Space outside UMMA Vessel Tanngrisnir

Kilphy wasn't sure what to do. She had failed to notice Fourze until he had sped way past her from a different entrance. On top of that when the two girls passed by each other, Kaguya had given her a wave and smile before flying near the ship.

"Geez! I bet Gentaro didn't bother asking communications before heading out," she pouted. "I need to keep things under control before his eagerness causes any trouble."

Not only could she do that, Kilphy could also perform an impromptu check of the immediate surroundings around the ship just in case there were any hidden hostiles. She also wanted to act as a guide for the Japanese lady and get her inside because despite whatever powers she possessed, it probably wasn't pleasant to hang out in space without protection. She didn't think the bamboo princess was dangerous, but there was always a good chance of enemies following her through whatever portal she used to get here. With that, Kilphy followed Kaguya's path while using her in-built scanners in her visor to pan the area.

Saber - Female Agent Communal Showers, Yggdrasil

Saber quietly toweled herself off. She had simply intended to take a quick shower while no-one else was there, and that had gone well enough. She was still dripping wet, but all she needed to do now was towel herself dry. She scrubbed away in silence, until her skin was both perfectly clean and completely dry once more. Good. The blonde girl proceeded out of the showers and to the adjacent locker room. It was blank and sterile, like many of the other locations in the official sections of Yggdrasil. The civilian areas were similar, but far more furnished. This locker room was assembled simply to store items while female agents were in the shower, and it was clear it had no other purpose. Saber simply proceeded over to her locker, unlocked it, and took out her clothing. It was a silken black suit.

The Servant dressed herself, alone, in silence. The final touch was tying her blonde hair into a short ponytail. She still felt that it fit this outfit, in the end. Today she was intended to do some business, but nothing especially major...

She left the locker room shortly afterwards. Saber was considering looking into possible dangers and threats and seeing if she would perhaps be able to aid in counteracting them. She did not feel she was best serving the UMMA at Yggdrasil, and therefore it was her intent to serve them in a greater capacity. There were people in the multiverse who would do terrible things, and she intended to stop them.

Saber proceeded through the halls.

"Aw..." Flonne was so disappointed that even her ribbon drooped. She really didn't want to miss the chance to pilot a genuine spaceship, but... rules were rules, right? Maybe if she behaved, she would be allowed to press some buttons!

Reinvigorating herself with this new-found hope, Flonne energetically replied, "Aye-aye! I shall follow you to the very depths of... deep space. Captain!"

...Well, at least until they reached the Netherworld. Come to think of it, how much was the trip supposed to be? She didn't recall having to pay anything to enter. Must be a free service. That was handy!

The Forest of Helheim
In a clearing with a bedroll and campfire, a dark-hared man in dirty clothes- a sweatervest and slacks- sat roasting a skewer of meat and vegetables he'd brought up from the Mojave. He'd come up this way towards Seattle to look for signs of a settlement. And because someone at one of the NCR bases was offering him ten thousand caps if he could find something called "Bigfoot." He'd come across a strange fruit, covered in purple peels, all over the forest. Part of him wanted to eat it when he'd smelled it, but literally everything he knew about plants was screaming "Poison." So while his food cooked, he was running some tests on the plant. He'd gathered a number of samples, and was just about to peel it open and use one of the analysis kits he'd put together at the big MT when he heard movement in the bushes. And then a recorded voice of some kind as... well, large, metallic pinecones descended.

PINECONE ARMS! STRIKING IN THE SHADOW!

From the bushes, a team of raiders in black armor jumped towards the fire from behind Cletus, as he reached to take bite of the kebab.

"If you're looking for food, siddown. If you're looking for trouble, get your affairs in order."

The raiders looked at each other before advancing, spears forward. The man sighed and took a bite before standing, placing it by the fire again. He cracked his knuckles and began walking towards them...
Helheim Forest, Moments Later

The pile of men stripped of armor next to a tree- beaten unconscious, thankfully. Normally people exploded when he hit them that hard. But the armor that they had been wearing seemed to absorb most of the damage. The question is where it ended up when he knocked them out. Well, no since in wondering. He shoved the belts into his pack, checking the results on the fruit.

...I... how is a fruit that strong of a mutagen? This is... centuries of genetic shenanigans...

As he began peeling it again, hoping to look at the fruit itself, he thought better of it. Odds were good there'd be more of those raiders soon. He left the padlocks they were carrying- probably some kind of tribal badge- and stomped out his fire.

Dlanor A. Knox - Dlanor's Office, UMMA Vessel Tanngrisnir

"... I am not in charge of this VESSEL," replied Dlanor, as she began to guide the girl out of her office. What was this girl's confusion about the whole situation? She didn't seem to have any real idea of where she was, even. Was she well? Did she require a trip to the ship's medical bay? At the very least, Dlanor intended to explain her own position in hopes of clarifying to the blonde girl. "I am an Inquisitor of Heaven and currently serving as security for this SHIP. Dlanor A. Knox is my NAME."

There. That introduction and explanation should make things quite clear. The halls leading away from Dlanor's office were narrow, the ceilings curving towards a point roughly two meters above Dlanor's head. Her progress through the hall was a quiet one, but as they neared the civilian areas of the ship, the pale-haired girl looked back over her shoulder. "What is your seat NUMBER?"

That was all she needed, at this point. She would be able to take the girl to her seat upon knowing the number.
??? - Civilian Areas, UMMA Vessel Tanngrisnir

He was waiting patiently, simply sitting at the rest area near the door... he could hear one of them coming. It wouldn't take much.

At least, that's what he thought.

IMC Resupply Station ECT-44

The facility was shaking as explosion after explosion ripped through the space station he was aboard. He ran down the halls as IMC soldiers and personnel alike rushed to their various stations. Satchel Charges set by Walter were doing their job at distracting everyone and drawing a majority of the crews away from the hangar. It was a hard balance to strike with the sabotage, as to much damage will have have everyone rushing to the hangar, but to little won't divert enough of the crews. Walter opened a door to a hangar bay, hoping to see he had caused a big enough distraction to lure enough people away. To his delight, only a supervisor and mechanic remained in the hangar, discussing some maintenance plans near his get away ship. He quickly went invisible and boarded the vessel unnoticed.

The pair jumped in shock when the engines started to fire up and the warning sirens began to blare. The supervisor and mechanic quickly rushed to the control room and closed the airlock before the hangar doors opened. It was too late to stop the ship as it catapulted into empty space. Walter quickly began to start up the "Warp" sequence of the ship, but was interrupted by enemy fire. Unlucky for him, a patrol of fighters had just been on their way back and now where on his tail. He quickly disabled the IFF on the auto turrets and had them open fire as he maneuvered and dodged. He glanced over at the screen to see the calculations for the jump weren't anywhere near done.

"Fuck.... Computer, override jump calculations, jump now!" he yelled the voice command.

"Safety protocol violation detected, denied comm-" the computer was cut off as Walter stabbed the port with his data knife. Working quickly, he bipassed the saftey protocol barrier and initiated the jump. Time and space seem to warp around him for a brief second before everything went white....

??? Error Error
(Helheim Forest)

Over the relatively quiet wooded forest there was a loud bang as the ship finished its jump. Walter struggled to keep the ship in the air due to the damage recieved from the enemy fighters, but after flying a mile or two, he saw an open patch of land surrounded by forest. He quickly and roughly landed the ship, causing the suspension to collapse on the front set of landing gear making the nose to dig into the ground. Walter leaned back in his chair and shook his head.

"If I had a bladder right now, I would need a change of pants... holy shit that was too close...." he thought to himself. "Alright.. let's see where I am.." he looked over at the navigation screen, but it was simply covered in error messages. Annoyed, he hit the reboot button and got up to inspect the ship while the computers restarted. The rear ramp lowered and he cautiously walked out, carbine at the ready. Both his motion sensor and thermals revealed no apparent threats, so he lowered his weapon and began to pace around the ship, inspecting the damage.

Luke

Helheim Forest

Cletus could hear an engine motor running. Not far off was a man on a motorcycle, painted and molded to look like a rose.

Luke saw Cletus' fight against the Kurokage Troopers. The latter have been popping around since the Inves attacks began. Luke never paid any attention to it or pondered how they came to be. He just figured a Beat Rider paid the local Lock Dealer a ton of money to obtain tons of Sengoku Drivers. Cletus' inspection of the fruit seems to indicate, at least to Luke, that it's his first time in the forest. Like the Troopers, he paid no mind to the fruit, though that was in part to his own Sengoku Driver. Luke pondered if he should talk to Cletus or not. However, he decided to strike up a conversation and perhaps teach him a trick with the fruit when used with a Sengoku Driver.

"Howdy there!" Luke said to Cletus. "I assume this is your first time in the forest?" Just then, a sonic boom was heard.

"Guess we're not the only ones here, it seems." Luke said.

"Aww, don't say that. You're not ugly and monstrous enough to be a prince of hell," the drow said, ruffling Leviathan's hair and continuing on as if absolutely nothing was the matter. Hmm... where to go with Levi... well, she was hungry, and she was carrying a small girl, so... off to get icecream it was!

Now, if only she had a clue how to navigate this place.

Instead, they ended up in a bookstore. One with rather explicit covers.

Leviathan, Prince of Hell - Civilian Areas, Yggdrasil

"... Princes of Hell aren't ugly or monstrous or anything! Don't be ridiculous!" cried Levi in response, squirming more and more even as she was carried off further and got her soft hair ruffled. What was this weird girl's problem!? Seriously! Where were they even going at this point? There were... shops and stuff! Lots of shops and... there was a bookstore of some kind? Levi didn't even see the name, she was far too irritated to be paying attention to details like that. She could try calling her maids for help, but... that was too embarrassing and they'd probably do something really stupid anyway!

... Where were they even?!

"Do you even know where you took me?" asked the Prince of Hell, irritably.

Space outside UMMA Vessel Tanngrisnir

Kilphy continued following Kaguya, hoping to guide her inside as soon as possible. She didn't want to loiter for too long lest the oxygen supply in her suit ran out. She also kept her attention focused on the monitors bleeping on the visor around her face. So far everything looked normal - in as far as a sci-fi magical girl, a Japanese maiden and a hot-blooded superhero flying around empty space could be considered 'normal' - but she always wanted to remain vigilant for any of her rival's enemy drones. Sheol had a habit of sending robots everywhere to keep an eye on the MMPF's movements and activities, so Kilphy needed to get rid of any she saw to ensure some semblance of privacy for herself and her new friends in UMMA.

She decided to circle underneath Tanngrisnir where the mounted cameras' vision couldn't reach. Kilphy didn't see much else beyond several small meteorites. To the naked eye, they looked like ordinary rocks. To her scanners though, something was wrong. They caught the faint glint of a red LED blinked from one of the meteorites. That was enough to alarm her.

If she wasn't in deep space, Kilphy would have gladly used some of her fancy spells to toast the fake meteorites into cinders. As this environment wasn't conducive to using fire magic, she had to reach behind her back and extract a white-and-pink boomerang from a small sheath. The weapon was wirelessly connected to her suit's internal systems, so after she chucked the boomerang at the meteorites, she slid open a small keyboard on her left gauntlet and keyed in some numbers to remotely control it. The flying tool slashed through the rock, slicing it in half and revealing its robotic insides before exploding.

The other meteorites suddenly abandoned their disguises, the fake rock popping off the drones and exposing a series of laser eyes that suddenly shot lethal red beams at Kilphy.

"Eeek!" she squealed, deftly ducking beneath the lasers. She had to keep dodging around and control her boomerang, all while calling communications and reporting, "Nelke Neko to Tanngrisnir, come in! We're under assault from the hull! Requesting backup!"

"Inquisitor of Heaven...?" Flonne repeated in wonder. Did that make her an Angel, too? She didn't look a whole lot like one... well, her title checked out at least. It was practically displayed right there! Quote a mystery... "Oh, sorry, my name is Flonne! I'm an Angel Trainee!"

Flonne opened her mouth to answer the question, but realised she didn't actually have a seat number. Seeds of worry began to sprout in the Angel's mind as she tried to think of a suitable answer. She could say a random number, but what if they included letters? What if someone else was using that number? What would happen?! Flonne didn't want to be kicked out into space! She heard it was cold out there.

"...Um..." very, very obviously hiding something, the sweating angel tried to buy herself some time, "...H-hypothetically... if I didn't have one... wh-what would happen? N-n-not that I don't actually have a number or anything! B-because I do!"

Dlanor A. Knox - Civilian Areas, UMMA Vessel Tanngrisnir

The fact that this girl was an angel stunned Dlanor even more. She was? She seemed... well... rather... scatterbrained and undisciplined. To be fair, perhaps she was better on-duty... or she was an angel from a completely different dimension then Dlanor herself. That could explain it as well. The Inquisitor knew that angels from other worlds certainly existed, so that could explain this... silly girl. Because Dlanor, of course, never did anything silly. At all. Clearly not. Totally.

Her focus shifted, however, when Flonne made a panicked question of what would happen if she did not have a seat on the ship. Naturally, all legal passengers had a seat, so it was not difficult to figure out the implications of the question. Or that this was not nearly as hypothetical as Flonne would like her to think. The only real option here was to answer truthfully, as Dlanor always did. "You would be taken to the ship's holding CELLS. Upon arrival at our destination, you would likely serve one of several potential punishments for stowing away on this VESSEL."

As the door to the passenger areas slid open, Dlanor decided to add further incentive to confessing.

"I do not approve of LI-"

There was a loud crack, the blast of a weapon, which cut her off. And awful sensation ripped through Dlanor's chest. The bullet entered and stopped somewhere within. But... she did not so much as flinch. This? This was nothing. Dlanor had experienced far worse then this. But if it had been one of the other UMMA officers on-board the ship.... Or a civilian...

She turned to face the perpetrator. A black-haired man in his later twenties, in a suit, clutching a gun in one hand. Smoke rose from the barrel of the gun and the man was clearly totally shocked that she was not having the expected reaction to being shot.

"Assault on an officer is not PERMITTED. The punishment is EXECUTION," she said, taking a step forward. Crimson light bathed the walls as the Red Key blazed to life with a hum. The man, however, turned tail and ran in a panic, pushing through terrified crowds. Dlanor paused, then turned to face Flonne again.

"... I cannot continue with this matter at the MOMENT. A more pressing situation has ARISEN," she said, calmly. The bullet in her chest was painful... but the wound was already healing. It would be gone soon enough, it hadn't gotten very deep. She was far more durable then most things such a weapon would be used against.
Warnings went up through the ship.

The man was not the only Shadow Eternity agent on-board.
Chiester Sisters - Weapons and Communications, UMMA Vessel Tanngrisnir

A response to the call for help came swiftly.

"This is Chiester 00," said the eyepatch-wearing bunnygirl, "We are preparing to target the assailants and destroy them immediately."

There was another response, this one far more exuberant. "Finally, some action nyeh! I was gonna star poking 45 in the chest to pass the time if something didn't happen soon, I'm sure she's happy to hear I didn't!"

Chiester 45 squirmed in her seat, at the embarrassing words of her comrade. "N-no! D-don't say things like that..."

"Hehehe... anyway! Initiating firing lock nyeh!" declared Chiester 410, grabbing one of many joysticks. It was a simple control system, allowing her to direct all the cannons on the underside of the Tanngrisnir. "All Magicannons operating at one-hundred percent!"

Houraisan, Kaguya
TPV

It took the exiled Lunarian another orbit around the ship before she noticed the apparent peril the other girl was in. She was in the midst of a large number of metallic objects. And such metallic objects seem to be... rather hostile to her. Now a normal person seeing that situation will think of exactly what it is, dangerous objects attacking a flying girl with cat ears in space. But to a long time resident of Gensokyo like Kaguya. Well lets just say she's seeing things a LOT differently.

To her, the spectacle looked like a very low grade danmaku battle. A very unorganized and non at all pattern forming or beautiful attack being dodged in a sloppy manner by what looks like an equal amateur to whoever organized the attack. That said however, as ditzy as she is and as wonky as her thinking is, Kaguya still had common sense. And it took merely a moment for her to realize what was actually happening.

In one quick and graceful movement, she raced forward and grabbed the girl and flew her away from the immediate concentration of offensive beams. Along the way she grazed some awfully aimed beams before coming to a stop far enough away that the gaps between the attacks are large enough to be dodged easily.

She let go of the girl and almost began speaking before she realized the futility of such action. She paused and puzzled about her situation before coming up with an answer. Now Kaguya is capable of magic, From making convenient personal lighting to magically cooking food (she is still as bad at cooking food magically as she is conventionally) what she wasn't well versed on was magically sending messages between people, be it by communication runes or talismans, or to simply magically sending one's thoughts into the recipient. That however didn't stop her from trying...

With the greatest concentration that she could muster in such conditions, Kaguya sent a message directly into the girls mind magically, and hopefully she gets it.

The message went:

"Hi!"

Indeed very simple.

Helheim Forest

Cletus looked over his shoulder to the man with the... well, not a motorcycle. It was too thin. He couldn't even see the fuel tank or the engine- and where was the microfusion generator? He went back to chewing on the kebab.

"Like I said to the raiders, you want food, take a seat. I'd stay away from the fruit here though. You want trouble, aff-"

And then the sonic boom overhead. In the blink of an eye, he had stood up, moving his foot up and launching his plasma defender out of his boot, heading over to his pack.

"Mind covering me while I get some armor on? I think we got aliens."

Luke

Helheim Forest

"Alright. I'm gonna put some armor on myself." Luke said as he slapped on a Driver similar to the Kurokage Troopers. He got out a Lock Seed.

HIMAWARI!

He placed it into the Driver, clicking the lock part into the Driver.

LOCK ON!

A guitar riffed from his Driver as Luke headbobbed to the tone. He raised two hands into the air and crossed his arms in an X fashion with his hands splayed before bringing down his hands to activate the knife and cut the Lockseed. A bigger riff ensued.

HIMAWARI ARMS! SHOWDOWN... START!

A large sunflower seed fell down onto Luke's head, creating some spandex for Luke and tassels on both his arms and legs. Luke's head, meanwhile, was granted a helmet molded in the style of a cowboy hat. The sunflower seed folded down, granting Luke armor. The front of the armor revealed a sort of design. While keeping the shape of the sunflower, the top of the armor decoration made it look like a bandit's mask. Black and white stripes complemented the armor. Luke held up a black and white revolver with a sunflower-like design on the barrel.

"Alright, let's see you suit up." Luke said.
