, just stood by looking as if he deserved it.

Kwassi brushed off some of the soot that now patterned his stomach and placed the mask on the floor to his side. "I'm fine, really, thank you Breacher for calling for aid. I honestly thought the self destruction would be a bit grander giving it was Stark-Tech but it seems it was more so just a way to kill the program. Not sure if the voltage was high enough to damage the brain had I been wearing it but either way I'm sure it would've been worse." Kwassi picked up his mask and looked at it reminiscently. A slight smile tugging at the corner of his lips. "We'd been through so much already, I was hoping to take it out for one last hurrah against this new threat. And what a dammed shameful waste of an AI too. Was hoping we could use it and tweak it to add a recognition program or some way to differentiate Skrulls from Humans. Perhaps they aren't Carbon based and its something that could be picked up, or a small inflection in the eye that a computer could recognize but...its all wasted now...great. Next Skrull we take out we should keep for observation. See if we can learn more about their physiology. Maybe cross reference that with some old S.H.I.E.L.D archives and see if they've ever encountered a species like this before."

Sparky let out a bit of a sigh at Raynor snapping at Astrad, sure, she personally hated the guy, but now wasn't really the time to be snapping about at this point. They had bigger things to worry about then the idiot. "No one actually uses that word for what it actually means," she felt the need to point out, "So just saying the definition back won't help your case here... And Ray, calm down a little bit please... We have other things to worry about, you can beat the guy up later or whatever I don't care..." She really didn't care whether Raynor decided to go try and kill the guy later, right now they had other things to worry about.

Personally everything on Earth seemed to be going to hell, what with an alien invasion and all, but right now she couldn't care less about that. Right now she was just glad that Raynor was okay, and sure there was the slight not entirely positive thing of her kid potentially not being his, but right now that didn't really matter to her. She just was happy that he wasn't dead, that he was still alive and was around to even be able to make his snarky comments or threaten the lives of others. Reaching over, she took Raynor's hand in hers and gave him a smile, hoping slightly that he would calm down a little bit. Her mind was wandering since she was trying not to think about how nauseous she was feeling from the jerking motion of the ship as Amelia flew it.

"Yup that's essentially all that happened since you got knocked out cold..." Andrew said to Breacher with a bit of a shrug. Of course, they now were going to be heading to who the hell knew where. Well, okay, he knew where they technically would be heading first. To Serval to drop him off with Folly the crazy one, that was definitely going to be a whole lot of fun. of course his attention was drawn away by Kwassi yelling about some AI or whatever and then some sort of chaos surrounding the AI killing itself or something like that. It was somewhat amusing to hear the chaos that was going on in the other room.

Walking over to see what the chaos was about, Andrew couldn't stop himself from chuckling slightly at what had seemed to transpire with Kwassi. "Going to be blunt, and not meaning to sound mean or anything, but what sort of person is dumb enough to try and use a Stark AI without having gotten the approval from Stark or whatever to use it? Since let's be honest, that's just asking for trouble... Could have been worse, it could have hacked into every electronic device that you had and completely locked you out or fried them. You are kind of lucky that it only fried that helmet mask thing..."

"You don't have to call me that," Alex said with a slight laugh, "Considering the circumstances I'd say skip the formalities and just call me Alex, besides the full title gets to be a bit of a mouthful anyway." Yeah, he figured people just fully saying Mr. President would get annoying and a bit of a mouthful. Plus despite him technically having that title, he was still not completely used to people calling him that. Just letting everyone call him by his actual name would make his life a hell of a lot easier, and probably easier if anyone else needed to get his attention quickly.

His attention turned slightly towards the chaos and someone yelling about someone getting hurt or something, and he looked back at Bonnie, "Sounds to me like you might have your hands full. I've had worse injuries then what I have now, go see what's going on with them and help them out..." he said to her, figuring that she was going to have her hands full. He also hadn't been lying when he told her that he's had worse injuries then the scrapes and bruises he had from his crash landing. He's even had worse crash landings then this one he had not too long ago with the alien ship. The injuries weren't bad, he'd survive and probably be fine with it for a while longer.

"Brief me on the way." Niah said, she sat up, her head feeling a little woozy, but she would deal. She had lost a lot of blood before she'd be fine. She pulled the blankets back and looked at the stump of a leg left. The drugs were keeping the pain at bay. She almost burst into tears looking at it. Her eyes burned and she took a deep breath. She would deal with this later. They had too much to deal with. She looked at the leg that Dr. Larson had set on the bed. "Thank you." She said looking up at her. "For helping his mom, giving us a ride." Her voice was a bit hoarse, but she cleared it and then looked at Oliver. "I need your help."

She was going to be useless in a fight right now. With the drugs she'd be too loopy to fight, without them she'd be in too much pain. Niah wanted to curse and cry all the same time. She picked up the leg. It looked like some crazy tech and she figured later she'd have Sparky take a look at it. Her friend would be interested in the tech and might be able to give her some pointers on how to work it. She was able to get the leg strapped on and a few tentative steps, holding Oliver's hand to steady herself. Enough to get her to the cabinet and find her clothing and stuff in a bag as expected. She pulled her phone out and saw the missed texts. She sent one back to Cass 'I'm fine. Not a lie, but definitely not the whole truth.

"Let's go." She said, her voice still husky with pain and drugs and post-surgery awful.

Matt shook his head. He wasn't surprised about Kwassi being an idiot and touching stuff that wasn't his to begin with. But there was something about the way he had thrown himself over the mask to protect the rest of the ship that bumped his respect up for the newbie traitor just a little.

He was worried about the others, but there was nothing he could do about it right now. They just had to figure it out when they all got together. Hopefully, no one who had split from the rest of the group was replaced by a skrull...well honestly hopefully none of the group heading to Hawkeyes secret location was a skrull. They had to be able to get through this battle trusting each other and if one more of them turned it would become a disaster.

St. David's Hospital - Cardiff: 2:30 A.M.

"Oliver, the leg can turn into a wheelchair. I'd recommend you do that and help Niah outside. I'll go bring the ship around, I'll be out front, you can't miss it," Dr. Larson promised. She gave both of them a quick smile, before she left the room. Whenever the two of them ventured out of the hospital, Dr. Larson's ship was hovering right above the main entrance way. The boarding ramp would only be lowered once Niah and Oliver approached, since otherwise it would be an access issue for people trying to get into the hospital.

Above Serval Industries, Virginia - Quinjet: 9:30 P.M.

Bonnie heard a shout coming from the tech bay and she sighed slightly. They had enough people with injuries already and apparently, Kwassi had hurt himself somehow. She pinched her nose briefly. She felt like the mother of eighteen toddlers, all of them running around with knives. Cass had rushed off after the shout, only to be followed by the Serval CEO, Andrew. She didn't like the idea of leaving the psychopath, Folly, basically alone with the President. Matt had gone off to check in on the chaos too. It left her, Folly, Agent 13, and the President.

"Sorry, sir. Calling you by your first name feels a bit like calling my high school principal Karen," Bonnie told the President. She had been in JROTC in high school. She was very much a military type of girl and calling one's superior officer - the superior officers of all superior officers really - by their first name just felt wrong to her. It was almost as wrong as leaving the President without tending to his injuries. She had to imagine that the Secret Service and White House staff were probably regularly annoyed by him.

"I can watch her, go," Agent 13 said to Bonnie, sensing what her reluctance really was about.

"I don't need a babysitter," Folly protested, rolling her eyes slightly. "Alex and I go waaay back anyways. I knew him before he was all fancy, back when he was just a mini wannabe dictator - or is the word director? I always get them mixed up..."

"...Right," Bonnie said, before grabbing a medical kit and she went over to the tech bay. Kwassi didn't really seem that hurt to her, but everyone was crowding around him. "Excuse me, doctor coming through, excuse me."

And then, over the intercom: "Hello, this is your fetching and sexy captain speaking. If you look out your window on the right, you will see one of the ugliest corporate campuses in America aka Serval Industries. We'll be making our landing momentarily, so take a seat and strap in - or don't, I'm not the one who has to clean your guts off the ceiling, so I don't really care either way. Hawkeye out."

In A Flying Yellow Spaceship - Above New York: 9:30 P.M

Raynor had spent a majority of the flight wondering exactly what was the deal with Astrad. From what he could tell, he was a condescending idiot who had decided to memorize a dictionary. What would S.H.I.E.L.D. want with a guy like that? He also apparently could only follow orders blindly, leaving Raynor to conclude that he had to be a robot or something along those lines, it was the only explanation that made sense.

The rest of the flight he had been focusing on Sparky, worrying about her and her health. The last he had seen her, M-Pox had been ravaging the world. Now, she was pregnant and had been violated by a skrull. It made his blood boil just to think about it. The anger was good though - it was better than feeling powerless, or dwelling on how he had seen his dead parents again and they hadn't recognized him. "We'll want to find Abercrombie when we get in. She's psychic, she can probably find skrulls easily," he suggested once they entered Earth's atmosphere. He didn't say it, but Amelia really was one hell of a pilot - she was a fast learner and her flying skills were noticeably better than they had been at takeoff.

"Abercrombie?" Amelia asked, as the New York City skyline came into view. "Guessing that's another agent from your crew? Or is she a secret wizard as well?" Sparky had a lot of weird connections - like Doctor Strange level weird - so she wouldn't have been surprised if Abercrombie really was another wizard. Maybe this Abercrombie was a pupil of Professor X or something? That'd be wicked cool. Amelia had never met the X-Men before.

"I'm guessing Abercrombie either quit or got promoted again then?" Raynor asked Sparky.

"Ooookay just ignore my question then, thanks, ta," Amelia mumbled. She was focusing on piloting their craft, only she didn't know exactly where they were needed. She managed to get them into a hovering pattern after a few tries and she tilted her head back to look at the others. "Oi, love birds and friend, where exactly am I taking us? I'm pretty sure the Avengers won't really like an alien ship hovering over New York City, bad vibes and all."

The leg could turn into a wheelchair? That was almost unreal, and as he looked at it, he tried to figure out how on earth that could be remotely possible. running his hands over it and looking for buttons, he found nothing. The leg seemed totally and completely functionless, nothing he could to do make it do anything, much less turn into a god damn wheelchair Running his hands over it again, he searched fruitlessly, before finally gripping it and thinking, "In what world is this a wheelchair?" Before quickly discovering that that world, was this world, as the leg opens up, and reshaped itself from its prosthetic form.

A bit awestruck at the capacity of what must be Kree technology he realized that they really had to avoid any kind of war with the Kree. If they could do this, they'd be luck to last a day. He didn't even want to think about what their military technology could look like. As he helped Niah into the chair, and took her out to the ship, he waited until they climbed aboard to share information with Niah. He was maybe overly cautious, but this situation called for that, he felt. Rolling Niah up the ramp, he entered, and finally said, "So, according to Dr. Lawson, the Skrulls are going to make their final play for the Earth at Geneva later this week, apparently to replace world leaders." He explained, before continuing, "This would normally be great to know, since we have time to act before they get to that point, but the Kree are watching us, and if we beat the Skrull too easily, they're gonna get frightened and want to take us over. So we need to make our move at Geneva."

Oliver crossed his arms, "The upshot here, I think, is that this gives us time to prepare." He'd been thinking for awhile about what to do to keep Skrulls from impersonating them, and he thought Niah's powers held the key. "Using your powers, we should be able to tell if any of the agents have been compromised or not, and ideally we could use it to screen people at the UN Summit, but getting our hands on world leaders discretely could prove tricky." He noted. Those would be the most secured people in the world wouldn't be easy, nor would being able to kill one even if they managed to prove they were a Skrull. "If we're lucky, and none have been replaced yet, then I would say the best first move would be to obtain copies of all of their itineraries for the trip, something I might be able to do, and monitor them using that." After all of that, he then checked his phone, and turned to Dr. Lawson, saying, "The teams says to meet them in New Jersey, again, thank you so much."

Cassandra stared at Kwassi and shook her head slightly, she turned around and took a step to the side as Bonnie came through letting her do her thing. Though right now seeing that Kwassi was fine he didnt need any kind of medical attention, she went over and took a seat in one of the nearby chairs. "You could always just make your own AI for that to thats if you know how to make your own anyway." Cass said to Kwassi as she fixed the eyepatch slightly, it was annoying that she could only see out of her only good eye right now when she felt her phone going off to see that it was from Niah.

She was glad to hear from Niah and hoped that it was the real Niah and not a skrull either they would really need her as soon as possible to clear everyone from being a potential skrull. She turned to look out the nearby window hearing Hawkeye's announcement that they were now at Serval Industries. She didnt want to be anywhere near Folly right now after her stabbing and eating her own, she leaned forward slightly and looked over at the others for a moment and hoped that no one else from Serval was a skrull either.

Astrad Lungren

Sparky wouldn't get any answer from Astrad, as the latter was just... for better or for worse, seemingly asleep. He just didn't care anymore; whether it was just the man's ego (and thus a brooding unwillingness to admit that he was wrong) or simple exasperation from everything that has happened today. He still had no idea why anyone would use words other than for their express purpose; co-workers have said that he was as dense as granite, but it couldn't be denied that Astrad Lungren was still a formidable fighter nonetheless. If Raynor did try to kill him, it was going to be one hell of a fight; one that no one would want to be in the sidelines of.

Now that they had gone down to Earth, there was nothing he wanted more than to get to the ground safely. It seemed that the two lovers knew who to go to, so he just turned to Amelia as his eyelids flew open. "I don't know who this Abercrombie is, but make sure to hail SHIELD frequencies and tell them that this ship is a friendly... though either SHIELD or the US Air Force should have hailed us by now. Unless if this ship is invisible on radar."

"Aw, no problem, Kwassi. We all have bad days. You know, when the rolls of the dices of fate are just terrible." Nathan got up as Kwassi thanked him for being literally the only person that had shown him concern right nowm. It was a little dumb, though, to tinker with Stark tech without being Stark himself. Of course, Stark was replaced by a shapeshifting alien, and the real Iron Man could be dead for all they know. He then made sure to give way as Bonnie came in to give the Wakandan treatment.

Still, the president being here was a really weird experience for him. The president looked taller in person, and... huh... he had blue eyes too.

And now, they were in Serval, and the CEO himself was here too. "Strap on, people.", Nathan said as he put on the seatbelt. This was when he noticed that Cassandra had lost an eye... and judging by who she was fighting earlier, there could be one. "Really, girl?", Nathan facepalmed. "What did you do to the woman's eye?"

Regardless of whether or not Mr. Rossi felt well equipped to handle Stark tech, meant nothing to Kwassi. The man may not have high enough ambitions to tackle even attempting to merge or utilize Starks technology, but Kwassi didn't have such apprehensions. After all, Stark did well and good but Wakandan tech still seemed to be miles ahead in his opinion. He decided not to afford him an answer, ignoring what the playboy had to say all together and moving on towards Bonnie who had come in with a kit at hand. "Thank you Agent Chase, but really I'm more than fine. A minor electrical pulse and nothing more I assure you. I suffered far greater blows from our fight earlier than I did with this thing. I can still feel that right hook of yours." Kwassi offered her a reassuring smile before moving his attention of to Agent Reed. He wasn't sure how apt she was in the tech field so he chose his words carefully.

"I am capable of building my own AI yes. But that takes time, patience, and rigourous testing, trials, errors, and debugging that we simply don't have time for. That is why I opted to grab the one I had seen. Given that it was one of Starks it would be more stable and reliable than a fresh AI hardly started in its stages. Though I suppose if we make it out of here alive, then I'll begin work on building one back at S.H.I.E.L.D. ...Granted we find the True Director. " Breacher was as friendly as ever, making Kwassi glad to have met his acquaintance even given the circumstances. The man seemed to know what to stand for, and had a more focused head on his shoulders than others here.

Sparky hesitated for a moment when he mentioned Tinley. Right, he kind of got kicked off the planet before she had died. "Ray, she died a few months ago... Killed by a member of the Black Order during the whole Inhumans and M-Pox thing..." she said softly, before she pulled out her cell phone and saw the message from Cass. Well, there was no way in hell she was going to be able to explain everything in a text message response, so she figured she call her instead. As she hit dial she shot a glare at Astrad before looking at Amelia, "Ignore what the hell he just said, since we have shapeshifting aliens who could be anywhere or anyone, so don't you dare call those frequencies, and he can shut his trap about it," she said, before she waited for the someone to pick up the phone.

Cassandra felt her phone going off, and saw that it was Sparky calling her glad to actually hear from her. "It's good to hear from you Sparky, whats your status and did you find anything about Raynor at all?"

"Yes actually, but it is sort of a long story. So first of all on our way to New York to talk to Strange, Maria knocked me out of the sky, I'll explain a little bit more on why that was in a minute and we crash landed in a town or whatever. Where isn't the point, so, we crash land, I end up feeling really ill, and then this asshole shows up and attacks us, but turns out he's a SHIELD agent or whatever by the name of Lungren, who does not make good first impressions by the way, and then the entire area was apparently an ant hill of HYDRA and so we got surrounded and ended up dragging him along and saving his ass from being stuck there, this all of course happening before we even reach New York and talk to Strange." she said, shooting a glare at Astrad as she spoke.

Cassandra leaned forward as she listened to Sparky telling her what had been going on with her since she had last seen them, what Maria did sounded really troubling and wasnt like her at all, and instantly started to think that she had been replaced by a Skrull do. And then the SHIELD agent attacking Sparky as well to was a bit troubling to her as well and the group of HYDRA agents to. "Well if this agent Lungren attacked you i'll make sure that he gets punished then what happened next?"

"I mean, I think I had way too much fun zapping him with electricity after that... Anyway onwards we went to Strange, where apparently we showed up when he was fighting a demon, and we then helped him more or less contain the thing, Strange did the tracking spell and turns out Raynor was on Asgard. Then we got kicked out of the building... Then we somehow got transported to Asgard, still not entirely sure what the hell happened to get us there, and we met Nanna and Baldur. And then found Raynor, oh, and after that it was revealed that apparently Maria had been a Skrull the entire time. Nanna and Baldur loaned us a ship to get back to Earth, which is where we are now, hovering over New York. What's been going on with you people since I last saw all of you? Where are you guys since this Skrull thing is becoming a bit of a problem..."

"Well after we all went our separate ways we went to Captain America's apartment, after a bit we found out that Flynn was replaced with a skrull, after a few of them attacked us there. He had gone to New York there and ended up fighting against him, Hawkeye and Falcon they managed to escape with some help. Kwassi that new guy ended up joining team Captain America and then the rest of us met up at Avenger's Tower with Iron Man and the others who were pro registration, and then we ended up fighting everyone who was against it. I was fighting this crazy girl named Folly, who stabbed out my eye and ate it. Oh and turned out that everyone who wasnt on our team who was on Iron Man's side turned out to be skrulls to. We are at Serval Industries right now, but we are planning on picking up Niah and Oliver in New Jersey so you guys can meet us up there."

"...You lost an eye and someone ate it? Ew, okay then... So where exactly in New Jersey do you want to meet up? Need something a little bit more specific then just the state name... And it's starting to sound like the Skrulls are starting to become a bigger and bigger problem then it first seemed..." her mind was starting to think about what else they could do regarding the entire situation, but something else was in her mind regarding the entire situation. Namely the part about Cass' eye being gone. "You know if you want, I could see about maybe making a robotic eye for you, so you can at least get some vision from it and not be like Fury wandering around with an eye patch or something... If you want me to."

Cassandra thought for a moment, she hadnt really thought of the location really either which she should have told Niah and Oliver where to meet up there as well to. "Lets meet up at the Atlantic City Boardwalk would that work?" She asked as she thought for a moment, Cass really did need to have some kind of prosthetic or robotic eye did sound good. "I'd like that when this is all over could have Bonnie help out to with that."

"Alright... We'll meet you there, see you soon," she responded before hanging up the phone and looking over at Amelia, "We're going to meet up in New Jersey, head for the Atlantic City Boardwalk, we might want to see if there is a place we can park this thing that might not draw too much attention. And my concerns about Skrulls were valid, so continue to ignore anything that Lungren said, since apparently half of the Avengers at the least were replaced by Skrulls, which means there is a good chance SHIELD also has been replaced, since just got word another member of our team apparently was a Skrull. This is going to be one hell of an adventure clearly. And also Lungren, guess what, Raynor and I both outrank you, so how about you stop trying to give orders."

"I can understand that sort of thought, you aren't the first person I've told to skip the formalities and who has had that sort of thought process regarding it," he responded to Bonnie with a bit of a laugh. Personally he preferred to be less formal in most things, but considering the fact that they were dealing with things that could result in all of them dying, he more or less was fine with everyone just saying his name. It was always something that annoyed him, formalities and all, and he tried to avoid them if he could in most ways.

Andrew was just listening to the conversations that were going around about Kwassi grabbing a hold of a Stark AI. He was brushing it off, but in reality that was probably the dumbest thing he could have tried to do. Actually it probably would have been smarter to maybe have Hawkeye or someone else who typically hung around Stark to try it, since then it likely would have recognized their voice and not been so quick to self destruct and kill itself. It was just a thought, and a part of him wanted to point that out, he was still debating whether or not he should do that.

Alex rolled his eyes at Folly when she made her comment, "You are so kind aren't you Folly?" he responded to her, but shrugged, saying nothing else to her when he heard the words over the intercom system. He headed out of the medical area and went for a seat on the jet, strapping himself into a seat and waiting for them to land the ship already. Alex couldn't help but laugh slightly at Hawkeye's description of the building and how everything was with it. Definitely was amusing to him, that was for sure, this was going to be an interesting stop, he'd never actually been to Serval before.

"Look, wasn't exactly mocking you or anything for it alright?" Andrew said to Kwassi, "Honestly, what person who makes tech of any sort hasn't probably been injured more then once by it, I know I definitely have by my own stuff, and some things that were built by others and then literally got blown up in my face by someone trying to steal it. You can't be prepared for everything." Upon hearing Hawkeye's announcement caused him to roll his eyes, "Sadly I don't get a say in how the building or compound looks technically that falls to the owner, but then again I haven't been able to get in contact with him for a while," he added, before he went and strapped himself down in a seat, waiting for them to land already.

Somewhere: Some Time.

"Of course," Larson said. "You don't need to thank me - I'm just doing what anyone would do," she added. She hesitated for a moment, before deciding to unburden something she had been keeping secret, something that even Fury didn't know. "I have a son - he's not even a year old yet. I like to think that this planet, this amazing little blue rock, will still be around when he's older."

Serval Industries, Virginia - Quinjet: 9:40 P.M.

Breacher must have been insane, as he was nowhere near Folly and yet decided to have a conversation with her. It was probably from all of the head trauma he had suffered earlier. Bonnie couldn't help but surmise as much privately, thinking that it would be for the best if he left for Serval with some of the others now that they had arrived. She had strapped herself into a seat as they were about to land and Kwassi refused medical treatment. She gave a bit of a questioning look to Cass, curious about the other end of that phone conversation.

As they landed on the landing platform at Serval Industries, Hawkeye's warning apparently hadn't been listened to by everyone. Cass and Kwassi both stumbled and fell into the wall of the quinjet rather hard, which would definitely give them some bruises. Matt was a bit jostled but managed to maintain his balance. Folly had it the worst. She had been very excited at the idea of a violent landing without safety measures and she fell in the worst popular manner. There were spare arrows for Hawkeye nearby and she accidentally ended up impaling herself with quite a few of them, the arrows going straight through her stomach. "Owwwww!" Folly screeched, although there was a tint of merriment to her scream.

"I did warn you all," Hawkeye's voice came over the intercom, as the ramp lowered so they could leave the quinjet. "Wheels up in twenty. Anyone who is leaving, get off now. That includes you, Princess Crazy."

In A Flying Yellow Spaceship - Above New York State: 9:40 P.M

Amelia couldn't help but roll her eyes slightly as Astrad told her to hail everyone on all frequencies and alert them to their presence. She had really been trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he was rubbing her the wrong way. She wouldn't have been surprised if he started mansplaining more things to her too, like how to fly. Amelia turned around slightly, swiveling her butt in the beanbag chair, and she sneezed.

Now, for an ordinary person, a sneeze was nothing. But for someone with the inhuman power to manipulate air, it was no simple sneeze. A huge gust of wind came from Amelia's nostrils and mouth, flying directly at Astrad. The Swede wasn't at all prepared and he was blasted out of his beanbag, soaring to the back of the yellow spaceship and going splat against the wall. "Ugh, I'm beginning to see why women shouldn't fly..." Astrad mumbled.

"Oops. My bad, cunt," Amelia said innocently, before turning around in her beanbag chair. They were making really good time. No one had picked them up on radar and now with a destination in mind, they just needed to detour south to head to New Jersey. Amelia made an abrupt U-turn basically and they zipped along. With the speed they were going at, they'd be at the boardwalk in the next few minutes.

Raynor had actually been saddened to hear that Abercrombie had died. He hadn't particularly liked her, but she had been part of the team - part of his people. He couldn't help but think if he had been there and not some stupid skrull imposter, Abercrombie probably would still be alive. "Sounds like whoever was on the phone was having one hell of a time," he commented dryly, staring at Astrad in the back. The Swede was just sitting there, muttering something over and over again underneath his breath. Raynor couldn't quite hear it, but he already hated the guy and didn't need much of a reason to be suspicious.

Astrad stumbled to his feet, a strange hollow look in his eyes. His words were audible now, spoken in fluent German. "Gute Soldaten folgen Befehlen. Gute Soldaten folgen Befehlen. Gute Soldaten folgen Befehlen." There was a phone in his hand and Astrad dropped it to the ground unceremoniously, as if he didn't even know he had been using it a minute ago.

"I've got a bad feeling about this," Raynor frowned.

"Bloody hell, what's he saying, mate?" Amelia asked, unnerved. She did not speak German. She was pretty sure it was German that he was speaking - that or some similar language from Europe.

"Good soldiers follow orders," Raynor answered. He spoke the All-Tongue. He understood all languages through it and he could be understood by everyone because of it. Most S.H.I.E.L.D. agents didn't know he was Asgardian, instead assuming that he had just picked up a ton of languages easily over his career. Raynor pulled his dagger, Lyting, from its sheath at the same moment that Astrad sent explosive bombs of ice flying at them like shrapnel. Amelia blew as hard as she could, sending the bits of ice flying back at Astrad with the powerful gust of wind.

"Gute Soldaten folgen Befehlen," Astrad repeated, even as bits of ice were embedded in his body.

Raynor threw his dagger at Astrad, and his aim was true - the dagger hit Astrad head, killing him instantly.

"What the fuck was that?!?!?!" Amelia exclaimed.

"Wild." Niah said as the leg morphed into a chair. It really was wild. She was thankful Oliver was there to help her out, and explain everything that she had missed. There was a lot to unpack in that. "So we are meeting the team in Jersey? Then we are going to plan for stopping the Skrulls in Geneva in a week, but make it look just incompetent enough that the Kree aren't threatened by us. Knowing our group we can do that no problem." Maybe self-deprecating humor after fighting her own self-doubt wasn't the best idea.

She looked at Dr. Lawson, sympathy was written all over her features. "Well we can still appreciate the efforts. I hope we keep the Earth safe too. Sometimes saving the world is a lot easier when you're saving it for one person." She said sagely. Remember the efforts she had put into saving the world. It had been focused on getting Bonnie back...or her sister.

Matt hadn't sat down, but he had sea legs from being on ships for so much of his career before. He was going to be very happy with Folly gone. And honestly, he hoped several others would get off here too. Matt offered his hand to Cass to help her steady herself. "You okay?" He asked, almost calling her dear.

Once she was fine he sat down this time and bucked up. "Right, but next time let us actually get a chance to get to our seats." Matt complained, though he had a grin on his face. "Also I have to say. That girl is like the weirdest ball of joy and death."

Cassandra Reed

Cassandra turned to look at Kwassi for a moment before putting her phone away, she knew her way around computers and coding pretty well though she had never actually made an AI like Stark actually could she was a graduate of MIT after all as well. Before actually becoming team lead of the Secret Warriors Cass did spend more time behind the scenes than in the actual field before joining Coulson's Team as well. "Well I do know my way around computers and coding, given time I could make a basic AI if i'm given the right stuff for one. I did spend more time behind the scenes working on computers and what not as well." She told Kwassi.

When Hawkeye decided to make the landing rougher than she would have liked she landed on the ground groaning slightly as she looked at her arm slightly seeing a few bruises. Cass looked up at Matt and smiled towards him as she took his hand and pulled herself back up to her feet and nodded towards her. "I'm okay, thank you." She said giving him a smile and looked towards the others for a moment. "Once we finish here we are going to meet the others at the New Jersey Boardwalk." Cassandra informed them as she turned to see a redhead standing just outside of the Quinjet.

Evelyn stood just outside of the landing pad for Serval Industries after being informed that they were going to be getting some guests pretty soon from Andrew. She crossed her arms over her chest as she looked up at the sky seeing a Quinjet making its way through the sky before making a landing on the landing pad. Seeing the ramp going down Evelyn looked at the group of SHIELD agents in front of her, she was a former SHIELD agent before deciding to leave and join Serval instead.

"Welcome to Serval Industries everyone." Evelyn said as she looked over to see Andrew there and gave him a smile and nodded towards him glad to see that he was alright. She had decided to stay out of the whole Civil War mess, and didnt really want to be involved with the whole thing but if she did have the choice she'd probably would have joined with Iron Man.

Oliver Sullivan

Oliver looked back to the good doctor, and nodded. She was personally invested in the survival of the planet, not only for herself, but for her child, and possibly a wider family. People would do a lot to keep their loved ones safe, he knew that from personal experience. He smiled at her and said, "It's a nice thought, we're gonna do everything we can to keep your kid safe." It was a true sentiment, but he wouldn't just the thinking about her kid, of course, everyone's children was at stake. His parents were, his friends and enemies and everyone were; the weight of the world was on his shoulders.

He laughed a tiny bit at Niah's take on the situation. She was still super out of it, it seemed, but she kind of had a point. After Hill's Laws, the team was a bit fractured. They needed to put bullshit behind them if they wanted to stop the literal end of the world, but thankfully, they were all adults, so he didn't think they'd have too much trouble doing that. It sucked that they were in this situation, but now that they were here, they had to find a way out of it. A part of him felt that, if he had been better, been able to see where the Skrulls were, he could have done someth8ing to prevent this, but now it was too late for regrets.

It appeared that Servals finest did have the ability to see when he put his foot in his mouth. Good. That would mean that his nose wasn't always higher than his eyes. Kwassi was about to comment back to him, acknowledging his statement and opening up a bit more, but then Hawkeye had come on the intercom to announce their first destination. Little had Kwassi known that it was more of a warning than announcement. He had felt better landings jumping from rooftop to rooftop in shoes with no support or suspension. To say it was rough would be putting it too mildly. The Wakandan toppled over and slammed against a wall, immediately going to grab his elbow and biceps as he felt what may be a bruise forming. He didnt dare move until the plane finally stopped and he would stand up and dust himself off.

Long gone was any want to continue his conversation with Agent Reed and The Fly about AIs, their construction, or how they may fit them to help against this new threat. All Kwassi wanted to do was strap in, go off, and head to Hawkeyes secret base or whatever he had planned. "No hard feelings then Mr. Rossi. I hope you and those who go with you stay safe and vigilant." With that, Kwassi sat down, strapped in, and prepared for what was undoubtedly going to be a rough take off.

"Yeah, Cass is in charge of the team at this point now, she got a bit of a promotion," she responded with a bit of a shrug, before giving Astrad another sort of glare. The guy was really getting on her nerves, and she was about to snap at him again, when she stopped, utterly confused by what it was that he seemed to now be muttering to himself. That wasn't good and the idea of him saying something over and over again in a different language was not good and making him seem like even more of a weirdo then he already was. What the hell was up with him?

When Raynor translated what it was that he was saying, that concerned her a bit, "Uhhh..." was all she had managed to say before Astrad openly attacked them, but thankfully Amelia was quick to respond and blasted the shards of ice right back at him. With Raynor throwing the dagger that ended up killing him in an instant. Well that had escalated quickly, and she hadn't even had time to zap him in response or anything like that. "...That seemed like the whole Order 66 thing straight from Star Wars or something," she commented, looking over at the other two, not entirely sure what else to say at this point.

The landing was a bit rough, but having been among the people who had actually strapped into chairs made it not so bad. Andrew nodded his head slightly at Kwassi in response, before he undid the straps and got up, before going over to where Folly was and looked at her. "Alright kid, come on let's get going, this is our stop," he said to her directly, before he headed off of the quinjet now that they were at Serval since things were going to get beyond hectic. At least this way he could get the crazy kid out of the way.

"Why does everyone keep calling her a kid or whatever," he couldn't help but comment with regards to Folly and her age. Alex could somewhat understand since she looked younger then she actually was, but he figured he might want to set the record somewhat straight. "She's in her early 20s, actually if my math is right legal drinking age or something like that, old enough to drink, young enough to not be able to rent cars without a bunch of fees," he added towards Andrew, since the guy clearly was the one who was going to be somewhat dealing with her at this point.

Andrew headed off of the Quinjet and saw Evelyn standing there waiting for them, he hadn't really explained much over the message that he had sent, only telling her to meet them outside "Hey there Eve, so there is a bit of a bigger problem then everything else that has been going on with the war thing or whatever you want to call it," he said instantly to her in a sort of hushed voice in a rather quick explanation, "Apparently there is an alien invasion going on to add onto everything else, so if you can, see about helping them out, I've got to see about getting a certain somewhat psycho person to a shrink or something, haven't quite figured that out yet."

Now he was just waiting to see if they would take off again, but in the meantime he was just glancing at the building that was outside and decided he wasn't going to stay strapped into the seat for the moment and he got unbuckled and up out of the seat he was in. This day was just getting better and better, but he figured that eventually they'd get this sorted out and dealt with and they wouldn't have too much to worry about. Then again that was just wishful thinking given the fact that there was still a whole alien invasion that they had to deal with, that was going to be fun.

Mar-Vell's Ship - Above Nova Scotia: 9:50 P.M.

Dr. Larson laughed ever so slightly at Niah's self-deprecating remark. While she was an alien, she wasn't a stranger to humor. "I'm sure you're more competent than you give yourself credit for - Nick spoke very highly of you both," she then added. She smiled a little bit at their kind words regarding her son. Larson was incredibly proud of her bouncing baby boy, but of course, there was still some crucial information she hadn't disclosed yet. He was the son of a skrull princess, making him an heir to the throne. Half skrull, half kree.

If either Niah or Oliver was paying attention to their coordinates, likely via their phone's GPS, they'd realize they were above Nova Scotia. They had crossed the Atlantic Ocean already at incredible - no, impossible speeds.

Serval Industries, Virginia - Quinjet: 9:50 P.M.

Folly might have protested being kicked off of the plane, but she didn't much feel like hanging around with a bunch of Avengers wannabes anyways. From what she could tell, they were pretty much about to go off into hiding, which was boring. At least here there were new places to go and people to see! She was a traveler at heart of course, having been raised in a circus - she never liked to stay in one place too long. "You look like my friend Marygold!" Folly said gleefully as she saw the ginger welcoming them. "Can you talk to plants?"

She shrugged when the subject of her age came up. Her family had never been the type to really celebrate birthdays - well, that wasn't true. Her father had always demanded a large party for his. She and her mother were an afterthought. Her left eye twitched slightly from the abrupt trip down memory lane, her hands shaking ever so slightly. Out of the corner of her right eye, she could see her father's pasty white, jeering face, twisted into a cruel clown's smile.

"This everyone?" Hawkeye's voice came over the intercom. He had given them twenty minutes for this brief little stop and they were about ten minutes in. They'd need to circle back and fly north to meet the others in New Jersey, and then, onto the mysterious safe house that Barton refused to share the location of.

Bonnie was still strapped into her seat and she closed her eyes, taking a chance to just breathe. So much had happened - so much kept on happening. They hardly ever got a break. The universe never seemed to stay safe for very long, there was always some new threat coming to challenge the peace, some tragedy at play. She had set aside her emotions, dedicating herself to this job, trying to use her skills as best as she could to save everyone.

"Seek me in Ἀθῆναι by summer's end," a voice whispered into her mind and Bonnie jolted, her eyes springing open. There was no one out of place. No one on the plane had the ability of telepathy as far as she knew. Her heart was pounding wildly. She had no idea who it was that had reached out to her, but in the midst of this crisis, she didn't have the time to question and ponder as much as she wanted to do so.

In A Flying Yellow Spaceship - Above New Jersey: 9:50 P.M

"You... you just killed a man," Amelia exclaimed, pointing at Raynor. "I know that you were dying or something or just woke up from a flower nap, but you can't just kill people - I mean I suppose it was in self defense, but bloody hell, he should've stood trial... But then again he did attack Sparky and she's major preggo, so, he obviously wasn't a very good person and he tried to kill us all so... Thanks, I think? Like, that wasn't really justice there, but at the same time it was? I don't know what my opinion is on this other than aghhhh. I think I'm going to pipe down and just finish flying, eh, mate? And I'll leave the morality questions for later..."

"... I honestly didn't listen to a word you just said," Raynor admitted. Amelia struck him as a chatterbox and as someone who couldn't handle moral grey areas. She seemed to have talked herself out at least, allowing him to walk on over - carefully, as to avoid falling - to Astrad's body. He pulled out the knife and wiped it clean on Astrad's clothing, before putting Lyting away. "We should throw his body in the harbor when we get a chance."

"Wait, what? Are we covering this up? You killed him in self defense, this wasn't a crime, but.... I guess we really can't just go waltz on up to the police with the aliens and all, but still, when this all blows over someone is going to come looking for him. And it would be pretty fishy of us to just cover up the fact that he's dead," Amelia rambled, continuing to pilot the ship as they were rapidly closing in on their destination.

"I don't want the son of a bitch on my ma-on Nanna's ship," Raynor snapped. "He tried to kill us. He tried to hurt my pregnant wife. I want his corpse at the bottom of the fucking ocean and I want his soul to rot - he doesn't get to go to Valhalla. There's nothing honorable about a fucking HYDRA squid."

Cassandra Reed

Cassandra watched as Andrew started to escort Folly off of the Quinjet, she was glad that Folly wasnt going to be sticking around with them any longer she didnt want to really end up going blind if Folly decided to try and stab her in her only good eye left. She went to go and sit down next to Bonnie and made sure that she strapped herself into her seat this time. Cass didnt want to get knocked out of her seat again or something during takeoff she was hurt enough as it was right now, she looked at the redhead who Andrew seemed to know as she went to get herself seated.

She noticed that her friend seemed to have jolted back up for some reason and reached over to gently rest a hand on Bonnie's shoulder looking at her friend with a concerned look. "Is everything okay Bonnie?" Cass asked her, wondering what had happened she then realized that she had forgotten to text Oliver and Niah where to meet them in New Jersey sending out a quick text to the two of them.

To Oliver & Niah:
"We are meeting Sparky at the Jersey City Boardwalk, meet us there as soon as you guys can."

Evelyn stared at Folly saying that she looked like someone named Marygold who she had no idea who that was, and shook her head slightly she didnt have that power either. "No that isnt apart of my powerset." Evelyn said simply as Andrew came over towards her, telling her what had been going on. An alien invasion really didnt sound good at all, and gave him a slight nod she could be pretty useful over there and she didnt have anything else to do. "I can help out then, i'll see you when this is all over then." Evelyn said as she walked up and entered the Quinjet.

Evelyn went and strapped herself into a nearby seat as she heard Hawkeye's voice over the intercom, she looked at everyone in the room she wasnt familiar with anyone of them. She sat by herself for the time being unless someone wanted to talk to her or tell her what was going on with this alien invasion.
