STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:

Ace Pilot: Boltare has been piloting Fighters and one-man ships since he was old enough to reach the peddles. Graduating Skystrike Academy at the top of his class, he spent some time in the covetted Obsidian Squadron but has been passed around.

Unarmed Combat: One of the most important parts of Echani Culture is physical combat. It is said that 2 Echani can share more in 3 minutes of combat than in 10 years of discussion.

Starship Design: Gianno Shipwrights are a small but fairly respected Shipbuilding company and Boltare is the the current heir to the company. As such Boltare has taken an interest in order to fully take over when his mother retires.

Stormtrooper Aim: So, in the skies, Boltares skill is up there with Baron Fel and Anakin Skywalker... But on the ground, his aim with a blaster leaves a lot to be desired.

APPEARANCE:

Boltare is a fairly standard specimen of his species. Reasonably tall, lithe build with crew-cut length white hair and white eyes. He tends to dress rather standardly. Imperial Flight Suit when on duty or his Officers uniform when not in a combat situation. When trying to remain incogneto for missions on the ground, he tends to dress reservedly, simple robes and a poncho. Although whatever he is wearing, he carries a standard issue RK-3 Blaster Pistol on his hip, he very rarely draws it (Primarily because he's not actually that great a shot with it)

BIOGRAPHY:

Born a few years before the Incident on Naboo, Boltare grew up on the Echani colony world of Yuki from a fairly noble family, lower-upper class. Born as the heir to Gianno Shipwrights, a fairly small-sized shipyard that created custom luxury yachts, but during the Clone Wars shifted over to liscence-building Fighters for the Republic. Mostly the V-19 Torrent, before moving onto the ARC-170 in the later war. After the war, they pivotted back towards the Luxury Yachts, but every so often were hired by Kaut and other Imperial yards to help fill large orders for V-Wings, then TIE Fighters. Helping to test pilot these TIE's is where Boltare grew an appreciation of these simple yet effective Space Superiority Fighters.

When Boltare turned 18, much to his mothers chagrin, he was accepted into the Imperial Academy on Caridia. Passing at the top of his class in the Flight School, he was assigned to several squadrons where he proved his proficiency behind the controls of a TIE Fighter. Mostly dealing with pirates, slavers and other undesirables on the outer rim, he proved himself invaluable to his commanders, eventually earning him some higher training at the legendary "Skystrike Academy" where he once again passed top of his class in the Advanced Officer Training program.

Recently, with the Rebellion getting more and more bold in every step (Especially after that transmission from Lothal 2 years back) He has found himself having to deal with heavily armed, converted freighters, maybe even some of those heavily armed and armoured X-Wings. It was recently, at a skirmish with Rebel forces just off of the Rishi Maze, Boltare proved his mettle when he personally destroyed 7 Rebel fighters in 1 sortie. Now, he is being pulled into Rebel Hunting by order of an old family friend, Moff Kohl Seerdon.
