I would have figured Flicker would expect Jørmund to do such a reckless thing by now. Unless they are attempting to take the role of party parent.

Flicker really shouldn't be shocked that Aura is partaking in mysery potion. Out of all the group she is the one most likely to do something like this. She thrives off of randomenss. XD

• The user can retract or extend a weapon from the scabbard bracer as a bonus action. While the weapon is extended, the user can use it as if they were holding it, but their hand remains free.


I am not sure I understand this part of the item. Do you mind explaining it to my small brain? Also, sorry I have not talked much. I have just been sort of down in the dumps. Should have a post out soon though.

No worries. ^_^
I believe this means that Rala can use a bonus action to have the weapon in the sheath out and ready for battle or just have it sheathed.
It also means that when the weapon is out and ready to attack, Rala would still have a free hand because the weapon is held by the bracer sheathe. So she can interact with other objects or hold something else.

The DM can help correct me on this. ^^”

Haruki has it right.

The scabbard bracer basically holds your sword for you, leaving your main hand free to do other things.

This is when we find out that it was not her genie parent that gave Aura her powers but rather a trickster god disguised as her genie parent who gave Aura her powers and this has all just been a cleaver ruse. The god then has decided to also take the place of Aura's familiar just to see how shit is going.

One Aura would honestly be impressed with and not be mad about. XD

Or Aura's 'genie parent' is a trickster god, and it turns out Aura's been a powerful demigod this whole time and no one ever realised it, not even Aura herself. xP
