Well, there isn't a pokemon attack that opens black holes, and I don't apply HP to roleplays. Stats and roleplays don't mix. The closest one can get is a randomized choice-maker, like random.org or flipping a coin.

I know there's no black hole pokemon attacks. It's more the incident made me wary of people applying game mechanics to things. ^^;

But this isn't a case of that, so it's fine.

Name: Jakuzure Nonon
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Appearance: "I'll beat you down with style and cheer~"
Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon
Universe of Origin: Kill la Kill
Personality: Nonon at first appears to have a cheerful and cutesy personality. And this is not wrong. Nonon is indeed a very cheerful girl at most times... it's just that she's also extremely sarcastic. Nearly everything that comes out of her mouth is insulting to someone, even allies and friends. That said, while she is certainly being highly derisive, it's rather friendly when directed at people who are her friends and allies. At enemies, well... it's biting sarcastic insults. She rarely every refers to anyone by their actual names, as well. At the very least it's some kind of playful nickname, and usually it's some kind of insult. There is only one person she ever refers to with her actual name, and that person is someone Nonon treats with adoration and loyalty. Nonon's air of playfulness, as well, is hardly a lie. She enjoys conducting and all her insults are very playful and cheerful, if just as insulting in spite of that. She enjoys the power of flight given by her Goku uniform greatly, and is even rather playful in combat... along with threatening her opponent with violence and destruction. However, if her opponent is stubborn about being defeated she will lose her temper and snap at them.
Abilities/Weapons: Nonon's newest Goku Uniform is very similar to her original,
. However, it is still a highly dangerous example of combat school uniform technology. In its inactive state, it merely resembles a marching band uniform with an unusual skull motif. Even in this state it protects her from most forms of harm beyond high-power weapons. However, upon transforming, it becomes a skintight reddish bodysuit... retaining the hat and skull motif. This form is known as Symphony Regalia Tempo. One advancement it retains over its original incarnation is increased maneuverability and firepower. The speaker cannons mounted on her back are far more compact and lighter, allowing Nonon to fly with greater speed. They can also fire a variety of laser hearts, musical notes, and other dangerous projectiles. In spite of this it is still far easier to destroy then later models. Therefore this form retains its second state, known as Symphony Regalia Da Capo. When forcibly grounded, Nonon's damaged flight gear unfurls into a stage, and her bodysuit becomes a dark pink-and-white conductor's outfit with a tall cannon-like hat. This hat fires blasts of music which can knock aside and damage her targets. However, her mobility and methods of attack in this form are much more limited. It is possible to bypass Da Capo by destroying Nonon's goku uniform entirely as opposed to simply doing enough damage to ground her, as well.

Name: Cletus Moore
Age: 29
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Canon, AU, or OC?: OC
Universe of Origin: Fallout: New Vegas

Personality: Cletus is messed up. Emotionally, anyway. After all, his earliest memories are of cannibals breaking into his family's homestead and eating his parents when he was three. Because of this, he hasn't adjusted to talking to people very well, often feeling uncomfortable even in casual conversations. All things considered, though, he's remarkably optimistic for a waste-dweller, and doesn't have too many glaring psychoses. It's just that he's more comfortable with his cyborg dogs and floating robot than some of his other friends.

Abilities/Weapons: Cletus, despite his post-nuclear life, has amazingly strong genetics. As for actual abilities, he is capable in most forms of combat, is a gifted surgeon, can repair, build, and cook almost anything, and knows more about the laws of SCIENCE! in his universe than most would ever care to learn. He is, however, tremendously socially awkward. His weapons include a Shiskebab, the Saturnite Fist, and a Plasma Defender. Respectively, they are a sword that sets things on fire, a power fist made of an alloy he is still not 100% sure should exist, and a pistol which unloads a small burst of superheated gas. Most of the time, he's wearing dirty, moth-eaten clothes straight out of the 1950's or a suit of Ranger Armor he bought from the NCR.

Backstory: Cletus... well, he knows he's kinda screwed up. His earliest memories are of his parents getting killed and eaten by cannibals, and then killing them all in their sleep. Thankfully, after a few weeks, he was taken in by a passing caravan's doctor, learning the ropes of medicine and taking in all the books they'd give him. He didn't do so well talking to the caravan's customers, more often than not hiding behind one of the Brahmin. Eventually, the caravan broke apart. He keeps in touch with people.

Fast forward a few years. Cletus is working for the Mojave Express, gets shot in the head, and ends up in a shallow grave. He claws out. Begins seeking revenge. Meets a floating robot. He takes it along for companionship. Beats up a gang of convicts and saves a town. Beats the same gang up a few miles down the highway. Makes his way to Novac, generally helping out on his way. Beats a man who burned a town and those in it to death with a tire iron. Keeps going until he reaches Vegas. Makes friends with a girl he meets at a highway trading post. Awkwardly works with her for a while. Heads to Vegas, befriends a gang of Elvis impersonators, adopts their cyborg dog. Later gets kidnapped and steals 37 gold bars from a hologram-infested casino after befriending a centuries-old celebrity, a schizophrenic mutant, and a science lady. Heads back to the desert. Helps out an expedition to Utah, saves a few tribes. Heads back to the desert. Gets kidnapped by scientists after an explosion, given cybernetic enhancements, befriends some sentient appliances, sets the scientists straight, befriends an insane mad scientist brain in a jar. Meets another cyborg dog. Decides he likes the quiet in the Big MT, and moves there. Continues making the Wasteland a generally better place. Gets called out. Heads to a bombed-out town where a crazy man blames him for the bombing. Roughs him up, spares him, stops a nuclear missile launch. Heads to Hoover Dam to settle things, where he beats most of Caesar's Legion to death with his bare hands. He proceeds to fundamentally alter the power structure of the Mojave in favor of its inhabitants.

However, the Mojave was done with him. Or so he felt. He set to wandering the wastelands, looking for the next adventure alongside his dogs and robot. But the Big MT would always be home, thanks to the lively AI's that lived there.

Faction: None, for the moment.

Name: Bass.EXE
Age: ??
Gender: Male
Appearance: God of Destruction
Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon
Universe of Origin: Megaman Battle Network

Personality: Bass carries a unsettling contempt for humans that even carries over to human-like beings, but rarely acts on it because of being unable to understand or find the reason for this hatred in the first place, and deciding that surrendering to a base emotion like this would only paint himself as an idiot not only in the eyes of others but also himself. Even worse, it could get him killed, now that he was supposedly something similar to flesh and bone. To put his mind off it, he turns to the only things that he can be said to love; combat and destruction. For this reason and his preference to be left alone, he spends most of his free time by himself in the training areas in Yggdrasil, not needing to eat or sleep. He doesn't believe in morals, but his own pride brings about a set of standards that stop him from carrying out truly devilish deeds, though this has been overridden by his desire to survive more than once before. Only interested in opponents as strong or even stronger than him, he doesn't raise a hand against the weaker ones, provided they don't push him too far. Despite a love for direct combat, Bass is willing to trouble himself with the objectives at hand, knowing it's an efficient way to send the enemies straight after him. He may seem dedicated, but the truth is he has abandoned loyalty long ago, and wouldn't think twice about turning his back on the UMMA if not for the promise of powerful opponents. His uncertain, alienating state of existence has made him careful and analytical, and while Bass is composed, he is still capable of aggression when provoked, though time spent amongst the other agents of the UMMA has made him somewhat more tolerant to other people, and ever since his discovery of the greater scale of the world, he seems to have become less prone to blowing annoying people up.

Abilities/Weapons: Bass possesses multiple abilities such as levitation, and an aura that protects him from weak to moderate attacks. His cloak also shields him from attacks, but for stronger attacks he's forced to block by hand. Having assimilated numerous opponents in his life time, he has gained the powers of beings like Alpha, as well as Dark Power. His basic attacks consists of a destructive blast generated from the hands, transforming his arms into cannons for rapid-fire energy shots, and an arm blade made of Dark Energy. One of his most powerful attacks is the Gospel Power; Vanishing World.

Backstory: Bass.EXE, designated 'Bass' or mistakenly and only recently, 'Bach', was a sentient life-form constructed from pure data by humans, a 'program' called a 'NetNavi'. NetNavi possessed the ability to exist inside, and affect the 'net', the electronic network that linked the whole world together, allowing them to complete tasks such as abnormality exterminations or data extractions, making them a vital and useful component of the world. The past generation of NetNavis had been limited to working alongside human partners, but his creators intended for him to be among the first of a new generation of them that would not require these human 'operators'. For this, Bass was installed with a special "Get Ability" program that allowed him to assimilate the abilities of deleted viruses and NetNavis. When a string of error-plagued incidents began to surface all across the net, Bass was the first to be blamed because of his nature, and he was arranged to be deleted by an elite force of NetNavis. Surviving by a thread, Bass recuperated from the damage done to him by the sent NetNavis as well as from numerous viruses afterwards in the recesses of the net, assimilating data from the defeated NetNavis and the deleted viruses. He continued to assimilate more data, not only for the sake of revitalizing himself, but also to grow stronger. Over time, he became one of, if not the most powerful NetNavi in the world. However, he would go on to encounter an adversary unlike nothing he's met before, and no matter how powerful he grew, the blue NetNavi surpassed him in power every time.

Most recently, after having been defeated once more, Bass lost the last remnants of a cyber beast's data that he'd absorbed just for the sake of defeating this opponent, and he stumbled into the furthermost recesses of the Undernet. He soon falls over from the strain of having used, and subsequently losing, the cyber beast's power. When he awakened, he was met with a distinctly human-like being, that introduced himself as an agent from something called the Unified Multiversal Moderation Agency. Noting that Bass' 'homeworld' had yet to have an agent, and that the 'blue bomber' seemed to have his own hands full, the being told Bass that he was currently aboard a multiversal vessel headed for the agency's base of operations, where he'll be asked to join. Bass laughed at the idea, saying that he's never heard of a God of Destruction that protects. However, having come this far (and having been healed from his previous injuries), Bass decided he would entertain the being, and see for himself how the multiverse was like. Despite it only being a fleeting desire at the time, Bass did believe that he could find worthy opponents where he was going. And shortly after, he was proven right when some... thing from another group called the 'Shadow Eternity' attacked the vessel and killed the UMMA agent that brought him aboard. He himself survived and made it to Yggdrasil. Even though the UMMA didn't suit his ideals, he believed that the strongest opponents are those unbound by something like morality, and thus decided that Shadow Eternity provided the best opponents for him to fight and destroy. Because of this, he accepted the offer to join the UMMA.

Um... how did he gain a physical form? ^^;

... Also I know you explain it but I'm still a bit confused as to why he's an agent in the UMMA.

I think we can go two ways from here. Lemme try the first ' 3 '

Well, for how he gained physical form, that's thanks to the first person he met aboard the multidimensional vessel. The one agent that got killed? We'll call him Chekhov for now. He's a being that rules over dream, you can say. Sadly, because Chekhov was killed by that one Shadow Eternity member in that one attack, even Bass has yet to understand how he's "outside" of the net. Chekhov's role will be expanded upon in the storyline. And... so will the Shadow Eternity member, whom Bass fought to the toenail for a standstill. It left, but the blood-lust and level of challenge amazed Bass. He came to the conclusion that there was no worth in UMMA, if even a non-agent could stand up to something an agent could not. Instead, he set his sights on Shadow Eternity. There was great destruction to be doled out, he knew. However, if he acted alone, it could be harder to encounter these Shadow Eternity operatives, and even harder still if UMMA stood in his way. To make things easier, he decided that he would play along with the UMMA for now.

However, I want to say that these are the reasons only at first. There could be more reasons for why he agreed to joining UMMA, reasons rooted deeply within. We'll just have to see, eh?

On the administrative side, it has to be understood that Bass.EXE and Megaman.EXE (the blue bomber) are currently the two most powerful beings in their universe. Because his extraction took place immediately during the storyline of Megaman Battle Network 6, administration of the UMMA - could've - come to the conclusion that Megaman.EXE needed to be left to be able to handle problems back in his own universe. So they turned to Bass.EXE, whom must be mentioned to have not been created with his darkness, but rather, was forced to nurture it in order to survive after he was wrongly accused and betrayed.

Mind if I join in? This looks like fun! I also just finished watching Kill la Kill, so seeing all the references and Nonon (One of my favorite characters btw) in this is hilarious and awesome for me. XD

Name:
Spectre 247, but he really likes to go by "Walter"
Age:
Since his assembly in 2525.... so he's roughly ten years old now.
Gender:
Male, but as he was originally built to be an autonomous killing machine, no real physical gender traits other than his sarcastic masculine voice. Not to mention he's based off a male brain.
Appearance:

Canon, AU, or OC?: OC
Universe of Origin: Titanfall
Personality:
Witty, sarcastic, has a good sense of humor. Being an AI, he also inherits the natural rational thinking and skepticism that comes with it. Rarely does he simply believe in something without any evidence backing it up. Generally he's a nice guy who doesn't have that much of a problem snapping the necks of random grunts. It's just a a job to him.
Abilities/Weapons:

R-101C Carbine: a fully automatic, compact assault weapon with great damage at multiple ranges

Data Knife: A knife that doubles as both a killing weapon and a hacking tool, it can access a wide variety of computer ports and give the user vital data or control.

Enhanced Movement: Having a robotic combat body, Walter can jump roughly twenty feet in the air with out his thruster manuvere gear. With the thruster pack he usually wears, he can double jump, wall run for much longer distances, and use zip lines in both directions. He can also run faster than the average human.

Enhanced Strength: Once again, having a robotic combat body has its perks. He can lift around 2 tons without to much of a strain, giving him an advantage in in CQC moments.

Robotic Body and AI: Typical physical advantages aside, the "Spectre Leader" combat chassis allows temporary cloaking and a personal shield that can absorb projectile attacks up to a certain point. The chassis itself is very durable and strong, but not indestructible. With the combination of a robotic body and a computer brain, Walter has a much higher reaction speed than a normal human and can be very fast in CQC fighting while simultaneously coming up with various strategies and predictions to defeat his opponent. In other words, he thinks faster and moves faster in comparison to a well trained human. He also learns and adapts.

Backstory:
As the new line of autonomous soldiers known as "Spectres" entered service, there came an apparent problem. Unlike their older cousins known as "Marvins" they were fully independent of remote control, giving them more flexibility in combat, but lacked any real coordination or tactics. To counter this, Hammond Robotics, the original creators of the "Spectres" began to developed specialized versions that carried much more advance AIs. These new artificial brains where not even more advance than their brethren, but also where "elastic" being able to learn and adapt to new situations. Walter was the prototype and the only one deployed, for as they found out, he was a bit too "self aware". At first he was fighting for the IMC or Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation, but soon realized that they were unnecessarily brutal in their tactics and often wasted human life and resources for little actual gain, regardless of the moral questionably of the actions. Thus he defected, stole a small cargo vessel, and in just making his escape.... but he may have lacked the necessary knowledge of Jump Drives to activate them safely...(totally not a leadin to the plot!)
