Powers: Invisibility and intangibility

Weaknesses: Travis still needs to breathe, so he is limited in how much material he can pass through based on how long he can hold his breath. While he's immune to many forms of attack while intangible, electrical attacks are still effective as the electricity is still able to jump between the molecules of his body and electrocute him.

His invisibility can be defeated by thermal imaging, though no light-based cameras, such as infrared, will be able to see him. His powers need to be consciously activated as well, so a sneak attack would also be effective.

Equipment: Anything that Travis carries needs to be brought with him through anything he passes through, so he tends to travel light to reduce the strain on himself. With his power set being suited to infiltration and stealth missions, his equipment was designed to assist him with such tasks. His suit covers his entire body to prevent him from leaving behind hair or anything other DNA anywhere that he should not have been. His boots also have sound-dampening soles in order to aid him in moving silently while he invisibly skulks around. In addition, he carries a com-bead in his ear for communication and his mask contains anti-flash lenses.

Despite his policy of traveling light, Travis does carry a few gadgets just in case in ends up in a less-than-ideal situation. The extendable baton he carries in civilian life was upgraded to a stun baton which can be electrified at the push of a button for a nasty shock to incapacitate his foes. He has also been supplied with flash pellets, which he is protected from by the anti-flash lenses in his mask. For those hard-to-reach places he possesses a grappling hook that is strong enough to lift himself and one passenger without difficulty. Finally, he carries remote hacking devices to give Oracle remote access to whatever sort of computer she would like access to.

Appearance: Travis is a young, Caucasian man with an average build. He is 5'8" tall with black hair and blue eyes. He dresses very plainly, often opting for a simple plain, colored T-shirt and jeans. There is also a trench coat that he is quite fond of that he often wears as well.

His suit is a full-body suit with no visible facial features similar to a morph suit. The head, torso, and upper arms are white and the rest of the suit is black.

Personality: laid-back, sarcastic, humorous, loyal, stubborn

BRIEF Bio: Travis's early life before his metahuman abilities were awakened were rather unremarkable. He was raised by overprotective, religious parents who kept him away from the dangerous and cruel world, better known as Gotham, as best as they possibly could. Travis grew tired of being so smothered rather quickly and was quick to strike out on his own as soon as possible.

Upon the discovery of his abilities Travis had mixed feelings on how to best make use of them. He did, of course, inevitably give in to how easily he could now steal things, but his conscience didn't allow him to take anything that was too expensive. Travis also learned that his abilities could be used for good. Though he tried not to get too involved in Gotham's drama he did take it upon himself to stop a robbery here and there or save the odd damsel in distress. He figured that joining some new superhero team that was being put together would help him understand why he can do what he does and perhaps give his life some meaning and direction.

Notes: Travis is afraid of heights.

poison tolerance: As a poisonous person himself, Jeremy is capable of dealing with inhuman levels of poisons and toxins. This all but stops him from feeling drunk or high, but more over means that even a lethal does of something that would be toxic to someone such as bleach or gasoline will only leave Jeremy feeling sick.

Mist form: When Jeremy changes forms, he becomes a large cloud of purple mist. This mist can move to encompass an area as big as 2,500 feet and obscures all sight within it. Jeremy is capable of forming individual parts of his body in this form, allowing him to throw punches or speak well in this form. Furthermore, anyone who inhales this mist will struggle to breathe, feel a deep pain in their lungs, and even see hallucinations of Jeremy all around them for up to 8 hours after being exposed to the mist. All clothes or items he was holding that aren't over 20 pounds will disappear with him. This does not include metal or living things.

Weaknesses:
Uncontrollable: Without a special watch designed to keep him in his human form, Jeremy is not able to contain his mist form. If the device were to be taken from him, damaged or otherwise no longer there, he would not be able to return to being a human, and eventually might just drift away to who knows were,

Literally a stiff wind: Jeremy in his mist form is ultimately at the whims of the wind. Indoors his power is amazing but outside, his power becomes entirely weather dependent. If there is a storm or heavy winds he might as well be a citizen. Furthermore, foes that can create a strong wind will be able to push Jeremy out of the way.

Equipment:
Gas bombs: Oracle has helped Jeremy store up the poisonous gas he creates, and this has allowed him some level of usefulness outside of his mist form. These gas bombs have a mix of his own mist with other dangerous chemicals to help deal with much more resistant foes.

Baseball bat: It's not pretty, but Jeremy needs some kind of weapon for when his power is rendered useless. It isn't much, but with no training with guns and no training with other weapons, a baseball bat does the job when he needs it to. Just hope he isn't going after Bane.

Appearance:

Personality: A daredevil, jokester, excitable but genuine and Guileless
BRIEF Bio: A powerplant janitorial worker who unintentionally exposed himself to radiation and gamma rays do to his own lack of attention to his safety. Surprisingly, rather than killing him gruesomely this only instigated his change into a cloud of mist and awakened his powers. At first, Jeremy did not know how to control his powers and unintentionally roved around Bludhaven as a new threat. Eventually, with the help of various heroes, he was given a device to help him control his power, and in doing so, he was also suggested to join a team under the implication that learning to use his powers could help him learn to control them.
