The Unified Multiversal Moderation Agency, a security agency of sorts, has monitored the multiverse for hundreds of years. Ever since there was multiversal travel, there has been a need to monitor it. Every time a universe enters the multiverse, an agent is recruited from that universe. The nature of agents varies widely from universe to universe. Some are magical girls, some pilot powerful machines, and still others wield psychic powers. This is only a fraction of the variation between agents. Those who have broken into the multiverse on their own, without the rest of their home universe, may be recruited as well. Only if they are willing, however, and only if they will keep their nature as agents a secret from their home universe. At least, unless that universe discovers the multiverse as well.

The Unified Multiversal Moderation Agency is based out of Yggdrasil, an immense and ancient structure. Yggdrasil is a huge tower situated in the space between dimensions, holding the base of operations for the Agency, as well as the Multiversal Council, representatives that govern the agency itself. They respond to any dangerous situations: Threats to vessels undergoing multiversal travel, attempts to affect multiverse-unaware universes, and any other possible dangers.

As for the dangers themselves... Shadow Eternity. An organization opposed to the Agency, they have been reported to attack multiversal vessels and Agency. Little is known about Shadow Eternity's leadership, but they are extremely dangerous.

And then... there's everyone in between.
So... the basic idea for this RP is that it's a semi-freeform crossover RP(However, there is some structure). Players can be Agents, work for Shadow Eternity... or be anyone between those two groups, or unofficial allies, or... anything you can think of, really.

Players may also play as anything from canon characters, to AU versions of canon characters, to OCs.

While there's a plot, where that plot goes is very freeform. In addition, there's no specific ceiling for power levels(though truly absurd things, unbeatable things, or broken powers will be rejected).

I keep meaning to play this character in things but it never seems to work out. Hopefully umpteenth time's the charm. ^^;

• Name: Gentaro Kisaragi/Kamen Rider Fourze
• Age: 18
• Gender: Male
• Appearance:

• Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon
• Universe of Origin: Kamen Rider

• Personality: Despite the fact that he looks like a delinquent, Gentaro is actually very friendly and considers making new friends to be the most important thing in the world. In fact, his ultimate goal is to make friends with everyone he meets. Aside from this, he is generally overly enthusiastic and hotblooded about everything. He is earnest and thick-skinned, although not exactly all that perceptive and a little dense at times.

• Abilities/Weapons: Naturally, Gentaro has the Fourze Driver, which allows him to transform into his superhero alter ego, Kamen Rider Fourze. Fourze utilizes the forty Astroswitches to activate different modular attachments to the limbs of the suit, giving Gentaro a wide range of power options. Switches #30 and #31 take the form of the NS Magphone, which also works as a mobile phone. Each switch whose number is divisible by ten allows Fourze to transform into a different "State" (basically listed here). Finally, as expected from a Kamen Rider, he has a motorcyle: the Machine Massigler, a rocket powered vehicle that can also be used by Gentaro when he is untransformed.

• Backstory: An overly friendly highschooler whose life changed forever when he transfered to Amanogawa High School. After an encounter with his childhood friend Yuuki and a somewhat stuck-up boy named Kengo, Gentaro found himself in possession of the Fourze Driver, a device that allowed him to transform in order to fight an evil force known as the Zodiarts. As he fought to protect the school from their influence, Gentaro gradually assembled a group of close friends (including, reluctantly at first, Kengo), forming the Kamen Rider Club, an unofficial school society dedicated to both protecting the school from evil and to befriending everyone possible. Time passed, and Gentaro eventually defeated the Zodiarts, brought peace to the school and Japan, and graduated, but not before upgrading the Kamen Rider Club to the Space Kamen Rider Club; rededicating itself to befriending everyone in the universe.

Name: Kilphy Nekomata / Nelke Neko
Age: 16
Gender: female
Appearance: HERE (character on far left)
Canon, AU, or OC?: OC
Universe of Origin: original
Personality: friendly, reasonable, likes girly things like flowers, boy bands and make-up, but also has a strong sense of justice and refuses to kill her enemies; also has a short temper and often misuses her fire spells if she's provoked
Abilities/Weapons: offensive fire and light magic, flight
Backstory: Kilphy is the leader of the Mecha-Magic Peacekeeping Force in her universe. They are a group of five futuristic magical girls who defend their own galaxy from various threats, whether alien or local. Their escapades accidentally led them to discover about UMMA and the multiverse through a freak wormhole that occurred when their combined powers collided against Sheol's energy in a massive explosion. After entering this new universe, the MMPF learn about the role of Agents in UMMA and decide to enlist as observers for their universe, and also because they discovered that Sheol joined Shadow Eternity. The other four MMPF members promise to remain silent about the multiverse as they return to their world while Kilphy remains in UMMA to fend Sheol. The five Agents still stay in contact with other, and Kilphy's partners can return to help if the situation is extremely dire.

Aside from her Agent duties, Kilphy likes to make friends with people from different worlds and interact with them. She will gladly lend her support to others when Sheol isn't causing trouble. When he is around though, Kilphy tries to make stopping him her top priority, even if it means having to be sidetracked from her comrades for a bit.
Faction: Agent

Name: Darcy Sheol
Age: 25
Gender: male
Appearance: HERE (borrowing Xion from Bloody Roar until I make my own illustration)
Canon, AU, or OC?: OC
Universe of Origin: original
Personality: self-centered, cunning, a little overdramatic at times; despite his superhuman strength and violent attitude, he is somewhat difficult to take seriously due to his campiness
Abilities/Weapons: protective armor that surrounds his body, bone-like steel swords, dark energy blasts
Backstory: Darcy was once a paraplegic shut-in who was always picked on for his obsession with anime, video games, television, comic books, basically anything that dealt with fictional characters. Meanwhile out in the galaxy, wars were being waged between demons for galactic domination. One demon had landed near his house; Darcy went out to investigate and found the demon Sheol, nearly dead from his battle against another demon. The monster offered the boy a Faustian Pact so it could survive. In exchange for losing his humanity and becoming a Human-Demon chimera, Darcy would have great evil power at his disposal. Shunned by those around him, he accepted the Pact and allowed Sheol to fuse with his spine, allowing him to finally walk. Their personalities likewise fused into one; the new chimera had Sheol's lust for domination and Darcy's fascination with fictional worlds.

Since then, Darcy Sheol has sought to dominate as many planets as possible and proclaim his superiority over others, but his encounters with the MMPF have prevented this from happening. During a particularly fierce battle against them, their combined energy collided and accidentally created a wormhole to the multiverse. He learned more about this hub to the multiverse and saw many possibilities in extending his control beyond the boundary of just one universe. He joined Shadow Eternity because, although uncertain about the group's true intentions, he refuses to be on the same side as the MMPF.

@benit149: Okay, one thing sticks out to me so far. I'm wary of mind-control-ish stuff, how does Sheol's negative emotions power function?

Also:

Name: Dlanor A. Knox, also known as "Death Sentence Dlanor" or "Dlanor of the Ten Wedges"
Age: Was born in 1947. Stopped aging in 1957, exact age from there unknown. As such, she appears about 10.
Gender: Female
Appearance: "A check of this location has been FINISHED." Full body shot for reference
Canon, Alternative, or OC?: Canon
Universe of Origin: Umineko no Naku Koro ni(Heaven)
Personality: Dlanor is extremely calm, focused, and collected. She is dedicated to her often violent duty of executing violators of Knox's Decalogue. She will not, however, pursue a violator unless the Court of Heaven orders her to. In addition, she will only use the Red Key against those who threaten her or hinder her mission. Violators are frequently the extremely powerful reality-warping magic users known as Witches. Dlanor strives to eliminate evil, and will seek to do so whenever possible. She believes magic is only bad when used as a tool for evil. This allows her to form friendships with Witches who do not use their magic to preform evil. She is stoic to the point of not showing pain even after being pierced by multiple spears while preforming her duty. She shows no mercy to those who she is executing. In spite of this serious and stoic personality, Dlanor has a sweet tooth and often reads certain kinds of comics, and has a dislike of being doted on. She hates paperwork and most enjoys actually being deployed or having free time to do with what she wishes. She even has some childish behaviors. During executions or fights, she often drops her serious and stoic air in exchange for an outright insane expression and crazed behavior.
Abilities/Weapons: Dlanor's natural abilities include a slow healing ability(it takes hours, but her wounds will heal perfectly), being insanely durable and hard to kill(don't destroy the brain and she'll probably be fine) and being so stoic she doesn't show pain. She wields the Red Key and the Blue Key, a pair of powerful conceptual weapons. The Red Key, a huge longsword, is her weapon of choice. It is capable of annihilating concepts that Dlanor is capable of denying. This allows her to literally destroy an argument, and by doing so damage an enemy. The Red Key can also be used as a regular, extremely deadly, sword. It cannot be blocked(unless the weapon doing so is magical) or slowed, and teleportation is ineffective against it, however it is possible to evade it unless you originate from the Umineko universe(in which case it's an unblockable undodgeable unslowable instrument of death). The Blue Key is a shortsword that forces self-denial in the target, and can be slowed or blocked, and dodged more freely. Dlanor may not use the Red Key unless it is against violators of Knox's Decalogue, or she is threatened or hindered.
Backstory: Dlanor A. Knox is an Inquisitor of Heaven. Involved with the events of the Witch's Game on Rokkenjima island, she has since been ordered to track down and kill violators of Knox's Decalogue outside of her home universe. She intends to follow these orders to the end. However, as part of an agreement between her universe's Heaven and the Agency, Dlanor has come to work for the Agency as well(assisted by Gertrude and Cornelia, her angelic assistants).
Faction: UMMA

Name: Prince of Hell, Leviathan. More frequently goes by "Levi"
Age: She's somewhere in the thousands, now. Physically... not so much.
Gender: Female
Appearance: "Hmph!" and a commission from a very talented artist... "Wh-wh-what?!"
Canon, AU, or OC?: OC
Universe of Origin: Original Setting
Personality: Leviathan is an irritable girl. As the demonic representation of Envy, she frequently is extremely jealous of others, often directly complaints towards them or declaring her jealousy. One of the things she finds herself most jealous of is mature, adult bodies. While she doesn't resent her childish form, even agreeing with those who find her cute, she would enjoy having an adult body even if it was only for a little while. While she frequently experiences envy, this does not entirely define her. Leviathan is capable of being quite nice, even thought her kindness may be hidden behind a thin veil of annoyance and anger. Still, she is more likely to be nice then antagonistic... even if her niceness is punctuated with complaints. She is easily frustrated and embarrassed, as well. She likes swimming and surfing.
Abilities/Weapons: Leviathan is one of the Seven Princes of Hell, the seven strongest demons in her world. She is quite capable of taking on a dragon(in her universe, dragons are immensely powerful beings with backup from reality itself) by herself. However, she is the least durable of the Princes, easily injured and taking a longer time to heal injuries. As a demon, Leviathan's healing process works by reverting her back to the state she was in when she first became a demon. While this does not effect all changes to her body(for example, eating more or less), it affects aging and physical injuries. Leviathan's reversion is slower than her fellow Princes', though it becomes more quick the more dangerous the injury is. Like all demons, she is potentially capable of surviving such grievous injuries as decapitation. Leviathan is also far stronger and faster than she appears. She is also capable of generating whirlpools using water or the moisture in the air, which suck targets in. Finally, Leviathan wields a Alchemical Tool, a device created via alchemy that taps into either ambient or internal mana. As Leviathan has no internal mana, her abilities instead stemming from her demonhood, her Alchemical Tool instead operates using ambient mana. It is a large, grey shield, three times as tall and twice as wide as Leviathan herself. The sides are bladed, and a spike extends from the tip. Beneath this tip is a cannon, which is capable of gathering ambient mana and using it to generate a blast of water capable of cleaving through steel.
Backstory: Like all of the original demons in her universe, Leviathan was a human being effected by the fall of the Archangel Lucifer, which caused a fundamental change in her nature and made her into a demon. Spending thousands of years like this, Leviathan has accumulated wealth and acquired a large amount of maids. She has entered the multiverse as a vacation, accompanied by three of her maids.

It's not mind control. It's just dark energy waves used like offensive dark magic.

Derp, should've read my own CS. Got rid of the whole 'stimulating negative emotions' deal. He just has dark-elemental energy blasts. He wants to conquer through brute strength and force rather than mental manipulation. Sheol is a dangerous villain, but not exactly one that can be taken seriously.

  • Name: Eternal

  • Age: Ageless.

  • Gender: Genderless, but refers to itself as male

  • Appearance: "Now, enjoy eternal hell!"

  • Canon, AU, or OC?: AU

  • Universe of Origin: Kamen Rider Double

  • Personality: Eternal has a unquestionable sense of loyalty towards his fellow members of Shadow Eternity, and especially to their master. Not to the point where if he was told to jump off a bridge, he'd do it without question, however. He personally believes that he is eternally living, even though all signs have pointed to that not being the case. He also picked up his master's trait of mentioning the afterlife, with his preferred mention being "Now, enjoy hell!". Once he's assigned on a mission, he will stop at hurting his allies in order to complete it, as per his loyalty.

  • Abilities/Weapons:

  • Gaia Memory: Eternal is not human, but rather a suit of armor animated by the Eternal Gaia Memory's willpower, and thus its "soul" would be the Gaia Memory itself. This comes with its flaws and benefits. For one, destruction of Eternal's body does not mean death for him, but it's not a slap on the wrist. It will take time for him to reform and recreate the body, and that's only if the Memory itself is intact. If the Gaia Memory is destroyed in any way, Eternal is dead.

  • Eternal Edge: Eternal's main weapon is a knife that he uses. Alone, it is just a blade, but with the Eternal Memory inserted into its Maximum Slot, it is able to pull off a powerful energy slash known as the Bloody Hell Blade. One of the things separating this Gaia Memory from the Canon version is that it is unable to preform Anti-Magic on other Gaia Memories, or have any form of Anti-Magic to be used.

  • Maximum Slots: Eternal has on him a number of Maximum Slots, enough to house up to 26 Gaia Memories. However, he lacks 25 of them and only has his Eternal Memory. Inserting that in any of the slots will energize Eternal and allow him to harness all the powers of the Memory. He can then fire off a green energy blast towards his opponents.

  • Backstory:

  • Before The Nail: The Eternal Memory is said to be the most stubborn memory by its researchers and creators, allowing compatibility with a select few people. They go as far as say it had a mind of its own, though the Gaia Memories are often said to be the ones picking their users instead of the other way around. It took several dozen users, but none of them deemed worthy for the Memory's full power. That is, however, until it fell into the hands of one man: Katsumi Daido. For whatever reason, be it that the Memory found him fighting for a tomorrow despite being a dead man compelling or that Daido's influence caused the Memory to cave and allow him full power, the Memory became compatible to Daido. In fact, it became more than just compatible. It became more aware of its surroundings, more aware of its capabilities, and more aware of what it is. However, after the first few battles, the Memory became damaged beyond repair and was left behind by Daido. What happens after was the driving nail that seperates this world from the Canon world.

  • After The Nail: Even if it was damaged, even if he was considered by its only compatible user as "useless", it refused to die. It refused to be junk. It wished to live up to its name. It wished to be like Daido. It wished to be: Eternal. And from there, the Memory developed a mind of its own, a true mind, and willed itself to work. Levitating in the air, it flew off in search for its master. It searched high and low for him, but was unable to find him. Little did the Memory know that Daido was killed a while afterwards. After days of searching for Daido, it nearly gave up. It wasn't until it was found by the very same scientists that tried to make the Memory work with so many different people before Daido. They were surprised that it was able to have a mind of its own and performed experiments on it, even going as far as testing it out on a device that would house it: The Lost Driver. However, once the Memory made contact with the Driver, that's when the scientists made their fatal mistake. The bonding between the Memory and the Driver caused the Memory to create a body of armor from its sheer willpower, creating Eternal as if he was worn by Daido himself. It then invited the Scientists to enjoy hell and killed them. It was there that it was scouted out by Shadow Eternity. Rather than show hostility to them, Eternal offered his skills, promising to himself that he will be as good, if not better than the man he bonded with.

Name: Flonne

Age: 1509

Gender: Female

Appearance: Agent of Love, at the ready!

Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon

Universe of Origin: Disgaea

Personality:
A Love Freak. Flonne is a very kind angel who believes that everyone has love within them, no matter how blatantly evil they are. This causes her to believe that, no matter what, love will always triumph in the end.
Despite her angelic qualities, Flonne is also quite ditzy at times, and may or may not be an otaku, particularly for tokasatsu movies. And even though she has a high tolerance regarding misdeeds, she does have a breaking point, and when it's reached...

Abilities/Weapons:
Flonne wields a stave, though she is also proficient with crossbows.
Flonne can heal others around her with the power of love.
She can also fire her feathers at an enemy for some divine... gentle-roughing-up...

Backstory:
An angel who did angel-y things, while also preaching love. She was sent on a mission by Seraph Lamington to the Netherworld, but... somehow, she took a wrong turn and ended up... not in the netherworld.

Name: Manami Mikado
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearance: Here.
Canon, AU, or OC?: OC
Universe of Origin: Kamen Rider
Personality:Manami is something of a fangirl when it comes to her fellow Riders (or similarly costumed heroes), due mostly to an event in her childhood where she found herself in a group of people at risk of being sacrificed to a monster, only to be rescued by a strange creature calling himself Hibiki. She doesn't take her role as a Rider very seriously, often cracking jokes in the middle of fights or gushing over awesome moves her allies may pull off. When it comes to school or work, she tends to be rather lazy, using any excuse to procrastinate on study or finding a job. She has a tendency to make bad puns, seeming to get the same amount of enjoyment whether people laugh or groan at the attempts at humour. Her favourite food is Pocky, and she has on at least one occasion forgone having proper food for dinner in favour of a box of the chocolate-coated biscuit sticks.
Abilities/Weapons: Manami has a device known as the Lost Driver and several Gaia Memories, allowing her to transform into Kamen Rider Wild. Due to her Driver and Memories' nature, each of Manami's Rider forms share an appearance with Kamen Rider Cyclone, though their colour schemes differ.
  • Shrimp: A red form with blue lines, Shrimp form has average speed, fragile defences (though still tougher than a normal human) and not much in the way of physical strength. However, in this form, Manami wields the Shrimpistol, a gun which looks similar to Kamen Rider Skull's Skull Magnum, although predominately blue instead of black, which fires powerful blasts of energy which she claims are hotter than the sun. Of course, these claims are somewhat exaggerated...for her normal shots at least. This form's Maximum Drive (which she has yet to name) is activated by inserting the Shrimp Memory into the Shrimpistol, after this, it charges energy for a few seconds before unleashing a larger than normal shot which can reach temperatures approaching those of the Sun's surface.
  • Bear: A white and brown form with below average agility, but impressive strength and defensive capabilities. In this form, Manami fights unarmed, instead relying on her bare hands. This form's Maximum Drive, Grizzly End, has Manami slash at her enemy twice with her hands, leaving a trail of energy that resembles claw marks where her fingertips passed, which is followed up with a punch strong enough to send most enemies flying.
  • Bee: A yellow and black form that emphasises speed over strength or defence. In this form, she wields a sword called the Stinger. This form's Maximum Drive is activated by placing the Bee Memory into a slot in the base of the Stinger's hilt. After a brief charging period, Manami puts on a sudden burst of speed, delivering a large number of slashes and thrusts to her opponent in a short period of time.
  • Zoo: A living Memory that resembles a wolf. It appears when Manami is in danger and contains power greater than any of her other forms. Wild's Zoo form bears a resemblance to Double's Fang half, with some parts of her armour becoming more jagged, unlike Fang, it is predominately dark grey. While using this form, she is reduced to an animalistic mindset and has trouble differentiating between friends and foes, as such she refuses to use it unless absolutely necessary. Due to Zoo's power being a combination of animals, she is able to summon the Shrimpistol or Stinger by pressing down on the Memory's tail. She believes there may be more weapons available through this method, but is never in a good position to test this out. The Zoo Memory's Maximum Drive, Final Stampede, conjures energy projections of an assortment of animals (the exact make up of the group seems to change each time) which rush the opponent, once the stampede is finished, Manami delivers a flying kick, generally causing the target to explode.
Backstory: Manami's life has been mostly uneventful, with two main exceptions. The first being the previously mentioned situation with Hibiki when she was nine years old and the second being a rather odd encounter several years ago. On her way home from school, Manami found a strange device lying on the ground, accompanied by several USB drives. Unknown to her, the device was a Lost Driver, created and left there by Foundation X as part of an experiment to determine why exactly the hypothetically superior monsters they had invested time and money into kept losing to Riders. Shortly after, she began to come under attack from an assortment of monsters. After a while, she became suspicious of this and, following some investigation and a bit of tinkering from an engineering student she was friends with, a chip that had been transmitting data about her fights back to the Foundation was removed from the Driver. Reasoning that with their research ended, they didn't need the Rider anymore, the Foundation sent one last person after her, to test an unstable Gaia Memory, "Warp". Manami managed to defeat the Dopant, however, instead of the standard explosion, performing a Memory Break on the Warp Dopant seemed to create a vortex which sucked in everything nearby.
Faction: None, though she's likely to join the UMMA if given the chance.

Name: Odo

Age: Unknown. Discovered year 2337, possibly as an "infant" at the time. I'm currently at Season 3, year 2371. Humanoid form resembles an adult, maybe 30-40 years of age.

Gender: Gender is male. I'm not sure if the sex is also male.

Appearance: Odo likes to take the shape of a human, but he has problems constructing a realistic human face. He mimics the Chief of Security Starfleet Uniform--those aren't actual clothes. He also forms a working com-badge.Odo smiling Close-up of face.
Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon

Universe of Origin: Star Trek, specifically the Deep Space 9 series

Personality:

Abilities/Weapons: Being a Changeling, he can shapeshift into anything living and non-living. Rocks, plants, humanoids, etc; with enough practice and will, he can create a realistic copy. However, his attempt at a humanoid face shows that shapeshifting is really hard work. Rocks and simple lifeforms are easier. Odo is a rare Changeling, in that he never took part in "The Great Link", the joining of all Changelings in their natural liquid state. As such, assuming a form for more than 16 hours hurts, and he has to "rest" in "his pail" (a futuristic-looking bucket with a small hole in the top, so that he can get in, but no one can see him. He's ashamed of his natural state.) and regain his energy. Where he gets this energy is unknown; he doesn't need to eat, sleep, drink, or create waste. Odo carries a standard-issue Starfleet phaser, a gun which can be set to varying levels of force; most notably "stun" and "kill.".

Backstory:

Faction: USSA

Other: Odo's bucket with a plant in it
