Depends on the size and shape, and how Winter tried to take it. If he pressed his body against it, and he's wearing good armor, he could have saved Whisper. But he'd be blown in half unless he had good armor. If he just sort of pushed Whisper out of the way, it would depend on her cover. But for all intents and purposes, Winter died a hero... And came back a legend.

I suppose it makes sense that if any vehicles survived it would be older vehicles from inside museums then all you need to do is replace parts, get them running again and then get some ammo. I still want to play with stuff like that at some point. Also by driving in I was more into the idea of something... faster than a tank. Similar to the style of a WW2 Halftrack, speedy but reasonably armred and such.However I can run around with my awesome rifle.
