"Err... My name is Mason." Mason picked up his stuff from where it was sitting on the couch and moved it to the unused bed. "Umm.... Thanks for letting me stay here."

"It's good.. Forest obviously wanted you here.. so yeah" he had his innocent smile on again.. "I'm gonna lie down for a bit" Kai flopped onto his bed and sighed.

After quickly finishing his food, Austin stood up. He wanted to train more, and since he was still wearing the combat suit, he didn't need to change. He walked back to the south hall, looking around. Deeming it empty, he walked to the phorros area, looking around. Taking a deep breath he closed his eyes, concentrating. Earth began to slowly crawl over his feet and up his legs. The focus required was tremendous. He had to bring up the rock, and hold it there while bringing up more rock. He slipped not long after that. He tried again, attempting to create armor out of the rock alone.

Nyx went to reply to Nessie before turning to see Z and Alex beginning to fight, she wanted to stand and run in the middle of them but her body was still weak and Z was the last person she wanted to go up against. Nyx gasped as Alex cascade water out of thin air. "Did you just see that? How can he do that?" Her face was stunned as she watched the two.

"Oh Alex, your cool tricks up your sleeve never seem to get old. His body didn't move and the floor grumbled underneath his feet before shooting up a barrier around Alex as he shifted his body and created a flame once more. "Don't call me that, ever." His face was solid before he dropped the barrier and walked past the group nonchalantly.

"Erm.. Alright, I'm going to unpack; and then read a little." Mason replied.

Alex was about to melt the stone around him when Z just let it go, seeming to have lost interest. "Dammit," Alex muttered under his breath. "I missed the chance." Sighing heavily, he put his gentle expression on again. He figured it wasn't a good idea to provoke him some more. "How am I ever gonna see which of us is stronger if I can't get him to fight me for real?" He said to himself. "Oh well, maybe next time." He bent down and scooped up a rock. Releasing the flame he had built up, the stone melted into magma almost instantly and flowed over his hands.

"Elpis is a w-wonderful puh-puh-power" Nessie said with a smile "it's m-magical. I love it" she said watching the show, "buh-but should they really b-be f-fighting?" She wondered, but by then it seemed over. She shrugged,

Forest finally just wandered back to her dorm, as she opened the door she saw the only two people she had really made a bond with. "Hi there, how are you?"

Nyx shook her head, what the hell was going on? Everyone had secrets, and the only person she was beginning to trust was Nessie. She watched the rock turn to magma and could feel herself being drawn to the power, she wanted to learn everything, everything that he could do and more. She wanted to be trained by him so badly but how much would she stand out if she requested special treatment, she bit her lip. She couldn't could she? "This place is crazy, I want to go home." Nyx said outloud as she watched the retreating hot head and the now cooled down stranger who seemed to show interest in both of them. "I don't think we're safe here." She intended the 'we're' to them specifically. She then leaned in really close. "I am getting out of here." she turned and smiled at Nessie with a wink.

Nessie wondered what Nyx was thinking "I d-don't think it will b-be that e-easy" she said softly, suddenly feeling nervous. "C-c-Caroline's b-brother seems to think a-we are hiding s-something. H-he thinks my s-s-stutter disappears" she rolled her eyes, although anyone could notice her stutter wasn't so bad right then, she just didn't notice, "a-and Z seems to b-be everywhere"

Kai sat there.. "Welp.. I'm gonna hope over to the messhall.. c-c-catcha later Mason" Kai got up and flickered all the way out of the dorms.. he was getting used to his trick..
He kept on flickering, he reached the middle of the messhall.. and a bunch of people stared at him.. "Surprise?.... eh.. u-uh" he walked over to see Nyx and Nessie standing together..
"Er.. uh.. Hi girls" acting nervous like usual, he tried smiling but it turned out awkard, he realised they where gone before he could get notice him..
"oh.. boy.." Kai flickered about and walked into his dorm.. "This place is weird.." and then somone put a bag over his head before he could get into his dorm..

Kai, flickered about a feet or two and took off the bag.. "What! who the" he looked behind him and didn't recognize the person.. he dispersed and flickered about until the guy was gone and rushed into his dorm room and shut the door behind him, Nyx was there, about to leave the dorm room.. "er.. help?"
(Flickering is the name given to his teleportation ability)

She could't help by giggle at her eye roll at Caroline's older brother, but Nyx couldn't help but want to get in to trouble, or at least push her limits. Her smile was anxious as she practically wiggled in her seat. she got in closer and whispered while glancing for any close ears. "There is a cellar above the third floor on the girl's dorm side, I think I can climb through the window. Her shoulders shrugged as she began to pout. "Nessie I just want to the the stars." She whined but smiled. She looked around for a clock. "Okay, Meet me here at midnight, I should be back by then. If one of us makes it before the other just turn on one of the tvs and wait okay?" She stood quickly and grabbed Nessie's hands. "Wish me luck." She sang as she gave her hands one last squeeze and a wink before swiftly walking away.

Her strength was returning with her adrenaline rush but she kept herself at a calm demeanor because Nessie was right, they had their eyes on us and Z was everywhere. But somewhere the thrill came from the thought of getting caught. She went back to the room she was dropped off in and changed in to a pair of dark jeans along with a black tanktop and her jean jacket. She let her hair out of the ponytail and headed for her adventure.

Nessie said goodbye to Nyx, and nodded at what she had said. She then rose, but her lip, and walked over to Alex. She bit her lip. "Y-y-you are v-very s-s-s-s-skilled with e-Elpis" she said softly, "buh-buh-but I s-still think you a-are O-o-opinionated"

Alex smiled at Nessie. "Of course I am. It's my job to help you reach your full potential. If I allowed you to train only half your power, I wouldn't be doing my job. I can understand how you feel though, so if you want I'm free for mentoring, and I won't even mention Viper again until you're ready to bring it up yourself."

"Err.... Good, thanks. How are you?" Replied Mason, taking a few seconds to reply.

"I-I don't want to u-use V-v-viper!" Nessie said shaking her head "how c-c-c-can I w-w-w-w-w-wh-w-" she shook her head, unable to continue. How could she describe anyway, how it felt with both water and fire? How it felt like she was tearing up inside, how it was a constant struggling, just to keep half herself alive? Water crushed fire. She bit her lip, furious at herself and then just turned away, going to walk away. "N-n-never mind!"

Cassandra grabbed one of the dummies and started dragging it back to her dorm. Damn, it was so much heavier than she’d expected. When she finally got it to the lounge area of her dorm, she ditched it there rather than drag it to her room. Exhausted, she threw herself onto the comfy sofa, drifting asleep even though she didn’t mean to.

In her dream something was chasing her but she could only make out a shadowy shape. Cass was running as fast as she could but it was gaining on her even as she darted in and out of the trees that appeared in front of her. When the thing got so close she could almost feel it touch her she screamed, turned around and blasted it with flames.

The suddenness of it woke her and she bolted upright on the sofa. What a horrible dream. She became very aware she was still in her training clothes, feeling silly in the crop top now she was back in her door she stood up, about to go take a shower. As she stood she noticed burn marks on the sofa. Had she done that in her sleep or had it already been there before? Cassie looked down at her hands, confused.

"Err.... Good, thanks. How are you?" Replied Mason, taking a few seconds to reply.

"I'm fine, I'm going to go to my room." Forest cleared her throat and headed to her room with an unsure smile on her face. As soon as she got in she collapsed on the bed and started to try and summon water.

Alexander gently put a hand on her shoulder to keep Nessie from walking off. "Hey, I told you you don't have to think about that right now, didn't I?" He smiled reassuringly. "I can just teach you Elpis for as long as you want. Just don't forget that I'm like you, and I managed to control both. I know it's hard, but you'll get there one day. For now why don't we forget about that and focus on water?"

Austin growled in anger, his eyes flashing. After many minutes, the highest he was able to get it was halfway up his shins. He put more effort into it, struggling as he brought the rocks up in the form of armor. His teeth were bared as he struggled, slowly forming the rock around him. He said with a growl," you will comply with me!" His anger flared and as it did, the rock fell apart, and roar of anger escaped him, his foot slamming down where fire exploded out from it in a wave. He expected it to just do exactly what he said and be able to do it, instead it was being as obstinate as even. He didn't have the patience for it.
