If you're still struggling with your juggling, you could just state OOC what Cascade wants to buy rather than writing an entire IC post if that would be easier. I could then weave your instructions into the next DM post.

Cascade would save what gold she can for her home, but she wouldn't want to completely hold out on her new friends. So she would get comfortable ingredients when it comes to fruits.

I'm assuming option one is a Persuasion roll while the other is Arcana?
