Downtown Sakanoshita
It was 9:30PM in the district, a peak time as many of the other districts denizens traveled here for various reasons. Sakanoshita was the place everyone came to for their addictions, fetishes and various other dark inhibitions. While it would seem like the district's downtown area would be low key considering the nature of what it had to offer, that would quickly be disproven taking a step out onto the IR-1's pedestrian ways, huge sidewalks enough to fit thousands of people walking side by side. The strip was bustling for what seemed like an infinite distance in either way you'd look, with bridges going across the road for easy access to either side. Various "legitimate" businesses lined the strip, giving the appearance that the area was not as dangerous as it truly was. Walking inside any of the businesses, you could be met with a number of wonderful, or absolutely horrifying scenes on the inside. Outside on the walkways weren't necessarily great either, pick pockets, gang members and addicts were littered throughout the sea of regular citizens, and bumping into the wrong person could mean losing your credits or even death. Despite all that however, there was a general respect between all who walked it streets. Understanding that while this was a seedy place, they all came to the district, or lived here for their own reasons and there wasn't a reason to cause a problem, if there wasn't a problem so to speak.
There was however there was a giant "fog" over the district, especially present on the strip. The Forgotten's presence was felt and seen in most of the major shops, low-level members of the gang serving as guards and frequent customers. They also happened to cause the most trouble for the businesses around, being untouchable, or well almost untouchable. There were some business owners who the Forgotten could not fuck with, businesses that either had incredibly powerful Y.S.G owners, or are a staple to the surrounding community that could potentially set off a gang war. Though these were few and far between, they did tend to grow small parts of the strip that remained self-sufficient and almost peaceful. These parts of the strips were known as "Anzen chitai" or Safe Zones, here is where you'd found the most legitimate businesses, "nicest" people (if you could call them nice), clinics and grocery stores, and a good bulk of the natives. Most safe zones had one business or bar that was known as it's "Shinzō" or Heart, whose owner and staff were akin to gangs. These Anzen chitai weren't always good places, some of the Shinzō abusing their power but keeping the community safe. The Kurosagi however, was known as not only the safest and most peaceful, but the second largest Anzen chitai. While it wasn't necessarily the cleanest or legitimate, there was an unparalleled understanding to respect the rules of it's Shinzō.
Unlike most of the other Anzen Chitai however, the Kurosagi were the only ones brave enough to call themselves a Gang, a direct threat to the Forgotten. They had volunteers, but the ones known as the Kurosagi Gang would have the marking of their sign somewhere on their person. The Kurosagi Bar had been around for 7 years now, a basement bar that was underneath Fujino Motorworx, one of the best mechanic shops in the district to get any illegal modification you could think of. The mechanics there were locals that the Owner of both businesses, Tsukiyama Fujino, searched for after hearing about their situations. Through the opportunity of working for "Mama Tsuki" allowed them to flourish into master mechanics in the 10 years that the shop had been open. If you came looking for either business you would be met with a 20 floor street corner building, with two floors of basements underneath. There would be a giant Neon Sign on the outside of the building, the Kurosagi's sign, a swarm of dozens of different types would be outside hanging around. While the bar was big, it often was full enough that some opted to just hangout around the building, still being able to hear the music and enjoy the vibe of the street corner. Above the bar would be where most of the citizen employees and mechanics lived, there also was a floor dedicated to the orphans in the surrounding area, sort of a space they could come to sleep safely. The top floor was where the Kurosagi Gang's places would be, or rather a space they could choose to live in if they wanted. Tsukiyama wanted to provide a space for the gang members to do whatever with, so long as it didn't potentially harm the citizens below or the building itself. All in All however, it was just another night in Sakanoshita, and our characters find themselves having a bit of free-time before a meeting in their base of operations under the Kurosagi Bar at 10:30PM.

Kurosagi Bar
Tsukiyama Fujino & Yashida Orinatsu
Tsukiyama found herself behind the bar with several other bartenders. The bar was filled almost to the brim with patrons, most regulars with some new faces littered throughout. Tsuki didn't remember all the regulars by name, but she was particularly good at remembering the faces, for the most part. Smoking a joint, she sat on a counter above the rest, a good place to see most of the bottom level of the bar. The night had been going smoothly and filled with laughter, no incidents had happened yet and hopefully it would stay that way. Standing back up, she ashed her joint and finished it before teleporting it into the trash. Stretching, she looked at the eager faces ready to watch Tsukiyama make drinks, a special treat that happened every now and then. Tying her hair up, she cracked her fingers and smirked at the onlookers, before the bartenders moved back and also joined in watching the spectacle. Using her Ki ability, bottles and glasses were teleported all over the place, somehow keeping their contents from spilling. A once small crowd around her section of the bar, turned into most of the patrons on the second floor watching the woman. Within minutes, most of the bar had been served, their drinks coming to them as if they suddenly spawned in front of them. The bar cheered as she finished the last drinks and poured a round of shots for the 20 people in front of her. Taking a bow, she waved for the fellow bartenders to come and share, the group and patrons around each taking a shot and slamming their glasses down. Stepping back, Tsukiyama gave a reassuring pat on her bartenders shoulders "Im going to be up there for a bit, okay? Ill come if it gets overcrowded again or if something happens, so dont worry" she yelled over the noise of the music and the bar and started to walk away, teleporting herself to the second floor of the bar. Finding her booth, a spot that oversaw the bar in it's entirety, she pulled tin out of kimono pocket, dozens of more joints within. Pulling out another, she lit it with a zippo and watched the many people either dancing, talking or walking about. She was proud of her bar and what it represented to Sakanoshita. She felt like she was finally in control of what she wanted, and seeing the many happy faces below only added the proverbial cherry on top.
Walking towards Tsukiyama's booth, Yashida had been out gathering intel for the meeting later, the tiny girl following some Forgotten mid-level enforcers that seemed to be prowling the area. They didn't want to have direct conflicts with the rival gang, but it did happen from time to time much to the detriment of the native citizens in the area. Tsuki had been made aware of a group of Forgotten stalking the area, seeming to case the safe zone around the outskirts. This had been a common occurrence in the past, but they had decided to start being more brazen about their presence. They had just burned down one of the clinics, and had escaped Yashida before, but they seemed to be walking much closer towards the Bar and surrounding areas. The tiny woman sat down next to Tsuki, placing her hat on the low table in front of them "They should be walking in any moment, how did you wa-"
"Im good kiddo, thanks for asking, how are you?"
"stressed and growing gray hairs, thanks for asking, now how did you want to handle this?" Tsuki smirked at her protege's quick response, and was somewhat thankful Yashi was a little more serious then she was. "I'd prefer not to have this become bigger than it needs to be..."
"Hey last time it was unexpected, we're being way more careful now, aren't we?" Yashi shrugged, the last time still being somewhat fresh in her mind. "Would it kill you to have a little faith in me, speaking of which, the shows arrived" she tilted her head in the direction of the stairs leading into the bar. Four black and red suited men, decently sized pushed their way through the crowd towards the bar. People recognized the colors for the Forgotten enforcers, starting to move out of the way and creating a path for the men.
The leader of the four towered over the bar and peered down at the bartenders in front of him "where's the old lady?" the bartenders all looked at each other and stood resilient and silent. The man scoffed "do you know who the fuck we work for? Just because you work and live in the Kurosagi bar doesn't mean you wont ever leave this place. The old bitch cant protect you outside the Anzen Chitai, so you best move your asses and bring her here." By now the bar had become silent, even the music stopping, the bartenders began to falter in their silence, but still refused to even acknowledge the group. "Fine fuck it" opening his hand, a Kanabo erupted into existence on fire. The spiked club was roughly as big as him, and he went to swing in down on the bar. Suddenly however, the four were teleported in front of Tsukiyama, her hand coming to catch the club, crushing it and making it dissipate. In unison, Yashida was teleported behind the other three men, hitting all three with her Tachi and increasing their gravity, making them all fall to their knees with their forehead touching the floor almost in a bow.
Tsuki opened her hand, the mans neck suddenly in her grasp and bringing him to his knee's "Do you understand what it means to come here again after the last time? I haven't fucked with your stupid kid boss or your gang, but it seems he cant handle not having control" the man gasped for air and she squeezed harder.
Grabbing at her hands in a panic, he tried to speak "Do...you...know...who...I-" Tsukiyama threw him, and teleported him, making him fly towards her, she axe kicked the man with enough force to leave a small cracked indent in the cement floors.
"Who gives a fuck, you're in my bar and causing a commotion, my gangs word is law here" she brought the mans face close to hers, the once smiling woman now looking menacing enough to kill with just her stare. Letting him go, he dropped to the floor on his back, gasping hard for fresh air. She sat back down in her booth, crossing her legs and arms "why are you here, ten words, that's all you got."
"Big Boss Chonaka...demands you two have a meeting...today, o-" he suddenly was teleported into the ceiling and fell face first into the floor, weakly getting up.
"For a big guy, your fucking brain must be real small, do you know how to count or do you think because you work for the "Big Boss" you command respect? Also what kind of title is Big Boss, stupidest shit I've ever heard in my lifetime in Neo-Tokyo" she took a drag of her joint, teleporting in front of the man and ashing it in his face "tell your "big boss" to stay the fuck out of my zone and we wont have any problems. And if you touch another building here, I will personally come find you. You know who I am right?" she crouched down and grabbed the hair on the back of his head, making them meet eyes "it's not a threat, it's death sentence, got it?" the four men suddenly appeared in the middle of the sidewalk outside the bar, the four of them scrapping themselves off the ground and running away.
""Its not a threat, its a death sentence" wow pretty edgy there now aren't we?" Yashida dropped her Soul Binder, it dissipating before hitting the ground.
"Hey I solved the problem didn't I? And I got something out of the theatrics" she said holding her hand up to reveal her cybernetic. "Should be getting a trace reading downstairs, shall we?" she held an arm out to loop with Yashi's, the small woman sighing and looping her arm in the womans. Tsuki turned to the crowd below "Well? We're not going to let the Forgotten ruin the night right?!" the patrons cheered in unison and the bar roared back to life, music and all. Tsuki and Yashi teleported to the base of operations, well ahead of the others and watched the tracker move across the map of the city on the big screen, starting to talk about their plans for the meeting.
