@XxFellsingxX "you shouldn't have!"
They were of various races, but each of them were missing features that their respective races were known for. Elves and half-elves were missing their pointed ears. Orcs and half-orcs were missing their prominent tusks. Dwarf men were missing their beards.
Seriously, if your DnD character isn't screaming interally literally 80% of the time, are they even really a DnD character?
That is a fair point.
I think I've only had one out of...a lot of DND characters that didn't scream internally as much. I think she only screamed internally about...40% of the time I played that character.

My guess either she was very chill or so anxious that is had become her default state of mind and she didn't care any more.

In a weird way...it's both of them combined.
She went through so many insane events in her childhood, she got used to any sort of madness. During the adventure, she's very chill but cheerful and charismatic.
Random encounters? Pshaw! She was always ready.
The only time she actually was surprised or screamed was when one of her allies decided it would be a good idea to have her owl familiar eat an unknown egg whole, without either familiar or PC knowing. As a result: Familiar goes poof and an unknown creature took its' place.
This is the only version of this meme I could find that wasn't a youtube short.
