Bethany Bell

New York, Defender's Hideout
Skills: N/A

Bethany looked towards Strange for a moment and shrugged slightly, reality stuff wasn't really her forte really as Bethany leaned back slightly Guin ended up storming out of the room shortly behind was her little space lemur and Pietro. Tony disappeared shortly after that as well to, she looked at Klara and Runa, she was fine with getting the ship and the others can go to Stark Tower and make sure that the place is secure.

"I'm fine with getting the ship out from the lake Klara can help with the whole water being in and around the ship out, and I can shadow travel us there, and Runa can do her witchy woo stuff and get it over to Stark Tower, thats my suggestion anyway." Bethany said as Lance decided to head off into another room for some reason she really wasn't sure why he was heading off.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Warehouse Hideout – New York City
Skills:

Antoinette watched Guin leave and she shifted her weight, nervous about Guin going out on her own when so much weird was happening. She looked over and saw Pietro leave as well though and relaxed. She focused on the rest of the group and decided where she might want to go.
”I think the tower would be best. We could find something that might help Danger and get us out of here.” Besides, Antoinette didn’t have much that would be able to help them get the ship from the lake but she could look for things. Schematics, more things to explain the reality they were in and what their counterparts were doing and anything else that had to deal with alternate realities.

Ed Penior

Ed wondered briefly if there was any way he could help Stark but doubted his magic was the correct type. As he was thinking, a memory flickered to the surface. One he knew wasn't his. He hadn't trusted his counterpart here. Now he had even more reason not to. Torture. He shivered. Then tried to focus back on the conversation at hand.

He wanted to talk to the group without Klara present. If he went with the other team to the tower while Klara went to the ship, that would give him the chance. But that would also put her out of his sight and he wasn't certain he wanted to trust her. Could he bring it up with Runa and see if she could tell? She was a goddess of lies. She might be able to tell if Klara was the real one. Damn, he wished he had gotten a hair from the Klara with Frost.

"I'm fine with going with either group. However, if we think we might find something useful for helping Danger at Stark tower, I think we should go to Stark Tower and then to the Mansion. Rather than splitting up." That made the most sense to him. And maybe he'd get a chance to speak to someone without Klara in earshot and not lose her.

Guin Stark

Location: New York City Streets
Skills: N/A

Everything was absolute shit.

Guin used to think the idea of the multiverse was cool - that it would be fascinating to see what different worlds looked like, glimpse what sort of person she could have been. Of course, she had expected to find out that one of her counterparts had been a rockstar, another had become a hermit, maybe even one had started a surprisingly successful TikTok channel. But she had never considered that a reality could be this bleak and this grim. In this new world and in the world Wanda had designed, she was Quicksilver's prisoner. It made her wonder if that was true in every world - even her own.

Her father was dead here, and even though he wasn't technically her dad, it still hurt to see him straight up ignore her in favor of yelling at Pietro and the others. Everything about this reality, she hated. Where was her agency here? Where was her ability to make choices and make her own destiny? It made her want to scream and punch something - so she did. Guin punched the brick wall, her hand instantly smarting and stinging. "Motherfucking piece of shit," Guin cursed, wringing out her hand and regretting the impulsive decision.

And then, the Force Ghost of Tony Stark appeared in front of her again. She opened her mouth to shout at him, only for his attitude to have almost completely changed. She blinked slightly, unable to fully process what he had said before he faded out of sight, slipping back into whatever sort of in-between he had been trapped in. Her eyes watered and Guin clenched her fist. "I -" she started to say, assuming Tony could still hear her wherever he was, when Pietro showed up.

As Guin looked at him, a memory flashed through her mind - one of searing pain, as a metal shard went into her eye. She remembered feeling like her head was on fire. And she remembered the person who did it - Magneto.

"I-I just needed some air," Guin said, her voice unsteady. It was all too much, all too much happening just at once. "This world... It's the fucking worst."

Runa Baldurdattir

Location: New York City Defenders HQ
Skills:

Runa considered Strange's words for a moment, an idea forming in her head. If Stark was scattered across several universes, there was one artifact she knew of that existed simultaneously in all realities, serving as a nexus point - the M'Kraan crystal, the home of the Phoenix. Runa had really never had a proper conversation with her grandmother, but the staff that she wielded had been made by the Phoenix. Perhaps her grandmother would be willing to pull the pieces of Tony Stark together and make him whole. "It is probably best to stay together as much as we can... I agree then. We can begin at Stark Tower."

"Excuse me, I need to retrieve Lance - could someone similarly go fetch Guinevere and Pietro?" Runa asked. They did need to get a move on. Her mind kept thinking on the M'Kraan crystal - when she had a spare moment, she intended to divine to see where it was located. In their home reality, she was fairly certain it was with the Shi'Ar, but perhaps it was somewhere more accessible here.

"Lance? What is it?" Runa asked, entering the room Lance had gone into.

Pietro looked at Guin as she spoke, and he easily noticed how her voice wavered, and he instantly walked over and pulled her into a hug, "It's okay Guina... And yeah, the world kind of seems like everything is horrible, but don't worry, we'll see about figuring out how to get home alright? It'll be okay... You'll see..."

Back inside, Mary sort of nodded her head a bit, as people were making comments on what should be the best course of action. She couldn't help but agree with Ed that maybe splitting up in some strange world wasn't the best idea. "Ok, we'll see about heading to Stark Tower once everyone else is here. Since if we could repair Danger in some way, she probably could be fairly helpful..." Danger was a fairly powerful being, but she also was a bit dangerous considering her current state. They'd have to find a way to fix her and maybe try and get it so she was a bit less psychotic.

"I can go get the other two!" Klara said happily, before she went to go follow after the direction that Guin and Pietro had gone.

"Well... Once everyone else gets back here, we can head off then..." she wasn't too sure why Lance had taken off somewhere, she had a feeling that for Guin it had to do with the Ghost Tony thing that happened, and Pietro went to likely comfort her. Once everyone was back in the area though, they could leave.

"I'll continue to look to see if there may be a way to send you back..." Strange said, before leaving the room itself.

Back with Guin and Pietro, Klara walked out of the door and looked at the pair of them, "Hey, so we're going to see about heading to Stark Tower if you two want to come back inside?"

"How about give us a few minutes out here, we'll be there soon," Pietro responded with a bit of an eye roll.

"Alright then lovebirds, you two okay though?"

"Yeah, fine." Pietro was getting a little annoyed with Klara at the moment, Are you okay to head back or do you need another minute or so Guina? he then asked Guin mentally.

Over where Runa had followed Lance to, she'd be able to see that he was looking for something, though it wasn't entirely apparent what. He turned to look at her, and she could see that he did not look like he was doing okay, looking a bit pale. Though there was one thing that was apparent, he did have a hint of confusion, almost like he didn't recognize her. Though that would be made obvious by the words that came out of his mouth. "Hi, sorry, I'm a bit too clear headed to be dealing with all of that insanity out there, and all those... People who aren't exactly the greatest to be around... Sorry who are you again, I don't even remember walking into this building, I probably passed out as usual then again I thought I took off after dad yelled at me again, wonder if I'm missing something here..." he muttered the last sentence, before going back to look for whatever it was he was looking for.

He seemed to be getting annoyed at not being able to find something, and looked to be getting annoyed at everything in general currently. Which was apparent by the fact that his eyes were currently green instead of blue, but he didn't seem to care or even pay attention to the idea of him potentially shifting again. Almost like he'd also forgotten that that was a problem he had to potentially worry about.

Bethany Bell

New York, Defender's Hideout
Skills: N/A

Bethany leaned back slightly as she nodded towards them, it was probably for the best anyway so that way they could keep an eye out on each other, just in case the memory issue things started to get worse for them all. "That works for me." Bethany said as Strange left the room as well to and started to go and see if he could find a way to get them all back home as well to. Beth looked towards the room that Runa and Lance had disappeared into while Klara went to grab Guin and Pietro. "I'll go and get Lance and Runa then and we all can head out from there." Bethany told the group.

Bethany started to make her way over towards the room, and looked at the two of them and coughed slightly to get their attention. "Hey Runa and Lance we are getting ready to head out if you two are ready to get going that is." Bethany told the two of them, standing close by in case the others needed her back over. "Are you two alright?" Bethany decided to ask.

Ed wondered for a moment if taking Guin to Stark tower would be a great idea. But it was a little too late as it was already decided they'd go there as a group. He hoped she might do better if she had something to work on, like fixing Danger, as a focus. He knew she was tech savvy, so it would hopefully be a decent distraction. He did not blame her for being upset.

The room was mostly empty of the group as most of them had gone off for whatever reason, and others had followed to retrieve them. "Mary, if we can find a quiet moment, I'd like to speak with you about a theory. Alone." He looked in the direction Klara had gone. Concern on his face. He'd have to apologize to Sief for telling another her concerns, but before they left this world, he had to deal with the fact that the Klara here might be their Klara.

Guin Stark

Location: New York City Streets
Skills: N/A

Guin relaxed slightly into Pietro's embrace, letting him be an anchor for her for a moment. Everything going on in her head was an absolute clusterfuck - there were a million different weird and depressing things that her brain was being forced to consider all at once. She wanted nothing more than to go home, curl up with her husband in bed, and watch bad TV until she fell asleep. Hell, she would've preferred seeing her mother again over what was currently going on in this world. Maddie Cromwell was an easy problem to handle in comparison. "I know it'll work out for us, it always does... But it doesn't make this any less shitty or awful," Guin muttered.

She didn't doubt that they'd be able to fix everything - but that didn't mean these missions and adventures didn't take a heavy toll.

Before Guin had really calmed down or had a moment to tell Pietro everything - specifically the new gruesome memory of losing an eye - Klara came on outside. Guin couldn't help but feel irritated. She had wanted to be alone - Pietro she wasn't mad at, she didn't mind him coming on out, but she didn't want anyone else that was for sure. "Just needed a minute, okay?" Guin answered Klara, when she said they were getting ready to leave and then asked if they were okay. Guin sniffled slightly, pulling away from Pietro's hug. I don't think the universe is going to let me actually have time to be okay, without giving me new traumatic memories of Magneto ripping my fucking eye to pieces, so I think we can go now.

Okay, if you're sure Guina.

I'm sure, Guin replied, before heading back inside.

Runa Baldurdattir

Location: New York City Defenders HQ

Runa's breath hitched for a moment. Her heart slowly broke into two pieces as she realized that there was no recognition in Lance's face. The person that she loved was gone, replaced by... something else. She opened her mouth to speak, before a morose thought occurred to her. Could she really tell Lance that he loved her, that she was his girlfriend? That had been forced upon them by Wanda - Lance hadn't made an active choice in it... Was it fair to make him return to that dynamic? Maybe now he could choose - if he really did love her, if they were meant to be, wouldn't he find his way back to her?

"... I am Runa, Baldur's daughter, Goddess of Lies," Runa said, her voice uneven at first before settling. Bethany came into the room and Runa turned her head. Bethany would be able to see a single tear trailing down her cheek. "Um.... We're fine. Lance... His memories... They, um, seem to be gone - replaced by his memories from this world," Runa explained to Bethany, blinking rapidly to try to hold back further tears. "But I think we are ready to go," she said, turning to look back at Lance, "will you come with us?"

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Warehouse Hideout – New York City
Skills:

The plan shifted slightly just by everyone deciding to go to Stark Tower rather than splitting up. Antoinette didn’t mind in the least. With everything that had been going on here, sticking together as a large group was probably better than splitting into two.
She watched the other split off to go and gather everyone once more. Antoinette turned to talk to Edus but noticed he had turned to talk to Mary. She overheard him ask her if they could speak alone and Antoinette tilted her head to the side curiously. She walked over to Ed and poked his arm.

Mary turned to look at Ed when he asked about talking to her later. "Well, we can see about stepping aside and talking now before we set off for Stark Tower, or we can talk about it once we get there, it's up to you," she ended up saying with a bit of a shrug. She had no idea what was up or what sort of theory he had that he might want to talk to her about. Not to mention, it was a bit odd to her for him to want to share this theory without everyone else around. Since if it was a theory about how to get them home, that would be something you'd want to mention in front of everyone.

Pietro followed along after Guin back to where the others were, with Klara not too far behind them. One thing he noticed, was that several people were no suddenly missing from the room. "Uhhh, where'd Lance, Runa and Bethany go?"

"Lance took off out of the room not too long before I went out after you guys..." Klara commented with a shrug.

"Well, Runa went after him immediately, and Bethany followed along not too long afterwards," Mary eventually explained, though she was wondering what was going on where those three were at this point. They knew that they were heading out of the building and off elsewhere, namely to Stark Tower, so she was wondering what was going on over there really.

Huh, wonder why he took off out of the area. When I walked out after you there wasn't much going on in here... Like, literally nothing, so wonder what's going on... Anyway, are you okay? You didn't really explain the whole eye getting ripped out sort of thing and if you feel like it... Want to talk about it?

Meanwhile, back where Lance, Bethany and Runa were, things were probably going even more a bit haywire. He looked at the two of them like they were crazy with what they were talking about. "I don't know you people and why are you talking like I should?" he asked, before hearing the last part of Runa's statement, and he stared at her a bit even more so. "You want me to go with you, around a guy who snapped my neck and killed me? Because that right there is crazy!"

Actually, he seemed to be panicking a lot from the thought of it, and he just sort of seemed to be backing away from them now. His eyes were still bright green color, and he looked to maybe bolt out of the room or something again at this point. His eyes were darting around the room, clearly looking for the best way out or something like that at the moment.

"Later." He said, responding to both Mary and Annie. He was glad he had said that as some of the others started returning, including Klara. The conversation would take time because he would have to show Mary that he could trace the counterparts before then showing that Klara's counterparts didn't match. He had to make sure they could do that uninterrupted.

They had all been together. Now with three of their number out of the room, getting to the Stark Tower would be more difficult. He glanced at Guin, making sure she seemed to be keeping it together. He didn't think her reaction had been unreasonable. Ed imagined if his sister's ghost appeared randomly, he'd have a similar reaction. Even if ghost might not be the right term.

Bethany looked over at Runa seeing the tear going down the side of her face, and then over towards Lance seeing that his eyes were still rather green, and he was looking for a way out of the room like he was a caged animal. Usually a caged animal was at it's most dangerous and unpredictable, and their Lance having a Hulk inside of him was definitely a major problem there. Bethany turned her attention back over towards Runa, she wasn't really a magic user and she wasn't sure if there was a spell or not to calm Lance down or not.

She felt bad that there wasn't a way at least for her to help with getting Lance's memories back and Bethany hoped that they could be brought back as well to. "We'll get Lance fixed up don't worry." Bethany said trying to reassure Runa, before turning her attention back over towards Lance. "Listen Lance, calm down all of us are from an alternate reality whatever is happening your memories are being changed, we can fix you if you come with us." Beth told Lance hoping to calm him down a little bit.

Antoinette watched Edus for a moment before she nodded and rocked back on her heels a bit and looked around the room. They seemed to be at a standstill right now while they waited for Runa and Bethany to return with Lance. Guin and Pietro returned though and Antoinette smiled and waved at them.
She was hoping they would find answers for them all at Stark Tower, even if it was an alternate Stark Tower. They had some of the best minds in this room who were all great in a crisis, even if some of them seemed a little off after learning about their counterparts.
”Did any of you meet my counterpart?” She asked Edus and Mary curiously.

Guin Stark

Location: New York City Defenders HQ
Skills: N/A

While the room itself was relatively quiet, with clipped conversations and short words, Guin and Pietro were in a much more lively conversation taking place via their psychic rapport. To those looking at Guin, she would seem to be a little bit shaken, but doing her best to hide it and put on a brave face. Each thing that had come to pass would be distressing on its own; but all of it summed together was an avalanche of emotion and confusion that Guin felt powerless against.

I don’t know. It’s like there’s a million different things going through my head at once - like a bomb threatening to explode. I remember your father ripping out my eye - but I know that can’t have happened, not to me…. Not to this me.

...Huh. That's weird... Strangest thing I had was to literally just want to murder everyone in the room... Not weird memory things...

Yeah. I don’t know what’s going on and I don’t like that. If my mind isn’t safe…. If our minds aren’t safe…

...So not much we can do then to combat what's going on. Fun.

Not with an incompetent telepath, no, Guin replied bitterly. Her skills as a telepath had improved a lot, but Guin was used to being pretty much perfect at everything she tried (well, science and engineering-wise). She was a prodigy, a successful nepotism baby, a genius - but when it came to her mutant power, Guin always found herself lacking. She felt she was average in every sense of the way on good days; completely incompetent on bad ones.

You aren't an incompetent telepath...

Mm, if I weren’t, then I could fix whatever was happening

Not necessarily! You don't know that.

Oh really?

Yes really!

Guin paused, turning her attention to the conversation happening in the physical plane. "I don't think running into any of our doppelgangers is something to be excited about, Annie," Guin cautioned. The Annie in this world was probably some sort of twisted murderer or something - everything here was horrible, she didn't see any reason why Annie's good nature would have been spared.

Runa Baldurdattir

Location: New York City Defenders HQ
Skills:

Bethany ripped off the bandaid, something Runa hadn't even known if she would have had the courage to do herself. Her eyes were misty with tears. Lance really didn't have the slightest clue who they were, although he did remember Pietro - as his murderer. How could she ask him to travel in the same company as Pietro - how was that anything but cruel? It didn't matter if Pietro had killed him or not, Lance believed that he had, and Runa didn't want to hurt him.

"She tells the truth - we are not from this world. Our Pietro is not your slayer; and you are not his victim," Runa said, doing her best to keep her words steady and even, in order to calm Lance. "I should not ask this of you, but I need you to be brave. I need you to breathe in deeply for me. If you do not want to travel in his company, then I will not make you - we can go separately and attend to other affairs."

Lance seemed a bit hesitant at first to even think about going with them. He was clearly still a bit freaked out in general about everything, especially what they were saying and weird things about alternate realities and such. It was insanely weird, and his mind was a bit clouded and chaotic, but after a few moments, he just sort of nodded his head in response, willing to at least go with the group, for now anyway.

Back with the others, Mary looked at Annie when she asked about her counterpart, "No, we didn't, your counterpart was not with the Hellfire Club, and doubt you'd want to... Anyway, I'm going to go see about getting the others back over here so that we can get going to Stark Tower or something like that," Mary commented, before wandering off to go find the others.

Wonder what's taking them so long? Pietro couldn't help but mutter mentally to Guin.

A little while later, they all were stepping through a portal into the upper floors of Stark Tower. The room was covered in dust, the floor, furniture, counters, everything. It was obvious that no one had been there for a while, and looked like everyone just disappeared. There was still a few bits of damage that had yet to be repaired at one point from the Battle of New York years ago. Though if that was the case, they might be able to find something that they might be able to use there currently.

"Well this will be fun... Why did we want to come here again?" Pietro asked, looking around the room.

"Few different reasons, mainly seeing if there is anything around here that might be able to help us in just about anyway... Plus I think we were wanting to see if there was anything around here that might be useful in potentially fixing the ship once we get it out of the lake, and maybe also fix Danger so she isn't going to constantly be going haywire and try to kill us all again. So I guess we all should probably split up a bit and see what we can find. Though probably should be careful, this place clearly hasn't been inhabited for a while, so who knows what might be lying around to cause issues, like how Danger was still at the mansion and active even if falling apart. So just, be careful, and maybe don't go wandering off by yourself or something, just stick with one other person or whatever." Mary said, she also figured that if everyone went to go look around the building, that she could talk to Ed or something like about whatever it was that he wanted to discuss.

"Cool. Makes sense," Pietro said with a shrug, before mentally saying to Guin, I guess you should lead the way, cause this is your home after all, you probably know where we should look first?

"Yay, let's go then!" Klara said rather happily before she started wandering down the nearest hallway.

Lance meanwhile had stepped away from where everyone else was, clearly preferring to stay off by himself a bit, so he was currently off leaning up against a wall by the windows. He seemed perfectly fine just being over there away from everyone else, at least at the moment anyway.

New York, Defender's Hideout -> Stark Tower

Bethany decided to follow the others back to the main room of the Defender's hideout, she looked over at the others. "Sorry i'm ready to go whenever you guys are." Bethany said to them as a portal was opened up and quickly followed the others into the room of Star Tower, she took a moment to look around the room. Stark Tower certainly had seen better days as she noticed all of the dust that was in the room, Bethany looked at Mary and nodded as Klara headed off down one of the hallways in the room. "I'll go with Klara then if anyone else wants to come with." Bethany told them and followed her out of the room.

The hallway didn't seem to have anything of interest as Bethany looked at Klara, she noticed a few doors were closed and decided to go to one of the closed doors. Bethany tried to open the door, and noticed that it was locked or really stuck shut, she played with the thought of using her powers to shadow travel to the other side, but decided against it and turned to get Klara's attention. "He Klara mind seeing if you can open the door?" Bethany decided to ask her.

Guin Stark

Location: Stark Tower
Skills: Electronics and Computers, Investigation, Problem Solving

It was bizarre to see her home covered in a layer of dust, with damage she barely remembered from her childhood left to remain. She had been about eight years old or so during the Battle of New York - she had been away at boarding school during it, but she did remember the videos and pictures of New York burning. By the time she had returned home from school, almost all of the damage to Stark Tower had been fixed - and it had definitely been finished up before the one year anniversary of the attack. But here, it was clear that that hadn't happened. Guin knew that this Tony had died - or rather, been scattered in between universes - but still... Her breath hitched in her throat slightly, seeing her home like this - imagining what her life would've been like if her father had never come home.

She heard Pietro's voice via their telepathic rapport, and she nodded. Guin cleared her throat slightly. "Hey JARVIS, it's me, ya girl," Guin called out, hoping that the AI was still functioning. JARVIS ran the house at this point in time, if Guin remembered correctly.

G̙͕̅̕å͇͖̗̠̩̻̼̤̂̉̀̚ȑ̗̘̩̟̘͓̀ͅb͔̬͇̙̱̘̟́̆̈́́͠ͅl̤̖̲̂͐̎́e̸̖͍͚͔͉̜͍͓͑ͣ ̲͔̈́͆̓́g̛͖͚̩̻͙̝̥ͮͧ͑͋a̦̠̥͓̺̣͂̉͢r̘̭̠̟ͭ͟ḅ̯̳̫͚̲͔͑̌͝l̓ͪ̊ͬ͏̙͔e̛͔̺̻͗ͅ ͖̼͖̫͔͖̇̎̎͠g̙̗̘ͩ͌̊̉͝a̴̖͈̩̥͒r̘̼͖͇̜̻͕̭͊̿͝b̧̳̭̈́l̝͙̼̭̈ͥ̈͞e̺͇̭̰̝̹͊̀

Guin paused for a moment. She couldn't hear where the voice had come from, and she could only guess that it was JARVIS. No one had been here in ages, so she had to guess that maintenance on JARVIS just hadn't been kept up on. That almost made her as sad as learning her father's fate - JARVIS had been one of the people to raise her, it was like finding out that Happy or Pepper had been abandoned in the tower and withered away from inattention. "If that's you, run a diagnostic - and divert extra resources towards improving your audio quality, it's shit," Guin asked.

Guin winced slightly from the high pitched sound of speaker feedback. Things were a little bit better, but not enough. She still had no idea what JARVIS - if that were really him - was saying. She'd have to try something else. There was an access terminal along the wall and Guin walked up to it, tapping it with her finger to wake it on up. She hoped that it would just immediately recognize her, as this had been her home and she should be in the system - and luckily, the terminal seemed to be accessible. "No security footage, damn," Guin muttered under her breath, going through menus and logs. She did mange though to key in the sequence to reboot JARVIS. "Wakey wakey, JARVIS. Need you to tell me what's happened here - in a language I can understand, preferably."

Runa Baldurdattir

Location: Stark Tower
Skills:

Runa had used the sling ring to transport them all to Stark Tower, and it seemed like people fell into natural pairings to investigate. Guin was with Pietro, Bethany was with Klara, and it looked like Mary might've been leaning towards going with Edus. Runa knew that meant she was supposed to go with Lance, and while ordinarily she wouldn't have had a problem with it, right now seeing him was only bringing out feelings of hopelessness and despair in her. It hurt to see him without his memories, looking at her like she was a stranger to him, that she didn't matter, that she was unimportant. He was standing off by himself near the windows, seemingly content to be alone.

Runa bit her lip. She was tempted to go off by herself to investigate, but she also didn't dare leave him alone. But she also didn't want to be the one babysitting him at the moment, as that was only painful. She cleared her throat slightly. "Lance, would you... would you mind assisting me in the search?" Runa asked him. Her tongue felt swollen, but she managed to not stumble too much over those words. She cast a glance in Edus' direction, and if he caught her gaze, he would be able to tell that Runa was in distress - and in need of some help.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Warehouse Hideout —> Stark Tower – New York City
Skills:

No one had seen Annie's counterpart and it was true that it was probably a good thing but Antoinette couldn't help being curious about it. Her mind drifted away from the thought of her counterpart as they arrived at Stark Tower. She coughed from the dust in the room and looked around for signs of life. It didn't look like this place had been occupied for a long time.
Antoinette listened to Mary's advice and stayed with the main group but drifted around the main room, looking for anything that might help the ship. She looked for manuals or blueprints, something that might indicate a part they needed or a code.

Ed Penior

Location: New York City Stark Tower
Skills: Healing

Ed was about to join Mary to find a quiet place to tell her what was happening. But then he caught Runa's pleading look, and he couldn't ignore it. He was fond of Runa. And seeing her in distress was not something he cared for. He hated that; it was a weakness that grew the more he worked with this group. Despite him not wanting to make connections with this group, he had.

"Lance, may I try something?" He asked, joining the pair of them. There was a small chance this would work. And he only had any hope it might since the fight with Loki. If he really got into it, this would absolutely be a breach of the family laws.

Lance assented. Though, Ed had a feeling Lance didn't understand well enough to give informed consent. He hated that but glanced at Runa and saw that she needed him to try at least.

Ed lifted his hands, holding them slightly to either side of Lance's head. Orange light emanated and pressed against Lance's temples. A few moments passed like that before Ed dropped his hands.

"I can't get his memories back, but this might be better than nothing." He told Runa quietly. Then leaned back. He was tired from that.

Lance wasn't too sure on what to think with regards to everything in general, or who the others were in general. He just sort of nodded his head over what it was that Ed was saying, not even sure what he was talking about, however he seemingly relaxed after Ed tried to heal him or something like that. Now, he wasn't entirely sure why, but he felt like he could trust those he was with currently. Even though there was a part of his mind saying no, that he shouldn't, but something made him think that he should.

Looking at Runa when she had spoken, now she would see for a brief second a flicker of recognition, and it was still seemingly there, for the moment anyway. "Yeah, sure, I know my way around here, the lab is down this way and it'll likely have some of the things that we might find useful," he said with a slight smile, before heading down a different direction from where the others are.

It took a moment for JARVIS to wake up after the reboot, it would be a bit obvious to Guin that it didn't seem like the tower had too much power, probably got shut down when the building got abandoned or something. There was still a bit of static to JARVIS's voice, but at least now he was audible. "Hello Ms. Stark," came the familiar voice. "Stark Tower has been abandoned for several years after you were kidnapped by the Brotherhood the remaining Avengers left after a year. Though it was also left alone aside from a few of the Avengers after your father's death. After he died, no one bothered to work on the repairs to the tower. All that was done was enough to ensure that the structure would not collapse."

"Huh, well that's fun to know..." Pietro commenting, having followed Guin over.

"The Tower officially has been empty and ignored for 6 years. My systems are currently running on what remains of the backup power, which unfortunately will likely not last for too long." he then added.

"So guess it sounds like we likely won't have anyone bothering us here... Well more of here's hoping to that really. But if it's been abandoned for that long, honestly a bit surprised the building didn't get torn down or something like that. Though guess in a way it probably would be considered a bit of a memorial or something like that maybe?"

"I mean yeah, if no ones been here for 6 years, probably going to be ignore. But at least that will somewhat be a nice thing maybe..."

"Still probably shouldn't be here for too long though, since knowing our luck, cops or something will come knocking on our door, and considering the fact that most everyone here, their counterparts aren't exactly the best people around... Probably best to avoid that..."

Mary walked over to where Ed and Runa were, wondering a bit about what was going on with them, not to mention Ed had wanted to talk about something, "Something wrong?" she asked them. "Ed, something tells me we might as well talk now, or whatever, since who knows when more chaos or all hell breaking loose might happen again for us..."

Over where Bethany was, Klara looked at Bethany when she asked about opening the door, and she shrugged a bit, before walking over to the door. "Well then, this will be fun," she commented, before she slammed her fist against the door, there was a loud crack as the lock on the door and the doorknob broke, and the door swung silently open, showing what looked to be a bedroom of sorts.

The thing that was a bit obvious, was that the room was what looked to be a bedroom. It wasn't Guin's or something that was for sure, however, but based on the appearances, it looked like it belong to Tony Stark. "Doubt we'll find anything helpful here unless you want to do some snooping around or whatever," Klara commented, the room had a sort of musty sort of smell, like it had been shut up longer then the main part of the tower.
