Player: Rune_Alchemist
Name: Rin Shizuka
Age: 17
Club: Martial Arts Club Captain
Stars: Two
Abilities:
~Personal Skills~-Skilled at many forms of martial arts
-Quite skilled at thinking on her feet, can adjust to situations quite easily even in the heat of battle.
-Incredibly agile and flexible, even without her uniform active.
~Uniform Skills~Aside from further enhancing her agility, speed, and strength, she has a few other weapons in her arsenal.
-
Explosive Kunai: The uniform seems to have quite a few Kunai. The exact number is unknown, but they have never run out. They are made out of hardened life fibers, and can cut most things with ease. They explode after lodging into something. Not a particularly large explosion, but it can still do a decent amount of damage.
-
Smoke Bomb: Releases a cloud of thick white gas that disorients anyone who breathes it and obscures vision. She is immune to it, or at least has built up a resistance to it after exposing herself to it so much. Has only three uses.
-
Sixth Sense: this ability allows her to be able to 'see' enemies and threats, even when her vision and other senses are dulled. She often uses this to locate her enemy after using a Smoke Bomb.
-
Camouflage: Light bends around her, Essentially rendering her invisible. However, it isn't perfect, and the faster she moves the less it works.
Personality: Quiet, stoic, and generally not too friendly. Or at least, she appears to be. She doesn't talk much to others, and prefers to keep to herself. She is by nature, a loner who thinks she doesn't really need the help of other people to get through life. She is generally calm and level headed, and is hard to excite. This gives her the appearance of being aloof and cold. While she can be a little, distant, she is by no means unfriendly. She's just not that good with words, and prefers to let her actions speak more than what she says.
History: Rin has always been and odd child. Unlike the others, she wasn't born crying. She was born silent - something that made the doctors and her parents extremely worried. However, after giving the baby a thorough medical examination, they determined that she was perfectly healthy. She wasn't mute, and didn't have some other odd disease that would be indicative of that type of behavior. This trend of silence continued throughout her life.
When she was old enough to go to school, she was always the kid in the back of the class no one talked about. To put bluntly, she was a ghost, in her classes. Hardly any people even knew she was there - even the teachers. She had decent grades, so most didn't pay her any mind. Her parents were quite worried, about her however, and tried many things to get her to be more active. It was around this time that she met a martial arts teacher, and she fell in love with the sport.
At first, she was probably one of the worst students he had ever taught. She didn't let that stop her from trying, however, and after proving herself to him, he agreed to take her as an apprentice. She quickly grew to be one of the best students that he had. She was happy, her parents were happy that she found something that she enjoyed doing, and all seemed well. She trained with him for the better part of fifteen years.
It was during the summer that her mentor died of a heart attack. She was devastated, and most of the other students he was teaching at the time left to find someone else to train under, or go on and do something else. It was then, she was offered a chance at attending Academy. She accepted eagerly, and quickly adjusted to life here. She joined the martial arts club, and through determination and a bit of luck, rose through the ranks until she became captain.
Alrighty, here she is!~
