Seto shrugs. "Seems so." Not sure what to tell Yugi at this point.

Cora looks to the Fluffy monster as he coos and waves his tiny arms. "Seems so." Cora translates as she let's the creature go and let's it float into the room while Yami backs away and let's him through.

The Kuriboh squeezes through the door and with a pop, makes it into the room and searches to see what he can see.

Yugi sat down at the table not sure what to do as the others came in to eat. But then looking around Dartz said “pray tell where are Serena the pharaoh and Cora?”

The room was trashed, everything moved or in pieces. And Adam was laying on the floor against the far wall, looking like he had been thru a tornado in the room itself. Serena called “hey? Is Adam in there?”

Seto had sat at the table next to Mokuba when he started eating. When Dartz asked where the three were, Seto was the one to chime in. "Cora went to let them know breakfast was ready. She may have remembered Adam is here too." Having noticed that Adam wasn't with them here eating.

Kuriboh hurried back and started flailing and cooing hurriedly like he was explaining what was going on. Cora's eyes widened like she understood what Kuriboh was saying. "We gotta get him out! Maybe if all three of us push the door we can get it open." Cora suggests.

Yugi frowned and said “I hope everything is alright…”

Serena cursed and tried to push the door hard and said “must be caught…Cora ask him if he can pull from his side” she was worried now, what could have happened in there?

Cora and Yami tried to help push the door open for it not to budge. Cora looks to Kuriboh. "Could you try to pull the debris?" She asks. Kuriboh pops back into the room. He tries to pulls as Cora and Yami try to push with Serena. There was a shift in the debris before it gave way letting the door open to reveal not just Kuriboh but Cerberus. Cora smiled enough to nod her thanks to them before all three went into the room.

Serena blinked and asked “how did he fit in there?” She jumped over and moved to Adam, trying to sit him up. “Adam? Adam can you hear me?”

Cora pets Cerberus' two heads to thank him before making her way over to Adam and Serena. Yami figured to investigate the room. Cora looked for any physical injuries from head to toe.

Adam was out cold and seemed just roughed up, bruised and swallow cuts. Serena looked around and said “it’s like he was attacked in here…but how did no one hear a thing?”

Cora decided to go ahead and heal the bruises and shallow cuts. Yami wondered that as well. He wondered if someone managed to use magic to suppress sound. Other than that it would hard to find out other than from Adam. He looked around the room to see how the debris scattered. "I wouldn't know for sure...."

Serena looked around more carefully and said “it almost looks like it was one person trashing the room but that doesn’t make sense…”

With Cora treating him Adam groaned a little and his eyes moved under the lids.

Cora continued till the bruises and cuts were gone, focusing on the task at hand. Not paying attention to the conversation.

Yami looked toward Serena confused. "Wait. I thought there was a barrier around the building. How would they have gotten in?" He asks, remembering seeing one when they returned last night.

Serena nodded then after a moment there was another grunted and Adam opened his eyes slightly, his vision blurred but he was seeing cora first since she was right in front of him.

“Ms. Cora? What’s…going on?”

Cora stopped her task when Adam woke up. He looks to Serena and Yami. "He's awake." She informs them before looking back over to Adam. "We found your door blocked when we called you for breakfast. We got in with help and found you here and your room trashed." Cora explains.

Adam looked around to see Yami and Serena and he sighed softly holding his head. “I was turning in…after the chaos last night and when I was falling asleep this dark power tried to take me over…I think it used my link to Drake…”

Cora looked confused by what Adam was talking about. Yami look to Serena with concern before looking back to Adam. "How so? What is their interest in Drake if he's in a coma?" He asks.

Serena said “his still linked to the brother hood…and they used that link to try and take Adam over. Let me guess…Drake is your human host? His your anchor like Yami and Dark Magician?”

Adam nodded and said “yes…it’s why we always say we are twins…” Serena looked at Yami and said “we need to go to the coma ward and break their link to him. Or we might have a puppet Twin Heart Knight blasting us to the shadow realm without warning”

"Wait! You can't! That kind of bond is sacred! It's like taking away apart of yourself!" Cora exclaimed, clearly upset by the idea. "There has to be another way!" Cora knew that she didn't know anyone here well on a personal level, but to talk about something so harsh. She didn't want to see that kind of pain.

Yami moved his gaze to Cora when she begged them not to do this. And honestly wondered if there was another way. This was a tough decision to make. To have a bond with a Duel Monster was something all duelists had. That was a bond that would be constantly be tested time and time again. Who truly knows what could happen. For now all think to do is to ask for consent. Maybe he could somehow enter Drake's mind and ask him for consent since he would feel better having both of their permission.

"I ask this then. If I am able to get Drake's consent or not. Is this truly what you want, Adam? Who knows what this would do to you both." Yami cautions.

Adam looked panicked and said “no I can’t do that to him!” Serena groaned and whistled loudly to get them all to look at her. “Guys…I meant the link Drake has with the brotherhood. There must be something still linking him to Apep. I would never want to break a bond or relationship like that between you and Drake Adam. Never. But to Apep…that I would take a hammer to.”

Adam sighed and relaxed a bit, nodding. “Of course that’s what you meant…I’m sorry, I didn’t listen closely enough to your wording…I guess I’m still out of it from the attack…” Serena nodded and said “did you sleep?” He shook his head and said “not till I finally cast him out thanks to whichever god sensed my problem and sent some kind of wave out. It broke thru and I think I passed out after that…but it was around dawn.”

There was a knock and Darts was standing there. “Heavens…is everything alright in here? Adam what happened?”
