Valeria listened intently, nodding her head when Talon spoke and watched his form carefully so she could replicated. When he informed her that she needed a smooth stone with the right weight she dropped the rocks she had gathered and began to look for one that fit Talon's description. As she search for her perfect stone, she glanced up to Talon to study his face. Weird. How could someone that had looked so full of anger look so peaceful now skipping rocks with her. She looked back down a second later to continue her search. When she finally found a rock she stood up again. She did as Talon instructed her.

She held the stone between her thumb and index fingered, shifted to the side a bit, and threw the stone. She watched as the stone skipped over the water.

One.
wha-omp

Two.
wha-omp

Three.
wha-omp

"Oh my Gods! I did it!" Valeria clapped her hands and rocked between her toes and heels, wearing a grin on her face. She looked at Talon, smile still in place. "Thank you! Ah, this is awesome. You're a pretty good teacher, you know." She glanced down from his eyes to his busted lip. She was about to offer to heal it from him when she heard someone behind them speak.

Valeria turned to see Bronwyn standing there with Duke. She returned the girl's smile with a little wave of her own and waving at Duke too. She stood there, looking between Talon and Bronwyn. So she had been one of the triggers to Talon's explosion? She tilted her head, curious as to how Talon would react. Would he be angry? Understanding? Ignore her? Either way, Valeria wanted to know. And she still wanted to heal Talon as a thank you for teaching her how to skip rocks.

Tyler Rumancek

Son of Hermes

______________________________________________________________________________________
Location: Hades Cabin
Interactions: Salem, Erin's cat
______________________________________________________________________________________

Reowr.

Stopping dead in his tracks in the middle of reaching for couple of mugs in the cabinet, Tyler slowly looked over to see Erin's black cat Salem sitting just a few feet away from him, the cat's orange-ish eyes staring up at the boy. Tail flicking back and forth slowly, the cat always seemed to know when Tyler came over and would always seek him out. Did this cat know he was allergic to felines, or something?! As if hearing his thoughts, the cat pushed forward towards Tyler as he groaned in response to the feline's approach.

"Salem, st-- Fuck, I didn't take my--" Ty cursed himself, not having taken his allergy pill before heading over. Had his dad not been there, he may have had an easier time remembering. Hermes' son sighed heavily and went to a different cabinet, grabbing out the bottle of antihistamines he left over just in case he forgot his, popping the cap and shaking a single one out.

"By the name of Zeus, Salem, I swear to the gods. Stay!"

It was no use. The cat leapt up onto the counter and continued in his approach, only about a foot away from Tyler now. The boy snagged one of the mugs he'd meant to get out before and shoved it under the faucet, running it long enough to fill the bottom of the cup before tossing it back with the small pill. Had it been anyone else's cat, Tyler would have already shoved it off the counter and been done with it, but he wouldn't do that to Erin's poor cat. No matter how much it seemed to live to torture Tyler. Just as soon as the boy had downed the allergy medicine, the cat pressed up against his chest and brushed his head into him, rubbing the length of himself along the boy with his tail running just beneath Tyler's chin. The son of Hermes sighed heavily, his eyebrows pulling together in a soft glare at the cat.

"You're an ass."

Brrowr.

Tyler shook his head and lifted a hand, scratching the cat's head lightly a moment before moving away from him to continue with setting up mugs for the tea he had been preparing, now standing at the counter watching the teapot quietly. The boy was lost in thought. He was more surprised than anything that she hadn't just shadow-traveled herself into her cabin. Could she really be taking the entire camp on, right now? Maybe she was letting off some steam by sending her hellhounds after the crowd of people. Now that would be something to see.

Talon

۵ ۞ ۵

Location: Lake, Camp Half-Blood - Long Island Sound; New York.
Interacting With: Valeria, @Rodiak Bronwyn, @Moro

Talon watched her, his gaze serious as he checked how she was holding the rock. It was such a simple thing, skipping rocks... it wasn't anything to hard. but she seemed to take joy in it. As her stone whipped across the water, she gained such happiness from it. There really wasn't any reason to take that joy away, and he returned her smile, giving a shrug. "Not everyone is so willing to learn." He said softly, but was interrupted as someone approached them.

Stiffening, Talon didn't turn. What could have possible swayed her to think that this was a good idea? He let the rock he held slip from his fingers, any good will he had disappearing, and he doubted it would be so simple to find it again. Why couldn't he have just been left alone? For a few moments, things had seemed okay. Like he wasn't being crushed by the anger, or by the melancholy that often plagued him.

It had just been skipping rocks, now... even that was tainted. "The thing about assholes." He said softly, "Is they often don't realise they are being assholes. If something hurts, it isn't friendly competition.." He'd been okay for all of a few moments. That happened less and less lately. It wasn't much of an apology- even if it had been meant to be one. Sorry you took it serious, but it was just a bit of fun. is what it seemed to him. "I know I'm an asshole, but at least I admit it."

He turned, sparing Brownyn a glance. He stared at her, as if daring her to say something else. "Is that all you wanted to say?" He sighed heavily, just wanting those few minutes of peace back. His nails dug into the palms of his hands again, bringing about fresh blood to drip slowly onto the ground.

Niesha merely watched Sam, not certain if he was laughing at her or not. She wasn't sure... but she supposed it didn't matter. "It looks like it... I'm not sure what they think they can do... Not like we can force Erin to go on the quest." perhaps they could help though, although she doubted they'd get far without Erin. Her gaze followed the others as some of them went to Erin- soon out of sight. Troubled, Niesha let her gaze move to the Owlet as it soared overhead. Snow circled above once, twice, and then aimed back towards the cabin. Perhaps the owl just wanted to let her know she was there.

Niesha turned his attention back to Sam, a little amused. "Sure" She said, although she was certain that cabin Nine was the hephaestus cabin, but decided not to say anything. She could be wrong- it wouldn't be the first time. SHe didn't really go to other cabins, so it was possible.

"I don't mind.... games are life."

For a lot of reasons - though not known to many outside of those who really know her - Vivian opted out of the tower challenge today. It wasn't necessarily her choice nor was it her intention to miss out on something she had been training weeks for. With all of the hours she put not only into conditioning her body, excelling at speed and accuracy training, and overcoming the fear that seldom left her alone, she was feeling empowered for many days leading up until today.

From the very moment she and everyone else was made aware of the tower event that happened today, Vivian Lucasta made sure to wake up every day. At daybreak. When the sun rose, so did she. And she took in the rays by doing yoga. It was the easiest way she could ease her mind whenever she became, for a lack of a better word, distant from her cheery self. The early morning rays, paired with the backdrop of the beach, often brought her an inner-peace that gave Vivian strength. She could even hear the words of her father slowly make their way into her arms as she took in the rays.

But just minutes before she was about to leave the Apollo Cabin and join the other campers, Vivian had one of her many nonconsenting visions. Usually they only lasted for a few seconds and she was able to shake it off after a few moments of rest. Unfortunately, this time around, not only did it linger for over an hour, but every minute of that hour gifted her the displeasure of something sapping her strength -- which sometimes did happen. It was rare, but the vision placed her in a state of dread. She saw images of it, but she couldn't see her anywhere near the tower. In fact, at the moment she fainted, she saw herself from the perspective of a bird, falling to the ground and being carried away to the infirmary.

As a still woozy Vivian opened her blue eyes, trying to focus on whatever was up, which happened to be the roof of the infirmary. She moaned as she felt her muscles ache, her stomach tightening as she tried to sit up. But Vivian Lucasta wasn't a quitter (despite the camp rumors). When she found herself in an upright position, though she still felt drained of most of her raw energy, she wasn't feeling as fatigued as she was.

A sense of disappointment set in when she realized that she shouldn't be the one in the hospital bed. The children of APollo were supposed to be the healers and here she was in a bed, sapped of most of her energy and having no signs of feeling any better. "I'm sorry," she whispered quietly. Nobody in reach of hearing her might know it, but she was apologizing to her father.

Stands to Big House | Camp-Halfblood
@Vicier@King Kindred@Zenritch

Kyrin had seen this happening. The fear of leaving the camp. Of going back out in the world where you had been hurt for so long without the help of anyone. The camp had offered Kyrin a small safe heaven from the outside world. Here, he didn't have to worry about his next meal or if he'd be beaten for not cleaning the house right. He wouldn't be yelled at for talking the wrong way. He wouldn't be abused for simply existng. Erin must have felt something akin to that.

And like all things, the little safe heaven was torn away from them. No one was safe. Especially them. Demigods had no power. They'd always be little toys for the Gods in Olympus to use as entertainment.

He watched Erin take off away from them towards the cabin. Kyrin glanced at Spencer and Dorian, knowing they would give chase after her. She couldn't be alone right now, he knew, but he also knew that too many people would suffocate someone in a mental state like Erin's right now. Despite that, he walked towards their direction, where Spencer had managed to catch up to Erin. He stayed a bit further away, observing them for any signs of discomfort from her. He'd seen her react badly to touch before, especially from the opposite sex, and right now more any more stress might bring her over the edge.

She was one of his few friends in here that knew him. That knew all of Kyrin and hadn't run away. He had to protect Erin. Keep her safe as she made him feel safe.

What Spencer had said sounded straight out of a movie, but he was right. Erin couldn't just give up and give them the satisfaction of just giving up. They wouldn't let her. The outside world was scary, but Erin wouldn't be alone. Not for one second.

"He's right, Erin." Kyrin finally spoke up. "You're not alone. Not anymore. You have us, and we will help you." His fingers twitched on his side. "It's okay to be afraid." Fuck. He was afraid too, but he wasn't going to give up on Erin just because of that.

Zane Blacklight

Location: Stands - Camp Half-Blood, Infirmary - Camp Half-Blood
Interacting With: Vivian@metanoia

Zane had half a mind to go to see Erin after he left the Oracle's building. She surely needed support from others about this. Being accused by a god and have to clear her name in a week's time must be hard for her. And based on what the other campers said like even the quiet Dorian spoke up. It was certainly unexpected that Dorian spoke about threatening the war god if he lays his hand on Erin. That was very brave of Dorian to say. Potentially pissing off a god is one thing, but still. Brave to say regardless, and the chances are that plenty of people are willing to support Erin through this.

Which after seeing a group of people form around Erin. No doubt asking what the prophecy is and voicing their support for her. Zane saw the group and feel that while he could add his voice to theirs. Perhaps he should not go to her right now. Not to overwhelm her and leave her time to think about things, still, if Erin asks, Zane will willing go help with what he has. Demigods need to stick together, right, and they all know she is innocent in this. Though he would like to know what Ares accused Erin but, Zane doubts he will ever get an answer to that.

With the meeting over and the Obstacle Tower race done with. Zane opted to walk around for a bit. Give his legs something to do before he decided on where exactly he wanted to go. Walking around and noting with the sun high and bright in the sky and a nice breeze too. It was at least a nice day compared to what is happening in the camp. As he walked, Zane thought about going back to the training grounds and practiced some more but, he already did his morning training and felt a bit tired from it. That and he doubts his sparring partner free since she is most likely doing things. So relaxing and walking around the camp he goes.

While he was walking past the Apollo Cabin when he saw a woman being carried away by campers. "Shoot," Zane said under his breath. Someone hurt, another thing to add to the list of bad things that happened today. Though watching her get carried out of the Apollo Cabin made him wonder what happened to her. What could happen in the cabin of healers that would require someone to be sent to the infirmary? That and he as a healer after all. It would be a change of pace from healing himself than others lately. So he opted to head to the infirmary and check on on the woman.

Entering the infirmary, and quickly finding Vivian, and walked over to her. Seeing how she did not look great but was at least sitting upright. Speaking in a soft tone, "Hey, I saw you get brought in, and I wanted to know if you were okay." Zane then taking a seat on a bed across from her. "I may not be a child of Apollo, but I can heal whatever caused you to be brought here."

Samuel Owen Mercer

Location: Obstacle Tower -> The Cabins - Camp Half-Blood; New York.
Interacting With: Niesha Stevenson (@MarshiestMallow).

"Well... I mean... you could try. Ain't gunna end well for the poor bugger that does though."

A frown crossing over his lips, losing his train of thought to the mere image of someone trying to drag Erin out of camp and through the barrier that kept them safe, Samuel's gaze wandered away from the red-haired beauty that he was currently mid conversation with. Her words mixed with his ADHD causing his mind to send him off on a dusty back road off a shittily maintained side road off the long ass cross-country drive that was this tangent. Seriously, he was pretty sure it a small army could try and force the daughter of Hades to go on this quest for this pigeon; but even then, she'd probably have them running scared. Standing on her porch with the furball in her arms, petting it like some maniacle evil genious. Gods... he really needed to convince Corona to take a day off so they could binge watch Phineus and Ferb together.

Distracted, clearly so, as he nodded his head towards the conclusion he'd somehow managed to come to in such a roundabout way that even he wasn't aware of, it was a few moments later that his attention was drawn back to Neisha standing beside him. Watching him with those gorgeous blue eyes of her. Blinking; once... twice... a third time for good measure, the ball eventually dropped, and his mind snapped back to the current conversation. At least he *hoped* it was the current situation, though he honestly couldn't be sure right now.

"Right..! Time to feed the cat..!"

Arm reaching out, Samuel draped it over Neisha's shoulder. His free hand slipping down and into the pocket of his brown leather jacket as he pulled her just that little bit closer against his body; keeping her shorter - at least when compared to him - stature under consideration as he kept pace at her side. Leading her towards the cabins, and in particular, the one that he was currently sharing with his cousins - both blood, and adopted - while his girlfriend was back home with her family, "To cabin nine..! By the way..."

Pausing, he turned his head. Bringing his bright blues down to meet with hers; shoulders giving a light shrug, "..you know I don't have a cat, right..?"

Brandon Murphy & Ky' vie Morgan

۵ ۞ ۵

Location: Hephaestus Cabin - Camp Half-Blood; New York.
Interacting With: Each other.

Ten minutes indeed. The son of Ares made quick work of his shower and threw some basketball shorts on, taking his towel with him as he sped off out of the Ares cabin, hearing one of his siblings complaining about leaving the door open. He didn't care too much, he was on a mission, of sorts. Brandon used the towel he had lain over his shoulder to dry off his hair as he wrapped his free hand around the door knob, pushing into the cabin hesitantly. The boy peeked in and saw no one was in there, slipping in and shutting the door behind him.

"Hey gorgeous, where you at?"

"..in here."

Head on a light tilt as she used the towel to scrunch at her hair, drying it off as best as she could for the moment, Ky' vie found herself distracted as she stared down at the various blueprints and schematics that she had covering the surface of her desk. Her mind stuck on-... Well, she wasn't exactly sure just what it was stuck on at this point. There was so much fucking going on at once; so much that they all needed to process, that it was more than a little hard to focus on any one thing in particular. She wasn't sure that distracting herself with her work, or her side projects was going to help too much, but hell, it was worth a damn try wasn't it..? At least, it couldn't hurt... worst that could happen was she got a little too into her own thoughts that she fucked something up, and had to make a new part to replace the one she'd screwed.

A light frown crossing over her lips, her body lowering until she was seated in her desk chair; she lowered the towel until it was resting over her lap. A single hand reaching out to brush aside some of the plans she'd been working on the night before; stopping only when she came to the ones that she was currently looking for. Her steely eyes gliding over the design- the tweaks in her calculations; they eventually drew across to the project in question. The perfect replica of the Colt Paterson eighteen thirty-six cap and ball had been a bitch to modify; but then, it didn't help that she wasn't particularly familiar with firearms. Fire... yes. Gun..? Not so much. But she was willing to give it a go, and it wasn't as though she was short on inspiration.

Her gaze flicked away from the revolver and over to one of the shelves housing her pop culture memorabilia- Supernatural being a stable in her showcase.

Returning her attention to the project in front of her, she gave a quick toss of her towel off to the side. Not particularly caring where it landed as she reached into her desk draw. And pulling out a decent sized wooden box, she placed it beside her. Legs crossing under the desk as she opened it up; clearly getting ready to begin her work.

Brandon's head whipped towards the direction of her voice, walking over to find her with his typical stupid grin plastered to his face. It wasn't until Bran noticed the schematics and blueprints spread out over her desk that she was so clearly focused on -- not him -- that he realized this wasn't going to be what he thought, though he remained hopeful even still. Stepping up till he was standing directly behind her, Brandon placed his hands on her shoulders with a firm grip, massaging her shoulder muscles with his thumbs as he spoke.

"So, what exactly are we looking at here?" The young man's lips pressed together in a fine line, his brows furrowing a bit. "And how exactly is it going to be a better offer than our usual? Mm?"

Oh, by the Gods his hands could work wonders...

Closing her eyes as his fingers began working at the muscles in her shoulders, already relaxed by the shower she'd had, Ky' vie's attention was pulled away from her work. Her naturally pouted lips parting at the seam as she let herself be taken by the action- enjoying his touch for a few moments, and not showing any sign that she was going to answer his question, let alone that she'd even heard it, until her hand rose from the desk. Her eyes opening, slowly, she trapped his chin between her fingers for the third time so far that day. Her hold easily broken, though despite that, she turned his head. Happy for him to continue massaging her as she drew his attention to the revolver she had laying on the side of her desk.

He could feel her relax more and more in his grip, chuckling softly. The few moments passing in silence only proved to him that he seemed to have her right where he wanted, leaning around to ask her sarcastically if she was alright when her hand caught his jaw. Something about the gesture itself always caused Brandon to come to a full-stop. He loved it. Bran let her turn him into the direction she wanted, looking over at the revolver on the desk. Had it been sitting there that entire time?

Brandon raised an eyebrow at the thing, continuing to massage her shoulders. "You... brought a gun into Camp Half-Blood?" Bran slowly came to a halt, now leaning over a bit so he could get a better look at Ky' vie's face. "Not planning to shoot up the camp with that thing, are you? Wouldn't be very effective. I'd suggest a rifle with a large mag, sweetheart," he said with a smirk.

"..I made it." Turning her head, gaze flicking up to meet with his, Ky met and held his gaze, "..and the stygian iron bullets to go with it..."

Brandon's attention was brought back to the revolver, both his brows raising as a smile teased at the corners of his lips. "Really? He pulled his hands from their resting position on Ky' vie's shoulders and transferred them to the gun, picking up the revolver to inspect it. The boy was careful to keep his finger clear from the trigger and had the gun pointed off in the opposite direction of the both of them as he handled it.

The finish on the metal was was gorgeous. Bran inspected the top of the barrel a bit closer, being sure that the barrel wasn't out of alignment at all, nodding his head as he looked it over. He popped the cylinder off to the side, seeing there were no bullets loaded into it, he turned the revolver around to inspect the rifling. Brandon flipped it back around and whipped the cylinder closed, checking to be sure there was no extensive gap between the forcing cone and the cylinders.

Cocking the hammer, Brandon placed fingers on either side of the cylinder and attempted to wiggle it a bit but it didn't give. He pulled the trigger and let the hammer back down but kept his finger on the trigger, checking for any movement a second time. The boy knew the more wiggle there was the looser the revolver would be and the more likely it would be that the alignment could be out of time with the barrel. Pulling his attention away from the gun a moment, he gave Ky' vie a huge grin of approval.

"Holy shit, Morgan. Nice work."

"..take a look at these..." His words of praise causing her heart to flutter lightly, Ky reached into the wooden box that she'd pulled out from her desk. Taking a few moments, retrieving a couple of the bullets that she made, she twisted over the seat. Waiting until he was holding his hand up before she dropped them into his palm, "..I cast them this morning. This is straight from the fires of my forge. Pure stygian iron, and engraved accordingly so that they're easier to tell them apart from regular ammo; not that I'd ever cast regular ammo."

Brandon rolled the bullets around in his palm, looking them over before setting the revolver down, still holding the stygian bullets in his hand. "This is what you've been working on, all this time?"

"..I know it's late, but... happy birthday."

Her words caused Bran's eyes to widen, having nearly dropped the bullets in his sudden excitement, he closed his fist around them and looked down at her. "What? No. No, Ky... babe. Why not keep this for yourself? This is... it's gorgeous. My birthday...? You.." Brandon chuckled softly, a smirk spreading across his face. "You already gave me a birthday present, remember?"

"..the 'gift' I gave you... that was just meant to be a fun little bonus." Hand lifting up, Ky reached out towards him. Her touch soft as she ran her fingers over his closed fist and forearm; she lifted herself out of her desk chair and back onto her feet. Gaze meeting with his, "Really, my goal was to have this done by then, but... some of the smaller pieces took longer to make than I first thought; and I had to file down each bit by hand in order to get the perfect balance and modifications I needed..."

Pausing a moment, she reached out with her free hand, and picking up the revolver, she turned it upside down so that he was able to see his name engraved in the butt of the hilt, "..the engraving was the easiest part, surprisingly."

Brandon looked down at the gun, noticing his name was in fact engraved on the butt of the gun, his eyes pulling back up to hers. This time, his grin nearly reaching his eyes, taking up his fake but very real sounding Irish accent that he knew she loved hearing, "Aye, I'm sure it was, Prencess."

Bran reached over and flipped the lid of the wooden box, dumping the bullets back inside of it before his attention came back around to Ky' vie. He cupped her face in his hands and leaned down, pressing his lips to hers in a firm, quick kiss. "Thanks, gorgeous."

Fuck..! That accent... He knew what it did to her; and the shithead had absolutely no issues in using it as a weapon to get exactly what he wanted. Hands making it to his chest; Ky' vie slowly let them trail down his toned body. The tips of her fingers tracing his each and every muscle that she could reach until she was able to tease at the waistband of his shorts. Her dark gaze flicking down to his lips for a brief moment before it they lifted back up to meet with his.

"..stay with me a while..? Please, daddy..?"

Daddy? Hah. Accent works every time. She knew the use of the name worked for him as well, she was playing at her own game to get what she wanted.

A chill ran down the length of his spike at her touch. Brandon smirked a bit as he bit down on his lower lip, his hands wrapping around her waist to pull her in against him, looking down into her eyes. Placing a finger under her chin, his smirk turned into a bit of a mischievous grin.

"Mm, doesn't sound like you want me to stay that badly. Maybe I should go?" Bran started to pull away, backing up towards the door.

"N-No-..." Fingers curling, taking a gentle hold of his waistband, she drew herself back in. Her body pressing flush against his as she shook her head lightly from side to side. Gaze locked with his, and a soft, almost pleading tone hitting her voice, "Please, daddy..? Please stay with me..."

Yes. There it was.

The son of Ares sighed heavily, almost sounding like a growl as he looked Ky' vie over before him, meeting her gaze once more with the same grin plastered across his face. Bran chuckled softly, his fingers teased at the strap of the singlet she wore a moment before reaching down to pick her up in his arms, wrapping her legs around his waist.

Just for her, he took up the accent again and winked at her. "For you, Prencess, anytheng."

The bit of a smile Brynn still had left after making a friendly gesture to Valeria had completely gone when Talon spoke and wouldn't turn around. His response forced her brows together and her jaw clenching slightly. Assholes. Her having engaged in some friendly competition with her fellow campers with a few playful taunts here and there.. made her an asshole? Slowly Brynn crossed her arms over her chest and raised an eyebrow at him just in time for him to turn around, which she was sure would only make the situation worse. He'd probably assume she hadn't meant the apology even more than he clearly already didn't believe so. Brynn glanced over at Valeria with a softer look before turning her eyes back on the boy before her, taking in a deep breath as she began to turn away with a shake of her head.

"No need. I've said my peace." Brynn turned her gaze back to Valeria, her tone taking a much softer and friendlier one. "I'm sorry for interrupting." The brunette didn't dare look Talon's way again, knowing all too well it'd just lead to more. She didn't direct the apology to him, but it was extended to him, she just knew there would be no point in making the apology to the boy. Tapping her thigh as her brown eyes fell on her old dog, she turned away from the pair and pushed on towards the cabins. She aimed to get some reading done, a new novel she'd bought recently was calling her.

"Come on, old boy. Let's go relax for a little while."

Katherine Lance

Location: Obstacle Tower; Camp Half-Blood - Long Island Sound; New York.
Interacting With: Imani Du Bailey (@Metztli).

"..you know... one day you're gonna tug so hard that it comes off..."

Her arms reaching foward as she once more closed the gap that had been created between herself and the daughter of Aphrodite; Katherine's hands came to a rest on the woman's hips. Chest pressing flush against Imani's back. It was a lot to think about- they all had a lot that had been thrown on them, and the skeleton Queen seemed to have caught the brunt of it. Oof... had to suck to be her right then. Features still wiped of all amusement as thoughts of the situation swirled about in her mind; she nevertheless angled her head down. Her warm lips pressing a soft kiss against the girls shoulder... neck... jaw... before finally, she nipped playfully at her earlobe. Giving her sides a gentle squeeze, "..I have crops I need to take care of... unless Aspen's done it."

Trapping her lobe between her teeth, she nibbled on it for a few moments before pulling back. First straightening herself up properly beofore stepping away from her completely. Her hands making their way into the pockets of her jeans as she began off down the stands; turning after a moment or two, and not seeming to care in the least just how reckless it might have been to walk backwards down what was pretty much a flight of steps that was double its normal size, "Ima- do me a favor..."

Pausing, though only long enough for her lips to turn up in the corners; a goofy looking smirk plastering itself over her face, she shot the girl a wink, "..use that pretty little mouth of yours to spread the word. Congratulations, and farewell party tonight. My cabin. Starts when music hits the air."

Barely waiting for a response from the gorgeous creature she'd been cozying up to not even ten minutes earlier, Katherine once again turned her back to the girl. Catching just in time to stop herself from taking a tumble, she instead made the small leap down the last couple of steps. Feet landing with a thud on the ground, kicking up a small bout of dust; she kept going. Slipping through the crowd and out of the arena; following the familiar path that was going to lead her to the fields where, no doubt, she had work waiting, vying for her attention.

"I can probably deal with any injured bones, and depending on how much you have hurt everything else... well, we shall see what I can do."

Octavia refrained from rolling her eyes; instead turning her head away from the woman that was speaking. Her dark gaze trailing off and through the infirmary, even as she took a seat on one of the open beds; body curling over enough that her elbows were resting over her knees. She was fussing... again. Honestly, she shouldn't have been surprised; it seemed to be in the nature of the Apollo kids to be overly attentive to those who were in need of medical attention. Whether they wanted it or not. It wasn't the first time that she'd had help forced upon her, and she was pretty sure that it wasn't going to be the last time either. And it wasn't as though she could just ignore the dull pain that ached through her back forever... Bloody Talon and his stupid little hissy fit...

Narrowing her eyes, attention caught by the sudden appearance of Apollo children bustling in through the doors, carrying what she knew to be one of their own, Octavia sat herself up a little straighter. A slight wince crossing over her features as she watched them pass her by; making their way to a bed not too far from where she was positioned. The envoy quickly followed by the lone son of Hecate as he no doubt made to see whether the girl was doing okay or not. Seriously... Hecate's kids were nearly as attentive as Apollo's. And while it wasn't exactly a bad thing, not in the least, still she had to wonder just when the name of Zeus they'd managed to get so many medics in the camp.

"I'm sorry,"

"Hey, I saw you get brought in, and I wanted to know if you were okay. I may not be a child of Apollo, but I can heal whatever caused you to be brought here."

Holding up her hand, the good one, in order to stop Kalinda in her tracks, Octavia motioned lightly over to the duo with her chin, "..go. Check that your sister is alright. Family comes first; besides... does it look like I'm goin' anywhere..? The answer is no. You have my word I'll be here when you get back."

Kalinda's gaze moved over to her sister, laying in one of the beds. She sighed softly, certain that she knew what was wrong. Vivian was bright, whereas Kalinda herself just... wasn't. An oddity amoung what people viewed Apollo kids to be like. Well, Kalinda had gone through shit in her small existance. People could just fucking get over it. Her gaze went over Vivan's form. A vision, then. A more extended one then she normally got. "Here." With barely any concern, or second thought, Kalinda plopped Chaos in Octavia's lap. "Watch the fuzzy tube sock, she'll just get in the way." Not waiting for a response, Kalinda moved over to her sisters bed.

"Don't be sorry, pretty sure Dad's had his ass kicked a few times. We get hurt just like everyone else, Viv." She said as she looked her sister over. "What happened?" She asked softly, flicking a glance at Zane, before she once more looked to Vivian. She watched her, gaze looking for any injuries or anything serious.

She stepped aside to grab a jug of water and a cup, pouring some into the cup and setting it down where Vivian could reach it, and sitting on the end of the bed. "I've got her Zane, but perhaps you could see what you can do for Octavia? Make sure she hasn't strangled the fuzzball." she said, in a some what lighter tone, perhaps even joking.

Interacting With: Sam @Vicier

"Perhaps Pierre or Adeline could knock her out... and then wake her up again when they're outside of camp." Niesha mused, although she wasn't being serious. It didn't seem to matter- Samuel's thoughts seemed to have been a mess of distraction. It was so damn easy to get distracted. Niesha shifted, watching- waiting for him to come back to the present. It was easier to wait, then try to get his attention again. She didn't really had anything to complain about- he was good to watch.

Did they all look like that when they got distracted? Answering their own thoughts, and expecting everyone to know what was going on in their heads? It wasn't just a blank expression- no, Samuel's face seemed to flitter from thought to thought, and Niesha had to wonder what he was thinking of. The image of someone trying to drag Erin out? Perhaps.

She smiled as he came back to the conversation at hand, and the task they had set off to do. Samuel was... warm. There really was no other way to describe him as he pulled her closer- he was warm. Not merely physically- oh, he could be a bit of an idiot, but... she was more then certain he'd give someone the shirt off his own back if they needed. He made the move seem so natural, and Niesha let herself move with his guidance as they moved towards the cabins.

However as they neared Cabin nine, she couldn't help but frown. He had said cat, hadn't he? "You don't?"

Talon closed his eyes, his hands still curled into fists, and he bit the inside of his cheek, waiting, wanting her to leave, to go away, to take alway the ruined atmosphere. It was too late, he knew that. She had ruined the few moments of peace he had managed to scrape when skipping stones. And now... Talon sighed heavily, opening his eyes, he looked away from Valeria- not wanting to see any negativity there, any hatred or fear. He swallowed around a dry throat, his lip beginning ot bleed again at motion.

"I... " there wasn't really anything he could say. The few moments had been destroyed, and Talon doubted there'd be a way to get them back. He slumped slightly, hands uncurling- blood on his finger tips, his ruined nails glistening with the scarlet fluid. He didn't care. It didn't matter. Nothing did. Nothing could matter, if it did, it hurt too much.

"I... I'm sorry... I'll leave." He said softly to Valeria.

Vivian still felt like every ounce of her physical strength was sapped out of her body, but as a boy -- a rather cute boy, if she was being honest -- took a seat in a chair beside the bed she was laying in, she stopped focusing on how badly her head hurt. Truth be told, whenever Vivian saw a cute anybody, it was like everything else became less of a priority. Such as being in a bed in the infirmary.

"Hey, I saw you get brought in, and I wanted to know if you were okay. I may not be a child of Apollo, but I can heal whatever caused you to be brought here."

It took her a few delayed moments, all of which were spent absentmindedly blinking at him. God how his jawline could split her in half and she would thank him for it. Wait. No, that wasn't possible, was it? Vivian sat on that thought for another moment and then shook her head. "Sorry, what did you say again?" She asked him. And as soon as she did, she heard more voices and they just made her noggin feel like a ton of bricks.

"Don't be sorry, pretty sure Dad's had his ass kicked a few times. We get hurt just like everyone else, Viv."

Vivian's attention went from the boy who would probably bless her dreams for the next few nights to her sister, Kalinda. "Kaliii!" Vivian's go-to habit of impulsively screaming would be the death of her. And today, maybe it would be literal.

"What happened?"

"It's embarrassing," Vivian admitted in a low tone. She looked at Defined Jawline Man™ and then to her half-sister. "It was my visions again. I was literally about to join everyone else at the tower and the next thing I know, I'm face-first in the dirt and waking up in this bed." The blonde met her sister's gaze with her usual pout.

"I've got her Zane--"

That's his name. Had Vivian not been suffering from the worst headache and not been totally captivated by his clearly God-given jawline, maybe Vivian would remember she had run into him a few times since coming to Camp Half-Blood. But then again, maybe not. All she knew is he was cute.

Location: Obstacle Tower - - - > Outside the Cabins; Camp Half-Blood - Long Island Sound; New York.
Interactions: Bronwyn/Brynn @Moro

After Spencer left to chase after Erin, Corona was left alone again to her own devices. It was embarrassing for her to admit, but the forsaken son of death was the closest thing she considers as a friend in this camp other than her own half-sister and Sunny Sammy. By the looks of it, Ky'vie already has someone keeping her company. As much as she was would like for some company of her own, she wasn't that desperate to have a threesome with the resident dickhead son of Ares... specially after she heard how his dad blamed the kid that barely left her cabin for stealing Aphrodite's pigeon or whatever. The same can be said for Samuel who was deeply engaged in conversation with Niesha. She felt like she'd only be the proverbial third wheel if she decided to insert herself in between them.

Scanning her surroundings, she tried finding other people to mingle with for the time being. The down side of finishing her tinkering early was that she has nothing more to look forward to for the rest of the day until a flash of insight appears inside her noggin once more. The Aphrodite kids in their Parlor Shack of a cabin are a definite no go. Knowing most of them, they'd probably laugh their cushy asses off due to Corona's fashion sense, or lack thereof. Besides, she isn't exactly one of the pretty kids. And the Ares kids at Testosterone Tavern are even worse. Corona knows that there are some good kids in that bunch, but with the way she is at the moment, she considered attempting to befriend an Ares kid would be like trying to cross a mine field without a metal detector. She feared that one misplaced comment would be enough to make them go nuclear on her, both figuratively, and (hopefully not) literally. She decided to let Ky'vie flirt with danger instead since she seems plenty capable of handling herself with the worst of them. The Athena kids were another promising option, but they just seem so intimidating to her, with their grey eyes that seem to study her every move. Despite how she is supposedly a descendant of the Goddess of Wisdom, she has done her fair share of screw-ups over the years. And if they found out that she shares the same heritage as them, they would probably just criticize her for soiling the good name of their mother.

"Man, this friendship thing is pretty hard huh?" She said in a barely audible voice to nobody in particular.

As if sensing that his friend was down in the dumps, a particularly mischievous streak of black and white swiftly made its way up Corona's slender legs, straight up her back, before settling down on top of her head.

"Guess it's me and you again, eh buddy? At least you're always there for me, Bandit." the fiery-haired girl said wistfully as she gently scratched the Panda Ferret's head. The cute cooing sounds he produced was almost enough to melt her sadness away.

Initially, Corona was meaning to return to her cabin, but after overhearing the voices of Ky and Brandon inside, she decided that now might not be the best time to barge in. This did give her an idea that had her grinning from ear to ear. With practically zero traces of her feeling the slightest bit depressed, Corona started towards Bunker 9 with a spring on her step. However, she hasn't even made it several feet from the Hephaestus cabin when she crossed paths with a certain child of Athena. The redhead's brain practically short-circuited at that point partly because she was trying to remember the girl's name but mostly because Corona was trying not to flip out so much after seeing the dog accompanying the daughter of the Wisdom Goddess. Granted that he didn't look particularly as large and threatening as the Hellhounds Erin lets loose on people that are unfortunate enough to piss her off, Corona's trauma still prevented her from fully understanding that fact.

After a startled "Eep!!!", Corona started fidgeting in place so much that Bandit would have felt like he was sitting on one of those La-Z boy massage chairs. As if saying enough was enough, Bandit delivered a well placed slap across the girl's cheek which somehow prevented her from having a full-on panic attack. She had to remember to give the cheeky little fur sausage one of his favorite treats later because the last thing she wanted was to make a fool out of herself in front of one of the smartest demigods at camp.

"Uhhh... Um... I'm sorry but... I'm not really good with dogs... Pa..Past trauma and all that." While she had been a stuttering mess, at least she finally delivered a coherent message to brown-haired girl. "You're Bronwyn right? Hi there, I'm Corona, Ky'vie's younger half-sister." While she was attempting to extend a shaky hand for a handshake, her eyes met the gaze of Bronwyn's pet dog, causing her to jolt back and shudder. Whoever said that dogs were man's best friend probably never experienced getting attacked by one.

" Listen, I know this may come across as pretty sudden and random at the same time... but can I ask you for a favor? I'm on my way to my secret base, and I would like to invite you to come along. There's this really huge secret project I'm working on but there's some stuff I'm not really sure off at the moment, and it would really mean a lot to me to have the input of one of the smartest campers here."

She finally managed to do it... Talk to someone that isn't in her small circle of people that tolerated her company. What happens next is entirely up to Bronwyn, but regardless whether she accepts the invitation or not, Corona was determined to get some work done on potentially her life's work.

Well, that was something... Valeria thought as she waved a goodbye, mainly at Duke, before turing her head to look at Talon. It was true what he had said. Brynn's "apology" hadn't been much of one, but Valeria wouldn't go as far as to call her an asshole. Or Talon one either. People had to be direct with their words, or there would be misunderstandings. It was the way she did things. Valeria knew she could be kind of slow sometimes. She had trouble seeing social cues or reading the room, but she tried.

"Why? Why are you sorry?" She turned her body to look at him fully, her head tilting to the side. There was no fear, no anger, no disappointment in her face. Just curiosity. Why did he have to leave now? She was gone, right? Everything was okay now. "You don't have to go, I mean unless you want to." She crouched down to pick up the stone he had dropped and offered it to him with a small smile. Her eyes caught the blood that had spilled down to the rock under them. Valeria looked at his hands, her eyebrows knotting with worry. Why did he have to hurt himself? She didn't understand.

"I can heal you." She reached down to take his wrist and turn his hand, so his palm was facing up. Without hesitation, she placed her other hand over his. Her hand began to glow a pink color, soft and warm. Her gaze was glued on his hand, ignoring everything else. A second or two later, she pulled her hand back and grinned up at him. "Ta-da!" She waved his newly healed hand in front of his face. She had to stand on her toes to do that. Why was everyone in this camp so damn tall?

..for only a small group of people; there were just so many voices...

Her bright blues glistening with a kind and gentle concern as she gazed in the direction she could hear the conversation coming from, Adeline couldn't help but wrap her her arms just that little bit tighter around Greyson's. It was soothing... His touch, even if he didn't realize it, was like a warm blanket on a cold night. It was comforting- safe. And no matter the situation, he always seemed to know the right things to say, and always in that voice of his that had a calming way about it. She knew he wanted to help- or at least, try to help, in some way. But how could he do that if she was around..? As the conversation drew away from where they were standing, her heart sunk in the confines of her chest. She was only holding him back...

"..tu peux y aller si tu veux..." Voice soft as she spoke, it was a few moments after she'd done so that her arms were falling from their place around his. Hands drawing together in front of her stomach as she brought her attention back to him. Her gaze drawing up to where she knew he was standing- to where that alluring scent was still washing over her, "..y-you want to help her... right..? Please don't let me stop you..."

Greyson watched as everyone crowded his dear cousin, eyeing Dorian in particular. Though he had no personal issue with the boy, the son of Thanatos' Captain-Save-a-Cousin complex rubbed him the wrong way at times. Although he couldn't exactly complain, at least he was one person whom Erin trusted, and didn't mind coming to her aid enough not to send the hounds after him like she did with himself. As Erin shot off away from the group saying she'd have no part in it all and that Ares would find her where she always was... where she'd always been.. the tears in his cousins eyes made his heart drop, taking a step in her direction but stopped. Two reasons, one being Addie still attached to his arm, the other being Dorian. 'Did he really just..?

Greyson took the step back to place himself right beside Addie again, watching from a distance as no one headed Dorian's shooing and continued to pursue his distraught cousin. It wasn't until Grey heard Adeline's soft voice that he was brought back to the present and out of his rambling thoughts, looking down at her just as she began to pull her arm away from his. He frowned softly at himself, looking off towards where Erin had headed off with her friends in pursuit, turning his gaze back on the girl beside him. Honestly he was very torn, and he didn't want to let her think that he didn't want to be there with her, but family was important to him. More than most could understand.

Reaching down, Greyson gently took one of her hands from her own in his, clasping the other over the top a moment as he spoke. "Oh mon amour, ne pense pas à ça de cette façon ... Je te retrouverai plus tard, je te le promets." The son of Poseidon gave her hand a tender squeeze before dropping her hand back where he had pulled it from, turning on his heels to dart off after his cousin. He was willing to risk getting the hounds after him, now more than ever. She was the one who was being hounded, today. The support was great to see, but he knew just how suffocating too much of it could be for her. He had to do something. Anything.

Lips parting at the seam; Adeline's head followed the sound of his heavy footfalls as they fell further and further away from her. And while she was still able to hear their voices from where she stood, she knew that she was alone. It was okay though... she knew it wasn't on purpose for the most part. They were doing it- he was doing it for Erin. For family. How could she even think to be upset about that..?

Shoulders lowering slightly, her posture relaxed as she stared unseeingly in their direction; a gentle smile crossed her lips.

"..bonne chance... Grey..."

Son of Poseidon

______________________________________________________________________________________

The son of Poseidon reached the small group in no time, only having overheard so much of the conversation before he was standing among them. Everyone was surrounding Erin. The sight of it alone made Greyson feel claustrophobic. Greyson closed his eyes and tried to focus, concentrating on the water within the bodies of those around Erin. He'd been warned by his older brother Percy that trying to bend blood instead of the water in the body causes slight mental instability and psychotic tendencies. Something he'd of course avoid at all costs. This was something he'd only done once before, having tested the theory with his best friends Ky' vie and Brynn. Though there were only 2 of them at the time, now there were three of them.

Taking in a deep breath, Greyson focused on Dorian, Kyrin and Spencer before him, and on the exhale tightened his fists side by side before pulling them apart slowly. As he did so, the three boys would have been drug across the the dirt against their wills by an invisible force only about a foot. Greyson's eyes fluttered open, his vision slightly blurred as he was fairly dizzy. The small action having drained quite a bit of his personal energy, but he pushed through it and took the few steps to clear the distance between his cousin and himself. He placed firm, but slightly shaky hands on her shoulders, unsure if he was doing it to hold her or himself up. Greyson took a look at the other boys and sighed heavily, gently nudging Erin in the direction of her cabin as he talked.

"Sorry guys, but I really must insist on agreeing with Kyrin. It's prob'ly best we go somewhere private to talk. This out-in-the-open business is only going to make matters worse for her. Just the few of us is enough," Greyson looked down and over Erin's shoulder, frowning softly at the tear streaks down her face. The sight broke his heart. "Come on, Erin. Let's get you back to your cabin, love." Grey began to guide her slowly towards her cabin, his hands still on her shoulders as he too tried to focus on putting one foot in front of the other. He took a look back at the three boys behind him, motioning with his head for them to follow if they wished before focusing ahead of them.

The crowd was now leaving. The initial shock and anger of the news was settleing in. The few people that remained by the pavillion and stands were talking amongst themselves in hushed tones. It seemed like Erin was going to be the talk of the camp for the whole week, and possibly the rest of the year. Carlos watched Valeria practically storm away from crowd in the same direction the angry Ares guy had gone.

"You are right. Valeria has some real balls." Carlos turned to look at Elias. "All of this crazy makes me think that we are background characters, you get me?"

Elias had been looking at Octavia as she left before turning his attention to Carlos. "Not this again." He groaned softly, letting his shoulders slump down now that the commotion around them had calmed down. Talon had run off, and Octavia hadn't gone after him. Elias had to say that went a lot better than expected. Seriously, Cabin Eight would be a warzone without him to mediate between all those angry and hormonal teens.

"I know what you are trying to do, Carlos." Elias brought a hand up to rub the back of his neck. The stress of the whole situation was finally catching up to him. It wasn't fair. He shouldn't be the only one, besides perhaps Brandon, that wouldn't just charge at something just because he was angry. This fucking place needed a therapist.

"No, hear me out, dude." Carlos walked closer, a smile slipping on his lips. Ah, Elias, one of the few people in this shitty place he called a home that would hear out shenanigans. Sometimes he wondered what would have happened if the both of them had decided to stay together. But then again, the thought of kissing Elias didn't sit well with him. Maybe it was the accent. Or the hair. No, Elias was too white for Carlos.

"Think about it," He motioned Elias to follow him as he circled the obstacle tower. His right hand rubbing his chin as he spoke. "Your dad is Ares, and yet you're the calmest of them all- sometimes- you don't have a love interest- and no, that guy Kyrin doesn't count." Carlos stopped in his tracks to look at Elias. "Seriously, him? You know you could do so much better! I dunno, like Kalinda or Isaura! Or Even that Dorian guy! No, wait, he's kinda weird too." The first time Elias told Carlos about that asshole that liked to ignore him and get his ass kicked, he wanted to slap some sense into Elias.

"I thought you were going to tell me how I am a background character and not how my taste in people is shitty." Elias crossed his arms, arching an eyebrow at Carlos. "Aw, don't tell me you are jealous. What? Miss me that much?" He laughed, leaning in closer to look at his former boyfriend closer. "And here I thought you weren't the jealous type, Carlitos." He wanted to laugh. Carlos was good, very good at distracting him and making him forget about everything else. He could already feel a lot better by just teasing the guy.

"Dude, please, the one who is doing the missing is you." Carlos rolled his eyes, pushing Elias's face away from him and walking past him and out of the pavilion. Despite the teasing, he was glad Elias looked a lot more relaxed now. Dealing with some angry siblings must be hard. Carlos couldn't even imagine it. He was glad that he was an only child, as far as he knew. Although, it must be nice to have other people to call family. Right now, all he had was his mother, Tyche, and even then, she didn't visit as often as she used to. It did get pretty lonely.

"Anyways, like I was saying," Carlos looked at Elias as they continued to walk. "You are the nice one from Cabin Eight and -"

"So you don't think Octavia is nice?"

"I mean, I do but-"

"But means no. Maybe I should tell her."

"Oh, Gods no! She'll kick my ass!"

"Uh huh." Elias smirked, looking at Carlos now. "You wanna keep going about the background character thing?" Elias wasn't bothered by it. He knew that the son of Tyche was only trying to distract him. It was working, but now it was backfiring against him. How unlucky. It had always been fun to mess with the guy as it was easy to talk to Carlos. He didn't have to try to be someone else or act tough. Elias just had to be Elias.

He looked up as they were approaching the Big House. He could see quite a few people already gathered around there, trying to sneak a peek at the daughter of Hades. He saw just as Erin ran out of the building and straight into the boy named Dorian. He could see Kyrin there too, eyes trained of Erin as she ran away from the forming crowd outside the house.

He didn't know her much. She had always given Elias the cold shoulder no matter how many times he talked to her. He didn't hold it against her. Elias didn't resent Erin or disliked her. It was like talking with Kyrin. Both of them had an air around them. Talking about Kyrin, he could see how worried he was. He knew that the son of Aphrodite was close to Erin.

"I'll catch you later, okay?" Elias glanced at Carlos before rushing over to the Big House.

"What- Elias?!" Carlos groaned, tempted to chase after him before he groaned loudly when he saw who he was trying to catch up to. Kyrin had already taken off after Erin, a lot slower than the rest. He could see that Kyrin was hesitant about chasing after the girl. He was always so jumpy around large crowds. Always looking over his shoulder and glaring at anyone that would even dare to look at him. Cold and calculating. Looking at him now, Carlos could see what Elias found curious about that asshole. "Idiot." Carlos rolled his eyes and turned to head over to his cabin.

Location: Lake, Camp Half-Blood - Long Island Sound; New York.
Interacting With: Valeria, @Rodiak

She... she wasnt mad. Talon easnt sure why she wasn't... everyone else seemed to be... He flicked a glance to Valeria, grimacing slightly as he saw her pick up the stone he had dropped, his blood on it. He knew he was a mess- he simply didn't care. It wasn't as if it truly mattered, anyway. Valeria seemed to be... niave. He sighed softly as she spoke, not even sure how to respond to her. He had tried... for a few minutes, things had been okay. He wasn't even sure how. It had just been skipping rocks... she'd been having fun- he could see that and he... he sighed. "For ruining the...the moment, I guess." he started to say, before she reached out to take his hand.

Talon flinched as she touched him, for one brief moment closing his eyes tight, waiting for a blow that didn't come. Was she messing with him, playing some sort of joke? Talon opened his eyes slowly. She... she hadn't gone to hit him? Unnerved, Talon struggled for a moment to figure out what was going on. Her touch was gentle, and it baffled him. Why.... what... he was so confused. Why was she helping him, what did she want?

As he brought his troubled gaze to her, Talon shuddered. She... she didn't appear to want anything more than to see him healed... it was... he couldn't fathom it... everyone wanted something. Except she seemed genuinely pleased to have healed him. "W-why?"

Location: Infirmary-Camp Half-Blood - Long Island Sound; New York.
Interacting With:@Vicier Vivian, @metanoia, Zane @Theyra

Kalinda had no doubt that even the Morpheus kids would wake at Vivian's screaming, but it was apart of what made Vivian, well, Vivian. "I'd say inside vocie, but well... it's okay." she said, in that still lighter like tone, and it was clear Kalinda was, even slightly, different with her siblings, or at least, with Vivian. Vivian was just so... you couldn't help but like her. She shifted so she could watch her sister with a bit more ease, listening as she spoke.

Was the intensity of Vivian's vision anything to do with what had happened with Erin? Kalinda hadn't really thought about it too much- she'd been too focused on getting Octavia healed to really listen to the annoucement that Dionysus and Chiron had made. She was, however, certain that it was all bullshit. And she knew that if they could have, Dionysus and Chiron would have put a stop to it. They were both, however, limited in what they could do. It didn't mean that they wouldn't try their best to protect Erin, and the rest of the camp, from the wrath of any of the other Gods.

She shook her head slightly, as if doing so could wipe her brain of any other distracting thoughts like an etch-a-sketch, and brought her attention back to Vivian. It would be a massive coincidence if her vision wasn't connected to the annoucement, the quest. "Visions are never easy- and they shouldn't be, are you hurt anywhere?" she asked, flicking a glance to Zane and back to Vivian, not wanting to force Vivian to share the details of the vision if she didn't wish to. "How bad was it?"

Pierre

Location: Camp Half-Blood - Long Island Sound; New York.
Interacting With: Brynn @Moro Corona @Zenritch

Pierre still wasn't sure if it had been a mistake or not to take advantage of the others distraction. Would people think it was just a fluke, or would they see him as a real challenge? Not that he thought there should be such rivially between the campers- oh, there were the competitions, but in reality, they had to have each others backs. Especially against their parents. If today had proven anything, it proved that their Godly parents would use them as pawns, in one way or another. Pierre looked down at the idol, letting his mind drift- it was often good at that, dealing with the many thoughts his distracted brain could pick up throughout a short time.

Erin. Not exactly a friend, but also not exactly just aquantences. Despite the lack of genetic DNA, they were family. Pierre let the idol fall back to his side, still a little perturbed by the fact he had won. It was going to come back and bite him in the ass, he knew it. He had no doubt that one of the others would try and throw a party for his winni- His body reacted before he could even think, stepping to the side, turning slightly so that he didn't hit Brynn or Corona as he nearly walked into them, his body having just slipped into auto-piloit as his mind travelled in several directions at once.

"Oh, Brynn, Corona-, je suis désolé - je ne regardais pas où j'allais" His brain automatically went to his native language, not entirely certain Corona could speak French, his mind , "I-sorry. I should watch where I'm going. Are you guys okay?"

Location: The Big House => The Cabins - Camp Half-Blood; New York.
Interacting With: Dorian Underwood (@King Kindred), Elias Schneider (@Metztli), Greyson Davies & Tyler Rumancek (@Moro), Kyrin Nahng (@Rodiak), and Spencer McNight (@Zenritch).

"Erin, wait up!"

"..n-no..!"

Shaking her head, quickly, Erin pressed on. Pushing herself just that little bit faster as she hurried away from the Big House, and the freak of a redhead that lived in the attic. The ranga bitch was worse than vermin; and she had her doubts that even an exterminator could rid them of the pest that had sent Gods knew how many people straight into the face of danger. For what end though, she didn't know. What she did know, however, was that she didn't want to stop. What was the point in doing that..? It just defeated the whole purpose of what she was actually trying to achieve, which, at that very moment, was to keep going on the path she was currently travelling on. Distance was all that mattered. Putting one foot in front of the other was the only sure way to escape to the safety that came with her cabin. Hell, if there was a way for her to escape responsibility altogether, she'd fucking take it. Though... she was pretty sure that her current persuers wouldn't allow that to happen...

..stupid meddling assholes... they were worse than Scooby-Doo...

Stopped dead in her tracks mid-step, the gentle warmth of another's hand taking hold of hers enough to catch hold of her attention, Erin turned it back and over her shoulder. Her long locks of dark hair whipping across as she drew her gaze up to meet with that of the man that had managed to catch up. Her darkly painted lips parting ever slightly from one another; her eyes continued to glisten with tears that had both fallen and were left unshed. Leaving her glad, only slightly, that she'd long ago switched to water-proof mascara. The last thing she needed was to look anymore pathetic and weak in front of them than she already did. It was already killing her to know that they saw her in such a vulnerable state, but... why..? Why couldn't they just understand..? All she wanted to do was disappear... She'd seen that dark place- she'd been there before, and now, all she wanted was to greet it again in peace. To not have such a big circus made out of the fact that, for her, it was the end. She'd always known anyway that she was destined to be alone... what was the difference if she was left alone in that dark place that not only robbed you of all your senses, but that also replaced it with paralizing fear..?

Hell... that place was an old friend for her...

"..S-Spence..."

"I don't know what that oracle told you, but are you really just going to give up like that? Accept death like it's a minor inconvenience that you can't escape from?"

"..I-..." But her words were cut short before she'd even had the chance to really get them out. His own words drawing across and drowning out her soft voice; and the longer he went on, the worse she felt. Her heart sinking in her chest; guilt riddled her from the core out. Clawing at her insides, and the fresh onslaught of tears that overflowed just couldn't seemed to be helped. He was calling her out... and-... As the very sound of her full name being used, mixed with a tone that was so full of determination- so full of conviction, Erin dropped her head. Her eyes shutting tightly as she looked away. She wasn't like him- she wasn't like any of them. They were all so strong... so how could he claim that she was, when it was more than clear that she wasn't..? That at any moment, she felt like her knees were going to give way, and she was going to collapse in on herself. She'd known from the begginning that it would break her... that all this was just too good to be true...

"They thought you were weak and easy to pin the blame on... in fact they are probably betting you would fail, give up, go sit in a corner and die like you're doing right now in order to sweep the mess they've gotten themselves in under the rug. So do yourself a favor... go on this quest and prove them that it is a grave mistake to bet against a daughter of the underworld."

"..I-... I-I'm not-..."

"He's right, Erin. You're not alone. Not anymore. You have us, and we will help you."

Lifting her head back up Kyrin's voice hit her ears, drawing for her attention, she met her gaze to his. She wasn't stupid, she knew exactly what he'd see. The fear- the absolute terror sitting quietly just behind her eyes; slowly taking its time to erode away more and more of the woman she used to be. The one she'd been so open and honest with him about... the one he understood. And it was like he was reading her mind before the thoughts even had time to form in her own conscience.

"It's okay to be afraid."

It was okay to be afraid... Yeah... she was afraid. For the love of Zeus; she was downright scared shitless. It had the normally steady beat of her heart surpassing the natural beat; and the fear itself was doing strange things to her. She herself, was shutting down, in the worst of ways and she knew that; but the fear... the fear had her awake. Alert and on edge, and in a place she'd never wanted to go back to ever again. It was taunting her, and it would just continue to do so until, in one way or another, the whole situation came to a head, "..I-I don't want to die..."

Hand slipping from Spencer's hold, confussion adding to the already vast mix of emotions that were playing out both mentally and physically with her rather susceptible state, Erin's attention was drawn up. Her dark eyes following the familiar line of her cousin's figure; her darkly painted lips parting slightly at the seam as she met and held his gaze. And for once, she didn't bother to hide the fact that she might have been happy, even if the tiniest bit, to see him- she couldn't bring herself to do it. She just... didn't have the energy, "..Grey..."

"Sorry guys, but I really must insist on agreeing with Kyrin. It's prob'ly best we go somewhere private to talk. This out-in-the-open business is only going to make matters worse for her. Just the few of us is enough,"

The nudge, however gentle it was, was enough to get her feet moving underneath her; though his steady arm resting heavily over her shoulders for support - whether hers or his own, she wasn't sure - had her continuing over the path that led the remainder of the way back to her cabin. Movement catching in the corner of her eye, however, had her attention falling away as she glanced to her side. Noting now that, as the group continued to move, it seemed to also grow as Elias' figure had appeared among the escort she'd managed to pick up. Her stomach twisted sickeningly as her mind drew back to her very first day in the camp. The similarities were astounding- hell... Greyson had been apart of that envoy too... when she'd been handed over to the demigods at the boarder...

"Come on, Erin. Let's get you back to your cabin, love."

Gods, she felt sick...

Hand lifting, pure muscle memory at this point as her mind continued to dwell on memories she'd rather leave burried deep and locked away, Erin was the first, aside from her cousin to cross the threshold. The door left wide for the others as she shuffled towards the lounge. Letting her gaze wander for a moment, it was the soft though familiar bubbling of her kettle drawing to a boil that had her looking towards the kitchen, and the familiar figure that stood in it. Once more being bugged by her cat, however, as Salem caught wind that his owner had returned, the feline dropped silently from the counter. Rather quickly closing the gap between them before rubbing it's face against the side of her leg; moving then onto the others that she'd brought with her with curiosity.

"..I-... w-we have guests... many... guests..."

The feeling of Katherine's arm around her once again grounded Imani. She turned her head slightly when she felt the lips on her bare shoulder then her neck and finally her jawline. The closeness and familiarity of the other girl's figure pressed against her eased her mind somewhat. Katherine had a gift to do that. To make Imani forget where who she was. While it was a pleasant distraction at the moment she had to watch herself around Katherine. It was dangerous for her to lose herself around others.

Shivers ran down her spine when she felt those lovely lips of Katherine's on her ear. Imani couldn't help but to lean back just a tad and turn her head further to catch the corner of Katherine's lips. "And I have to go make sure Madame Croix hasn't scratched my boots." She smiled, watching the other girl pull back and maneuver away from her. How smooth. Gods, that woman was was something.

"Don't worry, I'll see you at the party, mon tréso." Imani waved after her, her eyes wandering down to Katherine's butt. Brushing her curled hair off her shoulder, Imani walked out of the arena herself. She needed to find Kyrin and make sure he didn't go off on a quest to find their mother's Dove with the potential thief. She knew how much he cared for Erin, and she also knew how much Kyrin wanted to go out there. To find himself in a battle and just-

Imani bit her lip, pulling at her button again. No. She couldn't let Kyrin go. No matter what. With that, she began to make her way towards the big house. She noticed a large group gathering just a few feet away from the building. She spotted various boys, including Kyrin amongst them. Good. If there were that many people willing to go with Erin, Kyrin didn't have to go. He wouldn't have a choice but to stay here in camp. She could keep her eyes on him and make sure he didn't do anything reckless. That eased her mind enough for her to change her course.

Instead, she made her way back to Aphrodite's Cabin instead. It was true about Madame Croix, that cat loved to scratch her boots if she didn't get out of the cabin enough.
