I think you had to ask for it, maybe. I asked for knights at the beginning of the game (thus why I have 500 knights). To compensate for having cav, I had to have fewer infantry.

On another topic, namely no women athletes in the Greater Bennisia, female athletes were not allowed to participate until 1900 (so we still have 200 more years). And not all nations followed this tread, by the way.

He is here. Also yeah, with cavalry you had to ask for it and if you did you only get knights. Dragoons etc. are a future discovery.

Yeah that would be fine.

Technically, dragoons weren't the mainstay of cavalry. Heavy and light cav were quite common.
