By the way, discord did a thing now where anything hyperlinked from it will eventually expire. If it still shows up for you it might just be that it's in your cache. So you'll need to host your images elsewhere if you want them to last more than a few days.

I'll wait for everyone to arrive before posting, but it seems that you forgot something, @BrokenPromise. The only way to truly destroy a monster is to destroy its Void. The hippo is definitely hurting, but it's not down yet.

@shagranoz Aw dayum, between crushing its body and severing its head I thought for sure that Osiris might have destroyed its void. Or is the issue that a void is a negative space that gets bigger as it takes damage? I hope Coffin Fortress brought some concrete fill for this one.

Anyway, I didn't really narrate the monster dying, since I feel it's the GMs job to decide that to prevent power gaming and stuff. I was more narrating Osiris's certainty that this thing wasn't going to be alive much longer.
