I'm gonna start working on my third character, but he/she won't be coming out for a fairly long time. I might actually draw out Ryuu's appearance to better match my image of him, though that's only if I feel like it.

Hnn, hnn. There's a lot of people in the roleplay now. o_o

Style based on Bael's sheet.

(Do not mind the text. That's the sauce source, by the way.)
Height: 5'9''
Weight: 134 lbs.

Name: Issender Archus-Essev
>Titles: Nevermore, The Raven in Daylight
>Nickname: Isse

Age: 16. Born on February 29, a strange date since it is regarded as the leap day of the Gregorian calendar and is thus, inexistent on most years.

Gender: Male.

Species/Race: Human/Yatagarasu

Powers: Although his color scheme says he has something to do with the forces of darkness, it is actually quite the contrary: he controls the driving force of the Sun: atomic fusion. This color scheme is actually about his alternate form: the Three-Legged Crow, said to be the symbol of the Sun in Eastern myths.

>Human Form: In this form, nothing is quite special except for the fact that in the day, he is capable of jumping twice his height, increased reflex and sense capabilities, lifting an entire truck, and slapping, yes, slapping a large hole in a decimeter-thick concrete wall. His hands are also nigh-impervious to heat (though the rest of his body isn't).
-Magical Spells
Plasma Bolt: Issender conjures bolts of solar plasma to hurl towards an enemy and deal severe burns. More energy can be applied to make this into a barrage, and he is capable of firing dozens simultaneously five times before tiring.

Heavenly Sunbeam: A bright orange solar beam strikes down to the ground, scorching whatever makes in contact with. The beam can also be moved, leaving a trail of burned earth behind.

Burning Scourge: A whip of hot, ionized gas burns through whatever it touches, and is perfect for close-range combat.

>The Yatagarasu:

As the Three-Legged Crow approximately the height of an average human, he has the ability to strike an entire fortress with the destructive force of the Sun. In such occasions that he had transformed into one, his powers from his human form become more dangerous, and he is capable of breathing out mini-suns that explode into plasma explosions with half the power of the Halifax Explosion, and is expected to become more explosive as Issender grows more. Its claws can crush even tough steel, and its versatility surpasses even the Peregrine Falcon's. This form lasts only for about 10-15 seconds, and takes even a week to be used again. As Issender practices more and more, that duration is expected to increase.

Weaknesses: Isse is quite frail and weak at night, to the point that he even tries hard to run for five seconds. Because of his dependence on sunlight, he tries to flee as hard as he can one hour before sunlight during battle, which led him to be frequently tagged as a coward by his trainers in his childhood. His powers take up quite more energy than it should, due to him still being somewhat inexperienced and still being in youth.

He is also entomophobic, often feeling discomfort and slight anxiety in the presence of a cockroach-sized insect.

Personality: Although seemingly a silent and antisocial boy at first glance, once he gets the idea of the social group within a place and fits in, he proves to be an outgoing, approachable man, and sometimes as caring as even willing to solve a friend's personal troubles. At most times, he has great intellectual ability and diligence, but by himself or in the presence of a single familiar person, he is at times down and slightly depressed at his past. Deep down, however, he holds a deep hatred for something unknown, which had led him numerous times into fits of anger occasionally every time something occurs or is mentioned that reminds him of this something unclear. It has been one of his life goals to discover this, and eliminate it from the face of the earth if possible.

Background: Issender Archus-Essev was born a demon-child of a middle-class family, being infused with the spirit of the Three-Legged Crow upon his conception. Although his parents accepted this "curse" and raised him in a proper manner, religious families from within their neighborhood shunned him and tagged him as an outcast of society, even going as far as to even sue the Archus-Essev family under false claims of defamation. In the process, they lost the lawsuit and gained a tremendous financial problem, which forced Isse to move to his uncle's home near the Academy, his parents being left homeless as the father's brother could only afford to handle their son in his situation.

Issender spent the next years of his life studying in a normal elementary school, learning to become more social as he acquired friends who accepted his past and his ability, of which they regarded as a gift and not a curse. However, being constantly worried about how his parents have been, he still felt something hollow inside him-- even in the middle of talks with his friends. In his later years, as news of the Athalia Academy became known to him, it has become his dream place, and this was when he further thought of training his abilities. Although he felt a great deal of strain, especially with the transformation into the Crow, he became overjoyed at what he can do, which further enhanced his passion for his "gift".

At some point after his graduation, Isse transferred to Athalia Academy in his sixteenth age.

Study: Isse intends on studying Science and Math, which led to an impression of him becoming a future physicist or engineer, which is true about the physicist part. In the matter of electives, he takes for the course of Computers and Art.

Triple ripple cripple. You've been thriced!

This took longer than it should.

Nice CS. Ill look at it more closely on my laptop later. Or if NK wants to look it over. ;)

@Sukui Again, Nice CS. I'll tell you a few things I'm worried about but I'm not really going to make you change. I'm worried about his Three-Legged Crow form being a bit tooo over powered but I think with the limitation on time and it's cooldown, it's alright. I'll add him when I get back from my dinner.

-snipped due to the enormous amount of stuff-

Before I say anything, I'll say that this guy seems interesting. Of course, there's always me, who likes to give feedback (even to myself). Also, one of my character utilizes plasma, though he is actually purposefully using a nerfed version. It's cool to have a sun-based character, though! :D

I will say, however, that I highly disagree with HylianRose accepting the CS the way it is with only the Yatagarasu part changed. I'm being very serious here, and here's why.
Important Stuff

-First things first, I'd like to immediately address the human form. And I'll put this out:

I don't like his weaknesses.

While I know that all characters need to offer some sort of counterplay, the fact that Isse can't even run for five straight seconds means that characters can basically kill him off when nighttime comes. This roleplay is certainly not all about killing, but the extreme severity of this weakness is not something I'd recommend at all. It offers only a single source of counterplay in terms of combat, which is to chase after Isse once nighttime comes. I would like this weakness to be less severe, as well as some modifications to the next words of advice I have.

-In contrast to Isse's weakness, Isse's Human Form powers (not the spells) offer no counterplay at all.
He can slap a whole ten-centimeter concrete wall, which is basically saying that if he punches, then he would be able to destroy at least ten more centimeters. Humans can easily die just by colliding against concrete hard enough (assuming that they have no defensive or recovery moves), but having Isse have a natural strength buff that allows him to be that concrete is a pretty unfair. Getting tired out is a weakness anyone can have, so something more specific would be appreciated.

-This is where the thing I'm concerned most about comes in: his powers. I'm not trying to being harsh (or offensive ^^') at all when I say this, but Burning Scourge is the most overpowered spell right at the moment.

I'm not sure what it means when it says "burns through," but from what I could tell, it's a lightsaber-version of a whip, meaning that it cuts through everything. There is no tradeback either, meaning that he could apparently use it for a very long time. I'd rather actually have this ability be completely scratched out, but if you can find a way to lessen its insane impact, then I'll gladly accept this particular ability.

Heavenly Sunbeam sounds pretty dangerous and cool, but the fact that it's immensely powerful and you can move it as well is... not good. Judging by how it leaves behind a "burned earth" behind its trail, it's basically saying that it could burn someone to death. It's cool and freaking wicked, but not for a place where students are still learning. A change to this would be appreciated.

Plasma Bolt is a power I'm actually willing to accept because there's a clear side effect, but a tone-down would be nice.

-I actually understand and like the Yatagarasu being powerful.
However, I won't accept its current conditions. A week-long recovery is pretty drastic and understandable due to the sheer power of the crow, but things like Halifax Explosions are something I'd like to avoid as much as possible. He breathes plasma, he blows up multiple orbs of these plasma, they all contain half of the Halifax's power, and the thing I felt extremely worried about is how this actually improves.

First things first, I'd like the Halifax part to be scratched out because... well, Canada. A different wording for the description would be nice. The Yatagarasu form needs to be heavily modified as soon as possible, because it seems as if Isse doesn't even need to learn any more things to utterly destroy the entire main cast here.

The personality and background, I had no issues with at all. And he seems like a character who has a major tradeback when it comes to his powers at day and night. Here's the summary of what I'd like to see get fixed:

1. Lessen the severity of his weakness, and tone down his Human Form's powers.
2. Rework the Burning Scourge ability and Yatagarasu Form.
3. Make him... feel more like a student who's still learning. I literally feel weaker than him in every aspect.

I, by no means, have nothing against this character, but it seems overpowered and too combat-related right at the moment. And if Isse actually begins improving with his abilities' conditions like this, then the fourth dimension might be obliterated or something.

Yeah if I saw a guy who could do anything close to what he can do now, I would run for the hills. XD no one is really fighting anyways... I was expecting more action ;D Cyrus' ability is pretty much defensive anyways though.

No, the thing I am curious about is why someone would care about improving their abilities when they can already destroy an entire fortress. Sun-based characters tend to be some of the most interesting and greater concepts, but the sheer power this single character has actually makes me say (in ten months) that it's ridiculously overpowered. I sincerely hope Isse is modified, because he has great potential in being a great character.

Action is something HylianRose and I (along with an unrevealed individual :3) are talking about, but we need characters to have limitations in order to make drama and tense action happen. Otherwise, any large group standing in the academy's way would be destroyed in less than two hours. In the meantime, before all the action happens, giving your characters a little more development would be awesome.

@NK and this is why I have you. Not only to be my double but to clean up what I don't notice. Thanks. I didn't even really realize how OP it was. I guess reading CS while with friends isn't a good idea. But yes. There is an action plot in the works and I shall say nothing of it. :3

I have played in multiple kinds of roleplays, so the very least I could do is read them over, compare the CS with the actual roleplay, and determine what things don't fit. Maybe I could be a genius at jigsaw puzzles, though it took me thirty flat minutes to complete one with 64 pieces. X(

Action es the best. Plot never loose.
EDIT:
