1700 Coolidge Road is a building in Swindon, Texas. A medium-sized building, it was home to several different corporations, including the Stern and Sons Accounting Firm, Thomas and Hawk LLP, and the corporate headquarters of MegaGas, a local gas station chain. in 2017, MegaGas was purchased by the larger corporation ZoomWay, and the remaining businesses using the building moved out. The building, which was already in poor shape, was condemned by the Swindon Department of Health due to unsafe conditions and the presence of vermin.
The building is scheduled to be demolished in early 2022, and as such several units of heavy construction vehicles, including one crane with a wrecking ball, are present on-site.
The building has four stories. The first story is objectively in the worst state. The former lobby of the building, the entire floor had been cleaned out, with all that remains being the support posts, a few desks that are to be removed soon, the stairwells, and the elevator shaft. It should be noted that the elevator currently does not have power.
The second and third floors cannot be considered in better condition, but it does have more stuff in it, and as such are much better for hiding. Cubicles galore layer both floors, with some occasional conference rooms inside as well. On the second floor, there is a small corporate kitchen (still stocked, but the food is moldy) along with two rooms filled with printing and copying equipment. There are a few broom and utility closets on the room as well. The third floor has a similar maze of cubicles and offices, but it also has a common room (equipped with pool tables, ping-pong, and an out-of-service vending machine) along with an IT room that is filled with tons of wires and has a 2007 Mac inside. The floors do not have power, but there are several easily-portable generators that are scattered throughout all the floors. Furthermore, there is a much larger generator located in the IT room, though it needs an electric charge to activate due to lack of use. There are several security cameras on each floor connected to the IT room's larger generator, but they are currently inactive due to the lack of power.
The fourth floor is mostly exposed to the open air due to the ceiling and much of the walls having already been demolished. The floor is mostly devoid of much substance due to its demolition, though there are some toolboxes and tables present on the floor, along with a few lingering cubicles.
There is a basement, but there are no lights inside of it. It is also heavily infested with rats.
The crane outside of the building is currently not in operation, and could make a nice vantage point.
Nadia is currently running a hotspot from her phone.

The Red Dragon Macau is one of the finest casinos in the world, with over 2,000 rooms available and an excess of 50 floors. The first floor is solely for reception purposes, with a number of fountains and other spectacles of luxury present there. The next 10 floors are nearly all occupied by all sorts of gambling mechanisms, from the most popular baccarat to Texas Hold'em, blackjack, roulette, craps, pai gow, keno, and more. Floors 12 through 20 are mostly consistent of other amenities, with a number of mini-malls and luxury stores, a number of restaurants consistent of various Chinese cuisines, Japanese food, Western diners, and more, as well as a two-floor aquarium and the massive "Jyut Amphitheater," which is currently hosting famous Cantopop singer-songwriter and heartthrob Nick Tsung.
Floors 21 to 40 are rooms, rooms, and rooms. Tons of varieties of private suites of all kinds, ranging from "modest" to "full-on expensive." The group is currently located in two of the Presidential Suites on Floor 36.
Floor 41 and above is off-limits to regular guests. 41 and 42 are entirely maintenance and service-related floors, mostly consisting of piping and janitorial stuff, along with security offices, storage caches, and the Wi-Fi router. 43 and 44 are the executive floors. Only high-class guests are allowed on these floors. This is wear the tournament is scheduled to take place. The floors above are currently unknown, with the 51st being a helicopter landing bay.
General Intelligence
Building elevators only go to the 40th floor. A staff elevator, located in one of the staff rooms, must be used to access the upper-level floors. To enter the staff room and access the elevator, a staff keycard is necessary.
Security makes regular, pre-planned rounds across the casino in pairs, and report with each other every half-hour by radio.
All the gambling floors and amenities are heavily surveilled with cameras, which are watched manually from a security station located somewhere in the restricted levels. The hotel rooms, for purposes of privacy, do not use surveillance.
There is a massive cash reserve located somewhere in the restricted areas of the casino. Prom intel suggests that Frankie Kwan has routine checks of the safes done daily in order to make sure all the casino's money (and by extension, the cartel's money) is accounted for.
Frankie Kwan rarely leaves his penthouse located on the top levels of the Red Dragon. It would take a significant emergency to get him to leave.
Alan Chow, on the other hand, does make regular rounds around the Casino to make sure all is going according to plan. He is flanked by a heavily-armed security team at all times.
Olivia Ping normally remains in the security office, but does make rounds at the casino, especially during peak hours. Her rotations never align with those of Chow.
Chinese diplomat Zheng Xun, Singaporean mobster Larry Lam, Russian operative Vasily Yevgenievich, Nicaraguan diplomat Pancho Chinaco, Syrian military captain Asad el-Zaidi, and Vietnamese politician Duong Tuan Doc are due to arrive at the casino on the evening of October 7th to participate in the baccarat competition. The number of participants in the baccarat competition is set, and as such if one of the competitors was to not show up, a replacement would have to be drawn immediately, preferably a replacement that has big connections.
Frankie Kwan: Intel
Frankie's movements outside of the restricted area of the casino are currently unknown. An agent must penetrate those fortified levels for us to get any intel on the Dragon Eye at all.
Alan Chow: Intel
Alan Chow's teenage daughter, Lucy, is believed to have some level of knowledge of the Casino's going-on, and surveillance suggests that she has a staff key as well. Lucy spends much of her time out on the town, but does spend much of her evening in the Casino and, despite only being 16, is known to frequent the Casino's clubs and bars. Lucy is also coming off of a very hard break-up at this time. Could be an opportunity there...
Nick Tsung, rising Hong Kongese sensation, is ethnically half-Japanese and bears a striking resemblance to Agent Lancer. With some makeup, one could certainly make the two look quite similar indeed. Tsung is believed to be residing at the casino for the time being and meets with Alan Chow daily to discuss payment for his residency.
Alan Chow frequents the restaurants at the Casino, where he especially likes to eat the fugu at one of the Japanese clubs. Fugu can be fatal if prepared improperly.
Alan Chow has been known to have a temper when it comes to big winners at the Casino, and has had numerous documented private altercations with those who continue to dominate the tables at the Casino. This could be an opportunity to get him by himself.
Olivia Ping: Intel
Olivia Ping is always armed and dangerous. Do not engage unless confident in success.
Olivia has a history of bad blood with the Chow family, and does her utmost best to avoid either of them at all costs.
Our reports suggest that recent cheating scandals have made Olivia grow distrustful of the Red Dragon's security system, and that she has hired a well-known IT consultant, Julia Winters, to help her improve the system. Olivia has never met Ms. Winters or seen a photograph of her before. Ms. Winters was due to arrive on the 7th, but Promenade has conveniently delayed her flight until the 9th. Still, perhaps somebody else could help Ms. Ping fix her security after all.
Olivia Ping, much like Chow, also hates cheaters fervently. The discovery of a cheater will likely be enough to lure her out of her office.
Prom intel suggests Olivia Ping, at 7:30 PM every night, takes a discreet trip to the casino's hookah lounge. Perhaps her bad habits might come back to bite her after all.
Promenade Intel
As requested, Promenade has deployed a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV in the Red Dragon's parking garage.
Other pick-ups will not be available for the mission due to the stringent security policies of the Red Dragon. It is advised that any weapons not brought in through the Worm not be smuggled it at any point, due to the high risk of the mission being compromised.
@Hitman I do have a character for this. He was used in a Kingsman inspired roleplay on another site but I can tweak him for this, if youβre still looking for another writer. :)
