If you want something dragon related you could have a paladin with a weapon that contains a dragon-soul, or a magi with a dragon-based familiar.

There's kinds of spells under transmutation called 'symbiosis' which can let yourself merge with your familiar/weapon's soul, in this case, draconic powers; which could apply as either a weapon's 'super' or a familiar contract-bound spell. Symbiosis also goes with ratio, whereas the more dragon-like you want to be in this example, the more control the dragon's soul will have over the body.

@BayRat While at work I had thoughts XD silly silly thoughts that could work since the skinwalkers aren't constrained to just 1 animal total. So mix and match parts as needed...
