I am all for character development and I can already see Yuri and Lithy being a beautiful unstoppable force when they learn to work together. Conflict is sometimes good because it makes you think of different ways to either adjust or get around it. I am excited for them to interact and I'll probably have Yuri flirt with Remy a little if that's okay with you. Remy is in the spectrum of individuals Yuri would pursue and he is one of those "hopeless romantic" types so he'll make sure Remy is taken care of.... again only if you're okay with it, I'd rather not force such things onto other characters unless they agree so that door is open should you choose to have Remy walkthrough. Or they could already know one another and actually be dating at the start of the story. If my memory is correct I'm sure they'll argue and whatnot because Yuri isn't quite adapted to handling Remy's personality and Remy probably doesn't know how to handle Yuri just yet.
YEEP! Awesomesauce! Remy would be so not ready for a relationship but would jump head-first into one cause he loves being adored and loved by someone. His fears, however, will get the better of him, of course. He wouldn't be human if they didn't. He's such a gullible little birdie tho, and can easily fall into anyone's grasp if not careful. But, really, if Yuri shows a hint of concern or interest towards him, he'll probably follow him around like a little puppy, just because he also looks like someone who can protect him as well.
Funny thing about Remy, he's a weakling on the outside, but stronger on the inside. He just doesn't see/feel it yet. YET! I'm not sure exactly why this is (still under top-secret development) but someone within this band of witches we're building might have the answers to unlocking his hidden, completely underdeveloped, abilities. Meh, we shall see... But truly, YUUSS, give Remy a toy to dot over, please! It makes him feel better when he has some sort of purpose or is the one bringing someone some sort of happiness. But watch it - he can be a bit possessive and overly bubbly about his loyal care for someone so close; he can be a tad extra...
