As for the order of some stuff (he definitely doesn't need to have learnt about all of this):
- Probably a difficult subject to find information for in a library, but he's particularly interested in the mentions of banditry in the Dale, considering he's being pursued by criminals as well. Anything at all relating to the subject that could prove useful. Also in that same vein, information about the Southland Deepwood.
- Records of the Madness, or anything of note regarding the Heart Spring.
- For his personal interests, information on any potent mages or wizards or their whereabouts. Even rumours suffice.
- Means to reach the Zephyrites - has it been done, how, by whom?

And then some random tidbits to fill the holes in his knowledge!

I was going to have Iris wander around the Palace. Are there a lot of amenities she can walk around and check?

I’ll be honest. I thought yesterday was friday and today was saturday which is why I said what I said; but then I remembered I was doing a yard sale saturday; but then the weather said thunderstorms saturday; and then I remembered today was Friday and I’m at work now; and then I remembered I said all this yesterday; and now I’m writing this. So post wither tonight OR tomorrow who knows??

The palace is rather nice. It has a nice garden, a large tower, comfortable rooms that aren’t ostentatious in a true sense- merely comfortable compared to the relative destitution of the rest of the realms at the moment. There is a grand library, a great hall as described in the scene with Mildred which often sees Mildred receiving audience with townsfolk (she is genuinely doing her best, the world is very much so against her and resources are very tight).

The Royal Guard have a barracks where Ser Pyke seems to live despite his elevated position; he’s a lead from the front type, and everyone seems to respect the Ashen Knight quite a lot just from the chatter amongst the guards.

Then the city of Fenhall itself has a wide array of shops and services, just with wildly fluctuating prices and timeframes due to ‘The Circumstances Being What They Are’.

The smithy in town, where Tomas has opted as a preference to work, is always busy; the royal smith in the castle grounds makes higher quality equipment but has a much longer timeframe due to the materials and efforts required (Basically the town smith makes a wide array of mundane gear and the royal smith can do masterwork stuff)

The last major ‘amenity’ would be the Noctem Shanty and their esoteric goods and strange information capabilities. Music and story can be found here in high quality.

Gonna try get a post up at some point today. Vigil's gonna go check on Gen and Regis, probably gonna ask Regis how he got to live on the streets and why he's so far from the Badlands xP

My ass got kicked by doing a yard sale in the rain. Expect delays while I shuffle notes and clear my head of some other lingering thoughts.

gosh darn it I'm dozing off at my desk; expect these posts tomorrow. I truly apologize, work has been killer these last few weeks, but I'm vocal and present as you guys can clearly see lmao. Just swamped.

I'll join the other two researching. I'll catch up with the other two and hoping to find out about the Rot and whether it could be that Heartroot cannot be found anymore and if the Wooden One and Noctem have any ideas on that score.

I will make an addendum to the post now that Dag'Tyr's investigation was rolled for me. I will alert you all when that is made and make it a clear edit on the post.
