80% of the population of the world has some kind of power, called a quirk. Because of this, crime and other nefarious activities began to rise. With this career crime started decrease as life began to get back to normal with the establishment of government sponsored heroes which eventually lead into Hero Agencies.
If there is one thing that is for sure, it is that being a hero is now a dream of everyone. But to be a hero, it takes more than just power, it takes intelligence, cunning, perseverance and conviction. But these are not all things everyone possesses. This is why Hero schools began to be made, the best of all of them of course is UA hero Academy. This is an Alternate Universe My Hero Academia RP, meant to take place in UA, there will be a few people from the canon/shows but they will be far and few between. The goal here is to let everyone's characters shine without having a light on old favorites like Endeavor or All Might. We will have villains, and storylines that may be inspired from the show/manga but ultimately this is our Sandbox to do as we please in this world. The main thing to remember though is we are here to have fun, more than anything else we are here to enjoy ourselves and have fun with a world that we all like and enjoy using teenagers with super powers.

So with that being said: let's talk about rules:
1. Have fun: we are here to enjoy ourselves and write characters that we make. When people write they tend to put themselves into their character; that being said, just have fun. Don't worry about being the strongest or being able to defeat whoever else is here. Just have fun!
2. No fade to black: Hey so this goes without saying, while we are all 18+ and MHA has some adult themes, please do not write teenagers getting together, you can ship, you can be in a relationship do whatever you want in that regard, but as far as any type of fading to black/sex scene. Just don't. These are teenagers. 🚓
3. Respect your GMs: I can tell you this I am very laid back and relaxed when it comes to RP. But Alfhedil (co-gm) or I will bring our foot down respectfully if we have to in certain situations. We ask that you are respectful of what we say even if you disagree.
4. Regular posting: the key to a long lasting RP is consistency. Because of this I or others may poke you to get a post out of you. I understand how busy life can get. But after a bit of putting off posting if it's holding back the story I will keep moving on from that point; after awhile of no response, this isn't demeaning you or your time but rather keeping other people interested and not letting the RP grow stale.
Think of it as if you had to miss a session in DnD. Life is busy, I get it, you are welcomed back with open arms when you are more free even if your schedule makes you busy for just a couple of weeks. Just be communicative about your business and all should be good!
5. Be kind: if you are respectful and kind to yourself and others, all other rules will be followed!
6. Don't be batman 🦇 : by this I mean don't try to have a countermeasure for all of us as your friends in the RP. There's nothing that's more annoying then being told that our character is useless against yours because you just have to do (blank) . We don't have to be stronger then everyone and some characters will do better against others and not so good against some. It's okay to not be the strongest!
