Deadpool and Wolverine get a call from the Avengers, who need as much help as they can to understand why there is a sudden surge of mutants and people with powers. It is to be revealed that there is more to what is causing this sudden surge. Can Deadpool fix it or will need help himself to set things right?

I think them coming back to Deadpool dealing with a gang with powers would be interesting. Then to learn what transpired and needed some extra assistance hence needing Logans's help? Was that what you were wondering about?

LMAO! YES! Fury sneaks behind them and points them in the right direction.

Anyway. Say it's after he takes on a contract to take out a gang. Fury comes in at the end and offers him a mission that he finds out is tied to the gang he took out.
